Description
本发明涉及一种吸尘器地刷及其吸尘器,属于日用家电制造技术领域。
吸尘器已经在日常生活中得到广泛的应用,在家居清洁工作中起到重要的作用。众所周知,吸尘器主要由本体和地刷组成,两者之间通过接管相连。图1、图2分别为现有地刷的俯视图和仰视图。如图1并结合图2所示,地刷A包括壳体100,其内部空腔形成气流通道,壳体底部110上设有用于吸尘的进风口111,地刷A通过连接管200与吸尘器本体(图中未示出)相连。壳体100还包括有升降板(图中未示出),该升降板通过设置在壳体100上的踏板120来控制其上、下运动。为了便于地刷移动,在地刷上还装有轮子112。在壳体100或升降板上,位于进风口111的外围,例如可以是其前、后两侧或单侧分别设有密封条113,该密封条可以是毛条或皮条。为了便于进风吸尘,毛条或皮条上等距离间隔设有开口114。当在平整表面吸尘时,地刷可以正常工作,但是当在有缝隙的表面吸尘时,这些开口又降低了地刷口部的真空度,影响缝隙处的吸尘效果。

本发明所要解决的技术问题是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种吸尘器地刷,包括壳体,在壳体的底面设有进风口,所述进风口的外围设有密封条,所述密封条包括第一密封条和第二密封条,所述第一密封条上设有第一开口,通过第二密封条的移动使所述第一开口处于打开或至少部分遮蔽的状态,调节所述进风口的气流。
为了进一步调节气流,所述第二密封条上还设有第二开口,所述第二密封条与拨钮相连,所述拨钮沿设置在壳体上的滑槽左、右移动,使所述第一开口和第二开口的位置完全重叠或至少部分重叠,使所述第一开口处于打开或至少部分遮蔽的状态。
具体来说,所述第二密封条与按钮相连,所述按钮带动第二密封条相对壳体上、
下移动,使所述第一开口处于打开或至少部分遮蔽的状态。
为了方便清扫,所述第一密封条的外侧还设有刷条。

图12和图13为本发明实施例六密封条在升降板上的结构示意图。如图12和图13所示,本实施例与实施例四的不同之处在于在升降板130上只设置了第一密封条,
即:定皮条700和第二密封条,即:动皮条400,没有刷条800。通过拨钮500在滑槽510中的左右移动,从而带动动皮条400的左右移动,使设置在动皮条400上的第二开口410与设置在定皮条700上的第一开口310的位置处于打开、部分遮蔽或完全遮蔽的状态,用于调节进风口111处的气流。
本实施例的其他技术特征与实施例四相同,在此不再赘述。
另外,由上述六个实施例可知,动皮条400的运动是通过直接与其连接的开关实现的,如果动皮条的运动方向是左右方向,则与拨钮500相连,如果动皮条的运动方向是上下方向,则与按钮600相连。在背景技术中提到,壳体100还包括有升降板,该升降板通过设置在壳体100上的踏板120来控制其上、下运动。因此,实际上在需要相应的密封条上下运动时,也可以不再设置单独的开关,而是利用现有的踏板120,通过设置与踏板的联动机构,在完成升降板上下运动的同时,也可以实现对动皮条400的上下运动控制。由于踏板120控制升降板属于现有技术,对其具体结构可参见美国专利文献:US 3952363,在此不再赘述。再有,为了保证地刷的清扫效果和工作效率,在设置了第一密封条和第二密封条的基础上,实施例四中还出现了刷条800,设置在壳体底面或者升降板上。
本发明还提供一种吸尘器,包括吸尘器本体和地刷,两者之间通过连接管相连,所述地刷为上述六个实施例中任一个所述的吸尘器地刷。综合上述六个实施例可知,本发明的主要发明构思实际上是通过设置在壳体底面或升降板上的密封条的不同运动方式的组合,来实现对进风口气流的调节。其中的密封条包括设有开口的第一密封条和能上下或左右运动的第二密封条,同时,第一密封条和第二密封条可以是毛条和/或皮条的多种组合,因此,在上述实施例中,第一密封条实质上包括了毛条300和定皮条700,而第二密封条则包括动皮条400。因此,本发明通过设置在地刷壳体或壳体升降板上的毛条和不同数量的皮条的组合方式,以及毛条和皮条上开口和/或不开口的组合方式,使毛条、动皮条和定皮条上的开口选择性的打开或关闭,实现对进风口的气流调节。对于平整表面可以打开开口,而当清洁缝隙或者其它情况需要提高地刷真空度时,则可以关闭开口,无论在何种工作表面,都可以获得适当的进风和真空度,能够适应不同的作业表面要求,提高清洁效果和工作效率。
Claims (11)
- 一种吸尘器地刷(B),包括壳体(100),在壳体的底面设有进风口(111),所述进风口的外围设有密封条,其特征在于,所述密封条包括第一密封条和第二密封条,所述第一密封条上设有第一开口(310),通过第二密封条的移动使所述第一开口处于打开或至少部分遮蔽的状态,调节所述进风口(111)的气流。
- 如权利要求1所述的吸尘器地刷,其特征在于,所述第二密封条上还设有第二开口(410),所述第二密封条与拨钮(500)相连,所述拨钮沿设置在壳体上的滑槽(510)左、右移动,使所述第一开口(310)和第二开口的位置完全重叠或至少部分重叠,使所述第一开口处于打开或至少部分遮蔽的状态。
- 如权利要求1所述的吸尘器地刷,其特征在于,所述第二密封条与按钮(600)相连,所述按钮带动第二密封条相对壳体(100)上、下移动,使所述第一开口处于打开或至少部分遮蔽的状态。
- 如权利要求2所述的吸尘器地刷,其特征在于,所述第一密封条的外侧还设有刷条(800)。
- 如权利要求3所述的吸尘器地刷,其特征在于,所述第一密封条的外侧还设有刷条(800)。
- 如权利要求1所述的吸尘器地刷,其特征在于,所述第一密封条包括毛条和/或皮条,所述第二密封条包括毛条和/或皮条。
- 如权利要求1所述的吸尘器地刷,其特征在于,所述第一开口的数量为两个以上。
- 如权利要求1所述的吸尘器地刷,其特征在于,所述密封条设在所述进风口(111)的前侧和/或后侧。
- 如权利要求2所述的吸尘器地刷,其特征在于,所述第二密封条上设有连接部 (420),并通过所述连接部与所述拨钮(500)相连。
- 如权利要求1-9任一项所述的吸尘器地刷,其特征在于,所述壳体还包括有升降板(130),所述升降板通过设置在壳体(100)上的踏板(120)来控制其上、下运动,所述密封条设置在所述升降板上。
- 一种吸尘器,包括吸尘器本体和地刷,两者之间通过接管(200)相连,其特征在于,所述地刷为如权利要求1-10任一项所述的吸尘器地刷(B)。
