本实施例中,无线通信模块161可包括电话呼叫模块、短信收发模块、蓝牙模块、红外模块、GPRS(通用分组无线服务技术)接入模块或者WIFI模块等。相应地,参会者的移动终端也可以具备无线通信功能,以便于实现与多用途会议终端之间的通信。例如:移动终端可包括手机或者平板电脑。在一个具体示例中,每个多用途会议终端对应于一位参会者。

优选地,多用途会议终端与会议的主服务器进行通信。控制电路16用于接收会议的主服务器发送的服务器信息,并通过无线通信模块161将服务器信息发送至移动终端。其中,服务器信息可以包括各种会议相关信息,例如:会议资料、会议进程和/或会议提醒等。在实际应用中服务器信息还可以包括其他类型的信息,此处不再一一列举。移动终端在接收到服务器信息后可显示该服务器信息。这样参会者在参加会议时,可通过移动终端对多用途会议终端上的服务器信息进行查看以及编辑。
优选地,该多用途会议终端包括人员检测装置17,该控制电路16包括第一判断模块162和记录模块163。人员检测装置17用于获取图像,并将获取的图像发送给第一判断模块162;第一判断模块162用于根据获取的图像判断对应的参会者是否离开,记录模块163用于在第一判断模块162判断出对应的参会者离开时记录会议内容。
人员检测装置17可设置于显示装置12上,例如设置于显示装置12在多用途会议终端正常放置于放置面上时的顶部。可选地,人员检测装置17可包括双目摄像头,即两个摄像头,两个摄像头之间具有设定距离,且该设定距离是已知的。当摄像头所能拍摄到的范围内存在参会者时,两个摄像头与参会者构成三角形的三个顶点,每个摄像头拍摄出例如一个图像并将该图像发送给第一判断模块162,第一判断模块162根据两个图像分别计算出该两个图像中的参会者相 对于各摄像头的角度。由于两个摄像头之间的距离和设置角度是已知的,从而参会者相对于某一摄像头的连线与两个摄像头之间的连线所构成的角度也可以计算出来,即该三角形的底边(两个摄像头之间的连线)长度和两个底角是已知的,从而可以计算出该三角形的其他各边的长度。由于两个摄像头之间的距离相对较小,因此其他两个边的长度的平均值接近于参会者与多用途会议终端之间的距离,并且第一判断模块162判断该距离是否小于或等于设定阈值。若该距离小于或者等于设定阈值,则确定该参会者为对应的参会者且该参会者就座于多用途会议终端之前,即判断出对应的参会者未离开。若判断出该距离大于设定阈值,则确定该参会者不是对应的参会者且对应的参会者离开。当然,摄像头所能拍摄到的范围内也可能不包括任何参会者,该情况下,判断出对应的参会者已离开。可选地,人员检测装置17可以仅包括一个摄像头,该摄像头拍摄出例如一个图像并将该图像发送给第一判断模块162。当摄像头所拍摄出的图像中包括人员图像时,第一判断模块162根据该图像中的人员(例如参会者)的轮廓所占面积大小计算出该人员在摄像头处所形成的视角,进而估算出该图像中的人员与摄像头之间的距离,并判断该人员与摄像头之间的距离是否小于或等于设定阈值。若该距离小于或者等于设定阈值,则确定该人员为对应的参会者且该参会者就座于多用途会议终端之前,即判断出对应的参会者未离开。若判断出该人员与摄像头之间的距离大于设定阈值,则确定该人员不是对应的参会者且对应的参会者离开。当然,摄像头所拍摄出的图像中也可能不包括任何人员图像,该情况下,判断出对应的参会者已离开。优选地,在判断出对应的参会者离开的情况下,控制电路16可以控制记录模块163根据预设指令进行会议录音或者进行会议录像。即,记录模块163用于在第一判断模块162判断出对应的参会者离开时对会议进行录音或者对会议进行录像,从而可以在参会者暂时离开会场时自动记录会议内容。此外,应该理解的是,本领域普通技术人员可以根据需要来调节摄像头的拍摄方向,以拍摄出适当所需的图像,从而准确地判断对应的参会者是否离开。
可选地,多用途会议终端还包括人体参数测量装置18,控制电 路16包括第二判断模块164和提醒模块165。人体参数测量模块4用于测量对应的参会者的人体信息;第二判断模块164用于根据人体信息判断出参会者的身体状态;提醒模块165用于根据参会者的身体状态发出提醒信息。人体参数测量模块4可设置于显示装置12上。其中,人体信息可包括眼球动作、体温和/或面色等。例如,在人体信息为眼球动作时,人体参数测量模块4可包括摄像头,摄像头拍摄参会者的眼球动作或眼皮动作。第二判断模块164判断参会者的眼球动作或眼皮动作的频率是否小于或等于设定频率。若判断出眼球动作或眼皮动作的频率小于或等于设定频率,则确定参会者的身体状态为疲劳。若判断出眼球动作或眼皮动作的频率大于设定频率,则确定参会者的身体状态为非疲劳。在人体信息为体温时,人体参数测量模块4可包括红外测温仪,红外测温仪测量参会者的体温。第二判断模块164判断参会者的体温是否大于或等于设定体温。若判断出参会者的体温大于或者等于设定体温,则确定参会者的身体状态为不健康。若判断出参会者的体温小于设定体温,则确定参会者的身体状态为健康。在人体信息为面色时,人体参数测量模块4可包括摄像头,摄像头拍摄参会者的面部图像。第二判断模块164判断参会者的面部图像的颜色值。若判断出面部图像的颜色值小于或等于设定颜色值,则确定参会者的身体状态为不健康。若判断出面部图像的颜色值大于设定颜色值,则确定参会者的身体状态为健康。提醒模块165用于在第二判断模块164判断出身体状态为疲劳或不健康时发出提醒信息,该提醒信息可以为提醒会议控制人控制会议节奏的信息和/或对参会者的身体不适进行提醒的信息。优选地,该提醒信息可以为声音或者文字。如果提醒信息为提醒会议控制人控制会议节奏的信息,则该提醒信息可以被发送至会议的主服务器。
优选地,控制电路16包括干扰模块166,干扰模块166用于在预设条件下对移动终端进行干扰。例如,预设条件可以包括保密会议开始或者会议进入保密阶段。具体地,干扰模块166可用于对移动终端的网络信号进行干扰,从而使得移动终端无法与会场外的其它通信装置进行正常通信。
优选地,控制电路16包括权限认证模块167。权限认证模块167用于对移动终端进行权限认证,并在认证通过后,允许移动终端与会场外的其它通信装置进行通信。其中,权限认证模块167可以为卡信息认证模块,具有特定权限(例如,参加会议的权限)的参会者刷卡后,卡信息认证模块对卡信息进行权限认证;或者,权限认证模块167可以为指纹认证模块,具有特定权限的参会者按指纹后,指纹认证模块对卡指纹信息进行权限认证。此外,权限认证模块还可以是其他的认证模块,例如语音识别、人脸识别等。
优选地,控制电路16包括定位模块168和报警模块169。所述定位模块168用于对多用途会议终端的位置进行检测。报警模块169用于在定位模块168检测出多用途会议终端在设定时间段内被带离会场时,发出报警信息,从而使得多用途会议终端具备防盗、防丢失功能。所述定位模块例如可以是GPS(全球定位系统)定位模块、A-GPS(辅助GPS)模块等;所述报警模块例如可以是扬声器、信号灯、消息发射模块等。
本实施例中,该控制电路可包括处理器、存储器、输入输出模块和电源充电模块(图中均未具体示出)。处理器可以为CPU芯片,存储器可以为内存芯片,输入输出模块用于进行信息的输入和输出,电源充电模块可以包括充电电路及可充电电池。优选地,充电电路可以为无线充电电路,可充电电池可以为锂电池、为太阳能充电电池或其它类型的可充电电池。多用途会议终端采用无线充电电路配合可充电电池进行供电,省去了电源线,从而使多用途会议终端更具有便携性。其中,输入输出模块可以与SD卡或USB接口配合使用,或者也可以与实体键盘或虚拟触控键盘配合使用,从而使多用途会议终端具有较好的信息输入功能;输入输出模块可以与显示装置配合以进行视频输出,也可以与扬声器配合使用以进行音频输出。控制电路还可以与表决器、呼叫服务模块、身份识别模块、摄像头、同声传译等功能模块配合使用,构成一个用途全面的会议终端。该多用途会议终端通过输入输出模块可以方便地与参会者进行互动。
在本实施例提供的多用途会议终端中,由于控制电路包括无线 通信模块,多用途会议终端通过无线通信模块与参会者的移动终端进行通信,因此实现了多用途会议终端和移动终端之间的通信。
图2为本发明的一个实施例提供的一种多用途会议系统的构造的示意图。如图2所示,该多用途会议系统包括:多个多用途会议终端19和至少一个与多用途会议终端19之一相对应的参会者的移动终端20。可采用上述实施例提供的多用途会议终端作为本实施例的多用途会议系统中的多用途会议终端19,此处不再赘述。图2中示出了每个多用途会议终端19对应于一个移动终端20的方案。多用途会议终端19可以通过其控制电路16中的无线通信模块161与对应的参会者的移动终端20进行通信。
优选地,多用途会议终端19之间可以进行即时通信。具体地,多用途会议终端19之间可进行即时文字通信、即时语音通信或者即时视频通信。多用途会议终端19可显示会议的所有参会者信息,使用该多用途会议终端19的参会者可根据参会者信息从所有的参会者中查找出特定的参会者,并向该特定的参会者对应的多用途会议终端19发起即时通信。
优选地,该多用途会议系统还包括:会议的主服务器21,会议的主服务器21用于向多用途会议终端19发送指令信息或者服务器信息,和/或从多用途会议终端19接收数据信息并对数据信息进行处理。其中,数据信息可以为任意类型的需要主服务器21处理的信息。
优选地,多用途会议终端19的控制电路16还可以包括引导信号模块30,引导信号模块30用于根据主服务器发送的指令信息发出引导信息,该引导信息用于引导参会者就座。其中,引导信息可以包括响应信息和/或显示信息,例如:响应信息可以包括声响应或者光响应,显示信息可以为参会者姓名。本实施例中,参会者的移动终端20与主服务器进行通信后发出引导请求;主服务器在接收到参会者的移动终端20发出的引导请求后,发出用于指示所述移动终端20所对应的所述多用途会议终端进行引导的指令信息。本实施例提供的多用途会议系统中,控制电路包括无线通信模块,多用途会议终端通过无线通信模块与参会者的移动终端进行通信,从而实现了多用途会 议终端和移动终端之间的通信。
下面参照具体实施例对本发明中的多用途会议终端的结构进行示意性而非限制性的说明。
图3为本发明的一个实施例提供的多用途会议终端的示意图。如图3所示,该多用途会议终端包括:显示装置12和设置于显示装置12上的弯折结构(见图5或图12)。显示装置12包括第一显示区域121和第二显示区域122。弯折结构连接在第一显示区域121与第二显示区域122之间,以使得第一显示区域121可相对于第二显示区域122弯折或展平。换句话说,第一显示区域121通过弯折结构活动地连接到第二显示区域122。
图4为图3中的多用途会议终端的弯折状态的示意图。如图4所示,在第一显示区域121相对于第二显示区域122处于弯折状态时,多用途会议终端可以通过相对于彼此弯折的第一显示区域121和第二显示区域122的支撑放置于放置面上。此时第一显示区域121和第二显示区域122用于彼此独立地显示内容信息。第一显示区域121所在面和第二显示区域122所在面之间的夹角可以为设定角度。其中,内容信息可包括第一内容信息和第二内容信息,第一显示区域121可用于显示第一内容信息,第一内容信息可以为会议相关信息,例如:该会议相关信息可以为会议日程或者发表内容;第二显示区域122可用于显示第二内容信息,例如:该第二内容信息可以为参会者姓名、职位等信息。此时,该多用途会议终端可作为电子桌牌供参会者使用。其中,放置面可以为桌面。显示装置12可以包括无边框显示装置和有边框显示装置。图3对应的方案中,显示装置12为有边框显示装置,则该多用途会议终端还包括边框11,该边框11用于固定显示装置12,显示装置12可设置于边框11内。可选地,边框11的用于在多用途会议终端处于弯折状态时与放置面接触的部位设置有防滑垫(图中未示出),以便于在放置于桌面等放置面时,多用途会议终端的弯折姿态可以保持稳定。
如图3所示,在多用途会议终端处于展平状态时,第一显示区域121和第二显示区域122可以合并为一个显示区域,以使得多用途 会议终端可以用作平板型便携式电子装置,例如平板电脑。优选地,弯折结构被配置为使得在多用途会议终端处于展平状态时第一显示区域121和第二显示区域122位于同一平面内,从而第一显示区域121和第二显示区域122合并为一个显示区域以共同显示一个完整的画面,使得多用途会议终端可以具有较大的显示面积且可以在一个显示区域中显示更多的内容。此时,参会者可以以任意角度手持该多用途会议终端进行操作。
图5为图4中的多用途会议终端的弯折结构的示意图。如图5所示,弯折结构13位于第一显示区域121和第二显示区域122之间。在图3所示的实施例中,弯折结构13设置于边框11上。弯折结构13可以为能够使多用途会议终端折叠的结构。优选地,该弯折结构13为铰链。或者,该弯折结构例如也可以是以柔性材料连接的两块硬性板材。又或者,该弯折结构可以是由多节可相对于彼此变动位置的嵌套起来的硬性部件构成,例如类似于台灯的可变支柱。弯折结构的硬性部分例如可以通过粘接、卡扣、镶嵌等方式与显示装置固定在一起。
在图3所示的实施例中,边框11包括第一子边框111和第二子边框112,第一显示区域121设置于第一子边框111内,第二显示区域122设置于第二子边框112内。第一显示区域121和第二显示区域122为两个分立设置的显示屏,该显示屏可以采用各种类型的显示屏,例如:电子纸显示屏、液晶显示屏或者OLED显示屏等。
优选地,该多用途会议终端还可以包括:第二控制模块、与第一显示区域121同步活动的第一重力传感器和与第二显示区域122同步活动的第二重力传感器。例如,第一重力传感器可设置于第一显示区域121的上边缘,第二重力传感器可设置于第二显示区域122的上边缘。如图5所示,第一显示区域121的上边缘和第二显示区域122的上边缘指的是多用途会议终端弯折并正常放置在放置面上时第一显示区域121和第二显示区域122的位于上部的边缘,即它们各自的被弯折结构相互连接的边缘。第二控制模块、第一重力传感器和第二重力传感器均未在图中示出。
重力传感器能够感知自身的设置方向与重力之间的夹角。第一重力传感器与第二重力传感器分别与第一显示区域和第二显示区域保持固定并可以同步活动,从而第一重力传感器用于检测出第一显示区域121所在面的方向;第二重力传感器用于检测出第二显示区域122所在面的方向。
控制电路用于判断第一显示区域121所在面的方向和第二显示区域122所在面的方向之间的夹角是否大于或者等于设定阈值。若判断出该夹角大于或者等于设定阈值时,控制电路控制第一显示区域121和第二显示区域122上显示的内容信息的画面显示方向相反;若判断出该夹角小于设定阈值时,控制电路控制第一显示区域121和第二显示区域122上显示的内容信息的画面显示方向相同。具体地,第一显示区域121所在面的方向可以以第一显示区域121所在面的法线方向表示,第二显示区域122所在面的方向可以以第二显示区域122所在面的法线方向表示。所述设定阈值可设定为0°至180°之间的任一值,优选地,所述设定阈值可设定为90°至160°之间的任一值。当第二控制模块判断出该夹角大于或者等于设定阈值时,多用途会议终端处于弯折状态。此时该多用途会议终端作为电子桌牌供参会者使用。因此控制电路将第一显示区域121和第二显示区域122上显示的内容信息设置为画面显示方向相反并显示不同的内容信息,以便于使用该多用途会议终端的参会者和其余的参会者能够分别观看第一显示区域121和第二显示区域122的内容信息。这里,“画面显示方向相反”是指在第一显示区域121和第二显示区域122上各自显示的内容信息的画面的顶部(上边缘)均靠近弯折结构,从而当弯折的多用途会议终端正常放置在放置面上时,第一显示区域121和第二显示区域122各自显示的画面均是正立的。当第二控制模块判断出该夹角小于设定阈值时,该多用途会议终端接近或者处于展平状态。此时该多用途会议终端可以作为平板电脑供参会者使用。此时第二控制模块将第一显示区域121和第二显示区域122上显示的内容信息设置为画面显示方向相同并分别显示同一个画面的不同部分。这里,“画面显示方向相同”是指通过第二控制模块的控制使得第一显示区域121上显 示的画面和第二显示区域122上显示的画面能够构成一个完整的画面,以便于参会者观看到该多用途会议终端显示的内容信息是连续的。
图6为图3中的多用途会议终端的收纳状态的示意图,如图6所示,当需要将多用途会议终端收纳时,在第一显示区域121所在面的方向被以第一显示区域121所在面的法线方向的形式表示且第二显示区域122所在面的方向被以第二显示区域122所在面的法线方向的形式表示的情况下,例如,可通过弯折结构将第一显示区域121所在面的方向和第二显示区域122所在面的方向之间的设定角度调整为180°,即将第一显示区域121和第二显示区域122的背面完全贴合。通过设置弯折结构实现了对多用途会议终端的收纳,采用上述收纳方式可节省其存放时占用的空间。
本发明的多用途会议终端可以通过弯折结构在弯折状态和展平状态之间转换。在多用途会议终端处于弯折状态时可以使第一显示区域和第二显示区域彼此独立显示内容信息,并且在多用途会议终端处于展平状态时可以使第一显示区域和所述第二显示区域合并成一个显示区域。因此,提高了用户对多用途会议终端的操作体验,便于收纳,并且节省了其存放时占用的空间。
图7为本发明的另一个实施例提供的多用途会议终端的示意图,图8为图7中的多用途会议终端的收纳状态的示意图。如图7和图8所示,在图3示出的实施例的基础上,图7所示的实施例中的多用途会议终端还可以包括:折叠键盘14,折叠键盘14与第一显示区域121活动连接。在图7所示的实施例中,折叠键盘14与第一显示区域121的一侧的边框活动连接以实现与第一显示区域121活动连接。具体地,该折叠键盘14与第一子边框111活动连接。如图8所示,折叠键盘14用于在折叠状态时保护第一显示区域121。当将多用途会议终端收纳时第一显示区域121的正面朝向外侧,折叠键盘14折叠后会覆盖第一显示区域121的正面,从而实现对第一显示区域121的保护。图9为图7中的多用途会议终端的使用状态的示意图。如图9所示,当需要通过操作折叠键盘14来使用多用途会议终端时,可将 折叠键盘14展开并平放于放置面上以使参会者使用该折叠键盘14。
如图7至图9所示,可选地,该多用途会议终端还可以包括:保护板15,保护板15与显示装置12活动连接,保护板15用于在折叠状态时保护第一显示区域121或者第二显示区域122。图7对应的方案中,保护板15的数量为一个,该保护板15与第二显示区域122的一侧的边框活动连接,具体地,该保护板15与第二子边框112活动连接。当将多用途会议终端收纳时第二显示区域122的正面朝向外侧,保护板15折叠后会覆盖第二显示区域122的正面,从而实现对第二显示区域122的保护。当需要使用多用途会议终端时,保护板15展开,此时保护板15平放于放置面上。
在实际应用中,可选地,保护板15的数量还可以为两个。一个保护板15在折叠状态时保护第一显示区域121,另一个保护板15在折叠状态时保护第二显示区域122。更优选地,可以在保护板15上设置折叠键盘14。
可选地,保护板15上还可以设置充电模块,该充电模块可用于为所述多用途会议终端实时补充能量。
在实际应用中,作为折叠键盘14的替代,该多用途会议终端可包括投影仪、第一控制模块和感测装置。该投影仪可以设置于多用途会议终端上,例如可设置于显示装置12上。投影仪用于在放置面上投影出虚拟键盘;感测装置用于识别参会者在投影出的虚拟键盘上的操作动作;第一控制模块用于将参会者的操作动作一一映射为具体的输入字符或指令,从而获知参会者输入的信息。在放置面之类的物体表面上投影出键盘的图像以实现实际键盘的功能的技术是已知的。该虚拟键盘也可以称为投影键盘,其例如是采用红色激光发射器在物体表面投影出的标准键盘的图像,然后通过红外线技术跟踪手指的动作以实现对输入信息的获取。投影仪、第一控制模块和感测装置在图中未示出。
在多用途会议终端处于弯折状态时,第一显示区域和第二显示区域可以彼此独立显示内容信息。在多用途会议终端处于展平状态时,第一显示区域和第二显示区域合并成一个显示区域。因此,提高 了用户对多用途会议终端的操作体验,并且使得多用途会议终端便于收纳,节省了其存放时占用的空间。当多用途会议终端处于展平状态时,参会者可以将该多用途会议终端作为诸如平板电脑之类的手持式平板电子装置进行操作,并可以任意改变手持该电子装置的角度。
图10为本发明的又一个实施例提供的多用途会议终端的示意图。如图10所示,该多用途会议终端包括:显示装置12和设置于显示装置12上的弯折结构。显示装置12包括第一显示区域121和第二显示区域122。弯折结构设置在第一显示区域121和第二显示区域122之间,使得第一显示区域121可以相对于第二显示区域122弯折或展平。
图10所示出的实施例中,显示装置12为柔性显示屏,第一显示区域121和第二显示区域122一体成型。
图11为图10中的多用途会议终端的弯折状态的示意图。如图11所示,在多用途会议终端处于弯折状态时,多用途会议终端通过第一显示区域121和第二显示区域122的外边缘的支撑而放置于放置面上。此时第一显示区域121和第二显示区域122可以彼此独立地显示内容信息。第一显示区域121所在面和第二显示区域122所在面之间的夹角可以为设定角度。其中,内容信息可包括第一内容信息和第二内容信息,第一显示区域121可用于显示第一内容信息,第一内容信息可以为会议相关信息,例如:该会议相关信息可以为会议日程或者发表内容;第二显示区域122可用于显示第二内容信息,例如:该第二内容信息可以为参会者姓名、职位等信息。此时,该多用途会议终端可作为电子桌牌供参会者使用。其中,放置面可以为桌面。显示装置12可以包括无边框显示装置和有边框显示装置。在图10所示的实施例中,显示装置12为有边框显示装置,即该多用途会议终端还包括边框11,该边框11用于固定显示装置12,显示装置12可设置于边框11内。可选地,边框11的用于在多用途会议终端处于弯折状态下与放置面接触的部位设置有防滑垫(图中未示出),以便于在放置于桌面等放置面时,多用途会议终端的弯折姿态可以保持稳定。

可以将弯折结构13设置为在多用途会议终端处于展平状态时与显示装置12的显示面之间具有设定距离。也就是说,如图14所示,在多用途会议终端处于展平状态时,显示装置12的显示面高于弯折结构13的最高点,这样在多用途会议终端处于弯折状态时显示装置12的显示面与弯折结构13之间具有一定的空间余量,从而避免由于张力过大而造成显示装置的屏幕(即,显示面)损坏以及显示画面失真的问题。
优选地,该多用途会议终端还可以包括:第二控制模块、与第一显示区域121同步活动的第一重力传感器和与第二显示区域122同步活动的第二重力传感器。例如,第一重力传感器可设置于第一显 示区域121的上边缘,第二重力传感器可设置于第二显示区域122的上边缘。如图5所示,第一显示区域121的上边缘和第二显示区域122的上边缘指的是多用途会议终端弯折并正常放置在放置面上时第一显示区域121和第二显示区域122的位于上部的边缘,即它们各自的被弯折结构相互连接的边缘。第二控制模块、第一重力传感器和第二重力传感器均未在图中示出。
重力传感器能够感知自身的设置方向与重力之间的夹角。第一重力传感器与第二重力传感器分别与第一显示区域和第二显示区域保持固定并可以同步活动,从而第一重力传感器用于检测出第一显示区域121所在面的方向;第二重力传感器用于检测出第二显示区域122所在面的方向。
控制电路用于判断第一显示区域121所在面的方向和第二显示区域122所在面的方向之间的夹角是否大于或者等于设定阈值。若判断出夹角大于或者等于设定阈值,则控制电路控制第一显示区域121和第二显示区域122上显示的内容信息的画面显示方向相反。若判断出夹角小于设定阈值,则控制电路控制第一显示区域121和第二显示区域122上显示的内容信息的画面显示方向相同。具体地,第一显示区域121所在面的方向可以以第一显示区域121所在面的法线方向表示,第二显示区域122所在面的方向可以以第二显示区域122所在面的法线方向表示。所述设定阈值可设定为0°至180°之间的任一值,优选地,所述设定阈值可设定为90°至160°之间的任一值。当第二控制模块判断出该夹角大于或者等于设定阈值时,多用途会议终端处于弯折状态。此时该多用途会议终端作为电子桌牌供参会者使用,因此控制电路将第一显示区域121和第二显示区域122的内容信息设置为画面显示方向相反并显示不同的内容信息,以便于使用该多用途会议终端的参会者和其余的参会者能够分别观看第一显示区域121和第二显示区域122的内容信息。当第二控制模块判断出该夹角小于设定阈值时,该多用途会议终端接近或者处于展平状态。此时该多用途会议终端可以作为平板电脑供参会者使用。此时,第一显示区域121和第二显示区域122被看作一个显示区域。第二控制模块将第一显示 区域121和第二显示区域122上显示的内容信息设置为画面显示方向相同并分别显示同一个画面的不同部分,以便于参会者观看到该多用途会议终端显示的内容信息是连续的。
可选地,图10所示的实施例中的多用途会议终端还可以包括折叠键盘,对折叠键盘的具体描述可参见上述对图7所示的实施例的描述。
可选地,图10所示的实施例中的多用途会议终端还可以包括保护板,对保护板的具体描述可参见上述对图7所示的实施例的描述。
可选地,图10所示的实施例中的多用途会议终端还可以包括用于在放置面上投影出虚拟键盘的投影仪等,对虚拟键盘的具体描述可参见上述对图7所示的实施例的描述。
对图10所示的实施例中的多用途会议终端的收纳状态的描述,可参见上述对图3所示的实施例或者图7所示的实施例的描述,此处不再赘述。
本发明的多用途会议终端可以通过弯折结构在弯折状态和展平状态之间转换。在多用途会议终端处于弯折状态时,第一显示区域和第二显示区域可以彼此独立显示内容信息。在多用途会议终端处于展平状态时,第一显示区域和所述第二显示区域可以合并成一个显示区域。因此,提高了用户对多用途会议终端的操作体验,并且使得多用途会议终端便于收纳,节省了其存放时占用的空间。当多用途会议终端处于展平状态时,多用途会议终端可以作为诸如平板电脑之类的便携式平板电子装置被使用,并且参会者可以任意改变手持该电子装置的角度。
可以理解的是,以上实施方式仅仅是为了说明本发明的原理而采用的示例性实施方式,然而本发明并不局限于此。对于本领域内的普通技术人员而言,在不脱离本发明的精神和实质的情况下,可以做出各种变型和改进,这些变型和改进也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种多用途会议终端,其特征在于,所述多用途会议终端包括显示装置和控制电路,所述控制电路包括无线通信模块,所述多用途会议终端通过所述无线通信模块与对应的参会者的移动终端进行通信。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多用途会议终端,其特征在于,所述控制电路被配置为通过所述无线通信模块与对应的参会者的移动终端建立通信连接,并从所述移动终端获取存储的终端信息;
    所述显示装置用于对获取的终端信息进行显示。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的多用途会议终端,其特征在于,所述多用途会议终端与会议的主服务器进行通信;
    所述控制电路还被配置为接收会议的主服务器发送的服务器信息,并通过所述无线通信模块将所述服务器信息发送至所述移动终端。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的多用途会议终端,其特征在于,该多用途会议终端还包括人员检测模块,所述控制电路还包括第一判断模块和记录模块;
    所述人员检测模块被配置为获取一个或多个图像,并将获取的一个或多个图像发送给所述第一判断模块;
    所述第一判断模块被配置为根据获取的图像判断对应的参会者是否离开;
    所述记录模块被配置为在所述第一判断模块判断出对应的参会者离开时记录会议内容。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的多用途会议终端,其特征在于,所述多用途会议终端还包括人体参数测量装置,所述控制电路还包括第二 判断模块和提醒模块;
    所述人体参数测量装置被配置为测量对应的参会者的人体信息;
    所述第二判断模块被配置为根据所述人体信息判断出所述参会者的身体状态;
    所述提醒模块被配置为根据所述参会者的身体状态发出提醒信息。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的多用途会议终端,其特征在于,所述控制电路还包括干扰模块;
    所述干扰模块被配置为在预设条件下对所述移动终端进行干扰。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的多用途会议终端,其特征在于,所述控制电路还包括权限认证模块;
    所述权限认证模块被配置为对所述移动终端进行权限认证,并在认证通过后,允许所述移动终端与会场外的其它通信装置进行通信。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的多用途会议终端,其特征在于,所述控制电路还包括定位模块和报警模块;
    所述定位模块被配置为对所述多用途会议终端的位置进行检测;
    所述报警模块被配置为在所述定位模块检测出所述多用途会议终端在设定时间段内被带离会场时,发出报警信息。
  9. 一种多用途会议系统,其特征在于,包括:多个多用途会议终端和至少一个与所述多用途会议终端之一相对应的参会者的移动终端;
    所述多用途会议终端采用上述权利要求1至8中任一项所述的 多用途会议终端。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的多用途会议系统,其特征在于,所述多用途会议终端之间进行即时通信。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的多用途会议系统,其特征在于,还包括:会议的主服务器;
    所述会议的主服务器被配置为向所述多用途会议终端发送指令信息或者服务器信息,和/或从所述多用途会议终端接收数据信息并对数据信息进行处理。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的多用途会议系统,其特征在于,所述控制电路还包括引导信号模块;
    所述引导信号模块被配置为根据所述主服务器发送的所述指令信息发出引导信息,所述引导信息用于引导参会者就座。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的多用途会议系统,其特征在于,所述指令信息为所述主服务器在接收到所述参会者的移动终端发送的引导请求后发出的,所述指令信息用于指示所述移动终端所对应的所述多用途会议终端进行引导,所述引导请求为所述参会者的移动终端与所述主服务器进行通信发出的。
