- Adhesive layer 3 Flexible conductive sheet
- an insole having a pressing heat generating system including: an insole body 1 and a pressing and generating electricity disposed in the insole body 1 and electrically connected to each other to form a circuit.
- Module 2 two flexible conductive sheets 3, at least one resistance heating chip 4; the pressing and generating module 2, which can receive pressure to generate electrical energy, is located at the heel of the insole body 1 and includes a stacked arrangement a first conductive layer body 21, a first compound crystal layer 22, a second conductive layer body 23, and a second compound crystal layer 24, and between the first conductive layer body 21 and the second conductive layer body 23
- the flexible conductive sheet 3 is electrically connected;
- the resistive heating chip 4 is a surface soldering component electrically connected between the free ends of the two flexible conductive sheets 3 by surface soldering technology, and
- the temperature is not too high or too low, and the safety is high, and no additional power source is required.
- the pressing and generating module 2 composed of the first conductive layer body 21, the first compound crystal layer 22, the second conductive layer body 23 and the second compound crystal layer 24 has a simple structure, can reduce cost, is convenient for production, and at the same time Can reduce the failure rate to a minimum.
- the pressing and generating module 2 receives the kinetic energy of the human body on the insole body 1 to generate electric energy, and the electric energy flows through the resistance heating chip 4, which generates heat energy and improves the temperature of the insole.
- the temperature control is good. There is no disadvantage of too high or too low temperature, the user's safety is high, and the most important thing is that no external battery is needed.
- the resistance heating chip 4 for the surface-welded part is matched with the pressing and generating module 2 After the flexible conductive sheet 3, the thickness of the insole body 1 does not affect the elasticity of the insole body 1 and does not sting the feet, thereby ensuring the comfort and convenience of the user.
- the first conductive layer body 21 and the second conductive layer body 23 are both copper conductive layer bodies; the first compound crystal layer 22 and the second compound crystal layer 24, both of which are compound crystal layers formed by mixing and sintering sodium tartrate, quartz, and ceramics.
- the two compound crystal layer 24 allows the pressing and power generating module 2 to perform the function of pressing and generating electricity with the lowest thickness, and efficiently drives the resistance heating chip 4.
- the two flexible conductive sheets 3 are disposed in a co-integrated manner on the adjacent edges of the free ends.
- the insole body 1 includes an upper layer body 11; a lower layer body 12 disposed at a bottom side thereof corresponding to the upper layer body 11; and a first layer body 11 disposed on the upper layer body 11 Between the lower layer bodies 12, the two can be connected to position the pressing and generating module 2, the flexible conductive sheet 3, and the adhesive layer body 13 of the resistance heating chip 4.
