一种用户终端设备 技术领域
本发明涉及终端结构领域,尤其涉及一种用户终端设备(CPE,Customer Premise Equipment)。
背景技术
随着基站技术发展,运营商对组网性能提出了更高要求,用户终端设备应运而生。目前,这种用户终端设备包括电源、功放单元、基带处理单元等电路元件,并且将这些电路元件安装放置在背板上,同时现有用户终端设备采用多位插箱的方式满足不同整机规格;因此,现有机箱采用常见的19英寸的机箱,体积较大,对应的也占用了较大的安装空间。
因此,如何提供一种可减小体积的用户终端设备,是本领域技术人员亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种用户终端设备,该用户终端设备的功能构件通过电路板实现,可以减小设备体积。
本发明提供了一种用户终端设备,在一个实施例中,该用户终端设备的功能构件由至少两个电路板通过连接器连接形成。
优选地,上述实施例中的多个电路板包括第一电路板及第二电路板,第一及第二电路板解耦设计。

本发明提供的用户终端设备,利用电路板及连接器作为用户终端设备内的功能构件实现对应的功能,可以解决现有技术需要为设置背板以放置电路元件的问题,进而实现用户终端设备的免背板安装,同时,电路板通过连接器实现盲插连接,实现了无线缆连接,连接简单,进而就可以在用户终端设备内紧密安装,进一步减小了用户终端设备的体积。

具体实施方式
现通过具体实施方式结合附图的方式对本发明做出进一步的诠释说明。
本发明实施例所涉及的用户终端设备包括但不局限于用于实现组网测试等功能的用户终端设备,只要是通过电路元件实现设备功能、并且这些电路元件部分/全部都可以通过电路板实现,即可使用本申请提供的方案来减小设备体积,下文以用户终端设备用于实现组网测试为例进行说明,那么该用户终端设备主要包括电源单元、基带射频处理电路单元、功放前端电路单元等功能构件,在本申请中,主要是对基带射频处理电路单元、功放前端电路单元进行处理,通过电路板来实现这些单元的功能,从而使得设备内功能构件的安装可以更紧凑,并减小不必要的组件(如背板及固定电路元件的构件等),使得设备体积更小,组装更方便。
第一实施例:
图1为本发明第一实施例提供的CPE的示意图,由图1可知,在本实施例中,本发明提供的CPE的功能构件由至少两个电路板通过连接器连接形成,具体的如图1,功能构件由电路板11通过连接器12与电路板13连接形成,这样就实现了利用电路板取代电路元件的效果,并且可以实现设备所需要实现的全部功能,而电路板具备在安装时可以更加紧凑,容易更换等特点,使得设备体积更小,兼容性更强。
在一些实施例中,图1所示实施例中的至少两个电路板包括第一电路板及第二电路板,第一电路板及第二电路板解耦设计;以用户终端设备用于实现组网测试为例,第一电路板及第二电路板可以是图1中的电路板11及电路板13,其中一个电路板实现基带射频处理电路单元的功能,另外一个实现功放前端电路单元的功能即可,这两个电路板采用解耦设计,就可以通过更换不同的实现功放前端电路单元的电路板的规格就可以实现不同 的整机规格。
在一些实施例中,上述实施例中的第一电路板及第二电路板之间的连接器为射频连接器。承接上述假设,一个电路板实现基带射频处理电路单元的功能,另外一个实现功放前端电路单元的功能,为了实现两个电路板之间射频信号的传递,需要将连接器的类型定义为射频连接器。
在一些实施例中,上述实施例中的射频连接器之间设置有用于收发隔离的密封条。承接上述假设,射频信号的传递包括发送及接收,为了实现射频信号的收发隔离,需要在射频连接器设置密封条,在实际应用中,密封条采用软性导电材料制成,以消除安装容差。
在一些实施例中,上述实施例中的第一电路板及第二电路板之间设置有用于信号传输的信号板。承接上述假设,第一电路板及第二电路板之间不仅仅需要完成射频信号的收发,还需要传递控制信号等实现不同作用的信号,这些信号就可以通过信号板内的布线完成。
在一些实施例中,上述实施例中的第一电路板和/或第二电路板上设置有散热器。通过在电路板上设备散热器可以实现对关键器件的散热或者导热等作用,降低这些关键器件的温度,保证设备工作时的稳定。
第二实施例:
如图2所示,在一些实施例中,用户终端设备包括箱体,箱体包括底板21,第一电路板11与底板21支持拆卸连接,第二电路板13通过连接件与第一电路板11支持拆卸连接。连接件可以是螺柱等具备双端固定作用的器件,一端固定在第一电路板11上,另一端可以用来固定其他器件,这样本申请中的第一电路板11与第二电路板13就实现了双层结构安装效果,使得设备内的空间布局更合理。
在一些实施例中,上述实施例中的底板上还设置有风扇,风扇与底板支持拆卸连接。风扇可以是吸风风扇,也可以是吹风风扇,可以根据实际 场景进行选择,本申请可以通过风扇与散热器结合的方式提供设备的散热效果及对噪音的控制。
在一些实施例中,上述实施例中的底板的材料为钣金。钣金由于其材料属性可以使得在单位面积上布置更多的接口,且不易发生形变,不影响接口的安装精度。
如图2所示,在一些实施例中,上述实施例中的箱体还包括与底板21配对的盖板22,盖板的相对两面上设置有通风孔。通风孔用于实现空气的进出,增强散热效果,底板21与盖板22配对,不浪费材料,本申请所涉及的盖板22是指在安装后与底板21设置电路板的放置面垂直的面,与放置面平行处处中空的;互补方式可以是“2+2”互补(底部2个侧面,盖板2个侧面)或者“1+3”互补(如图2所示的,底部1个侧面,盖板3个侧面),在相对两面上设置通风孔增强散热效果。
如图2所示,在一些实施例中,箱体还包括面板23,面板23通过螺钉安装在盖板22和/或底板21上。较优的,面板23通过自攻钉装配在盖板22上,其与现有卡接的方式相比,固定更牢固,缝隙更小,外形美观,优选地,面板23为塑胶面板,这样就可以在面板23上设置美工线,使得塑胶与钣金结合处的过度自然。
在一些实施例中,箱体还设置有用于安装侧耳的接口。这样就可以通过侧耳将设备固定在室内的任何地方,而不是仅能放置在特定位置,使得用户可以更加合理的安排空间。

第三实施例:
本实施例是用户终端设备的一种组装示意图,其组装的先后顺序并不能用于限定本申请,具体如下:
如图3a所示,在本实施例中,箱体的底板21上设置有安装电路板11 (第一电路板)、风扇以及盖板22的铆接螺柱接口,具体的,图中接口21-1为安装电路板11的接口,接口21-2为安装风扇的接口,接口21-3为安装盖板22的接口;底板21为钣金件,三侧敞开,在装配电路板11过程中就有了足够的行动空间,而此行动空间属于箱体的外部空间,不占用箱体的内部空间,空间利用率高;底板21上还设置有安装侧耳的接口21-4,以便上机架安装;底板21的一个侧面上布置了所有对外接口21-5,钣金结构保证了接口多和位置足够精确;
如图3b所示,在本实施例中,将电路板11(第一电路板)、风扇3等安装在底板21上之后的示意图,电路板11、风扇3等用螺钉装配在底板21上,同时,螺柱4自带螺纹,直径拧在底板21上的铆接螺柱接口21-1上;电路板11装有自行设计的散热器11-1,部分关键器件通过散热器11-1进行散热;
如图3c所示,面板23(塑胶面板)用自攻钉5安装在盖板22上,与传统的塑胶面板卡接相比较,此种方案塑胶面板装配更加牢固,塑胶面板23与盖板22之间的缝隙更小;盖板22上左右两侧设置有通风网孔22-1,在装配后,配合风扇3一起,满足整机散热需求;
如图3d所示,塑胶面板23上设置有美工线6,这样塑胶面板23与盖板22装配后不会显得塑胶与钣金的结合处显得突兀,过度自然;
如图3e所示,电路板13(第二电路板)用螺钉13-1安装在螺柱4上,即电路板13通过螺柱4架在电路板11上,形成双层结构,更节省空间;
如图3f所示,电路板11和电路板13之间信号连接,主要通过接口板7和连射频连接器12连接,其中8个连接器12通过密封条9实现收发隔离,密封条9由软性导电材料制成,安装容差在此消除;
如图3g所示,是本使用新型的一个应用实例,配了侧耳10,可以上架安装,从图3g中可以看到,面板与盖板结合处理得当,整机上面没有接缝 及螺钉,尽可能的满足了室内终端设备的美观要求。
综上可知,通过本发明实施例,至少存在以下有益效果:
利用电路板及连接器作为CPE内的功能构件实现对应的功能,用于取代现有利用电路元件实现设备功能的方式,可以解决现有技术需要为设置背板以放置电路元件的问题,进而实现CPE的免背板安装,同时,电路板通过连接器实现盲插连接,实现了无线缆连接,连接简单,进而就可以在CPE内紧密安装,进一步减小了CPE的体积;
优选地,用户终端设备采用免背板设计,更换电路板时,不需要拆卸箱体,简单快捷。
