[0031] 如图 1至图 5所示, 本发明实施例提了一种彩灯连接单元 1, 包括导线 11和电连 接于导线 11的发光件 12, 导线 11包括至少一根正极导线 111、 至少一根负极导线 112和一根回路导线 113, 正极导线 111和负极导线 112成对设置, 且之间形成有 多个间断的电连接组 13, 各电连接组 13内均设置有至少一个发光件 12, 而且位 于电连接组 13内的发光件 12均分别与正极导线 111和负极导线 112电连接, 前一 个电连接组 13与下一个电连接组 13并联或串联, 回路导线 113自第一个电连接组 13延伸至最后一个电连接组 13, 并且与最后一个电连接组 13中的负极导线 112电 连接, 第一个电连接组 13中的正极导线 111和回路导线 113成组电连接有第一连 接头 14, 最后一个电连接组 13中的负极导线 112和回路导线 113成组电连接有可 与第一连接头 14匹配连接的第二连接头 15, 第二连接头 15可拆卸式连接有用于 将负极导线 112和回路导线 113相接通的功能头 17。 由于每个彩灯连接单元 1具有 多个电连接组 13, 而且, 根据设计需要, 各电连接组 13之间采用并联或串联的 方式连接, 因而, 通过将回路导线 113自第一个电连接组 13延伸至最后一个电连 接组 13, 并在功能头 17的连接下, 与最后一个电连接组 13中的负极导线 112连接 , 从而能从最后一个电连接组 13幵始供电, 而正极导线 111是从第一个电连接组 13幵始供电, 使各电连接组 13中的发光件 12所通过的电流值相等, 从而使各发 光件 12能够保持相同的亮度, 光线强度均匀。 同吋克服了传统的彩灯存在电源 接入的一端会出现发热的情况, 保证了使用的可靠性。
[0032] 具体地, 如图 2和图 3所示, 在其它实施例中, 可根据不同的设计要求, 将各电 连接组 13之间的连接方式设置成可以是全部并联或串联, 或是几个电连接组 13 并联成为一单元, 然后各单元之间串联; 或是几个电连接组 13串联成为一单元 , 然后各单元之间并联。 具体的设置方式可根据生产要求来选择, 在此并不做 一一例举和限制。
[0033] 具体地, 如图 1至图 5所示, 由于根据使用情况的不同, 需要将各彩灯连接单元 1相连接, 以增加发光的长度, 为了确保各彩灯连接单元 1之间连接的方便性以 及保证连接好之后电连接的可靠性。 本实施例中, 通过将第一个电连接组 13中 的正极导线 111和回路导线 113组成一组, 然后电连接有第一连接头 14, 最后一 个电连接组 13中的负极导线 112和回路导线 113组成一组, 然后电连接有可与第 一连接头 14匹配连接的第二连接头 15。 这样, 使每个彩灯连接单元 1的两端都分 别具有第一连接头 14和第二连接头 15, 从而, 在需要连接加长吋, 将第一个彩 灯连接单元 1中第一连接头 14与外接电源连接, 而第二连接头 15则和下一个彩灯 连接单元 1中的第一连接头 14相连接, 如此依次串接, 便可实现长度的加长, 而 最后一个彩灯连接单元 1中的第二连接头 15与功能头 17连接, 使最后一个彩灯连 接单元 1中的回路导线 113与其中最后一个电连接组 13中的负极导线 112连通, 用 于构成导通的回路, 通电后便可使所有串接成为一体的各彩灯连接单元 1全部发 光。
[0034] 本实施例中, 通过设置能相匹配连接的第一连接头 14和第二连接头 15, 从而提 高了各彩灯连接单元 1之间连接的方便性, 并保证了连接后的稳定性, 使用方便 、 安全。 另外, 当无需加长吋, 单个彩灯连接单元 1中的第一连接头 14与外接电 源连接, 第二连接头 15与功能头 17连接, 同样能够满足使用。 而且, 本实施例 中提到的第一连接头 14用于与外接电源连接, 第二连接头 15与功能头 17连接, 并不是唯一的设置方式, 仅为本实施例的一种举例说明, 可以理解地, 也可设 置成将第一连接头 14与功能头 17连接, 而第二连接头 15与外接电源连接, 在此 并不作限制。 而功能头 17的作用为用于将最后一个电连接组 13中的负极导线 112 与回路导线 113接通, 以形成通电回路。 具体地, 如图 1和图 5所示, 正极导线 11 1, 负极导线 112和回路导线 113并列相靠设置呈捆状, 如此, 整个导线 11结构紧 凑, 既保证了整体的美观性, 同吋也加强了导线 11的拉伸强度, 解决了导线 11 容易扯断的问题, 从而提高了整个灯连接单元 1使用的可靠性和使用寿命。

[0036] 优选地, 在本实施例中, 发光件为 LED灯珠。 LED灯珠具有亮度高, 能耗低, 光线柔和, 发热量少等优点, 节能环保。 而且 LED灯珠使用寿命长, 确保了彩灯 连接单元 1使用的可靠性。 [0037] 具体地, 如图 1、 图 4和图 6所示, 第一连接头 14包括连接主体 141和设置于连接 主体 141内的第一导电组 142, 第二连接头 15包括连接帽 151和设置于连接帽 151 内、 且与第一导电组 142可插拔式电连接的第二导电组 152, 连接主体 141和连接 帽 151之间设置有使两者可拆卸连接的连接组件。 第一导电组 142和第二导电组 1 52匹配设置, 连接方便, 而且能够可靠的实现电连接, 保证了各彩灯连接单元 1 之间电连接的稳定性。 而通过设置连接组件, 使需要连接的两彩灯连接单元 1能 够便捷、 稳定的实现连接, 也便于拆卸。 连接组件可以是采用螺纹连接的结构 或卡扣结构等能够实现快速连接的快拆结构。
[0038] 具体地, 如图 1、 图 4、 图 6和图 7所示, 在本实施例中, 连接组件包括设置在连 接主体 141上的第一外螺纹 143和设置在连接帽 151上的第一内螺纹 153, 第一外 螺纹 143连接于第一内螺纹 153上。 通过采用螺纹连接的方式, 连接稳定性好, 而且拆装容易。 并可以随意调节连接的松紧程度, 使用方便性好。 而当采用螺 纹连接吋, 其功能头 17上便设置有可与连接帽 151上的第一内螺纹 153匹配螺纹 连接的第二外螺纹 171, 从而能够实现连接。 功能头 17为标准规格件, 能够与各 彩灯连接单元 1上的连接帽 151匹配连接, 互换性好, 保证使用的方便性。 另外 , 当连接组件的结构发生改变吋, 如当连接主体 141上设置的是内螺丝吋, 则连 接帽 151上便为外螺纹, 然后功能头 17上相应改变成内螺纹。 设置方式灵活多样 , 在此并不做限制。
[0039] 具体地, 连接组件包括设置在连接主体 141上的至少两个卡块 (图中未示出) 和对应设置在连接帽 151上的至少两个卡勾图中未示出) , 卡勾钩挂于卡块上。 卡勾为具有弹性形变功能的构件, 当第一连接头 14和第二连接头 15对接吋, 施 加压力, 使卡勾产生形变, 然后钩挂在卡块上, 即可实现连接。 而需要拆卸吋 , 只需继续施加压力, 让卡勾产生更大的形变, 转动第一连接头 14或第二连接 头 15, 使卡勾和卡块错位, 即可实现拆卸。 连接方便、 稳定, 实用性好。 而且 , 在保证连接稳定性的前提下, 应尽量减少卡块和卡勾设置的个数, 从而能够 减少生产制造的成本, 因此, 在本实施例中, 卡块和卡勾均设置有三个, 其等 间距设置, 确保了连接的稳定性。 另外, 当采用此种卡扣的连接方式, 便在功 能头 17上对应设置有可与卡块钩挂的挂钩。 挂钩与卡勾结构一样, 能够产生弹 性形变, 而且连接与拆卸方式也是一样, 在此不作赘述。
[0040] 进一步地, 如图 4所示, 第二导电组 152上还套设有用于防水的密封圈 18。 通过 设置有密封圈 18, 从而保证各连接处的密封性, 防止灰尘、 水汽等杂质的进入 而影响电连接, 保证了使用的可靠性。
[0041] 进一步地, 如图 1和图 5所示, 彩灯连接单元 1还包括透明的软质保护套 19, 导 线 11穿设于软质保护套 19内。 通过设置有软质保护套 19, 从而使整个彩灯连接 单元 1不仅能够顺利弯卷, 便于收藏, 而且为导线 11和各发光件 12提供了保护, 避免导线 11和各发光件 12直接与外界接触, 确保使用的可靠性。 同吋, 由于透 明的软质保护套 19具有导光特性, 各发光件 12在软质保护套 19的罩设下, 使发 出的光线更为柔美, 提高了彩灯连接单元 1发光的美观性。 另外, 还可以使透明 的软质保护套 19设置有各种颜色, 从而进一步提高了其美观性。
[0042] 具体地, 如图 1和图 5所示, 正极导线 111、 负极导线 112和回路导线 113的外围 均设置有用于彼此绝缘的保护层 114。 这样, 保证了各导线 11间能够彼此绝缘不 发生短路, 可靠地通电。
[0043] 优选地, 保护层 114为硅胶、 塑胶或绝缘漆制作而成。 绝缘可靠, 而且取材广 , 降低了制造成本。
[0044] 具体地, 如图 2所示, 发光件 12覆盖有密封胶体 121。 由于各电连接组 13内设置 有至少一个发光件 12, 因而, 可以对各发光件 12单独覆盖或整体覆盖均可。 通 过设置该密封胶体 121, 可将各发光件 12与外界隔离, 形成一个密封的空间, 如 此, 避免发光件 12受到环境的污染损坏, 延长使用寿命。 另外, 各个电连接组 1 3内设置的发光件 12的个数相等, 从而易于分配电压。
[0045] 如图 1和图 8所示, 本发明实施例中还提供了一种线型彩灯, 包括用于驱动彩灯 连接单元 1发光的驱动电源 21, 还包括上述的彩灯连接单元 1, 驱动电源 21内设 有恒流组件 (图中未示出) , 驱动电源 21具有与第一连接头 14可拆卸式电连接 的供电连接头 22。 驱动电源 21为低压电源, 而且通过设置有恒流组件, 从而能 够提供电流小的恒定电流, 使线型彩灯上各处的发光件 12电流大小相同, 保证 了发光强度均匀一致, 没有明暗区, 美观性好。 同吋由于电流值恒定, 且电流 小, 从而在靠近电源接入的一端也不会出现发热区, 提高了使用的美观性和安 全性。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并不用以限制本发明, 凡在本发明的 精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、 等同替换或改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保 护范围之内。

Claims

权利要求书
一种彩灯连接单元, 包括导线和电连接于所述导线的发光件, 其特征 在于, 所述导线包括至少一根正极导线、 至少一根负极导线和一根回 路导线, 所述正极导线和所述负极导线成对设置, 且之间形成有多个 间断的电连接组, 前一个所述电连接组与下一个所述电连接组并联或 串联, 所述回路导线自第一个所述电连接组延伸至最后一个所述电连 接组, 并与最后一个所述电连接组中的负极导线电连接, 各所述电连 接组内均设置有至少一个所述发光件, 位于所述电连接组内的所述发 光件均分别与所述正极导线和所述负极导线电连接, 第一个所述电连 接组中的正极导线和所述回路导线成组电连接有第一连接头, 最后一 个所述电连接组中的负极导线和所述回路导线成组电连接有可与所述 第一连接头匹配连接的第二连接头, 所述第二连接头可拆卸式连接有 用于将所述负极导线和所述回路导线相接通的功能头。
如权利要求 1所述的彩灯连接单元, 其特征在于, 所述正极导线、 所 述负极导线和所述回路导线并列相靠设置呈捆状。
如权利要求 2所述的彩灯连接单元, 其特征在于, 所述正极导线、 所 述负极导线和所述回路导线之间还设置有将三者粘接为一体的粘连层
[权利要求 4] 如权利要求 1至 3中任意一项所述的彩灯连接单元, 其特征在于, 所述 发光件为 LED灯珠。
[权利要求 5] 如权利要求 1至 4中任意一项所述的彩灯连接单元, 其特征在于, 所述 第一连接头包括连接主体和设置于所述连接主体内的第一导电组, 所 述第二连接头包括连接帽和设置于所述连接帽内、 且与所述第一导电 组可插拔式电连接的第二导电组; 所述连接主体和所述连接帽之间设 置有使两者可拆卸连接的连接组件。
[权利要求 6] 如权利要求 5所述的彩灯连接单元, 其特征在于, 所述连接组件包括 设置在所述连接主体上的第一外螺纹和设置在所述连接帽上的第一内 螺纹, 所述第一外螺纹连接于所述第一内螺纹上。 [权利要求 7] 如权利要求 5所述的彩灯连接单元, 其特征在于, 所述连接组件包括 设置在所述连接主体上的至少两个卡块和对应设置在所述连接帽上的 至少两个卡勾, 所述卡勾钩挂于所述卡块上。
[权利要求 8] 如权利要求 7所述的彩灯连接单元, 其特征在于, 所述卡块和所述卡 勾均设置有三个, 其等间距设置。
[权利要求 9] 如权利要求 6所述的彩灯连接单元, 其特征在于, 所述功能头上设置 有可与所述连接帽上的所述第一内螺纹匹配螺纹连接的第二外螺纹。
[权利要求 10] 如权利要求 7所述的彩灯连接单元, 其特征在于, 所述功能头上对应 设置有可与所述卡块钩挂的挂钩。
[权利要求 11] 如权利要求 5所述的彩灯连接单元, 其特征在于, 所述第二导电组上 还套设有用于防水的密封圈。
[权利要求 12] 如权利要求 1至 11中任意一项所述的彩灯连接单元, 其特征在于, 所 述彩灯连接单元还包括透明的软质保护套, 所述导线穿设于所述软质 保护套内。
[权利要求 13] 如权利要求 1至 11中任意一项所述的彩灯连接单元, 其特征在于, 所 述正极导线、 所述负极导线和所述回路导线的外围均设置有用于彼此 绝缘的保护层。
[权利要求 14] 如权利要求 1至 13中任意一项所述的彩灯连接单元, 其特征在于, 所 述发光件覆盖有密封胶体。
[权利要求 15] —种线型彩灯, 包括用于驱动所述彩灯连接单元发光的驱动电源, 其 特征在于, 还包括如权利要求 1至 14中任意一项所述的彩灯连接单元
, 所述驱动电源内设有恒流组件, 所述驱动电源具有与所述第一连接 头可拆卸式电连接的供电连接头。
