发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种显示装置和阵列基板,用于解决显示装置中由于信号板间信号传输元件的相互走线较多,而导致FPC上的走线交错,相互影响信号质量,而且组装和拆解较为困难的问题。

在研究中,本申请的发明人注意到,目前,显示装置中系统板与TCON之间通过挠性印刷电路板FPC(Flexible Printed Circuit board)或电线连接,如图1所示,由于信号板间信号传输元件的相互走线较多,导致FPC上的走线交错,相互影响信号质量,而且采用图1所示的连接方式组装和拆解较为困难。
本发明实施例通过将显示装置中的至少一对相互连接的信号板之间采用插接方式连接,从而减少了信号板之间的信号走线,也使得组装和拆卸更方便。

本发明实施例提供的一种显示装置,如图2a所示,包括显示面板以及为所述显示面板提供信号的信号板,其中,至少一对相互连接的信号板之间采用插接方式连接;采用插接方式连接的每对信号板中的第一信号板上设有第一插接结构,且采用插接方式连接的每对信号板中的第二信号板上设有与所述第一插接结构对应的第二插接结构。
本发明实施例提供的显示装置中,至少一对相互连接的信号板之间采用插接方式连接,从而减少了信号板之间的信号走线,也使得组装和拆卸更方便。

该方式下,可根据第一信号板与第二信号板之间的信号传输元件来设计第一信号板上的卡条(如金手指结构)与第二信号板上的卡槽的尺寸和形状。
该方式下,只需要将第一信号板上的卡条插入第二信号板上的卡槽中即可实现第一信号板与第二信号板之间的电连接,方便组装和拆卸,减少了第一信号板与第二信号板之间的信号走线。
下面对第一插接结构与第二插接结构的位置进行说明。例如,第一插接结构与第二插接结构的位置可以包括以下两种优选的实现方式。
方式1、所述第一插接结构设置于所述第一信号板的侧边,且所述第二插接结构设置于所述第二信号板中朝向所述第一插接结构且与所述第一插接结构所在表面位于同一水平面的侧边。
该方式下,由于第一插接结构与第二插接结构位于同一水平面,第一插接结构与第二插接结构完成插接后,第一信号板与第二信号板也位于同一水平面上。
方式2、所述第一插接结构和所述第二插接结构分别设置于所述第一信号板与所述第二信号板中相互交叠的面上。
例如,第一插接结构设置于第一信号板的上表面,第二插接结构设置于第二信号板的下表面,第一插接结构与第二插接结构完成插接后,第一信号板与第二信号板有部分交叠。
该方式下,由于所述第一插接结构和所述第二插接结构分别设置于所述第一信号板与所述第二信号板中相互交叠的面上,可以节省第一信号板与第二信号板的布局空间,并且由于第一信号板与第二信号板不需要在同一水平面上,降低了对背板平整度的要求。
基于上述任一实施例,例如,所述显示装置中的每对相互连接的信号板之间均采用插接方式连接。
基于上述任一实施例,例如,所述第一信号板为时序控制器(Timing Controller,TCON)板,且所述第二信号板为用于提供驱动信号的系统板;或者,所述第一信号板为用于提供驱动信号的系统板,且所述第二信号板为用于提供工作电压的电源板;或者,所述第一信号板为TCON板,且所述第二信号板为用于提供工作电压的电源板。
基于上述任一实施例,例如,所述显示装置包括至少两块用于提供驱动信号的系统板,所述第一信号板为所述至少两块系统板中的一块系统板,且所述第二信号板为所述至少两块系统板中的另一块系统板。
下面以三个具体实施例来说明本发明实施例提供的显示装置中的信号板之间的连接,需要说明的是,下列实施例只是为了说明信号板之间的连接方式,并不是对信号板及其连接方式进行限定,相互连接的两个信号板之间不限于采用实施例中所描述的方式连接,也可以采用其他连接方式。
实施例一、本实施例中,信号板包括系统板、TCON板和电源板,系统板与TCON板连接,系统板与电源板连接。
本实施例中,部分相互连接的信号板之间采用插接方式连接,例如系统板与TCON板之间采用插接方式连接,系统板与电源板之间仍通过FPC连接,如图7所示。
实施例二、本实施例中,信号板包括系统板、TCON板和电源板,系统板与TCON板连接,系统板与电源板连接。
本实施例中,每对相互连接的信号板之间采用插接方式连接,即系统板与TCON板之间采用插接方式连接,系统板与电源板之间也采用插接方式连接,如图8所示。
实施例三、本实施例中,信号板包括两块系统板(即第一系统板和第二系统板)、TCON板,第一系统板与第二系统板连接,第二系统板与TCON板连接。
本实施例中,每对相互连接的信号板之间采用插接方式连接,即第一系统板与第二系统板之间采用插接方式连接,第二系统板与TCON板之间也采用插接方式连接,如图9所示。
基于上述任一实施例,本发明实施例提供的显示装置可以为:液晶显示面板、电子纸、有机发光二极管(Organic Light Emitting Diode,OLED)面板、手机、平板电脑、电视机、显示器、笔记本电脑、数码相框、导航仪等任何具有显示功能的产品或部件。
本发明的至少一个实施例还提供了一种阵列基板,其包括多个信号板,所述多个信号板中的至少一对相互连接的信号板之间采用插接方式电连接;采用插接方式连接的每对信号板中的第一信号板上设有第一插接结构,且采 用插接方式连接的信号板中的第二信号板上设有与第一插接结构对应的第二插接结构。
例如,第一插接结构为插针,且第二插接结构为与插针对应的插孔;或者第一插接结构为通用串行总线插头,且第二插接结构为与通用串行总线插头对应的通用串行总线接口;或者第一插接结构为挂钩,且第二插接结构为与挂钩对应的挂孔;或者第一插接结构为卡条,且第二插接结构为与卡条对应的卡槽。
例如,第一插接结构设置于第一信号板的侧边,且第二插接结构设置于第二信号板中朝向第一插接结构且与第一插接结构所在表面位于同一水平面的侧边;或者第一插接结构和第二插接结构分别设置于第一信号板与第二信号板中相互交叠的面上。
例如,阵列基板中的每对相互连接的信号板之间均采用插接方式连接。
例如,第一信号板为时序控制器板,且第二信号板为用于提供驱动信号的系统板;或者,第一信号板为用于提供驱动信号的系统板,且第二信号板为用于提供工作电压的电源板;或者,第一信号板为时序控制器板,且第二信号板为用于提供工作电压的电源板;或者,阵列基板包括至少两块用于提供驱动信号的系统板,第一信号板为至少两块系统板中的一块系统板,且第二信号板为至少两块系统板中的另一块系统板。
本发明实施例提供的阵列基板中各信号板的设置可以参考上述关于显示装置的实施例,重复之处不再赘述。
本发明实施例提供了一种显示装置和阵列基板,该显示装置包括显示面板以及为所述显示面板提供信号的信号板,至少一对相互连接的信号板之间采用插接方式连接;采用插接方式连接的每对信号板中的第一信号板上设有第一插接结构,且采用插接方式连接的信号板中的第二信号板上设有与所述第一插接结构对应的第二插接结构。由于至少一对相互连接的信号板之间采用插接方式连接,从而减少了信号板之间的信号走线,也使得组装和拆卸更方便。
需要说明的是,除非另外定义,本公开使用的技术术语或者科学术语应当为本发明所属领域内具有一般技能的人士所理解的通常意义。本公开中使用的“第一”、“第二”以及类似的词语并不表示任何顺序、数量或者重要 性,而只是用来区分不同的组成部分。同样,“一个”、“一”或者“该”等类似词语也不表示数量限制,而是表示存在至少一个。“包括”或者“包含”等类似的词语意指出现该词前面的元件或者物件涵盖出现在该词后面列举的元件或者物件及其等同,而不排除其他元件或者物件。“连接”或者“相连”等类似的词语并非限定于物理的或者机械的连接,而是可以包括电性的连接,不管是直接的还是间接的。“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”等仅用于表示相对位置关系,当被描述对象的绝对位置改变后,则该相对位置关系也可能相应地改变。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种显示装置,包括显示面板以及为所述显示面板提供信号的信号板,其中,至少一对相互连接的信号板之间采用插接方式电连接,其中:
    采用插接方式连接的每对信号板中的第一信号板上设有第一插接结构,且采用插接方式连接的信号板中的第二信号板上设有与所述第一插接结构对应的第二插接结构。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述第一插接结构为插针,且所述第二插接结构为与所述插针对应的插孔。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述第一插接结构为通用串行总线插头,且所述第二插接结构为与所述通用串行总线插头对应的通用串行总线接口。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述第一插接结构为挂钩,且所述第二插接结构为与所述挂钩对应的挂孔。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述第一插接结构为卡条,且所述第二插接结构为与所述卡条对应的卡槽。
  6. 如权利要求1~5任一项所述的显示装置,其中,所述第一插接结构设置于所述第一信号板的侧边,且所述第二插接结构设置于所述第二信号板中朝向所述第一插接结构且与所述第一插接结构所在表面位于同一水平面的侧边。
  7. 如权利要求1~5任一项所述的显示装置,其中,所述第一插接结构和所述第二插接结构分别设置于所述第一信号板与所述第二信号板中相互交叠的面上。
  8. 如权利要求1~7任一项所述的显示装置,其中,所述显示装置中的每对相互连接的信号板之间均采用插接方式连接。
  9. 如权利要求1~8任一项所述的显示装置,其中,所述第一信号板为时序控制器板,且所述第二信号板为用于提供驱动信号的系统板;或者,
    所述第一信号板为用于提供驱动信号的系统板,且所述第二信号板为用于提供工作电压的电源板;或者,
    所述第一信号板为时序控制器板,且所述第二信号板为用于提供工作电 压的电源板。
  10. 如权利要求1~8任一项所述的显示装置,其中,所述显示装置包括至少两块用于提供驱动信号的系统板,所述第一信号板为所述至少两块系统板中的一块系统板,且所述第二信号板为所述至少两块系统板中的另一块系统板。
  11. 一种阵列基板,包括多个信号板,其中,
    至少一对相互连接的信号板之间采用插接方式电连接;
    采用插接方式连接的每对信号板中的第一信号板上设有第一插接结构,且采用插接方式连接的信号板中的第二信号板上设有与所述第一插接结构对应的第二插接结构。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的阵列基板,其中,所述第一插接结构为插针,且所述第二插接结构为与所述插针对应的插孔;或者
    所述第一插接结构为通用串行总线插头,且所述第二插接结构为与所述通用串行总线插头对应的通用串行总线接口;或者
    所述第一插接结构为挂钩,且所述第二插接结构为与所述挂钩对应的挂孔;或者
    所述第一插接结构为卡条,且所述第二插接结构为与所述卡条对应的卡槽。
  13. 如权利要求11或12所述的阵列基板,其中,所述第一插接结构设置于所述第一信号板的侧边,且所述第二插接结构设置于所述第二信号板中朝向所述第一插接结构且与所述第一插接结构所在表面位于同一水平面的侧边;或者
    所述第一插接结构和所述第二插接结构分别设置于所述第一信号板与所述第二信号板中相互交叠的面上。
  14. 如权利要求11~13任一项所述的阵列基板,其中,所述阵列基板中的每对相互连接的信号板之间均采用插接方式连接。
  15. 如权利要求11~14任一项所述的阵列基板,其中,
    所述第一信号板为时序控制器板,且所述第二信号板为用于提供驱动信号的系统板;或者,
    所述第一信号板为用于提供驱动信号的系统板,且所述第二信号板为用 于提供工作电压的电源板;或者,
    所述第一信号板为时序控制器板,且所述第二信号板为用于提供工作电压的电源板;或者,
    所述阵列基板包括至少两块用于提供驱动信号的系统板,所述第一信号板为所述至少两块系统板中的一块系统板,且所述第二信号板为所述至少两块系统板中的另一块系统板。
