背景技术
在临床医疗上有一类医疗器械,其部分留置在体内,部分留置在体外,留置时间比较长,为了记录器械开始留置时间,医务人员通常在留置器械上或留置器械病患体位处贴上书写有日期及时间段的标签,由于病患肢体活动,标签时常与物件表面或病患体表摩擦,标签上笔迹往往模糊不清,或完全被擦拭掉,甚至标签脱落丢失,如此不利于留置器械留置时限观察。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中的不足之处,而提供一种记录标识清晰、不易模糊、不易破损,能与留置器械连接且不易丢失的留置医疗器械使用起讫时间转筒式记录器。
本发明的目的是通过以下途径来实现的:

以上两种方案中后一种相对前一种不同的部分是:
标号转筒隔层上均布的凹槽设置在筒壁上端面,而指示转筒上弹性凸卡和指示指针融合成一体且设置于转筒上部,由弹性壁和尖形凸卡构成,尖形凸卡尖端同时作为指示指针。
装配时,指示转筒插入字号筒内腔,弹性钩在前端锥面引导下滑过字号筒隔层安装孔,指示转筒筒底与隔层上表面相抵形成钩接,当需要时,转动时间字号筒,至所要日期字号与指示转筒指针相对,此时转筒上弹性凸卡正好滑入字号筒上凹槽,卡止定位,在无外力转动下,转筒与字号筒之间不会自动转动产生错位。
综上所述,本发明相比现有技术具有如下优点:记录标识清晰、不易模糊、不易破损,能与留置器械连接乃至合二为一成一体不易或者不会丢失。本发明记录器上包含有时间盘或片,其上设有明显日期和时间段符号,在日期和时间段对应位置设有病患者无意动作难以逆转的记录符。在留置器械使用,开始留置时,选择好日期和时间段,去掉对应的记录符,如此,器械起讫留置时间一目了然,再也不会发生起讫时间丢失问题。

具体实施方式
实施例1:
参照图1~图11,留置医疗器械使用起讫时间转筒式记录器,由两个组件标号转筒和指示转筒组成,该两个转筒体也作为记录器主体,标号转筒和指示转筒均呈一种圆筒形,日期标识是一种星期标识并设置于标号转筒的圆筒外侧壁,圆筒内腔具有一隔层2.1h.2,隔层上表面等分设置有7个定位凹槽2.1h.2.1,隔层中间具有一转动安装通孔2.1h.3,指示转筒也是一圆形筒体10.1,筒外形与标号转筒内圆腔能转动匹配,时间段标识3.3是一种由三个分别对应表示上午、下午、晚上三个时域的时域记录符组成,设置在指示转筒外壁上半部分,字 符下方同样一一对应一个孔洞记录符2.2,指示转筒筒底10.1.1外设置有复数个弹性安装钩10.2,安装钩与筒底连接段外侧是一圆柱面片段10.2.1,复数个圆柱面片段共同构成一转动配合面,与字号筒上安装通孔转动匹配而构成轴向勾连装置,指示转筒底还设有一弹性凸卡10.4,凸卡与标号转筒隔层上凹槽卡止匹配而构成卡触装置,转筒底还设有一安装孔10.5,安装孔贯穿筒底及弹性钩内侧,安装孔大小与组配的留置器械的对应部分相适配而作为与留置器械连接的装置,在指示转筒上部设有一指针10.3作为指示箭号,当弹性凸卡与凹槽卡止定位匹配时,能指向星期日期某一字号。
装配时,指示转筒插入字号筒内腔,弹性钩在前端锥面引导下滑过字号筒隔层安装孔,指示转筒筒底与隔层上表面相抵形成钩接,当需要时,转动时间字号筒,至所要日期字号与指示转筒指针相对,此时转筒上弹性凸卡正好滑入字号筒上凹槽,卡止定位,在无外力转动下,转筒与字号筒之间不会自动转动产生错位。
本实施例未述部分与现有技术相同。
最佳实施例:
参照图12、图13、图14和图15,留置医疗器械使用起讫时间转筒式记录器,由两个组件标号转筒和指示转筒组成,该两个转筒体也作为记录器主体,标号转筒和指示转筒均呈一种圆筒形,日期标识是一种星期标识并设置于标号转筒的圆筒外侧壁,圆筒内腔具有一隔层2.1h.2,隔层中间具有一转动安装通孔2.1h.3,圆筒上端面等分设置有7个定位凹槽2.1h.2.1,指示转筒也是一圆形筒体10.1,筒外形与标号转筒内圆腔能转动匹配,时间段标识3.3是一种由三个分别对应表示上午、下午、晚上三个时域的时域记录符组成,设置在指示转筒外壁上半部分,字符下方同样一一对应一个孔洞记录符2.2,指示转筒筒底10.1.1外设置有复数个弹性安装钩10.2,安装钩与筒底连接段外侧是一圆柱面片段10.2.1,复数个圆柱面片段共同构成一转动配合面,与字号筒上安装通孔转动匹配而构成轴向勾连装置,指示转筒10上弹性凸卡和指示指针融合成一体,设置于转筒上部,由弹性壁10.4a和尖形凸卡10.3a构成,尖形凸卡尖端同时作为指示指针,此弹性凸卡与标号转筒上端面凹槽卡止匹配而构成卡触装置,转筒底还设有一安装孔10.5,安装孔贯穿筒底及弹性钩内侧,安装孔大小与组配的留置器械的对应部分相适配而作为与留置器械连接的装置,此指示指针作为指示箭号,当弹性凸卡与凹槽卡止定位匹配时,能指向星期日期某一字号。

Claims (11)

  1. 留置医疗器械使用起讫时间转筒式记录器,包括承载有记录标识的记录器主体,其特征在于,记录器主体上设置的记录标识包括日期标识和代表一天中各时间段的时间段标识,日期标识或者是一种星期标识或者是一种月日标识,星期标识共由七个分别对应表示星期一~星期日的记录符组成,月日标识则由三个分别对应表示上中下各旬的第一记录符和分别对应表示0~9的第二记录符组成,时间段标识或者是一种代表一天24小时中各小时段的小时标识或者是一种由三个分别对应表示上午、下午、晚上三个时域的时域记录符组成,各记录符具有对应标记的标号,记录符或者由一种外力便于将其破损的薄脆体组成或者由一种转筒式记录符组成或者由上述两种组合在一起分别作为日期标识和时间段标识而组成,转筒式记录符包括标号转筒、指示转筒和卡触机构,标号转筒与指示转筒同轴套装在一起,但指示转筒一端突露在外,卡触机构以可止转定位标号转筒与指示转筒之间位置关系的方式安设在该二者之间,共有复数个标号沿标号转筒圆周方向分布,每个标号对应一个卡触位置,脱扣当前的卡触位置,转动指示转筒或标号转筒而进入下一个卡触机构止转定位状态的卡触位置,止转定位状态下,指示转筒上的指示箭号对准指示标号转筒上的标号,记录器主体上设置有与留置器械连接的装置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的留置医疗器械使用起讫时间转筒式记录器,其特征在于,标号或者标记在记录符上或者就近标记在记录符侧邻的记录器主体上。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的留置医疗器械使用起讫时间转筒式记录器,其特征在于,记录符可以是一种可捅掉孔中薄膜的孔洞。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的留置医疗器械使用起讫时间转筒式记录器,其特征在于,孔洞记录符中间具有一层薄薄的膜层,在需要时可以轻易捅掉膜层,形成通孔作为记录。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的留置医疗器械使用起讫时间转筒式记录器,其特征在于,转筒式记录符还包括一种对标号转筒和指示转筒进行轴向定位并连接的轴向勾连装置,此轴向勾连装置设置在标号转筒和指示转筒之间。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的留置医疗器械使用起讫时间转筒式记录器,其特征在于,转筒式记录符还包括一种对标号转筒和指示转筒进行轴向定位并连接的轴向勾连装置,此轴向勾连装置设置在标号转筒和指示转筒之间,此轴向勾连装置以及卡触机构均是一种可轴向弹性变形的装置,卡触机构从当前卡触位置脱扣进入下一个卡触位置,所产生的轴向弹性变形量与轴向勾连装置的轴向弹性变形量对应匹配。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的留置医疗器械使用起讫时间转筒式记录器,其特征在于,此轴向勾连装置由标号转筒内腔中的内凸环和指示转筒下端部的凹槽式台阶轴组成,此凹槽台阶与此内凸环匹配并转动套接,此凹槽式台阶轴底端面设置成便于强行将此凹槽套接入此内凸环的锥面。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的留置医疗器械使用起讫时间转筒式记录器,其特征在于,为便于实现弹性变形,此凹槽式台阶轴沿圆周方向分割成复数个瓣。
  9. 根据权利要求1或6所述的留置医疗器械使用起讫时间转筒式记录器,其特征在于,卡触机构由凸卡和凹槽组成,凹槽设置在标号转筒一端面上,共有复数个凹槽沿此端面圆周方向分布,凸卡设置在指示转筒上并与凹槽匹配并可陷落在凹槽中。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的留置医疗器械使用起讫时间转筒式记录器,其特征在于,标号转筒和指示转筒均呈一种圆筒形,日期标识是一种星期标识并设置于标号转筒的圆筒外侧壁,圆筒内腔具有一隔层,隔层上表面等分设置有7个定位凹槽,隔层中间具有一转动安装通孔,指示转筒也是一圆形筒体,筒外形与标号转筒内圆腔能转动匹配,时间段标识是一种由三个分别对应表示上午、下午、晚上三个时域的时域记录符组成,设置在指示转筒外壁上半部分,字符下方同样一一对应一个孔洞记录符,指示转筒筒底外设置有复数个弹性安装钩,安装钩与筒底连接段外侧是一圆柱面片段,复数个圆柱面片段共同构成一转动配合面,与字号筒上安装通孔转动匹配而构成轴向勾连装置,指示转筒底还设有一弹性凸卡,凸卡与标号转筒隔层上凹槽卡止匹配而构成卡触装置,转筒底还设有一安装孔,安装孔贯穿筒底及弹性钩内侧,安装孔大小与组配的留置器械的对应部分相适配而作为与留置器械连接的装置,在指示转筒上部设有一指针作为指示箭号,当弹性凸卡与凹槽卡止定位匹配时,能指向星期日期某一字号。
