Description

Absorbent articles
The present invention relates to an absorbent article such as a sanitary napkin.
Patent Document 1 discloses an absorbent article having a middle-high portion that protrudes toward the skin contact surface side, and a leak-proof groove that is provided on both outer sides in the width direction of the middle-high portion and that squeezes the topsheet and the absorbent body. It is disclosed. The excretion opening | mouth contact | abutting area | region of an absorbent article is pinched | interposed by a wearer's leg in the worn state, and the force which goes to the inner side of the width direction is applied. When a force toward the inner side in the width direction is applied to the absorbent article of Patent Document 1, the leak-proof groove is bent toward the wearer's crotch skin, and the middle and high portions of the absorbent body are raised accordingly (paragraph of Patent Document 1). 0016).

However, the above absorbent article has the following problems.
The cross-sectional shape of the body along the width direction in the vicinity of the wearer's buttocks is a shape in which the left and right buttocks bulge and the space between these buttocks is recessed. Since the middle and high parts of Patent Document 1 extend rearward from the excretion opening contact area, when the absorber in the excretion opening contact area rises, the absorption body in the rear side area also rises. Since the mid-high portion of the rear region of Patent Document 1 is configured to have a high basis weight, the thickness that rises when it rises to the wearer side is thick, and it is difficult to be disposed along the depression of the buttocks of the body. As a result, a gap may be generated between the wearer's buttocks and the absorbent article, and leakage may occur.
Moreover, the cross-sectional shape of the body along the wearer's front-rear direction is rounded from the excretory opening contact area to the rear. If the rear core absorbent core is not placed along the roundness of the body, back leakage may occur.
This invention is made | formed in view of the above-mentioned subject, and aims at providing the absorbent article which fits an absorption core with respect to a wearer's buttocks, and can suppress a leak.

The absorbent article includes an excretion opening contact area S1 disposed in the excretion opening contact area of the wearer, a rear side area S2 located on the rear side of the excretion opening contact area S1, and an excretion opening contact area S1. A front side region S3 located on the front side. The length in the front-rear direction L of the rear side region S2 is longer than the length in the front-rear direction L of the excretory opening contact region S1. The excretion opening contact area S1 is an area that is attached to the crotch part of the underwear while being attached to the underwear. A wing, which will be described later, is arranged in the excretion opening contact area S1. The boundary between the excretory opening contact area S1 and the rear side area S2 is a width slit 41 described later. The front end edge of the width slit 41 is the rear end edge of the excretion opening contact area S1, and the rear end edge of the width slit 41 is the front end edge of the rear side area S2. Further, the rear end edge of the rear side region S2 is a rear end edge of the absorbent article 1. The boundary between the excretory opening contact area S <b> 1 and the front side area S <b> 3 is the front edge of the wing 3. The front edge of the wing 3 is a root of the wing 3 and is a portion located on the front side of the portion of the wing 3 that is recessed most inside in the width direction. The base at the front side of the wing 3 is the front end edge of the excretion opening contact area S1 and the rear end edge of the front side area S3. Further, the front edge of the front region S3 is the front edge of the absorbent article 1. In FIG. 3, the range of the front-back direction of the excretion opening | mouth contact | abutting area | region S1, rear side area | region S2, and front side area | region S3 is shown.
The absorbent article 1 includes an absorbent body 30, a skin surface sheet 10 positioned on the skin facing surface side T <b> 1 from the absorbent body 30, and a non-skin surface sheet 20 positioned on the non-skin facing surface side T <b> 2 than the absorbent body 30. . The skin sheet 10 covers a liquid-permeable surface sheet 11 that covers at least the center of the absorbent body 30 in the width direction, and an outer edge (outer edge in the width direction) of the surface sheet 11 and extends outward in the width direction. Side sheet 12. The non-skin surface sheet 20 is a liquid-impermeable sheet.
The top sheet 11 is a liquid-permeable sheet that transmits liquid such as body fluid. The top sheet 11 covers at least the surface of the absorber 30. The surface sheet 11 is not particularly limited as long as it is a sheet-like material having a structure that allows liquid to permeate, such as a nonwoven fabric, a woven fabric, a perforated plastic sheet, and a mesh sheet. Either natural fibers or chemical fibers can be used as the woven or non-woven material.
The side sheet 12 can be selected from the same material as the top sheet 11. However, in order to prevent menstrual blood from flowing over the side sheet 12 to the outside of the absorbent article 1, the side sheet 12 preferably has hydrophobicity or water repellency. The side sheet 12 is disposed on the outer edge of the absorbent body 30, the wing 3 and the hip flap 4.
The non-skin sheet 20 has substantially the same length as the skin sheet 10. The non-skin sheet 20 may be a polyethylene sheet, a laminated nonwoven fabric mainly composed of polypropylene, a breathable resin film, a spunbond, or a sheet in which a breathable resin film is bonded to a nonwoven fabric such as spunlace. it can.
The absorbent body 30 has an absorbent core 31 in which absorbent materials are laminated, and a core wrap 32 that covers the absorbent core 31. Examples of the absorbent material include hydrophilic fibers, pulp, and SAP. In the absorbent body 30 of the present embodiment, the rear end edge of the absorbent core 31 and the rear end edge of the core wrap 32 substantially coincide.
The absorption core 31 is arranged in the excretory opening contact area S1 and the rear side area S2. In addition, the absorption core 31 may be arrange | positioned in the state divided | segmented into each of the excretion opening | mouth contact | abutting area | region S1 and the rear side area | region S2, and is arrange | positioned ranging over the excretion opening | mouth contact area | region S1 and the rear side area | region S2. It may be. Moreover, the absorption core 31 should just be arrange | positioned at least at the excretion opening | mouth contact | abutting area | region S1 and the rear side area | region S2, and may be arrange | positioned at the excretion opening | mouth contact area | region S1, the rear side area | region S2, and the front side area | region S3.
The absorbent core 31 has a middle-high portion 33 located on the inner side in the width direction than the outer edge 31E of the absorbent core 31. The middle-high part 33 is located in the excretory opening contact area S1, and is located inside the outer edge 31E of the absorption core 31 of the excretion opening contact area S1 in the width direction. The thickness of the middle-high part 33 is thicker than the thickness of the outer edge 31E of the absorption core 31 in the excretion opening contact area S1. The basis weight of the absorbent material in the middle-high portion 33 is higher than the basis weight of the absorbent material on the outer edge 31E of the absorbent core 31 in the excretory opening contact area S1. The middle / high portion 33 is located on the rear side in the excretory opening contact area S <b> 1 and is adjacent to the width slit 41. The outer edge of the middle-high part 33 of the present embodiment is provided with a pressing part 80 in which the absorbent body 30 and the skin sheet 10 are compressed in the thickness direction.
The absorption core 31 has a width slit 41, a front / rear slit 42, and an auxiliary slit 43. The absorbent core 31 has a width slit 41, front and rear slits 42, and an auxiliary slit 43 configured so that the absorbent core 31 can be bent in the thickness direction T.
The basis weight of the absorbent material of the width slit 41, the front / rear slit 42 and the auxiliary slit 43 is lower than the basis weight of the absorbent material of the surrounding absorbent core 31. The surrounding absorption core 31 is an absorption core in a region adjacent to a width slit or the like, for example, an absorption core adjacent to the width slit 41 in the excretory opening contact region S1, and adjacent to the width slit 41 in the rear side region S2. It is an absorbent core. The width slit 41, the front / rear slit 42, and the auxiliary slit 43 may be a region where the basis weight of the absorbent material is lower than that of the surrounding absorbent core 31, and may be a region with a basis weight of 0, or a design basis weight. Is 0, but may be a region where the absorbent material mixed from the surrounding absorbent core 31 is disposed.
The design basis weight of the width slit 41, the front / rear slit 42, and the auxiliary slit 43 of the present embodiment is zero. Therefore, the absorbent material is disposed between the skin sheet 10 and the non-skin sheet 20 in the region overlapping the width slit 41 in the thickness direction T, the region overlapping the front and rear slits 42, and the region overlapping the auxiliary slit 43. Absent. In the thickness direction T, the skin sheet 10 and the non-skin sheet 20 are not joined in a region overlapping the width slit 41, a region overlapping the front / rear slit 42, and a region overlapping the auxiliary slit 43.
Moreover, in the area | region which overlaps with the width | variety slit 41, the area | region which overlaps with the front / rear slit 42, and the area | region which overlaps with the auxiliary slit 43, it is located in the non-skin surface side of the core wrap 32 located in the skin opposing surface side of the absorption core 31 and the absorption core 31. The core wrap 32 may be joined or may not be joined. For example, according to the configuration in which the core wrap 32 positioned on the skin facing surface side of the absorbent core 31 and the core wrap 32 positioned on the non-skin facing surface side of the absorbent core 31 are joined, it is possible to suppress the deformation of the absorbent core 31. . Moreover, in the area | region which overlaps with the width slit 41, the area | region which overlaps with the front / rear slit 42, and the area | region which overlaps with the auxiliary | assistant slit 43, the surface sheet 11 and the core wrap 32 may be joined. In addition, in the region overlapping the width slit 41, the region overlapping the front and rear slits 42, and the region overlapping the auxiliary slit 43, the non-skin surface sheet 20 and the core wrap 32 may or may not be bonded. Also good.
The width slit 41, the front / rear slit 42 and the auxiliary slit 43 serve as boundaries where the rigidity changes. Specifically, for example, the rigidity of the area on the front side of the width slit 41 is different from the rigidity of the area on the rear side of the width slit 41. More specifically, the basis weight of the absorbent material in the region in front of the width slit 41 is higher than the basis weight of the absorbent material of the width slit 41. In addition, the basis weight of the absorbent material in the region behind the width slit 41 is higher than the basis weight of the absorbent material of the width slit 41.
The width slit 41 extends in the width direction W between the excretory opening contact area S1 and the rear side area S2. The width slit 41 only needs to extend at least in the width direction, may be a straight line parallel to the width direction, or is not parallel to the width direction but is a straight line or a curved line inclined with respect to the width direction. Also good. The width slit of the present embodiment has a curved shape in which the center in the width direction of the width slit 41 protrudes backward. More specifically, the center of the width slit 41 in the width direction is located behind the outer edge of the width slit 41. The center of the width direction of the width slit 41 is a convex shape toward the rear. Note that the length of the width slit in the front-rear direction may be constant or may vary. The length of the width slit in the front-rear direction is 10 mm or more and 50 mm or less, and more preferably the length of the width slit in the front-rear direction is 10 mm or more and 30 mm or less.
For example, when the length of the width slit 41 in the front-rear direction is less than 10 mm, it is possible to sufficiently obtain a function of buffering or dividing the movement on the front side of the width slit 41 and the movement on the rear side of the width slit 41. There are things that cannot be done. Further, when the length of the width slit 41 in the front-rear direction exceeds 50 mm, the action of buffering or dividing the movement on the front side of the width slit 41 and the movement on the rear side of the width slit 41 is increased, while absorption is performed. The sense of security as a property article may be reduced.
Also, the length of the width slit 41 in the width direction is preferably 25 mm or more. Generally, the length in the width direction (the length in the width direction of the portion having a relatively high basis weight) of the middle-high portion 33 of the sanitary napkin for night is often 25 mm or more and 30 mm or less. For example, if the middle-high part 33 is formed continuously in the excretory opening contact area S1 and the rear side area S2, the movement of the excretion opening contact area S1 may be interlocked with the rear side area S2 by the middle-high part. . However, when the length in the width direction of the width slit 41 is 25 mm or more, the middle-high portion 33 is divided in the front-rear direction, and the movement of the excretory opening contact area S1 can be suppressed from interlocking with the rear side area S2.
The width slit 41 may be formed in the entire width direction of the absorbent core 31 or may be formed in a part of the width direction of the absorbent core. The width slit 41 of the present embodiment is formed in the entire width direction of the absorbent core 31. The outer edge 41E of the width slit 41 is located at the outer edge 31E of the absorbent core 31. Therefore, the absorption core 31 in the excretory opening contact area S1 and the absorption core 31 in the rear side area S2 are divided in the front-rear direction by the width slit 41. In the absorbent body 30 of the present embodiment, the outer edge of the absorbent core 31 and the outer edge of the absorbent body 30 substantially coincide. Accordingly, in the drawing, the outer edge 41E of the width slit 41 is shown to coincide with the outer edge of the absorber 30.
The front / rear slit 42 extends in the front / rear direction L in the rear side region S2. The front-rear slit 42 may extend at least in the front-rear direction, may be a straight line parallel to the front-rear direction, is not parallel to the front-rear direction, and is linear or curved inclined with respect to the front-rear direction. Also good. The front and rear slits 42 may be formed in the entire front-rear direction L of the absorbent core 31 in the rear side region S2, or may be formed in a partial region in the front-rear direction of the absorbent core 31 in the rear side region S2. Good. The front and rear slits 42 of the present embodiment are formed in the entire front and rear direction L of the absorption core in the rear side region S2. Therefore, the absorption core 31 in the rear side region S2 is divided in the width direction by the front and rear slits 42.
Further, it is preferable that the front end edge of the front / rear slit 42 is located behind the position 30 mm behind the center 3LC in the front / rear direction of the wing 3. Moreover, it is preferable that the rear end edge of the front / rear slit 42 is located behind the position 200 mm behind the center 3LC in the front / rear direction of the wing 3. The length in the front-rear direction of the front-rear slit 42 is preferably 150 mm or more. In the cross section along the front-rear direction of the wearer's body, the groove between the hips starts from the area beyond the perineum and extends to the caudal bone. According to such a front-rear slit 42, a convex deformation having the front-rear slit as the apex is easily disposed in the groove between the flanges.
The length in the width direction of the front / rear slit 42 is 1 mm or more and 15 mm or less. For example, when the length in the width direction of the front and rear slits 42 is less than 1 mm, when the front and rear slits 42 are deformed into a convex shape, the absorption cores 31 arranged with the width slits interposed therebetween interfere with each other and are stable. Therefore, it becomes difficult to deform into a convex shape. Further, when the length in the width direction of the front / rear slit 42 exceeds 15 mm, the convex deformed portion having the front / rear slit 42 as the apex is absorbed by the convex deformed portion when arranged in the gap between the flanges. Absorption of bodily fluids may be negligible because there is no core.
The absorption core 31 in the rear side region S2 includes a first region 311 and a second region 312 and a third region 313 that are located outside the first region 311 in the width direction. FIG. 1 shows ranges in the width direction of the first region 311, the second region 312, and the third region 313. The first region 311, the second region 312, and the third region 313 are regions obtained by dividing the absorption core 31 of the rear side region S2 into three equal parts in the width direction. The first region 311 is a region located in the center in the width direction among the three divided regions. The second region 312 is a region located on one side in the width direction among the three divided regions. The third region 313 is a region located on the other side in the width direction among the three divided regions. In the configuration in which the length in the width direction of the absorption core in the rear side region S2 is changed, the absorption core 31 adjacent to the width slit 41 is a region divided into three equal parts in the width direction.
The front / rear slit 42 is provided in the first region 311. The front / rear slit 42 may be arranged at the center in the width direction W of the absorbent article 1. The front-rear slit 42 is configured such that the absorbent core 31 in the rear side region S2 can be bent in the thickness direction T, and more specifically, configured so that the absorbent core 31 in the rear side region S2 can be raised on the wearer side. Has been. The front and rear slits 42 constitute a first music part.
The width slit 41 and the front / rear slit 42 are connected. Therefore, in plan view, the absorption core 31 in the excretory opening contact area S1, the absorption core 31 on one side in the width direction W of the rear side area S2 (for example, the absorption core located on the left side of the wearer), and the rear The absorption core 31 on the other side in the width direction W of the side region S2 (for example, the absorption core located on the right side of the wearer) is divided. The width slit 41 and the front and rear slits 42 may be separated from each other.
The auxiliary slit 43 is connected to the front / rear slit 42 and extends from the front / rear slit 42 to the outside in the width direction W. The auxiliary slit 43 only needs to extend at least in the width direction, and may be a straight line parallel to the width direction, or may not be parallel to the width direction but may be a straight line or a curved line inclined with respect to the width direction. May be. The auxiliary slits 43 extend on both sides in the width direction of the front and rear slits 42. A plurality of auxiliary slits 43 are provided at intervals in the front-rear direction L. The outer edge 43E of the auxiliary slit 43 is located on the inner side in the width direction W than the outer edge 31E of the absorbent core 31 in the rear side region S2. That is, the absorbing material is disposed outside the auxiliary slit 43 in the width direction. The auxiliary slit 43 may extend to the outer edge 31E of the absorbent core 31 in the rear side region S2. The auxiliary slit 43 extends to the front side from the inner side in the width direction W (front and rear slit 42 side) toward the outer side in the width direction W.
The auxiliary slit 43 is configured to form a deformation base point where the absorption core 31 in the rear side region S2 bends in the thickness direction. The auxiliary slit 43 constitutes a second music part. In addition, the 1st music part and the 2nd music part may be comprised not only by the front-back slit but by another structure. For example, the 1st music part and the 2nd music part may be constituted by the pressing part which squeezed the absorption core at least in the thickness direction, and is constituted by the area where rigidity differs because the basis weight of the absorption core is different from the surroundings. It may be constituted by embossing formed by engaging the concave portion and the convex portion.
The absorbent article is provided with a squeezed portion 80 in which at least the absorbent core is squeezed in the thickness direction. The pressing unit 80 includes a front pressing unit 81, a rear pressing unit 82, and a hip flap pressing unit 83. The front side compression part 81 is arrange | positioned at the excretion opening | mouth contact | abutting area | region S1 and front side area | region S3, and the absorber 30 and the surface sheet 11 are compressed in the thickness direction. The front side compressed part 81 extends in the front-rear direction on both outer sides in the width direction from the center in the width direction of the excretion opening contact area S1. The front end edge of the front side compressed portion 81 has a tapered shape that tapers toward the front side.
The rear side compression part 82 is arrange | positioned at the 2nd area | region 312 and the 3rd area | region 313 of the rear side area S2, respectively, and the absorber 30 and the surface sheet 11 are compressed in the thickness direction. The rear side pressing part 82 is provided in the area | region where the absorption core is arrange | positioned. The rear pressing part 82 extends in the front-rear direction L on both outer sides in the width direction than the auxiliary slit 43. The rear side compression part 82 should just extend in the front-back direction at least, may be linear form parallel to the front-back direction, is not parallel to the front-back direction, and is the curve shape inclined with respect to the front-back direction. Also good. The rear side compressed portion 82 is located on the outer side in the width direction than the auxiliary slit 43 and on the inner side in the width direction than the outer edge of the absorbent core. The rear side compressed portion 82 does not overlap the auxiliary slit 43 in the thickness direction. In addition, as for the front side pressing part 81 and the rear side pressing part 82, the absorption core should just be squeezed at least. The rear side compressed portion 82 is formed by compressing the absorbent core 31 and the skin surface sheet (surface sheet 11) from the skin facing surface side T1 toward the non-skin facing surface side T2.
The hip flap pressing part 83 is arrange | positioned at the back side area S2, and the side seat | sheet 12 and the non-skin surface sheet | seat 20 are compressed in the thickness direction. The hip flap pressing part 83 is provided in the hip flap. The hip flap pressing part 83 extends in the front-rear direction. The hip flap pressing portion 83 has a convex shape that protrudes toward the outside in the width direction W.
The absorbent article 1 has a wing 3 and a hip flap 4. The wing 3 and the hip flap 4 extend outward in the width direction from the outer edge 31E of the absorbent core 31 in the excretory opening contact area S1.
The wing 3 has a side sheet 12 and a non-skin surface sheet 20. The center 3LC in the front-rear direction of the wing 3 is arranged to face the wearer's excretion opening. The wing 3 is configured to be foldable toward the non-skin surface sheet 20 and is folded back to the non-skin facing surface side of the crotch portion of the underwear when in use. The hip flap 4 is located on the rear side of the wing 3 and is provided in the rear side region S2. The hip flap 4 is configured to be disposed on the skin facing surface side of the underwear without being folded back to the non-skin facing surface side of the underwear during use. An absorbent material may be disposed on the wing 3 and the hip flap 4.
As shown in FIG. 2, the non-skin facing surface of the non-skin sheet 20 is provided with an adhesive region 60 to which an adhesive for stopping the absorbent article on the underwear S is applied. The adhesive region 60 is disposed in the first main body adhesive region 61 and the second main body adhesive region 62 disposed on the non-skin facing surface side of the absorbent core 31, the wing adhesive region 63 disposed in the wing 3, and the hip flap 4. Hip flap adhesive region 64.
The first main body adhesive region 61 is separated from the second main body adhesive region 62 in the front-rear direction, and is disposed in front of the second main body adhesive region 62. The first main body adhesive region 61 is disposed in front of the width slit 41 and straddling the excretory opening contact region S1 and the front side region S3. The second main body adhesive region 62 is disposed in the rear region S2 on the rear side of the width slit 41.
The width slit 41 and the front / rear slit 42 do not overlap the adhesive region 60 in the thickness direction T. In other words, the adhesive region 60 is not provided in the region where the width slit 41 and the front and rear slits are arranged in plan view. The wing 3 and the hip flap 4 are provided with an adhesive region 60.
The adhesive region 60 is covered with a release sheet 65 in a state before use. The release sheet 65 prevents the adhesive from deteriorating before use. The release sheet 65 is peeled off by the wearer during use. In addition, in the absorbent article which does not have a peeling sheet, you may be comprised so that it may prevent that an adhesive agent deteriorates before use with the packaging sheet which wraps an absorbent article separately.
Measurement of “absorber thickness” in this specification is performed by the following measurement method.
When the absorbent article 1 is enclosed in a package or the like, use a sample that is removed from the package and left in that state for 12 hours in an atmosphere of 20 ° C. ± 2 ° C. and a relative humidity of 60% ± 5% RH.
The measurement position is the center in the width direction of the absorber. When measuring, it is measured not in a state where the absorbent article is contracted but in a state where the elastic member of the absorbent article is extended. Moreover, parts other than an absorber, such as a skin surface sheet other than an absorber, and a non-skin surface sheet, are removed. A dial gauge PEACOCK manufactured by Ozaki Mfg. Co., Ltd. is used, a measuring element having a diameter of 10 mm is used, a specimen having a size of 30 mm × 30 mm is prepared, and the thickness of the specimen is measured. A measuring device adjusts so that the measurement pressure with respect to a test piece may be 3 g / cm < 2 >. Here, with respect to 10 samples, the above-described measurement was performed in each state, and the average value was defined as the length.
In addition, the measurement of the “weight and density of the absorber” in this specification is performed by the following measurement method.
When the absorbent article 1 is enclosed in a package or the like, use a sample that is removed from the package and left in that state for 12 hours in an atmosphere of 20 ° C. ± 2 ° C. and a relative humidity of 60% ± 5% RH.
In the absorbent article packaged by the packaging body, the packaging body is opened, the folded absorbent article is developed, and the thickness and area of the portion where the basis weight and density are measured are measured. Subsequently, the part which measures a fabric weight and a density is cut out from an absorbent article, and the weight of the cut-out part is measured. Next, parts other than the absorber, such as the top sheet and the back sheet, are removed from the cut out part, and the weight of the absorber is measured. The basis weight is calculated based on the weight of the absorbent body and the area of the portion where the basis weight and density are measured. The density is calculated based on the basis weight and thickness.
In addition, the “length” in this specification is measured by the following measurement method.
When the absorbent article 1 is enclosed in a package or the like, use a sample that is removed from the package and left in that state for 12 hours in an atmosphere of 20 ° C. ± 2 ° C. and a relative humidity of 60% ± 5% RH.
Next, using a spring measure (tape: glass fiber-containing polyvinyl chloride coating) manufactured by Shinwa Measurement Co., Ltd., the length of this state of the measurement target part is measured along the measurement target part. Here, with respect to 10 samples, the above-described measurement was performed in each state, and the average value was defined as the length.
(2) Actions / Effects In the absorbent article 1 of the present embodiment, the front / rear slit 42 provided at the center in the width direction of the rear side region S2 is raised as a first curved portion on the wearer side. By the front / rear slit 42, the absorbent core 31 can be fitted into the gap between the wearer's buttocks in the rear side region S2 located behind the excretory opening contact region S1. Further, in the absorbent article 1 of the present embodiment, a deformation base point extending in the width direction is formed by the auxiliary slit 43 as the second curved portion. The absorption core 31 in the rear side region S2 can be deformed with the auxiliary slit 43 as a base point, and is easily disposed along the roundness of the body in the cross section along the front-rear direction L of the body.
FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view showing a state where the absorbent article 1 is attached to the wearer. Fig.4 (a) is sectional drawing along the width direction in the excretion opening | mouth contact | abutting area | region S1, FIG.4 (b) is sectional drawing along the width direction in the back side area | region S2. 4A is based on the BB cross section of FIG. 1, and FIG. 4B is based on the CC cross section of FIG. In FIG. 4, the line which shows a wearer's body is shown with a dashed-two dotted line. When wearing the absorbent article 1 as a sanitary napkin, the absorbent article is fastened to the undergarment S, and the undergarment is pulled up and worn. The dimension in the width direction of the absorbent core of a general sanitary napkin is designed wider than the dimension in the width direction between the wearer's crotch. Therefore, the excretion opening | mouth contact | abutting area | region S1 of the absorbent article 1 of the worn state is pinched | interposed by a wearer's both legs, and receives the force which goes to the inner side of the width direction from the outer side of the width direction.
The cross-sectional shape of the wearer's body along the width direction W of the absorbent core 31 is different between the crotch vicinity and the buttocks vicinity. Specifically, the cross-sectional shape of the body along the width direction in the vicinity of the wearer's crotch cleft (around the vaginal opening where menstrual blood appears) is such that the large labia protrudes from the base of the thigh, and the absorbent article side It is a convex shape that protrudes. In the inseam area of the wearer, the excretion opening contact area S1 of the absorbent article is arranged to face. In the state where the absorbent article 1 is attached to the underwear S and is worn by the wearer, the absorbent core of the excretory opening contact area S1 is pushed down by the bulge of the large labia so that it protrudes toward the non-skin facing surface side. Deform. In the crotch of the wearer, the absorption core of the excretory opening contact area S1 is disposed along the body, and leakage at the crotch can be suppressed.
Also, an anus and a fissure are located behind the perineum located behind the wearer's large labia. The cross-sectional shape of the body along the width direction near the back of the perineum is a shape in which the center in the width direction is recessed. The rear side area S2 of the absorbent article is arranged to face the wearer's buttocks. For example, a sanitary napkin for nighttime is often used in a sleeping posture on its back. Most of the leaks were caused when a large amount of menstrual blood was discharged at one time, and absorption of menstrual blood just below the vaginal opening was not in time, or the absorber located just below the vaginal opening did not fit the body In some cases, menstrual blood flows into a portion recessed from the buttocks, and the menstrual blood leaks along the body. If there is a gap between the body's buttocks and the absorbent article, especially in a sanitary napkin for night use, menstrual blood flows along the back side of the body and leaks from behind the absorbent article. There is a fear.
In the absorbent article according to the present embodiment, the side portion of the absorbent core 31 is pushed down by the left and right buttocks in the rear side region S2. Therefore, more force is applied to the side portion in the width direction of the absorption core in the rear side region than in the center in the width direction of the absorption core 31 in the rear side region. When the side portion of the absorbent core is pushed down by the left and right collars, the center in the width direction of the absorber in the rear side region rises toward the wearer with the front and rear slits as apexes. Therefore, the center of the width direction of the absorbent core 31 in the rear side region S2 is easily disposed in the recess between the heel portions, and the absorbent core 31 can be disposed more along the wearer's buttock. As a result, bodily fluids such as menstrual blood can be prevented from leaking from the back of the absorbent article by flowing along the back and flowing back to the back side.
Further, the front and rear slits 42 penetrating in the thickness direction are formed at the center in the width direction of the absorption core 31 in the rear side region S2, and the absorbent material is not substantially disposed. Therefore, the protruding portion, particularly the thickness of the apex becomes thin. In addition, when the absorbent material is disposed in the front and rear slits 42, the absorbent core 31 is easily maintained in a flat state due to the rigidity of the absorbent material, and the absorbent core 31 may not be easily bent from the front and rear slits 42. However, since the absorbent material is not substantially disposed in the front and rear slits 42, it is easy to maintain the state where the absorbent core 31 is broken with the front and rear slits 42 as the base point. Therefore, the absorbent article 1 can be more closely disposed in the gap between the wearer's buttocks, and leakage at the buttocks can be suppressed.
FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view showing a state where the absorbent article 1 is attached to the wearer. FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view along the front-rear direction L of the body with reference to the cross section AA shown in FIG. In FIG. 5, the line which shows a wearer's body is shown with a dashed-two dotted line. In the absorbent article 1, a deformation base point extending in the width direction is formed by the auxiliary slit 43. The absorption core 31 in the rear side region S2 can be deformed with the auxiliary slit 43 as a base point, and is easily disposed along the roundness of the body in the cross section along the front-rear direction L of the body. In addition, when the absorbent core 31 in the rear side region S2 is fitted along the front-rear direction of the body, the width of the auxiliary slit 43 is appropriately changed, so that the absorbent core 31 adjacent in the front-rear direction across the auxiliary slit 43 is interposed. The distance between changes. Therefore, it becomes easy to arrange | position the absorption core 31 along the roundness of the body in the cross section along the front-back direction of the body.
When the absorbent core 31 in the rear side region S2 rises with the front and rear slits 42 as apexes, the bent absorbent core 31 has increased bending rigidity in the front-rear direction L. Therefore, it may become difficult to arrange the absorbent core 31 along the longitudinal direction L of the body. However, since the auxiliary slit 43 is provided, the rigidity of the absorbent core 31 can be reduced by the auxiliary slit 43 and the deformation of the absorbent core 31 along the roundness of the collar portion can be promoted.
In addition, when the outer edge 43E of the auxiliary slit 43 reaches the outer edge 31E of the absorbent core 31, the absorbent core 31 is flat in a region from the portion that hits the center of the gap of the flange to the outer edge of the absorbent core 31. The outer edge 31 </ b> E of the absorbent core 31 may not be able to cover the side part in the width direction of the collar part (the outer side in the width direction than the apex of the collar part). However, since the outer edge 43E of the auxiliary slit 43 is located inside the outer edge 31E of the absorbent core 31 in the width direction, the absorbent core 31 is not divided in the front-rear direction L. Further, when the deformation is performed using the auxiliary slit 43 as a base point, the absorption core 31 disposed outside the auxiliary slit 43 in the width direction serves as a fulcrum. Therefore, when deforming along the roundness of the body along the front-rear direction L, the absorbent core 31 can be deformed in a state continuous in the front-rear direction L. Therefore, the absorption core 31 of the rear side region S2 is likely to have a cup shape that wraps around the side portion of the buttocks, and the leakage from the buttocks can be effectively suppressed.
In addition, the front and rear slits 42 can separately deform the absorbent core 31 in the rear side region S2 on the left and right sides, and can cause the absorbent core 31 in the rear side region S2 to follow the body movement separately on the left and right. For example, when the wearer walks, the left and right feet are moved alternately. As the leg moves, the buttocks move alternately left and right. For example, when the entire width direction of the absorbent core 31 in the rear side region S2 is moved integrally, the entire absorbent core 31 in the rear side region S2 moves to the left and right due to the alternate movement of the legs, and the fit in the buttocks is not stable. There is. However, since the absorption core 31 in the rear side region S2 is divided into left and right by the front and rear slits 42, each of the absorption cores 31 sandwiching the front and rear slits 42 is moved by the alternate movement of the legs. Therefore, one absorption core 31 with the front / rear slit 42 interposed therebetween can be moved following the movement of the body, and the other absorption core 31 can be continuously fitted to the body. Furthermore, by keeping the absorption core of the rear side region S2 stably fitted to the buttock, it is possible to suppress the wearer's buttock and the absorbent article from being rubbed, and to suppress the deterioration of wearing feeling due to skin rubbing.
The absorption core 31 may be provided with a width slit 41 extending in the width direction W between the excretion opening contact area S1 and the rear side area S2. Since the width slit 41 is provided between the excretory opening contact area S1 and the rear side area S2, the width slit 41 prevents the deformation of the absorbent core 31 from being propagated to the entire front-rear direction of the absorbent core 31, and excretes. The absorption core 31 in the mouth contact area S1 and the absorption core 31 in the rear side area S2 can be deformed in different modes.
As described above, the cross-sectional shape of the wearer's body along the width direction W of the absorbent core 31 is different between the crotch vicinity and the buttocks vicinity. The absorption core 31 of the excretory opening contact area S1 is pushed down by the bulge of the wearer's large labia and deforms so as to rise to the non-skin facing surface side. The deformation of the absorption core 31 in the excretory opening contact area S1 propagates backward in the area up to the width slit 41. However, the deformation of the absorption core in the excretory opening contact area S1 is divided by the width slit 41 and is difficult to propagate to the absorption core 31 in the rear side area S2. The absorption core 31 of the rear side region S2 is raised on the wearer side, and is disposed in the gap between the left and right hips. Therefore, in a wearer's buttocks, the absorption core 31 of back side area S2 is arrange | positioned along a body, and the leak in a buttocks can be suppressed.
A plurality of auxiliary slits 43 may be provided at intervals in the front-rear direction L. The cross-sectional shape of the wearer's body in the front-rear direction is a rounded shape. Since the plurality of auxiliary slits 43 are formed in the absorption core 31 in the rear side region S2, the absorption core 31 in the rear side region S2 is easily deformed based on the plurality of auxiliary slits 43 separated in the front-rear direction L. Therefore, the absorption core 31 of the rear side region S2 is disposed so as to fit in the gap of the buttocks while following the roundness of the body.
In addition, as shown in FIG. 3, the absorption core 31 of this embodiment is provided with a first auxiliary slit 431, a second auxiliary slit 432, a third auxiliary slit 433, and a fourth auxiliary slit 434 from the front side. Yes. The second auxiliary slit 432 is pressed by the buttocks when lying on its back and easily maintains a planar state. The second auxiliary slit 432 can divide the force pressed by the buttock, and the first auxiliary slit 431 on the front side of the second auxiliary slit 432 can be arranged along the bulge between the buttock and the base of the leg side. Further, the third auxiliary slit 433 is disposed at a position corresponding to the buttocks where the curved shape when viewed from the side of the body greatly changes in a state other than the sleeping posture (for example, standing posture). The absorbent core 31 can be easily deformed with the third auxiliary slit 433 as a base point, and the absorbent core 31 can be disposed along a portion corresponding to the flange portion where the curved shape is greatly bent.
Further, the first auxiliary slit 431 and the fourth auxiliary slit 434 are arranged at positions corresponding to the folds when the absorbent article is folded with the folds along the width direction as the base points. Since the auxiliary slit 43 is disposed at a position corresponding to the crease, the auxiliary slit 43 has low rigidity, and the absorbent article can be stably folded. Further, when the absorbent article is developed (used), creases due to creases are difficult to be attached, and therefore the absorbent article is easily deformed in the intended state. Specifically, it is easy to arrange the absorbent article by fitting it into the gap between the heels. Furthermore, for example, in the configuration in which slits such as auxiliary slits are not provided in the folds of the absorbent article, a relatively strong crease extending in the width direction exists in the absorption core in the rear region. . Therefore, it becomes difficult for the absorbent article to fit flexibly from the abdominal side to the back side of the body, and leakage easily occurs due to the gap between the body and the absorbent article. On the other hand, since the auxiliary slits 43 are provided in the folds of the absorbent article, it is difficult for creases to remain, and the absorbent article can be fitted to the body at the position of the auxiliary slits 43.
The auxiliary slit 43 may extend forward from the front / rear slit 42 toward the outer side in the width direction. Since the absorption core 31 of the rear region S2 is pressed by the flange portion rather than the front side, a force is applied from the rear side toward the front side. Since the auxiliary slit 43 extends forward as it goes from the front / rear slit 42 toward the outer side in the width direction, a force from the rear to the front side can be released to the front side while being released to the outer side in the width direction by the auxiliary slit 43. While the auxiliary slit 43 releases the force from the rear to the front side, the auxiliary slit 43 is easily deformed along the force, and the absorbent core 31 can be arranged along the collar portion.
The absorbent material may not be disposed between the skin sheet 10 and the non-skin sheet 20 in the region overlapping the front and rear slits 42 in the thickness direction. Since no absorbent material is disposed in the region overlapping with the front and rear slits 42, the thickness of the apex raised by the front and rear slits 42 becomes thinner. Therefore, an absorbent article can be more closely fitted in the gap between the wearer's buttocks, and leakage at the buttocks can be suppressed.
The front / rear slit 42 may not overlap the adhesive region 60 in the thickness direction T. Since the front and rear slits 42 do not overlap the adhesive region in the thickness direction, the deformation of the front and rear slits 42 is suppressed from being excessively hindered by underwear, and the absorbent core 31 is easily deformed with the front and rear slits 42 as a base point.
The rear side region S2 may be provided with a hip flap 4 that extends outward in the width direction from the outer edge 31E of the absorption core 31 of the excretory opening contact region S1. By providing the hip flap 4 in the rear side region S2, not only the side portions (second region and third region) of the absorbent core 31 but also the hip flap 4 are pushed down when worn. Therefore, the absorbent core 31 is more likely to rise with the front and rear slits 42 as vertices. Therefore, the absorption core 31 is arranged along the wearer's buttocks, and the effect of suppressing leakage at the buttocks becomes easier to obtain.
The hip flap 4 may be provided with a convex hip flap pressing portion 83 that protrudes outward in the width direction W. By providing the hip flap pressing part 83, the hip flap 4 can be easily deformed along the roundness of the buttocks, and the hip flap 4 can be arranged so as to cover the roundness of the buttocks. Therefore, the leak in a collar part can further be suppressed.
The excretion opening contact area S1 may have a middle-high portion 33 located on the inner side in the width direction than the outer edge 31E of the absorbent core 31. By providing the middle-high portion 33 in the excretory opening contact area S1, the wearer absorbs it at the center in the width direction of the excretion opening contact area S1 (inner side in the width direction than the outer edge 31E of the absorbent core 31). The core becomes easy to adhere. Therefore, as shown in the cross-sectional view shown in FIG. 4A, the adhesion in the excretory opening contact area S1 can be improved. As a result, it is possible to realize the fitting property of the absorbent article in the rear side region S2 and the fitting property of the absorbent article in the excretory opening contact region S1.

May be a low basis weight area with a low basis weight. Further, the auxiliary slit 43 only needs to extend at least in the width direction, may be curved, may have a rhombus shape in plan view, or may have an inverted triangle shape (rear side) in plan view.
