一种卡接式滤瓶,包括瓶体(2),瓶体(2)上装有封盖住其瓶口的瓶盖(1),瓶盖(1)内填装有滤料(3),瓶盖(1)上开设有进水口(11)和出水口(12),瓶体(2)的外壁上部具有一圈径向向外凸起的颈环(21),瓶盖(1)以活动配合方式套置在瓶体(2)的瓶口部,并通过一锁紧套环(5)锁紧固定,瓶盖(1)的外壁具有一圈径向向外凸起的台阶(13),瓶盖(1)与瓶体(2)的结合部通过一密封圈(4)密封;锁紧套环(5)的上下两侧边缘向内弯折,其中的上边缘弯折部压抵住瓶盖(1)外壁台阶(13)的顶面,下边缘弯折部压抵住瓶体(2)外壁颈环(21)的底面。
Description
本发明涉及水处理技术,特别是涉及一种卡接式滤瓶的技术。
目前,人们对身体健康也越来越重视,特别对饮用水的要求也越来越高。以超滤及反渗透为核心的净水机产品能以终端净化的形式,让人们饮用到健康、安全的净水,在人们日常生活领域越来越普及。
净水机产品一般由前置过滤组件(PP棉、活性炭或超滤膜等)和核心处理单元(反渗透膜、超滤膜等)组成。其中,前置过滤组件(也常称为滤瓶组件)主要由滤瓶,及放置在滤瓶内的过滤材料组成,前置过滤组件内填装的滤料在使用一段时间后需要更换以确保其过滤效能。目前市场上常见的滤瓶结构,瓶体与瓶盖都是采用螺纹方式连接的,在安装及更换过滤材料时,需使用相匹配的专用扳手拧下瓶盖,该结构虽然简单,但更换操作不方便。再者螺纹部位一方面承受过滤器内部水的压力,另一方面还承受对密封圈施加的预紧力,螺纹的拧紧程度还受制造精度的影响,不能可靠地量化和控制,种种因素的影响,导致这种滤瓶密封性能不可靠,或者是螺纹的预紧应力过大,对结构有致命的损伤,整个滤瓶的使用寿命不可预见,从而存在严重的漏水隐患。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术中存在的缺陷,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种滤料更换方便,且使用寿命长的卡接式滤瓶。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所提供的一种卡接式滤瓶,包括瓶体,所述瓶体上装有封盖住其瓶口的瓶盖,瓶体内填装有滤料,所述瓶盖上开设有进水口及出水口,其特征在于:
所述瓶体的外壁上部具有一圈径向向外凸起的颈环,瓶盖以活动配合方式套置在瓶体的瓶口部,并通过一锁紧套环锁紧固定,瓶盖的外壁具有一圈径向向外凸起的台阶,瓶盖与瓶体的结合部通过一密封圈密封;
所述锁紧套环的上下两侧边缘向内弯折,其中的上边缘弯折部压抵住瓶盖外壁台阶的顶面,下边缘弯折部压抵住瓶体外壁颈环的底面。
进一步的,所述锁紧套环上轴对称的设置有两个四连杆机构,锁紧套环由两个可拆分的半环件组合而成,每个四连杆机构均包括一锁扣、一锁芯,其中的锁扣通过一固定枢轴枢设于其中一个半环件上,锁芯则通过一活动枢轴枢设于另一个半环件上,且锁芯通过一销轴与本机构的锁扣枢接。
本发明提供的卡接式滤瓶,利用锁紧套环可以方便的将瓶盖固定在瓶体,不需要借助专用工具即可徒手拆装,滤料更换非常方便,同时还能避免瓶体和瓶盖承受额外的预紧力,大大减轻了滤瓶的负荷,延长了滤瓶的使用寿命。

以下结合附图说明对本发明的实施例作进一步详细描述,但本实施例并不用于限制本发明,凡是采用本发明的相似结构及其相似变化,均应列入本发明的保护范围。
如图1-图4所示,本发明实施例所提供的一种卡接式滤瓶,包括瓶体2,所述瓶体2上装有封盖住其瓶口的瓶盖1,瓶体2内填装有滤料3,所述瓶盖1上开设有进水口11及出水口12,其特征在于:
所述瓶体2的外壁上部具有一圈径向向外凸起的颈环21,瓶盖1以活动配合方式套置在瓶体2的瓶口部,并通过一锁紧套环5锁紧固定,瓶盖1的外壁具有一圈径向向外凸起的台阶13,瓶盖1与瓶体2的结合部通过一径向截面呈Y形的密封圈4密封;
所述锁紧套环5的上下两侧边缘向内弯折,其中的上边缘弯折部压抵住瓶盖外壁台阶13的顶面,下边缘弯折部压抵住瓶体外壁颈环21的底面,锁紧套环

所述锁紧套环5由两个可拆分的半环件组合而成,每个四连杆机构均包括一锁扣6、一锁芯7,其中的锁扣6通过一固定枢轴枢61设于其中一个半环件上,锁芯7则通过一活动枢轴71枢设于另一个半环件上,且锁芯7通过一销轴72与本机构的锁扣6枢接。
本发明实施例中,所述滤料3包括PP棉、活性炭、超滤膜等用于水体过滤的材料。
本发明实施例适用于家用及类似用途的水处理产品的前置过滤,其使用方式如下:
源水从瓶盖1的进水口11进入瓶体2,经瓶体2内的滤料3过滤后从瓶盖1的出水口12排出;
需要更换滤料3时,对锁芯7与锁扣6枢接部(销轴72)施力向外扳,使锁扣6向外枢转,此时锁芯7也随之同步向外枢转,从而松开对锁紧套环5的锁定,然后将锁紧套环5的两个半环件背向分开,即可将锁紧套环5从瓶体上取下,然后再向上拔下瓶盖1,即可取出瓶体2内的滤料3更换,更换好滤料3后反向操作,即可将瓶盖1重新固定在瓶体上,并将对锁紧套环5锁定,锁紧套环5锁定后,固定枢轴枢61、活动枢轴71、销轴72形成死点自锁。

- 一种卡接式滤瓶,包括瓶体,所述瓶体上装有封盖住其瓶口的瓶盖,瓶体内填装有滤料,所述瓶盖上开设有进水口及出水口,其特征在于:所述瓶体的外壁上部具有一圈径向向外凸起的颈环,瓶盖以活动配合方式套置在瓶体的瓶口部,并通过一锁紧套环锁紧固定,瓶盖的外壁具有一圈径向向外凸起的台阶,瓶盖与瓶体的结合部通过一密封圈密封;所述锁紧套环的上下两侧边缘向内弯折,其中的上边缘弯折部压抵住瓶盖外壁台阶的顶面,下边缘弯折部压抵住瓶体外壁颈环的底面。
- 根据权利要求1所述的卡接式滤瓶,其特征在于:所述锁紧套环上轴对称的设置有两个四连杆机构,锁紧套环由两个可拆分的半环件组合而成,每个四连杆机构均包括一锁扣、一锁芯,其中的锁扣通过一固定枢轴枢设于其中一个半环件上,锁芯则通过一活动枢轴枢设于另一个半环件上,且锁芯通过一销轴与本机构的锁扣枢接。
