自动呼叫同步系统及方法 技术领域
本公开涉及通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种自动呼叫同步系统及方法。
背景技术
随着通讯技术的发展,固定终端、移动终端等多种通讯手段已经普及到人们的生活和工作中。但是移动终端通话时会存在电磁波的辐射,长时间使用会对身体健康造成影响,而使用移动终端进行通话的场所通常是在家里或办公室等一些固定场所,这些固定场所一般都设置有固定终端。目前,通过用户主动设定可以实现移动终端与固定终端之间的呼叫转移,例如,一个开通呼叫转移功能的移动终端用户,在家里或办公室时可以将呼叫转移号码设定为其固定终端号码,当他人拨打被呼叫用户的移动终端时,可以通过固定终端接听。但是,目前的呼叫转移功能自动化程度较低,开通和取消呼叫转移功能均需要用户的设定及相关操作才能实现,当用户所处的位置和环境发生变化时,呼叫转移号码也要随之主动改变,增加了用户的负担,大大限制了用户使用的方便些和主动性。
因此,如何提高呼叫转移功能的自动化程度,给用户使用带来便利,是本领域技术人员亟需解决的技术问题。

需要说明的是,固定电话运营网络一般包括网通、移动、电信等运营商提供的相应电话线网络,固定终端一般是经过固定电话运营商提供的网络实现通话的,而移动终端一般是经过移动终端运营商提供的网络实现通话的,可见固定终端和移动终端实现通话运营商网络并不相同。因此,在本公开实施例提供的上述自动呼叫同步系统中,在呼叫被用户采用固定终端接听后,固定终端和移动终端会自动进行运行商的切换,将原本由移动终端的运行商切换至固定终端的运营商。
本公开实施例提供的上述自动呼叫同步系统可以在移动终端接收到呼叫信号时将呼叫信号自动同步到固定终端,以实现用户可选择的采用移动终端和/或固定终端接听呼叫,为用户接听呼叫带来便利,且提高了呼叫同步功能的自动化程度;并且,在接听呼叫时通过与固定终端匹配的固定电话运营网络完成通话,也可以节省话费。
在具体实施时,移动终端101向模式识别器103发送的呼叫同步请求中携带的标识信息可以具体为移动终端101的ID信息或者用户的号码信息等信 息,呼叫信息可以具体为主呼叫用户的姓名、号码信息等信息。当模式识别器103接收到无线信号转发器104转发的移动终端101发送的呼叫同步请求后,模式识别器103就可以根据移动终端101发送的对应的标识信息与本身的数据库信息进行计算匹配,若匹配成功则说明对该移动终端101认证通过,之后通过无线信号转发器104向固定终端102发送呼叫接入请求。

进一步地,在本公开实施例提供的上述自动呼叫同步系统在具体实施时,为了保证无线信号转发器的无线网络的安全性,模式识别器103在通过无线信号转发器104分别向移动终端101和固定终端102发送开启自动呼叫同步功能的指令之前,还可以对移动终端101进行认证,排除没有注册在该无线网络内的移动终端。具体地,模式识别器103,具体用于在确定移动终端101位于无线信号转发器104的无线网络所在范围内时,通过无线信号转发器104获取移动终端101的标识信息并在对移动终端101认证通过后,通过无线信号转发器104分别向移动终端和固定终端发送开启自动呼叫同步功能的指令,这样经过模式识别器103对移动终端101的认证后,再发送开启自动呼叫同步功能的指令,可以增强无线网络的安全性。
在具体实施时,模式识别器103确定移动终端101是否位于无线信号转发器104的无线网络所在范围内的实现方式可以有多种,例如,可以在无线信号转发器104和模式识别器103所处的房间门口设置类似于信号感应器等装置用于监控携带移动终端101的用户是否进入房间,当进入房间后,与感应器信号连接的模式识别器103则可以认为移动终端101位于无线信号转发器104的无线网络所在范围内,则通过无线信号转发器104分别向移动终端101和固定终端102发送开启自动呼叫同步功能的指令。又如,与模式识别器103连接的无线信号转发器104可以每隔设定秒数向外发送无线信号,在移动终端101进入无线信号转发器104的无线网络所在范围内时,移动终端101收到无线信号后反馈一信号,此时模式识别器103收到该反馈信号后则 通过无线信号转发器104分别向移动终端101和固定终端102发送开启自动呼叫同步功能的指令。
在具体实施时,在本公开实施例提供的上述自动呼叫同步系统中,移动终端101,还用于在确定离开无线信号转发器104的无线网络所在范围内时,关闭自动呼叫同步功能,这样使移动终端101离开无线信号转发器104的无线网络所在范围内时,移动终端101关闭自动呼叫同步功能,当移动终端101接收到被呼叫信号时,移动终端101不会向模式识别器103发送呼叫同步请求,相较发明人已知的,用户需要主动取消设定,减少了繁琐的操作,提供了便利。
在具体实施时,在本公开实施例提供的上述自动呼叫同步系统中,模式识别器103,还用于确定无线信号转发器104的无线网络所在范围内是否存在移动终端101,若否,则通过无线信号转发器104向固定终端102发送关闭自动呼叫同步功能的指令。
在具体实施时,本公开实施例提供的上述自动呼叫同步系统,还可以实现采用固定终端对移动终端中存储的号码进行呼叫的功能。具体地,为了便于用户在固定终端上查找移动终端中存储的号码以方便主动呼叫,固定终端102一般具有显示模块,用户可以通过固定终端对模式识别器103发送对特定移动终端进行寻址的请求,例如用户可以在固定终端102上触发与某个移动终端所匹配的按钮后,固定终端102向无线信号转发器104发送携带该移动终端的标识信息的寻址请求,无线信号转发器104接收固定终端102发送的携带有移动终端101的标识信息的寻址请求后,将其发送到模式识别器103进行认证。具体地,模式识别器103,还用于通过无线信号转发器104接收固定终端102发送的携带有移动终端101的标识信息的寻址请求,根据移动终端101的标识信息对移动终端101进行认证,在认证通过后通过无线信号转发器104向对应的移动终端发送获取寻址信息请求;具体地,模式识别器103对移动终端101进行认证的过程为模式识别器103首先对寻址请求的信息与本身的数据库信息进行计算匹配,若匹配成功则说明对该移动终端101认证通过。移动终端101,还用于在接收到无线信号转发器104转发的获取寻址信息请求后,将存储的对应信息通过模式识别器发送给固定终端进行显示,这样用户就可以在固定终端102上操作对移动终端101中存储的号码进行主动呼叫。其中,移动终端101中存储的对应信息可以包括通讯录、短信、 浏览网页等信息,在此不作限定。
例如,张三需要拨打李四的移动终端,张三采用固定终端向无线信号转发器发送携带有张三的移动终端的ID信息的寻址请求,无线信号转发器将该寻址请求发送到模式识别器,模式识别器根据移动终端的ID信息开始对张三的移动终端进行身份认证,身份认证通过后模式识别器通知无线信号转发器向识别到的具有ID信息的移动终端发送获取寻址信息请求,此时张三的移动终端接到寻址信息请求后将存储的包含李四的移动终端号码的信息通过无线信号转发器发送给固定终端以对张三进行显示,张三就可以采用固定终端根据显示屏显示的号码向李四的移动终端进行主动呼叫。
在具体实施时,在本公开实施例提供的上述自动呼叫同步系统中的模式识别器103和无线信号转发器104的集成方式可以有多种,例如如图2所示,模式识别器103和无线信号转发器104可以集成于固定终端102内,这样能增强设备之间的集成度、同时也可以减少设备所占的空间。也可以如图3所示,模式识别器103可以集成于无线信号转发器104内,无线信号转发器104与固定终端102可以独立设计。
下面以三个具体的实例详细的说明本公开实施例提供的自动呼叫同步系统实现自动呼叫同步的方式。
实例一:如图4所示,完成自动呼叫同步的具体步骤如下:
1、基站向移动终端发送被呼叫信号;
2、移动终端在收到被呼叫信号且确定自身开启自动呼叫同步功能时,向无线信号转发器发送携带移动终端的标识信息以及呼叫信息的呼叫同步请求;
3、无线信号转发器向模式识别器转发呼叫同步请求;
4、模式识别器根据移动终端的标识信息对移动终端进行认证;
在具体实施时,对移动终端进行认证的方式可以为常规的认证方式,可以将移动终端的标识信息与模式识别器的数据库存储的标识信息直接进行比较,判断正确与否,此认证方式可以有多种,在此不作限定;
5、模式识别器在认证通过后通过无线信号转发器向固定终端发送携带移动终端的标识信息以及呼叫信息的呼叫接入请求;
6、固定终端根据移动终端的标识信息和呼叫信息对移动终端的用户进行呼叫;
7、在呼叫被用户采用固定终端接听时,固定终端向无线信号转发器发送呼叫接入响应;
8、固定终端的网络运营同步启动;
9、固定终端通过与固定终端匹配的固定电话运营网络建立通话的通信。
至此,经过实例提供的上述步骤1至9完成自动呼叫同步功能,可以采用固定终端接听呼叫,可以节省话费。
实例二:如图5所示,完成自动呼叫同步的具体步骤如下:
步骤1和9与实例一步骤1和9完全相同,在此不作赘述。
在步骤9固定终端通过与固定终端匹配的固定电话运营网络建立通话的通信之后,还可以进行以下具体步骤:
10、在确定用户采用移动终端进行接听时,移动终端向无线信号转发器发送携带移动终端的标识信息的通话接入请求;
11、无线信号转发器向模式识别器转发通话接入请求;
12、模式识别器根据移动终端的标识信息对移动终端进行认证;
13、模式识别器在认证通过后通过无线信号转发器建立移动终端和固定终端之间的通信通道。
至此,经过实例提供的上述步骤1至13完成三方同时通话功能。
实例三:如图6所示,完成自动呼叫同步的具体步骤如下:
1、固定终端向无线信号转发器发送携带有移动终端的标识信息的寻址请求;
2、无线信号转发器向模式识别器转发寻址请求;
3、模式识别器根据移动终端的标识信息对移动终端进行认证;
4、模式识别器在认证通过后通过无线信号转发器,向对应的移动终端发送获取寻址信息请求;
5、移动终端将存储的对应信息通过无线信号转发器发送给固定终端进行显示;
6、用户在根据固定终端显示的号码中选取主动呼叫号码时,固定终端对该主动呼叫号码进行主动呼叫。
至此,经过实例提供的上述步骤1至6完成采用固定终端对移动终端中存储的号码进行主动呼叫功能,采用固定终端发起主动呼叫可以节省话费和/或提供便捷的操作,需要说明的是,有时可能是为了更便捷,假如用 户正处在固定终端附近,此时移动电话不在身边,此时直接采用固定电话进行呼叫、则避免了去找移动电话的工作。
基于同一发明构思,本公开实施例还提供了一种自动呼叫同步的方法,由于该方法解决问题的原理与前述一种自动呼叫同步系统相似,因此该方法的实施可以参见系统的实施,重复之处不再赘述。
具体地,本公开实施例提供的一种自动呼叫同步的方法,如图7所示,包括:
S701、移动终端在收到被呼叫信号且确定自身开启自动呼叫同步功能时,向连接模式识别器的无线信号转发器发送携带移动终端的标识信息以及呼叫信息的呼叫同步请求;
S702、模式识别器在收到无线信号转发器转发的呼叫同步请求后,根据移动终端的标识信息对移动终端进行认证,在认证通过后通过无线信号转发器向固定终端发送携带移动终端的标识信息以及呼叫信息的呼叫接入请求;
S703、固定终端在收到呼叫接入请求后,根据移动终端的标识信息和呼叫信息对移动终端的用户进行呼叫;
S704、在呼叫被用户采用固定终端接听时,固定终端向无线信号转发器发送呼叫接入响应,并通过与固定终端匹配的固定电话运营网络完成通话。
在一种可能的实现方式中,在本公开实施例提供的上述自动呼叫同步方法中,还包括以下步骤:
在确定用户采用移动终端进行接听时,移动终端通过无线信号转发器向模式识别器发送携带移动终端的标识信息的通话接入请求;
模式识别器在接收到无线信号转发器转发的呼叫接入响应和通话接入请求后,根据移动终端的标识信息对移动终端进行认证,在认证通过后通过无线信号转发器建立移动终端和固定终端之间的通信通道。
在一种可能的实现方式中,在本公开实施例提供的上述自动呼叫同步方法中,还包括以下步骤:
模式识别器确定移动终端是否位于无线信号转发器的无线网络所在范围内,若是,则通过无线信号转发器分别向移动终端和固定终端发送开启自动呼叫同步功能的指令。
在一种可能的实现方式中,在本公开实施例提供的上述自动呼叫同步方法中,具体包括以下步骤:
模式识别器在确定移动终端位于无线信号转发器的无线网络所在范围内时,通过无线信号转发器获取移动终端的标识信息并在对移动终端认证通过后,通过无线信号转发器分别向移动终端和固定终端发送开启自动呼叫同步功能的指令。
在一种可能的实现方式中,在本公开实施例提供的上述自动呼叫同步方法中,还包括以下步骤:
移动终端在确定离开无线信号转发器的无线网络所在范围内时,关闭自动呼叫同步功能。
在一种可能的实现方式中,在本公开实施例提供的上述自动呼叫同步方法中,还包括以下步骤:
模式识别器确定无线信号转发器的无线网络所在范围内是否存在移动终端,若否,则通过无线信号转发器向固定终端发送关闭自动呼叫同步功能的指令。
在一种可能的实现方式中,在本公开实施例提供的上述自动呼叫同步方法中,还包括以下步骤:
模式识别器通过无线信号转发器接收固定终端发送的携带有移动终端的标识信息的寻址请求,根据移动终端的标识信息对移动终端进行认证,在认证通过后通过无线信号转发器向对应的移动终端发送获取寻址信息请求;
移动终端在接收到无线信号转发器转发的获取寻址信息请求后,将存储的对应信息通过无线信号转发器发送给固定终端进行显示。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到本公开实施例可以通过硬件实现,也可以借助软件加必要的通用硬件平台的方式来实现。基于这样的理解,本公开实施例的技术方案可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该软件产品可以存储在一个非易失性存储介质(可以是CD-ROM,U盘,移动硬盘等)中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本公开各个实施例所述的方法。
本领域技术人员可以理解附图只是一个优选实施例的示意图,附图中的模块或流程并不一定是实施本公开所必须的。
本领域技术人员可以理解实施例中的装置中的模块可以按照实施例描述进行分布于实施例的装置中,也可以进行相应变化位于不同于本实施例的一个或多个装置中。上述实施例的模块可以合并为一个模块,也可以进一步拆 分成多个子模块。

本公开实施例提供的一种自动呼叫同步系统及方法,该系统包括:无线信号转发器,至少一个具有无线通讯模块的移动终端,具有无线通讯模块的固定终端,以及与无线信号转发器连接的模式识别器;其中,移动终端,用于在收到被呼叫信号且确定自身开启自动呼叫同步功能时,向无线信号转发器发送携带移动终端的标识信息以及呼叫信息的呼叫同步请求;模式识别器,用于在收到无线信号转发器转发的呼叫同步请求后,根据移动终端的标识信息对移动终端进行认证,在认证通过后通过无线信号转发器向固定终端发送携带移动终端的标识信息以及呼叫信息的呼叫接入请求;固定终端,用于在收到呼叫接入请求后,根据移动终端的标识信息和呼叫信息对移动终端的用户进行呼叫;在呼叫被用户采用固定终端接听时,向无线信号转发器发送呼叫接入响应,并通过与固定终端匹配的固定电话运营网络完成通话。本公开实施例提供的上述自动呼叫同步系统可以在移动终端接收到呼叫信号时将呼叫信号自动同步到固定终端,以实现用户可选择的采用移动终端和/或固定终端接听呼叫,为用户接听呼叫带来便利,且提高了呼叫同步功能的自动化程度;并且,在接听呼叫时通过与固定终端匹配的固定电话运营网络完成通话,也可以节省话费。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本公开进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本公开的精神和范围。这样,倘若本公开的这些修改和变型属于本公开权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本公开也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。
本申请要求于2014年12月19日递交的中国专利申请第201410798416.2号的优先权,在此全文引用上述中国专利申请公开的内容以作为本申请的一部分。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种自动呼叫同步系统,包括:无线信号转发器,至少一个具有无线通讯模块的移动终端,具有无线通讯模块的固定终端,以及与所述无线信号转发器连接的模式识别器;其中,
    所述移动终端,用于在收到被呼叫信号且确定自身开启自动呼叫同步功能时,向所述无线信号转发器发送携带所述移动终端的标识信息以及呼叫信息的呼叫同步请求;
    所述模式识别器,用于在收到所述无线信号转发器转发的呼叫同步请求后,根据所述移动终端的标识信息对所述移动终端进行认证,在认证通过后通过所述无线信号转发器向所述固定终端发送携带所述移动终端的标识信息以及呼叫信息的呼叫接入请求;
    所述固定终端,用于在收到所述呼叫接入请求后,根据所述移动终端的标识信息和呼叫信息对所述移动终端的用户进行呼叫;在呼叫被所述用户采用所述固定终端接听时,向所述无线信号转发器发送呼叫接入响应,并通过与所述固定终端匹配的固定电话运营网络完成通话。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的自动呼叫同步系统,其中,所述移动终端,还用于在确定所述用户采用所述移动终端进行接听时,通过所述无线信号转发器向所述模式识别器发送携带所述移动终端的标识信息的通话接入请求;
    所述模式识别器,还用于在接收到所述无线信号转发器转发的所述呼叫接入响应和所述通话接入请求后,根据所述移动终端的标识信息对所述移动终端进行认证,在认证通过后通过所述无线信号转发器建立所述移动终端和所述固定终端之间的通信通道。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的自动呼叫同步系统,其中,所述模式识别器,还用于确定所述移动终端是否位于所述无线信号转发器的无线网络所在范围内,若是,则通过所述无线信号转发器分别向所述移动终端和所述固定终端发送开启自动呼叫同步功能的指令。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的自动呼叫同步系统,其中,所述模式识别器,用于在确定所述移动终端位于所述无线信号转发器的无线网络所在范围内时,通过所述无线信号转发器获取所述移动终端的标识信息并在对所述移动终端 认证通过后,通过所述无线信号转发器分别向所述移动终端和所述固定终端发送开启自动呼叫同步功能的指令。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的自动呼叫同步系统,其中,所述移动终端,还用于在确定离开所述无线信号转发器的无线网络所在范围内时,关闭自动呼叫同步功能。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的自动呼叫同步系统,其中,所述模式识别器,还用于确定所述无线信号转发器的无线网络所在范围内是否存在移动终端,若否,则通过所述无线信号转发器向所述固定终端发送关闭自动呼叫同步功能的指令。
  7. 如权利要求1-6任一项所述的自动呼叫同步系统,其中,所述固定终端具有语音播放模块和/或显示模块;
    所述固定终端,用于在收到所述呼叫接入请求后,通过所述语音播放模块和/或显示模块对所述移动终端的用户进行呼叫。
  8. 如权利要求1-6任一项所述的自动呼叫同步系统,其中,所述固定终端具有显示模块;
    所述模式识别器,还用于通过所述无线信号转发器接收所述固定终端发送的携带有所述移动终端的标识信息的寻址请求,根据所述移动终端的标识信息对所述移动终端进行认证,在认证通过后通过所述无线信号转发器向对应的移动终端发送获取寻址信息请求;
    所述移动终端,还用于在接收到所述无线信号转发器转发的所述获取寻址信息请求后,将存储的对应信息通过所述无线信号转发器发送给所述固定终端进行显示。
  9. 如权利要求1-6任一项所述的自动呼叫同步系统,其中,所述模式识别器和所述无线信号转发器集成于所述固定终端内。
  10. 如权利要求1-6任一项所述的自动呼叫同步系统,其中,所述模式识别器集成于所述无线信号转发器内。
  11. 一种自动呼叫同步的方法,包括:
    移动终端在收到被呼叫信号且确定自身开启自动呼叫同步功能时,向连接模式识别器的无线信号转发器发送携带所述移动终端的标识信息以及呼叫信息的呼叫同步请求;
    模式识别器在收到所述无线信号转发器转发的呼叫同步请求后,根据所 述移动终端的标识信息对所述移动终端进行认证,在认证通过后通过所述无线信号转发器向固定终端发送携带所述移动终端的标识信息以及呼叫信息的呼叫接入请求;
    所述固定终端在收到所述呼叫接入请求后,根据所述移动终端的标识信息和呼叫信息对所述移动终端的用户进行呼叫;
    在呼叫被所述用户采用所述固定终端接听时,所述固定终端向所述无线信号转发器发送呼叫接入响应,并通过与所述固定终端匹配的固定电话运营网络完成通话。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的方法,还包括:
    在确定所述用户采用所述移动终端进行接听时,所述移动终端通过所述无线信号转发器向所述模式识别器发送携带所述移动终端的标识信息的通话接入请求;
    所述模式识别器在接收到所述无线信号转发器转发的所述呼叫接入响应和所述通话接入请求后,根据所述移动终端的标识信息对所述移动终端进行认证,在认证通过后通过所述无线信号转发器建立所述移动终端和所述固定终端之间的通信通道。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的方法,还包括:
    所述模式识别器确定所述移动终端是否位于所述无线信号转发器的无线网络所在范围内,若是,则通过所述无线信号转发器分别向所述移动终端和所述固定终端发送开启自动呼叫同步功能的指令。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的方法,包括:
    所述模式识别器在确定所述移动终端位于所述无线信号转发器的无线网络所在范围内时,通过所述无线信号转发器获取所述移动终端的标识信息并在对所述移动终端认证通过后,通过所述无线信号转发器分别向所述移动终端和所述固定终端发送开启自动呼叫同步功能的指令。
  15. 如权利要求13所述的方法,还包括:
    所述移动终端在确定离开所述无线信号转发器的无线网络所在范围内时,关闭自动呼叫同步功能。
  16. 如权利要求13所述的方法,还包括:
    所述模式识别器确定所述无线信号转发器的无线网络所在范围内是否存在移动终端,若否,则通过所述无线信号转发器向所述固定终端发送关闭自 动呼叫同步功能的指令。
  17. 如权利要求11-16任一项所述的方法,还包括:
    所述模式识别器通过所述无线信号转发器接收所述固定终端发送的携带有所述移动终端的标识信息的寻址请求,根据所述移动终端的标识信息对所述移动终端进行认证,在认证通过后通过所述无线信号转发器向对应的移动终端发送获取寻址信息请求;
    所述移动终端在接收到所述无线信号转发器转发的所述获取寻址信息请求后,将存储的对应信息通过所述无线信号转发器发送给所述固定终端进行显示。
