一种玉米剥皮机拨料装置,本装置安装在玉米剥皮机的剥皮辊的上方,它包括数块挡板(1)、挡板固定支架(2),挡板由轴套(3)、挡条(5)、支板(4)组成,轴套内安装有轴(12),轴的两端通过吊装轴承座(11)与挡板固定支架相连接,进料口处吊装轴承座与轴套之间设有连接板(10),连接板的下部两侧与关节轴承(6)的一端相连接,关节轴承的另一端通过丝杆(7)两两相互连接,固定支架一侧边上的连接板通过偏心轮(8)与电机(9)相连接。连接板通过关节轴承、丝杆将挡板连接为联动体,在偏心轮的带动下,挡板固定频率、固定摆幅的稳定左右摆动,使剥皮辊上的每一个玉米果穗有序的进入剥皮通道,提高了玉米果穗苞叶的除净率,提高了设备的工作效率。

Description

玉米剥皮机拨料装置
本申请要求于2014年12月09日提交中国专利局、申请号为201410745260.1、发明名称为“玉米剥皮机拨料装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及玉米剥皮设备技术领域,具体的说是一种适用于多通道玉米剥皮设备使玉米果穗均匀排列的玉米剥皮机拨料装置。
背景技术
在我国玉米种植面积不断增加,农户选用联合收割机收割成熟后的玉米果穗,玉米果穗的剥皮作业给种子公司及农户带来繁重的劳动,人工剥皮费时费力,需要大量的用工成本。随着农业机械的发展,各种类型的玉米剥皮机被广泛采用,进入剥皮辊的玉米果穗在剥皮辊的转动中有些会滚动到其他果穗的上面,不能顺利进入剥皮辊形成的剥皮通道,造成玉米苞叶不能剥除干净就排出剥皮机构,需要人工再次挑拣,影响了剥皮机的工作效率和剥净率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种玉米剥皮机拨料装置,该装置可左右平稳摆动、均匀地将玉米果穗拨挡至剥皮辊所形成的剥皮通道中。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种玉米剥皮机拨料装置,所述拨料装置安装于玉米剥皮机的剥皮辊上方,所述拨料装置包括若干挡板,以及安装所述挡板的挡板固定支架,所述挡板包括设于上部的轴套和设于下部的挡条,所述轴套通过支板连接所述挡条,所述轴套内设置一轴,所述轴的两端分别通过一吊装轴承座与所述挡板固定支架相连接,进料口处所述吊装轴承座与所述轴套之间设有连接板,所述连接板的下部两侧分别与一关节轴承,相邻两所述连接板的相邻侧的所述关节轴承通过丝杆连接,所述挡板固定支架一侧边上的所述挡板的连接板通过偏心轮与电机相连接。
可选的,进料口处所述吊装轴承座外侧的所述轴的轴端设有支撑轴承座,所述支撑轴承座的底端与所述挡板固定支架相接触。
可选的,位于所述挡板固定支架两侧边上的所述挡板的挡条的横截面呈“√”状,其顶端与所述支板的底边相连接。
可选的,位于所述挡板固定支架正中间的所述挡板的挡条的横截面呈三角形,其顶端与所述支板的底边相连接。
可选的,位于所述挡板固定支架内侧的所述单板的挡条的横截面呈五边形,其顶端与所述支板的底边相连接。
本发明的积极效果是:(1)设置在所述挡板一侧顶端的连接板通过关节轴承和丝杆使挡板连接为一体,通过偏心轮的转动带动所述挡板左右平稳的联动,从而使剥皮辊上的玉米果穗排布整齐,按照一定的顺序前行,与此同时剥皮辊抓取并撕下玉米果穗的苞叶;
(2)通过电机转动带动偏心轮转动,使得挡板固定频率、固定摆动幅度的平稳摆动,拨动剥皮辊上的玉米果穗,使其排布整齐,提高了剥皮工作效率;
(3)所述挡板下部的挡条根据其所处位置,设计为多种形状,使得剥皮装置内不留死角,平稳有效的使每个玉米果穗进入剥皮通道中,完成剥皮作业,提高了剥皮设备的剥净率。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例和附图对本发明进一步说明。
如图1至图5所示的一种玉米剥皮机拨料装置,本装置安装在玉米剥皮机的剥皮辊的上方,它包括数块挡板1、挡板固定支架2,挡板1由上部的轴套3和下部的挡条5组成,轴套3与挡条5通过支板4相连接,轴套3内安装有轴12,轴12的两端通过吊装轴承座11与挡板固定支架2相连接,进料口处吊装轴承座11与轴套3之间设有连接板10,连接板10的下部两侧分别与关节轴承6的一端相连接,关节轴承6的另一端通过丝杆7两两相互连接,固定支架2一侧边上的挡板1的连接板10通过偏心轮8与电机9相连接。
进料口处吊装轴承座11外侧的轴12的顶端设有支撑轴承座13,支撑轴承座13的底端与挡板固定支架2相接触。
位于挡板固定支架2两侧边上的挡板1的挡条5的横截面呈“√”状,其顶端与支板4的底边相连接;位于挡板固定支架2正中间的挡板1的挡条4的横截面呈三角形,其顶端与支板4的底边相连接;位于挡板固定支架2内侧的挡板1的挡条5的横截面呈五边形,其顶端与支板4的底边相连接。
在本发明中连接板10通过关节轴承6、丝杆7将挡板1连接为联动体,在偏心轮7的带动下,挡板1具有固定频率、固定摆幅的稳定左右摆动,使得剥皮辊上的每一个玉米果穗有序的进入剥皮通道,提高了玉米果穗苞叶的除净率,提高了设备的工作效率。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种玉米剥皮机拨料装置,所述拨料装置安装于玉米剥皮机的剥皮辊上方,其特征在于,所述拨料装置包括若干挡板,以及安装所述挡板的挡板固定支架,所述挡板包括设于上部的轴套和设于下部的挡条,所述轴套通过支板连接所述挡条,所述轴套内设置一轴,所述轴的两端分别通过一吊装轴承座与所述挡板固定支架相连接,进料口处所述吊装轴承座与所述轴套之间设有连接板,所述连接板的下部两侧分别与一关节轴承,相邻两所述连接板的相邻侧的所述关节轴承通过丝杆连接,所述挡板固定支架一侧边上的所述挡板的连接板通过偏心轮与电机相连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的玉米剥皮机拨料装置,其特征在于:进料口处所述吊装轴承座外侧的所述轴的顶端设有支撑轴承座,所述支撑轴承座的底端与所述挡板固定支架相接触。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的玉米剥皮机拨料装置,其特征在于:位于所述挡板固定支架两侧边上的所述挡板的所述挡条的横截面呈“√”状,其顶端与所述支板的底边相连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的玉米剥皮机拨料装置,其特征在于:位于所述挡板固定支架正中间的所述挡板的所述挡条的横截面呈三角形,其顶端与所述支板的底边相连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的玉米剥皮机拨料装置,其特征在于:位于所述挡板固定支架内侧的所述档板的所述挡条的横截面呈五边形,其顶端与所述支板的底边相连接。
