本发明涉及电子烟技术领域,具体涉及一种可以感应加热元件温度变化的雾化装置及含有该雾化装置的、具有温控功能的电子烟。
背景技术
电子烟又名虚拟香烟,它有着与香烟近似的味道,可在不影响健康的前提下模拟吸烟的感觉,一般作为戒烟产品或替代香烟供使用者使用。然而,随着电子烟电池组件部分的输出电压或功率越来越大并且雾化器组件部分加热元件的电阻值越来越小,使得加热元件产生的温度越来越高。加热元件的温度过高可能会导致烟液、烟膏或烟丝产生与释放出对人体健康有害的物质,进而影响使用者对电子烟的认识。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种可以感应加热元件温度变化的雾化装置及含有该雾化装置的、具有温控功能的电子烟。
实现本发明目的的技术方案如下:
一种雾化装置,该雾化装置包括加热元件及温控开关,所述温控开关靠近加热元件设置,或所述加热元件套设在温控开关之上,所述加热元件与温控开关串联,所述加热元件、温控开关与一供电装置电性连接。

本发明具有如下有益效果:
(1)所述雾化装置可以感应加热元件的温度变化,所述含有该雾化装置的电子烟可将加热元件的温度保持在合理的范围内,避免产生与释放对人体健康有害的物质,这样,还有利于维持口感、节约能耗、避免电子烟壳体过热以及防止电子烟内部元件热老化。
(2)将加热元件的温度保持在合理的范围内,可有效防止导液元件碳化或碎裂。
(3)将加热元件的温度保持在合理的范围内,大大提高了使用者使用时的安全性。
(4)直接通过温控开关控温,结构简单、易于实现。
(5)加热元件和温控开关不直接串联,而是分别与一控制装置电性连接,可使温控开关的选择范围更广。
(6)控制装置可以通过一开关电路连通/断开加热元件和供电装置之间的电路来调节加热元件的温度;还可以用调节电路替代开关电路,通过增大/减小/维持供电装置对加热元件的输出电压/功率来调节加热元件的温度,可避免加热元件的温度过高时立即停止工作使其温度下降过快,进而影响使用者的使用。
(7)通过预先存储的温敏元件的电阻值与温敏元件的温度的对应关系数据以及加热元件的温度的运算公式可计算出加热元件的温度。
(8)通过一与所述处理器电性连接的输入单元,使用者可输入所需的目标温度TD(TL≤TD≤TH),将加热元件的温度保持在TD
(9)加热元件可直接向控制装置反映其温度的变化,无需再设温控开关或温敏元件,结构简单,节约空间,同时也简化了控制装置内的运算过程。

第一实施例:
如图1所示,本发明提供了一种电子烟110,其包括烟嘴11、烟液腔12a、雾化装置13、供电装置15以及壳体16。所述烟嘴11的一端部与壳体16相连。所述烟液腔12a、雾化装置13以及供电装置15均设置在壳体16中。所述雾化装置13与供电装置15电性连接。所述壳体16在靠近烟嘴11的一端开设有出烟孔161。所述出烟孔161与烟嘴11连通。储存在所述烟液腔12a中的烟液可被输送至雾化装置13。所述雾化装置13由供电装置15电驱动后,加热烟液使其雾化,使使用者获得吸烟体验。
所述雾化装置13包括第一导液元件131、第二导液元件132、加热元件133、温控开关139以及雾化器座体135。所述第一导液元件131的一端与烟液腔12a连通,另一端连接第二导液元件132,用以将烟液腔12a中的烟液通过毛细作用输送至第二导液元件132。替代地,所述第二导液元件132本身直接与烟液腔12a连通(如,所述第二导液元件132包括一连通/伸入烟液腔12a的导液凸部(未图示),通过导液凸部将液体输送至第二导液元件132的其他部位),省去第一导液元件131。所述加热元件133缠绕或套设或紧贴在第二导液元件132之上。替代地,所述第二导液元件132缠绕或套设或紧贴在加热元件133之上。替代地,所述加热元件133缠绕或套设或紧贴在第一导液元件131之上,省去第二导液元件132。替代地,所述第一导液元件131缠绕或套设或紧贴在加热元件133之上,省去第二导液元件132。替代地,所述加热元件133既作为加热元件又作为导液元件,省去第一导液元件131和第二导液元件132。所述温控开关139靠近加热元件133设置,或所述加热元件133套设在温控开关139之上。所述温控开关139与加热元件133串联。所述加热元件133、温控开关139与供电装置15电性连接。所述雾化器座体135用于固定第一导液元件131、第二导液元件132、加热元件133以及温控开关139等元件中的至少一个,从而使得雾化装置13内各个元件的位置固定。
所述温控开关139具有如下性质:当温控开关139的温度ts<动作温度TM时,温控开关139闭合;当温控开关139的温度ts>动作温度TM时,温控开关139断开。考虑到所述温控开关139的温度ts略低于加热元件133的温度t,优选地,应使所述温控开关139的动作温度TM略低于所要求的加热元件133的工作温度上限TH。所述温控开关139可以是机械式温控 开关、电子式温控开关以及温度继电器中的一种、两种或两种以上的任意组合。所述机械式温控开关包括蒸汽压力式温控开关、液体膨胀式温控开关、气体吸附式温控开关以及金属膨胀式温控开关,所述金属膨胀式温控开关包括双金属片开关以及记忆合金开关。所述电子式温控开关包括电阻式温控开关以及热电偶式温控开关。所述温度继电器包括热敏干簧继电器。
所述电子烟110实现温控的过程如下:当温控开关139的温度ts<动作温度TM时,温控开关139连通供电装置15和加热元件133之间的电路,加热元件133正常工作,加热元件133的温度t升高,温控开关139的温度ts也升高;当温控开关139的温度ts>动作温度TM时,温控开关139断开供电装置15和加热元件133之间的电路,加热元件133停止工作,加热元件133的温度t自然下降,温控开关139的温度ts也自然下降,直至温控开关139的温度ts<动作温度TM,温控开关139再次连通供电装置15和加热元件133之间的电路,使得加热元件133再次正常工作。
在其他实施例中,所述雾化装置13可包括两个或两个以上的加热元件133和数量相同的温控开关139。所述加热元件133与温控开关139的配合关系与第一实施例中相同。可以理解地,所述加热元件133的数量与温控开关139的数量可以不匹配,但是,所述温控开关139的数量至少为一个。
在本实施例中,所述雾化装置13的结构简单、易于实现,仅通过温控开关139即可实现对加热元件133的温度t的控制。
第二实施例:
如图2所示,本发明提供了一种电子烟120。本实施例与第一实施例相比,其不同之处在于:加热元件133和温控开关139不直接串联,而是分别与一控制装置14电性连接,所述控制装置14与供电装置15电性连接。其中,所述温控开关139的性质可以为以下两种中的任意一种:一、当温控开关139的温度ts<动作温度TM时,温控开关139闭合,当温控开关139的温度ts>动作温度TM时,温控开关139断开;二、当温控开关139的温度ts<动作温度TM时,温控开关139断开,当温控开关139的温度ts>动作温度TM时,温控开关139闭合。
如图3所示,所述控制装置14包括检测电路141、处理器142以及开关电路143。随着加热元件133的温度t的升高,所述温控开关139的温度ts也升高。当温控开关139的温度ts<动作温度TM时,温控开关139发生动作A;当温控开关139的温度ts>动作温度TM时,温控开关139发生动作B。所述检测电路141与温控开关139电性连接,实时监测温控开关139的动作,并反馈给处理器142。所述处理器142根据温控开关139的动作控制开关电路143的闭合/断开。所述开关电路143与加热元件133电性连接,用于闭合/断开加热元件133和供电装置15之间的电路。其中,动作A可以是温控开关139闭合,也可以是温控开关139断开;动作B与动作A相反。
所述电子烟120实现温控的过程如下:当温控开关139发生动作A时,所述处理器142控制开关电路143闭合,供电装置15向加热元件133供给电能,加热元件133的温度t升高,温控开关139的温度ts也升高;当温控开关139发生动作B时,所述处理器142控制开关电路143断开,供电装置15停止向加热元件133供给电能,加热元件133的温度t自然下降,温控开关139的温度ts也自然下降,直至温控开关139的温度ts<动作温度TM,温控开关139再次发生动作A,所述处理器142再次控制开关电路143连通供电装置15和加热元件133之间的电路,使得加热元件133再次正常工作。
在其他实施例中,所述开关电路143可由一调节电路替代。当温控开关139发生动作A时,所述调节电路可调节供电装置15减小对加热元件133的输出电压/功率;当温控开关139发生动作B且供电装置15对加热元件133的输出电压/功率未达到最大输出电压/功率时,所述调节电路可调节供电装置15增大对加热元件133的输出电压/功率;当温控开关139发生动作B且供电装置15对加热元件133的输出电压/功率达到最大输出电压/功率时,所述调节 电路可调节供电装置15维持对加热元件133的输出电压/功率。
在其他实施例中,所述雾化装置13可包括两个或两个以上的加热元件133和数量相同的温控开关139。所述加热元件133与温控开关139的配合关系与第二实施例中相同。可以理解地,所述加热元件133的数量与温控开关139的数量可以不匹配,但是,所述温控开关139的数量至少为一个。
在本实施例中,加热元件133和温控开关139不直接串联,而是分别与一控制装置14电性连接,具有如下优点:
(1)温控开关139的选择范围更广,其性质可以为以下两种中的任意一种:一、当温控开关139的温度ts<动作温度TM时,温控开关139闭合,当温控开关139的温度ts>动作温度TM时,温控开关139断开;二、当温控开关139的温度ts<动作温度TM时,温控开关139断开,当温控开关139的温度ts>动作温度TM时,温控开关139闭合。
(2)可以通过连通/断开加热元件133和供电装置15之间的电路来调节加热元件133的温度t;还可以用调节电路替代开关电路143,通过增大/减小/维持供电装置15对加热元件133的输出电压/功率来调节加热元件133的温度t,可避免加热元件133的温度过高时立即停止工作使其温度t下降过快,进而影响使用者的使用。
第三实施例:
如图4和图5所示,本发明提供了一种电子烟130。本实施例与第二实施例相比,其不同之处在于:温敏元件134替代温控开关139与控制装置14电性连接。

如图6所示,所述控制装置14包括检测电路141、处理器142以及开关电路143。所述检测电路141与温敏元件134电性连接,实时监测温敏元件134的电阻值R,并将温敏元件134的电阻值R反馈给处理器142。所述处理器142内预先存储有温敏元件134的电阻值R与温敏元件134的温度T的对应关系数据、加热元件133的温度t的运算公式:t=T+ΔT(ΔT:经实验所得的温敏元件134的温度T与加热元件133的温度t之间的差值)以及加热元件133的工作温度上限TH和工作温度下限TL。所述处理器142先计算出加热元件133的温度t,然 后将加热元件133的温度t与加热元件133的工作温度上限TH和工作温度下限TL进行比较,最后根据比较结果控制开关电路143的闭合/断开。所述开关电路143与加热元件133电性连接,用于闭合/断开加热元件133和供电装置15之间的电路。
所述电子烟130实现温控的过程如下:所述温敏元件134的温度T随着加热元件133的温度t的升高而升高。所述温敏元件134的电阻值R随着温敏元件134的温度T的升高而增大。所述检测电路141实时监测温敏元件134的电阻值R,并将温敏元件134的电阻值R反馈给处理器142。所述处理器142先根据温敏元件134的电阻值R与温敏元件134的温度T的对应关系数据计算出温敏元件134的温度T,然后根据加热元件133的温度t的运算公式:t=T+ΔT(ΔT:经实验所得的温敏元件134的温度T与加热元件133的温度t之间的差值)计算出加热元件133的温度t,再将加热元件133的温度t与加热元件133的工作温度上限TH和工作温度下限TL进行比较,最后根据比较结果控制开关电路143的闭合/断开。当加热元件133的温度t<工作温度上限TH时,所述处理器142控制开关电路143闭合,供电装置15向加热元件133供给电能,加热元件133的温度t升高;当加热元件133的温度t>工作温度上限TH时,所述处理器142控制开关电路143断开,供电装置15停止向加热元件133供给电能,加热元件133的温度t自然下降,直至加热元件133的温度t=工作温度下限TL时,电能供给恢复。
在其他实施例中,所述开关电路143可由一调节电路替代。当加热元件133的温度t>工作温度上限TH时,所述调节电路可调节供电装置15减小对加热元件133的输出电压/功率;当加热元件133的温度t<工作温度下限TL且供电装置15对加热元件133的输出电压/功率未达到最大输出电压/功率时,所述调节电路可调节供电装置15增大对加热元件133的输出电压/功率;当加热元件133的温度t<工作温度下限TL且供电装置15对加热元件133的输出电压/功率达到最大输出电压/功率时,所述调节电路可调节供电装置15维持对加热元件133的输出电压/功率。
进一步地,如图7所示,所述电子烟130还可包括一与所述处理器142电性连接的输入单元145。使用者可通过所述输入单元145输入所需的目标温度TD(TL≤TD≤TH)。所述处理器142将加热元件133的温度t与目标温度TD进行比较:当t<TD时,所述处理器142控制开关电路143闭合,供电装置15向加热元件133供给电能,加热元件133的温度t升高;当t>TD时,所述处理器142控制开关电路143断开,供电装置15停止向加热元件133供给电能,加热元件133的温度t自然下降。可以理解地,所述开关电路143可由一用于调节供电装置15对加热元件133的输出电压/功率的调节电路替代。
在其他实施例中,所述温敏元件134还可以是NTC热敏电阻、双金属片、热电偶、石英晶体温度传感器、光纤温度传感器、红外温度传感器以及P-N结温度传感器中的任意一种。所述检测电路141实时监测温敏元件134的电阻、受热膨胀弯曲程度、热电动势、振荡频率、光功率、热辐射以及反向饱和电流等中的一个与所述温敏元件134相对应的物理量x。所述处理器142可先根据温敏元件134的物理量x与温敏元件134的温度T的对应关系数据计算出温敏元件134的温度T,然后可根据加热元件133的温度t的运算公式:t=T+ΔT(ΔT:经实验所得的温敏元件134的温度T与加热元件133的温度t之间的差值)计算出加热元件133的温度t。
在其他实施例中,所述雾化装置13可包括两个或两个以上的加热元件133和数量相同的温敏元件134。所述加热元件133与温敏元件134的配合关系与第三实施例中相同。可以理解地,所述加热元件133的数量与温敏元件134的数量可以不匹配,但是,温敏元件134的数量至少为一个。
在本实施例中,采用温敏元件134感应加热元件133的温度t的变化,具有如下优点:

如图10所示,本发明提供了一种电子烟150。本实施例与第四实施例相比,其不同之处在于:仅加热元件133与控制装置14电性连接,无温敏元件134。所述加热元件133具有电阻温度系数特征。所述加热元件133的电阻值Rt随着加热元件133的温度t的升高而增大。所述加热元件133可以由铂、铜、镍、钛、铁、陶瓷基PTC以及高分子基PTC等温敏材料中的一种、两种或两种以上制成。
如图11所示,所述控制装置14包括检测电路141、处理器142以及开关电路143。所述检测电路141与加热元件133电性连接,实时监测加热元件133的电阻值Rt,并将加热元件133的电阻值Rt反馈给处理器142。所述处理器142内预先存储有加热元件133的电阻值Rt与加热元件133的温度t的对应关系数据以及加热元件133的工作温度上限TH和工作温度下限TL。所述处理器142先计算出加热元件133的温度t,然后将加热元件133的温度t与加热元件133的工作温度上限TH和工作温度下限TL进行比较,最后根据比较结果控制开关电路143的闭合/断开。所述开关电路143与加热元件133电性连接,用于闭合/断开加热元件133和供电装置15之间的电路。

如图22所示,本发明提供了一种电子烟420。本实施例与第十四实施例相比,其不同之处在于:加热元件433和温控开关439不直接串联,而是分别与一控制装置44电性连接,所述控制装置44与供电装置45电性连接。其中,所述温控开关439的性质可以为以下两种中的任意一种:一、当温控开关439的温度ts<动作温度TM时,温控开关439闭合,当温控开关439的温度ts>动作温度TM时,温控开关439断开;二、当温控开关439的温度ts<动作温度TM时,温控开关439断开,当温控开关439的温度ts>动作温度TM时,温控开关439闭合。
所述控制装置44内实现温控的电路连接与第二实施例中相同,此处不再赘述。
所述电子烟420实现温控的过程与第二实施例中相同,此处不再赘述。
在其他实施例中,用于闭合/断开加热元件433和供电装置45之间电路的开关电路还可以由一用于调节供电装置45对加热元件433的输出电压/功率的调节电路替代,具体实现过程与第二实施例中所述相同,此处不再赘述。
在其他实施例中,所述雾化装置43可包括两个或两个以上的加热元件433和数量相同的温控开关439。所述加热元件433与温控开关439的配合关系与第十四实施例中相同。可以理解地,所述加热元件433的数量与温控开关439的数量可以不匹配,但是,所述温控开关439的数量至少为一个。
在本实施例中,加热元件433和温控开关439不直接串联,而是分别与一控制装置44电性连接,所具优点与第二实施例中所述相同,此处不再赘述。
第十六实施例:
如图23所示,本发明提供了一种电子烟430。本实施例与第十五实施例相比,其不同之处在于:温敏元件434替代温控开关439与控制装置44电性连接。
所述温敏元件434套设或涂覆或缠绕在加热元件433之上,与控制装置44电性连接,用于感应加热元件433的温度t的变化并反馈给控制装置44。替代地,所述温敏元件434靠近或紧贴加热元件433设置。替代地,所述加热元件433既作为加热元件又作为温敏元件,省去温敏元件434。其中,为了避免所述温敏元件434与加热元件433直接接触,可在所述温敏元件434外套设绝缘套或涂覆绝缘涂层。在本实施例中,所述温敏元件434是一PTC热敏电阻。
所述控制装置44内实现温控的电路连接与第三实施例中相同,此处不再赘述。
所述电子烟430实现温控的过程与第三实施例中相同,此处不再赘述。
在其他实施例中,用于闭合/断开加热元件433和供电装置45之间电路的开关电路还可以由一用于调节供电装置45对加热元件433的输出电压/功率的调节电路替代,具体实现过程与第三实施例中所述相同,此处不再赘述。
进一步地,所述电子烟430还可包括一输入单元,使用者可通过所述输入单元输入所需的目标温度TD(TL≤TD≤TH),将加热元件433的温度t维持在TD进行工作,具体实现过程与第三实施例中所述相同,此处不再赘述。
在其他实施例中,所述温敏元件434还可以是NTC热敏电阻、双金属片、热电偶、石英晶体温度传感器、光纤温度传感器、红外温度传感器以及P-N结温度传感器中的任意一种。控制装置44可参考第三实施例中所述方法计算出加热元件433的温度t。
在其他实施例中,所述雾化装置43可包括两个或两个以上的加热元件433和数量相同的温敏元件434。所述加热元件433与温敏元件434的配合关系与第十六实施例中相同。可以理解地,所述加热元件433的数量与温敏元件434的数量可以不匹配,但是,温敏元件434的数量至少为一个。
在本实施例中,采用温敏元件434感应加热元件433的温度t的变化,所具优点与第三实施例中所述相同,此处不再赘述。
第十七实施例:
如图24所示,本发明提供了一种电子烟440。本实施例与第十六实施例相比,其不同之处在于:仅加热元件433与控制装置44电性连接,无温敏元件434。所述加热元件433具有电阻温度系数特征。所述加热元件433的电阻值Rt随着加热元件433的温度t的升高而增大。所述加热元件433可以由铂、铜、镍、钛、铁、陶瓷基PTC、高分子基PTC等温敏材料中的一种、两种或两种以上制成。
所述控制装置44内实现温控的电路连接与第五实施例中相同,此处不再赘述。
所述电子烟440实现温控的过程与第五实施例中相同,此处不再赘述。
在其他实施例中,用于闭合/断开加热元件433和供电装置45之间电路的开关电路还可以由一用于调节供电装置45对加热元件433的输出电压/功率的调节电路替代,具体实现过程与第五实施例中所述相同,此处不再赘述。
进一步地,所述电子烟440还可包括一输入单元,使用者可通过所述输入单元输入所需的目标温度TD(TL≤TD≤TH),将加热元件433的温度t维持在TD进行工作,具体实现过程与第五实施例中所述相同,此处不再赘述。
在其他实施例中,所述雾化装置43可包括两个或两个以上的加热元件433。所述加热元件433与控制装置44的配合关系与第十七实施例中相同。
在本实施例中,选用具有电阻温度系数特征的加热元件433,所具优点与第五实施例中所述相同,此处不再赘述。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种雾化装置,其特征在于:该雾化装置包括加热元件及温敏元件,所述加热元件与温敏元件之间未直接电性连接,并分别和一控制装置电性连接,或所述加热元件与温敏元件之间直接电性连接,并再与一控制装置电性连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化装置,其特征在于:该雾化装置还包括一导液部件,所述导液部件的一部分连通/伸入烟液腔,所述导液部件紧贴或靠近温敏元件设置,所述导液部件和温敏元件共同缠绕或套设或紧贴在加热元件之上,或所述导液部件缠绕或套设或紧贴在加热元件之上,或所述加热元件缠绕或套设或紧贴在导液部件和温敏元件之上,或所述加热元件仅仅缠绕或套设或紧贴在导液部件之上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的雾化装置,其特征在于:该导液部件包括第一导液元件及第二导液元件,所述第一导液元件的一端与烟液腔连通,另一端连接第二导液元件,所述第一导液元件、第二导液元件及加热元件的设置方式是以下几种方式中的任意一种:(1)所述第二导液元件紧贴或靠近温敏元件设置,所述加热元件缠绕或套设或紧贴在第二导液元件和温敏元件之上,或仅仅缠绕或套设或紧贴在第二导液元件之上,(2)所述第二导液元件紧贴或靠近温敏元件设置,所述第二导液元件和温敏元件共同缠绕或套设或紧贴在加热元件之上,或仅仅第二导液元件缠绕或套设或紧贴在加热元件之上,(3)所述温敏元件套设或涂覆在加热元件之上,所述第二导液元件缠绕或套设在加热元件之上,(4)所述温敏元件紧贴或靠近第一导液元件设置,所述加热元件缠绕或套设或紧贴在第一导液元件和温敏元件之上,或仅仅缠绕或套设或紧贴在第一导液元件之上,(5)所述温敏元件紧贴或靠近第一导液元件,所述第一导液元件和温敏元件缠绕或套设或紧贴在加热元件之上,或仅仅第一导液元件缠绕或套设或紧贴在加热元件之上,(6)所述温敏元件套设或涂覆在加热元件之上,所述第一导液元件缠绕或套设在加热元件之上,(7)所述加热元件既作为加热元件又作为温敏元件,(8)所述加热元件同时作为加热元件、导液元件以及温敏元件。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化装置,其特征在于:该雾化装置还包括一导液部件,所述导液部件的一部分连通/伸入烟液腔,所述加热元件和温敏元件共同缠绕或套设或紧贴在导液部件之上,或所述导液部件缠绕或套设或紧贴在加热元件和温敏元件之上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的雾化装置,其特征在于:该导液部件包括第一导液元件及第二导液元件,所述第一导液元件的一端与烟液腔连通,另一端连接第二导液元件,所述第一导液元件、第二导液元件及加热元件的设置方式是以下几种方式中的任意一种:(1)所述加热元件和温敏元件共同缠绕或套设或紧贴在第二导液元件之上,(2)所述第二导液元件缠绕或套设或紧贴在加热元件和温敏元件之上,(3)所述加热元件和温敏元件共同缠绕或套设或紧贴在第一导液元件之上,(4)所述第一导液元件缠绕或套设或紧贴在加热元件和温敏元件之上,(5)加热元件表面涂覆温敏材料,(6)加热元件既作为加热元件又作为温敏元件。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化装置,其特征在于:所述加热元件与一多孔储液元件接触设置,所述温敏元件紧贴或靠近加热元件设置,或所述温敏元件涂覆或缠绕或套设在加热元件,或所述加热元件涂覆或缠绕或套设在温敏元件之上。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化装置,其特征在于:该雾化装置还包括一喷管及一气动阀,所述喷管的一端连通烟液腔,所述气动阀设置在烟液腔与喷管的连通处。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的雾化装置,其特征在于:所述加热元件设置在喷管内,所述温敏元件设置在喷管内、喷管口、喷管上及喷管附近中的任意一处,或所述温敏元件涂覆或缠 绕或套设或紧贴在加热元件之上,或所述加热元件涂覆或缠绕或套设或紧贴在温敏元件之上。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化装置,其特征在于:该雾化装置还包括一烟丝/烟膏容器,所述加热元件包覆或涂覆或缠绕在烟丝/烟膏容器的外壁上,或掺杂或嵌置或夹层设置在烟丝/烟膏容器壁体的内部,或涂覆或嵌置在烟丝/烟膏容器的内壁上,或容置于烟丝/烟膏容器内,所述温敏元件套设或涂覆或缠绕在加热元件之上,或所述温敏元件靠近或紧贴加热元件设置,或所述加热元件既作为加热元件又作为温敏元件。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化装置,其特征在于:所述温敏元件外套设绝缘套或涂覆绝缘涂层。
  11. 一种电子烟,其特征在于:该电子烟包括如权利要求1-10中任意一项所述的雾化装置及一供电装置,所述雾化装置与供电装置电性连接。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟还包括一控制装置,所述雾化装置与控制装置电性连接,所述控制装置与供电装置电性连接。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟还包括一烟液驱动装置,所述烟液驱动装置的一端与烟液腔连通,所述烟液驱动装置与控制装置电性连接。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述烟液驱动装置是微泵、超弹性体、气囊及记忆合金中的任意一种。
