Such a heat sink can be used, for example, in industrial control and switching technology and for industrial power supply and other applications in which a powerful cooling is necessary.
So far, high design effort is required to achieve an extended allowable temperature range for electrical equipment. An extended temperature range is present when the permissible maximum temperature is exceeded and the permissible minimum temperature is exceeded, in each case based on the ambient temperatures. For example, special housings are designed and provided with large-area heat sinks and / or powerful fans. As a result, these special devices are correspondingly more expensive by the interpreting ¬ Lich increased construction and material costs. Especially with small series of very special devices, it is often not economical to design and distribute a variant for an extended temperature range.
From DE 10 2009 054 585 Al a control device with a Ge ¬ housing is known, in the interior of which at least one printed circuit board is arranged, which is equipped with at least one heat dissipation generating power component, wherein the Ge ¬ housing to dissipate the heat loss in thermal contact with the at least one power component is. The invention has for its object to provide a heat sink available, extended without or without much design effort on the actual electrical device, the allowable temperature range of the electrical device and / or a higher continuous and / or maximum power can be achieved. Furthermore, the object is to provide a cooling system and a manufacturing method for a heat sink according to the invention. This object is achieved by a heat sink according to claim 1.
Ebenso kann das Mittel zur Freischaltung als elektrische Kontakte, die durch denThe invention is based on the finding that electrical ¬ specific devices that are intended for use within a first, original temperature range or for use with a first, original maximum and / or duration of power for a second, extended temperature range or a second, higher maximum and / or continuous power can be upgraded. In this case, the heat sink is provided for cooling the electrical device and for attachment to the electrical device. This has the advantage of improved heat conduction between the electrical device and the heat sink, as well as a more uniform heat spread.
In a further embodiment of a heat sink, a heat-conducting adhesive is provided as a thermal coupling to and for attachment to the electrical device. This is particularly advantageous if the housing of the electrical device allows no further modifications or they are undesirable. This may be the case with welded Ge ¬ housings.
Falls am Gehäuse Anpassungen vorgenommen werden müssen, kann derHave housing parts that can be dismantled non-destructively. In a further embodiment, the heat sink is used for cooling devices of industrial automation and / or control, in particular of programmable logic controllers, power supplies or switching devices. The advantages of the heat sink are especially in devices for Gel ¬ tion that are sensitive to ambient temperature fluctuations and / or their thermal power loss is correspondingly high.
