이하, 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 상세하게 설명한다. 도면들 중 동일한 구성요소들은 가능한 어느 곳에서든지 동일한 부호로 표시한다. 또한 본 발명의 요지를 불필요하게 흐릴 수 있는 공지 기능 및 구성에 대한 상세한 설명은 생략한다.
도면에 나타낸 바와 같이, 본 발명의 플라이낚시 낚시바늘 수납 케이스는 제1수납함(10), 제2수납함(20) 및 자성부재(30)를 포함하여 구성된다.
제1수납함(10)은 내부가 빈 구조를 이룬다. 제1수납함(10)은 내부가 개방되어 플라이낚시 낚시바늘을 수납한다.
제2수납함(20)은 제1수납함(10)의 전면에 설치된다. 제2수납함(20)은 전면만이 개구된 내부가 빈 구조를 이룬다. 제2수납함(20)은 제1수납함(10)과 더불어 플라이낚시 낚시바늘을 수납한다.
자성부재(30)는 제2수납함(20)의 내부에 설치된다. 자성부재(30)는 제2수납함(20)의 내부 후면에 설치되어 제2수납함(20)에 수납되는 플라이낚시 낚시바늘을 자력으로 붙여 고정한다.
낚시바늘은 자석에 들러붙는 금속으로 이루어져 있기 때문에, 자성부재(30)는 제2수납함(20)에 수납되는 낚시바늘을 붙여 고정할 수 있다. 이러한 자성부재(30)는 판상형을 이루어 일정한 방향 없이 제2수납함(20)에 수납되는 낚시바늘을 효과적으로 붙여 고정한다.
제2수납함(20)의 개구된 전면에는 그 개구된 전면을 개폐하는 덮개(40)가 설치될 수 있다. 덮개(40)는 제2수납함(20)의 개구된 전면에 회전되게 설치되어 그 개구된 전면을 개폐한다. 덮개(40)는 제2수납함(20)의 개구된 전면을 개폐하여 자성부재(30)에 들러붙은 낚시바늘이 떨어져 분실되지 않도록 방지한다.
사용자는 덮개(40)를 열어 제2수납함(20)의 자성부재(30)에 부착된 낚시바늘을 어떠한 걸림없이 쉽게 꺼내 쓸 수 있고, 교체된 낚시바늘도 자성부재(30)에 부착하기만 하면 쉽게 수납할 수 있기 때문에, 물에 들어가 플라이낚시 도중 낚시바늘을 쉽게 수납하고 꺼내쓸 수 있다.
제2수납함(20)의 상면에는 플라이낚시 낚시바늘을 꼽아 고정하는 1개 이상의 제1홀더(50)가 설치될 수 있다. 도면에 예시된 바와 같이, 제1홀더(50)는 제2수납함(20)에 덮개(40)를 개폐가능하게 결합하는 개폐수단(41)을 사이에 두고 제2수납함(20)의 상면에 설치될 수 있다. 제2수납함(20)의 상면에는 홈이 형성되고 그 홈에 제1홀더(50)를 끼워 설치할 수 있다.
제1홀더(50)는 스폰지와 같은 발포수지로 이루어져 낚시바늘을 쉽게 꼽고 빼낼 수 있도록 한다. 제1홀더(50)는 경사지게 설치되어 낚시바늘을 쉽게 꼽을 수 있도록 한다.
사용자는 물에 들어가기 전에 제2수납함(20)으로부터 노출된 제1홀더(50)에 플라이낚시에 필요한 낚시바늘을 미리 꼽아 놓으면 제2수납함(20)을 열지 않아도 필요할 때에 즉시 사용할 수 있고, 교체된 낚시바늘도 제1홀더(50)에 즉시 꼽아 놓을 수 있다.
제2수납함(20)의 좌측면, 우측면 및 하면에는 제1통공들(21)(23)(25)이 각각 형성될 수 있다. 제1통공들(21)(23)(25)은 외기를 제2수납함(20)의 내부로 통기시켜 자성부재(30)에 부착된 낚시바늘을 건조시키고, 제2수납함(20)의 내부를 건조시킨다.
특히, 제2수납함(20)의 하면에 형성된 제1통공들(25)은 물빠짐 기능을 더 수행한다. 제1통공들(25)은 사용후 교체되어 물에 젖은 낚시바늘로부터 흘러나오는 물을 제2수납함(20)의 내부로부터 배수시켜 제2수납함(20)에 물이 고이지 않도록 방지한다.
이와 같은 제2수납함(20)은 제1수납함(10)에 탈착되게 설치될 수 있다. 예를 들면 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이, 제2수납함(20)은 후면의 테두리를 따라 걸림턱을 갖는 돌기들(27)을 배열하고, 제1수납함(10)은 그 돌기들(27)과 대응하는 부위에 구멍(19)을 형성하여, 돌기들(27)이 구멍(10)에 탈착되게 끼움 결합됨으로써, 제2수납함(20)이 제1수납함(10)에 탈착되게 설치될 수 있다. 제2수납함(20)의 후면은 제작의 경제성 등을 위해 개구될 수 있다.
제2수납함(20)이 제1수납함(10)으로부터 분리되면, 교체와 제작이 용이하고, 디자인의 다양성을 추구할 수 있다. 즉, 제2수납함(20)은 다양한 색상과 디자인을 갖도록 설계될 수 있고, 사용자는 색상이나 디자인을 마음껏 변경하며 제1수납함(10)에 제2수납함(20)을 결합함으로써 제품의 식상함이 사라지고 심미감을 크게 얻을 수 있다. 제1수납함(10) 또한 다양한 색상과 디자인을 갖도록 설계될 수 있고, 이에 의해 사용자는 제품의 식상함이 사라지고 심미감을 더 크게 얻을 수 있다.
한편, 제1수납함(10)은 각각 일면만이 개구된 제1 및 제2함체들(11), (12)이 그 개구된 일면들이 서로 대면하게 결합되어 형성될 수 있으며, 제1 및 제2함체들(11), (12)이 회전되게 결합되어 제1수납함(10)의 내부를 개폐할 수 있다.
예를 들면, 제1 및 제2함체들(11), (12)은 개폐수단에 의해 개폐되며, 개폐수단은 제1함체(11)의 상면에 형성되어 탄력적으로 작동하는 걸림돌기를 갖는 버튼(11a)과, 버튼(11a)과 대응하는 제2함체(12)의 상면에 형성되는 걸림턱(12a)으로 이루어질 수 있다. 버튼(11a)과 걸림턱(12a)이 대응하여 작동함에 의해, 제1 및 제2함체들(11), (12)은 제1수납함(10)의 내부를 개폐할 수 있다.
제2수납함(20)에 덮개(40)를 개폐가능하게 결합하는 개폐수단(41)도 위 개폐수단의 구조와 동일하게 이루어질 수 있다. 즉, 개폐수단(41)은 덮개(40)의 상단에 형성되어 탄력적으로 작동하는 걸림돌기를 갖는 버튼(41a)과, 버튼(41a)과 대응하는 제2수납함(20)의 상면에 형성되는 걸림턱(41b)으로 이루어질 수 있다.
제1 및 제2함체들(11), (12)의 내부에는 플라이낚시 낚시바늘을 꼽아 고정하는 제2홀더(60)가 각각 설치될 수 있다. 제2홀더(60)는 판체(61)와, 판체(61)에 거리를 두고 다수개로 배열되어 플라이낚시 낚시바늘을 고정하는 홀더부(62)와, 홀더부(62)에 형성되어 플라이낚시 낚시바늘을 꼽는 자리를 마련하는 절개라인(63)으로 이루어질 수 있으며, 절개라인(63)이 형성된 홀더부(62)의 단부는 호형상의 돌부(64)가 길이를 따라 연속 형성되고, 절개라인(63)은 돌부들(64) 사이 사이에 형성될 수 있다.
이때, 제1함체(11)에 위치한 홀더부(62)와 제2함체(12)에 위치한 홀더부(62)가 서로 어긋나 그 사이 사이에 끼워지게 각 판체(61)에 형성되어, 제1 및 제2함체들(11), (12)이 결합되어 제1수납함(10)의 내부를 폐쇄하는데 장애를 주지 않도록 한다.
홀더부(62)는 스폰지와 같은 발포수지로 이루어져 낚시바늘을 쉽게 꼽고 빼낼 수 있도록 한다.
이와 같은 제2홀더(60)는 교체 등을 위해 제1 및 제2함체들(11), (12)에 탈착되게 설치될 수 있다. 도 6 및 도 7에 예시된 바와 같이, 제1 및 제2함체들(11), (12)의 내부 측벽 또는 바닥 중 어느 한 곳에 판체(61)를 끼울 수 있는 끼움돌기(13)를 각각 형성하고, 바닥에 역 U자 형태의 탄성돌기(15)를 형성하여 제2홀더(60)를 탈착되게 설치할 수 있다.
탄성돌기(15)는 끝단이 끼움돌기(13) 아래로 끼워진 판체(61)를 탄력적으로 눌러 고정하며, 끝단을 탄력적으로 들어올려 끼움돌기(13) 아래로 끼워진 판체(61)를 들어 빼낼 수 있다.
제1수납함(10)의 좌우측면에는 제2통공들(17)이 각각 형성될 수 있다. 제2통공들(17)은 외기를 제1수납함(10)의 내부로 통기시켜 제2홀더(60)에 수납된 낚시바늘을 건조시키고, 제1수납함(10)의 내부를 건조시킨다.
예를 들면, 제2통공들(17)은 제1 및 제2함체들(11), (12)에 의해 형성될 수 있다. 도 7 및 도 8에 예시된 바와 같이, 제1 및 제2함체들(11), (12)의 측면에는 서로 대면하여 하나의 구멍을 형성하는 홈들이 각각 형성되어, 제1 및 제2함체들(11), (12)이 서로 결합되면 그 홈들이 서로 대면하여 제2통공들(17)이 형성될 수 있다.
제1수납함(10)의 상면에는 끈부재를 관통시켜 고정하는 한쌍의 고리수단(70)이 서로 거리를 두고 형성될 수 있다. 도면에 예시된 바와 같이, 고리수단(70)은 제2함체(12)의 상면에 형성될 수 있다.
고리수단(70)은 제2함체(12)의 상면에 서로 거리를 두고 형성된 홈들(71)과, 그 홈들(71)의 내벽면을 가로질러 형성된 고리막대(73)로 이루어질 수 있다. 고리수단(70)은 고리막대(73) 아래로 홈(71)을 관통한 끈부재를 고리막대(73)가 지지하며, 고리수단(70)에 걸린 끈부재는 제2수납함(20)이 결합된 제1수납함(10)을 목 등에 걸어 편리하게 휴대할 수 있도록 한다.
제1수납함(10)의 후면에는 옷핀(81)을 옷에 꼽아 제1수납함(10)을 옷에 패용시키는 패용수단(80)이 설치될 수 있다. 도면에 예시된 바와 같이, 패용수단(80)은 제2함체(12)의 개구된 일면과 대향하는 타면에 형성되며, 타면은 옷과 대면한다.
패용수단(80)은 옷핀(81)을 회전되게 고정하는 고정돌기(83)와, 고정돌기(83)와 거리를 두고 돌출 형성되어 옷핀(81)을 걸어 지지하는 지지돌기(85)로 이루어질 수 있다.
고정돌기(83)는 상면과 일측면이 개방된 홈부(83a)와, 그 홈부(83a)의 내측면을 가로질러 형성된 고정바(83b)로 이루어지며, 옷핀(81)의 고리가 고정바(83b)에 설치되어 홈부(83a) 안에서 회전한다.
지지돌기(85)는 옷핀(81)의 끝단을 걸어 지지한다. 도 9 내지 도 11에 예시된 바와 같이, 지지돌기(85)는 몸체부(85a)와, 몸체부(85a)의 일측에 형성되어 옷핀(81)의 선단부를 도입하는 도입라인(85b)과, 도입라인(85b)으로부터 수평으로 연장 형성되어 옷핀(81)의 선단부의 진로를 가이드하는 가이드라인(85c)과, 가이드라인(85c)으로부터 수직으로 연장 형성되어 옷핀(81)의 선단부를 걸어 지지하는 지지라인(85d)으로 이루어질 수 있다.
옷에 꼽힌 옷핀(81)의 선단부는 도입라인(85b)을 통해 몸체부(85a)의 내부로 도입되고, 가이드라인(85c)을 따라 진행된 후 지지라인(85d)으로 들어가 지지된다. 지지라인(85d)은 옷핀(81)의 선단부를 깊숙히 넣어 지지하기 때문에, 옷핀(81)은 그 지지력이 크게 향상된다.
따라서, 제1수납함(10)이 무겁거나 임의 물체에 걸려 잡아당겨도 옷핀(81)이 쉽게 휘어지지 않아 옷핀(81)의 선단부가 지지라인(85d)으로부터 빠져 나와 제1수납함(10)을 패용한 옷으로부터 분리되는 일이 발생하지 않는다.
또한, 옷핀(81)의 선단부는 진로 방향이 서로 다른 도입라인(85b), 가이드라인(85c) 및 지지라인(85d)을 따라 진행되어 지지되기 때문에 몸체부(85a)로부터 쉽게 빠져 나오지 못하며 안전하게 제1수납함(10)을 옷에 패용시킨다.
상술한 바와 같이 본 발명에 의하면, 물에 들어가 플라이낚시 도중 낚시바늘을 쉽게 수납하고 꺼내쓸 수 있다. 즉, 옷에 패용되며, 덮개(40)를 열어 제2수납함(20)의 자성부재(30)에 부착된 낚시바늘을 어떠한 걸림없이 쉽게 꺼내 쓸 수 있고, 교체된 낚시바늘도 자성부재(30)에 부착하기만 하면 쉽게 수납할 수 있기 때문에, 물에 들어가 플라이낚시 도중 낚시바늘을 쉽게 수납하고 꺼내쓸 수 있다.
또한, 제2수납함(20)으로부터 노출된 제1홀더(50)에 낚시바늘을 미리 꼽아 놓으면 제2수납함(20)을 열지 않아도 필요할 때에 즉시 사용할 수 있고, 교체된 낚시바늘도 제1홀더(50)에 즉시 꼽아 놓을 수 있다.
또한, 제2수납함(20)이 제1수납함(10)에 탈착되게 설치되기 때문에 교체와 제작이 용이하고, 디자인의 다양성을 추구할 수 있다. 따라서, 사용자는 색상이나 디자인을 마음껏 변경하며 제1수납함(10)에 제2수납함(20)을 결합시킴으로써 제품의 식상함이 사라지고 심미감을 크게 얻을 수 있다. 제1수납함(10) 또한 다양한 색상과 디자인을 갖도록 설계될 수 있고, 이에 의해 사용자는 제품의 식상함이 사라지고 심미감을 더 크게 얻을 수 있다.
또한, 플라이낚시에 당장 필요하지 않은 낚시바늘은 제1수납함(10)에 수납하여 보관하고, 플라이낚시에 필요한 낚시바늘은 제2수납함(20)이나 제1홀더(50)에 수납하여 사용할 수 있다.
또한, 제1수납함(10)에 수납된 제2홀더(60)는 쉽게 분리되기 때문에 훼손이나 파손시 쉽게 교체할 수 있다.
또한, 제1수납함(10)은 패용수단(80)의 향상된 지지력에 의해 옷에 견고하게 패용될 수 있다.
상기의 본 발명은 바람직한 실시예를 중심으로 살펴보았으며, 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자는 본 발명의 본질적 기술 범위 내에서 상기 본 발명의 상세한 설명과 다른 형태의 실시예들을 구현할 수 있을 것이다. 여기서 본 발명의 본질적 기술범위는 특허청구범위에 나타나 있으며, 그와 동등한 범위 내에 있는 모든 차이점은 본 발명에 포함된 것으로 해석되어야 할 것이다.

Claims (12)

  1. 내부가 빈 구조를 이루며, 상기 내부에 플라이낚시 낚시바늘을 수납하는 제1수납함;
    전면만이 개구된 내부가 빈 구조를 이루어 상기 제1수납함의 전면에 설치되며, 플라이낚시 낚시바늘을 수납하는 제2수납함; 및
    상기 제2수납함의 내부에 설치되며, 상기 제2수납함에 수납되는 플라이낚시 낚시바늘을 자력으로 붙여 고정하는 자성부재를 포함하는 플라이낚시 낚시바늘 수납 케이스.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제2수납함의 개구된 전면에는 그 개구된 전면을 개폐하는 덮개가 회전되게 설치되는 플라이낚시 낚시바늘 수납 케이스.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제2수납함의 상면에는 플라이낚시 낚시바늘을 꼽아 고정하는 1개 이상의 제1홀더가 더 설치되는 플라이낚시 낚시바늘 수납 케이스.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제2수납함의 좌측면, 우측면 및 하면에는 제1통공들이 각각 더 형성되는 플라이낚시 낚시바늘 수납 케이스.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제2수납함은 상기 제1수납함에 탈착되게 설치되는 플라이낚시 낚시바늘 수납 케이스.
  6. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제1수납함은 각각 일면만이 개구된 제1 및 제2함체들이 서로 결합되어 형성되며, 상기 제1 및 제2함체들은 회전되게 결합되어 상기 제1수납함의 내부를 개폐하는 플라이낚시 낚시바늘 수납 케이스.
  7. 제6항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 및 제2함체들의 내부에는 플라이낚시 낚시바늘을 꼽아 고정하는 제2홀더가 각각 더 설치되는 플라이낚시 낚시바늘 수납 케이스.
  8. 제7항에 있어서,
    상기 제2홀더는 판체와, 상기 판체에 거리를 두고 다수개로 배열되어 플라이낚시 낚시바늘을 고정하는 홀더부와, 상기 홀더부에 형성되어 플라이낚시 낚시바늘을 꼽는 자리를 마련하는 절개라인으로 이루어지며, 상기 절개라인이 형성된 상기 홀더부의 단부는 호형상의 돌부가 길이를 따라 연속 형성되고, 상기 절개라인은 상기 돌부들 사이 사이에 형성되는 플라이낚시 낚시바늘 수납 케이스.
  9. 제7항에 있어서,
    상기 제2홀더는 상기 제1 및 제2함체들에 탈착되게 설치되는 플라이낚시 낚시바늘 수납 케이스.
  10. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제1수납함의 좌우측면에는 제2통공들이 각각 더 형성되는 플라이낚시 낚시바늘 수납 케이스.
  11. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제1수납함의 상면에는 끈부재를 관통시켜 고정하는 한쌍의 고리수단이 서로 거리를 두고 더 형성되는 플라이낚시 낚시바늘 수납 케이스.
  12. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제1수납함의 후면에는 옷핀을 옷에 꼽아 상기 제1수납함을 패용시키는 패용수단이 더 설치되는 플라이낚시 낚시바늘 수납 케이스.
