2)当上述第二终端中的第一指定终端仅支持第一类媒体能力,且上述呼叫请求同时需要上述第一类媒体能力和上述第二类媒体能力时,将上述呼叫请求所对应的通话数据中的第一类媒体能力对应的通话数据转移至上述第一指定终端;将上述呼叫请求所对应的通话数据中 的第二类媒体能力对应的通话数据转移至上述第一终端中的第二指定终端,其中,上述第二指定终端支持上述第二类媒体能力,例如:当接收到视频呼叫时,如果上述第一指定终端为电视(仅支持视频输入和视频输出),那么就会将通话请求中的音频数据转移至上述第二指定终端,在本发明实施例中,可以是支持音频输入和音频输出的智能设备,例如:话筒,进而结合电视和话筒实现了视频呼叫转移的过程。
需要说明的是,上述第一类媒体能力包括:音频输入、音频输出;上述第二类媒体能力包括:视频输入、视频输出,或,上述第一类媒体能力包括:视频输入、视频输出,上述第二类媒体能力包括:音频输入、音频输出。
在本发明实施例的一个可选示例中,可以通过以下方式实现上述步骤S102所体现的技术方案:在第一终端开机时获取第二终端所支持的媒体能力,第一终端和第二终端位于同一局域网中,即在第一终端开机时,在同一局域网中查询第二终端所支持的能力,上述局域网包括以下至少之一:蓝牙网络、无线保真(Wireless Fidelity,简称为WIFI)网络、红外网络、蜂窝移动网络。
综上所述,本发明实施例提出的一种利用智能设备间通讯的方法来把智能手机上通讯中的音频、视频传输到别的智能设备上,并把别的智能设备的输入(包括音频和视频等)传输过来的方法,该方法可以很好的解决当前手机操作不便、有辐射等问题,充分利用智能设备间的通讯,从而弥补单个手机本身的不足。
也就是说,本发明实施例上述提供的技术方案利用本地无线互联技术达到智能设备间的通讯,从而把手机的音视频数据传输到另一个智能设备上,把手机作为中转站,可以方便的利用别的设备控制手机,充分利用各个设备的特性,发挥各个设备的长处,传输音视频的数据到电视等一种或者多种智能设备上。
在本实施例中还提供了一种呼叫转移装置,应用于第一终端,用于实现上述实施例及优选实施方式,已经进行过说明的不再赘述,下面对该装置中涉及到的模块进行说明。如以下所使用的,术语“模块”可以实现预定功能的软件和/或硬件的组合。尽管以下实施例所描述的装置较佳地以软件来实现,但是硬件,或者软件和硬件的组合的实现也是可能并被构想的。图2为根据本发明实施例的呼叫转移装置的结构框图。如图2所示,该装置包括:
获取模块20,设置为获取一个或多个第二终端所支持的媒体能力;
接收模块22,与获取模块20连接,设置为接收到呼叫请求;
转移模块24,与接收模块22连接,设置为根据上述媒体能力将上述呼叫请求转移至与上述呼叫请求所需要的能力相匹配的第二终端。
通过上述各个模块的综合作用,采用根据获取到的第二终端的媒体能力,在呼叫转移时能够根据第二终端的媒体能力来实现呼叫转移过程的技术手段,解决了相关技术中在呼叫转移过程中,未考虑转移的目标终端所支持的媒体能力问题,实现了根据第二终端所支持的媒体能力将呼叫转移至与呼叫请求相匹配的第二终端的效果。
可选地,如图3所示,为了完成转移模块24所完成的功能,转移模块24可以包括以下单元:配置单元240,设置为根据上述媒体能力配置第一终端与第二终端的绑定关系;转移单元242,与配置单元240连接,设置为根据上述绑定关系将上述呼叫请求转移至第二终端。
为了更好的理解上述呼叫转移所提及的方法和装置,以下结合附图4-6以及以下优选实施例对上述技术方案进行说明:
图4为根据本发明优选实施例的手机与智能设备的环境部署示意图,如图4所示的具体实施环境中,智能手机通过无线网络与其他智能设备匹配连接,接到通话时,在智能设备上振铃并可以选择接听,此时把手机通话的音视频数据分别采集出来并传输给智能设备进行处理和播放,并接收其他智能设备采集到的音视频数据,回传给通话的另一端手机。
图5为根据本发明优选实施例的手机与智能设备交互流程示意图,图5是基于图4方案的应用示意,通讯数据处理模块在手机与智能设备中的应用可以通过以下步骤体现:
步骤A,智能设备开机时,进入到一个网络环境,将自身的媒体能力(包括音频输入、音频输出、视频输入、视频输出、用户控制等类型)广播给网络中的其他设备。其中,用户控制类型的设备记录当前可用的音频输入、输出,视频输入、输出等类型,进而手机在选择绑定使用。用户在用户控制类型的设备上进行选择绑定。
步骤B,手机进入到一个无线网络环境时,发送网络广播查询当前有哪些可用的用户控制类型设备,用户控制类型的设备进行响应,把自己的能力上报(包括关联的音频输入、输出,视频输入、输出等设备信息)。用户选择一个用户控制类型的设备进行通话绑定。
步骤C,手机接到来电通话后,把通话请求(携带拨入的电话号、姓名及头像、号码所在地等)转接到匹配好的智能设备(用户控制)上,展示振铃。用户选择接听后,用户控制设备发送命令控制手机启动音视频数据传输。
步骤D,手机上的通讯数据转发模块截取手机上通话的音视频数据,通过网络传输到匹配的智能设备上。
步骤E,智能设备端的通讯数据处理模块把收到的音视频数据解析,并进行播放。
步骤F,智能设备端上的通讯数据转发模块把采集到的音视频数据提取出来,通过无线网络传输给匹配的手机上。
步骤G,手机上的通讯数据处理模块把收到的数据解析,并通过手机的通话模块发送出去。
图6为根据本发明优选实施例的呼叫转移方法的流程图,如图6所示,包括以下步骤:
步骤S602、智能设备开机时,进入到一个网络环境,将各自具备的媒体能力(包括音频输入、音频输出、视频输入、视频输出、用户控制等类型)广播给网络中的其他设备。其中,如果是用户控制类型的设备,则需要发广播查询当前可用的音频输入、输出,视频输入、输出等类型,供用户选择绑定使用。用户在用户控制类型的设备上进行绑定操作。
步骤S604、手机进入到一个无线网络环境时,发送网络广播查询当前有哪些可用的用户控制类型设备,用户控制类型的设备进行响应,把自己的能力上报(包括关联的音频输入、输出,视频输入、输出等设备信息)。用户选择一个用户控制类型的设备进行通话绑定。
步骤S606、当有振铃信息时,智能手机把振铃请求发给绑定好的智能设备,智能设备进行振铃,用户选择接听。
步骤S608、手机上的通讯数据转发模块把通话中的音视频数据采样,并把采集到的数据通过无线网络转发给绑定的用户控制类型的智能设备。
步骤S610、用户控制类型的智能设备上的通讯数据处理模块把接收到的音视频数据进行处理,并利用关联的音视频输出的智能设备进行播放。
步骤S612,判断是否有音频播放设备,如果有,则转步骤S614,如果没有,则转步骤S616;
步骤S614,播放音频;
步骤S616,判断是否有视频播放设备,如果有,则转步骤S618;
步骤S618,播放视频;
步骤S620、用户控制类型的智能终端设备上的通讯数据转发模块采集关联的音视频输入设备的音频和视频信号输入,通过网络转发给通讯中的智能手机。
步骤S622、智能手机上的通讯数据处理模块处理接收到的音视频信号,通过手机上的设备作为通话信号发到通话的另一端手机,手机上的通讯模块把通话数据发送出去。
本发明优选实施例为使用智能手机及智能设备上的通讯数据转发模块和通讯数据处理模块来协作对音视频数据进行处理和播放,从而把手机上的音视频信息带到别的智能设备上,并把别的智能设备上采集的数据传到手机通话的另一端,方便人们接听电话,提升体验。
本发明实施例对上述技术方案的改进在于,可以把通讯数据处理模块和通讯数据转发模块合并为一个模块,手机同时和多个智能设备匹配。手机和智能设备自动识别能力,对于仅支持音频或者视频的设备,都可以仅发送对应的音频或者视频数据,从而降低网络带宽需求。此外,无线网络不局限于WIFI,还可以是蓝牙、红外等多种常用无线通讯手段。此处的智能手机和设备都是相对的,只要具备通话功能且能够安装上述两个模块,就可以作为智能手机;只要能够安装上述两个模块,都可以作为智能设备。
为进一步提高本发明的实用性和易用性,本发明实施例还可以进行如下改进:对于手机和智能设备的关联,可以通过一次匹配,后续自动识别连接,以方便设备的互联;手机可以和家里所有的设备都匹配,这样来电时可以在全部匹配的设备上都展示振铃,用户选择在哪个设备上接听,就把通话数据传输到这台设备上。更进一步的,用户可以在多部智能设备上都进行接听,做到多部设备同时通话。
综上,本发明实施例通过手机及无线通讯技术进行互联操控的方法,更具体涉及一种利 用无线WIFI进行手机和智能设备间通讯,把手机上通话的音频和视频都传输到另外一个智能设备(例如手机、PAD或者机顶盒等)上,从而其他设备上即可完成本机电话通讯的功能的方法。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到根据上述实施例的方法可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质(如只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、磁碟、光盘)中,包括若干指令用以使得一台终端设备(可以是手机,计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例上述的方法。
在另外一个实施例中,还提供了一种软件,该软件用于执行上述实施例及优选实施方式中描述的技术方案。
在另外一个实施例中,还提供了一种存储介质,该存储介质中存储有上述软件,该存储介质包括但不限于:光盘、软盘、硬盘、可擦写存储器等。
需要说明的是,本发明的说明书和权利要求书及上述附图中的术语“第一”、“第二”等是用于区别类似的对象,而不必用于描述特定的顺序或先后次序。应该理解这样使用的对象在适当情况下可以互换,以便这里描述的本发明的实施例能够以除了在这里图示或描述的那些以外的顺序实施。此外,术语“包括”和“具有”以及他们的任何变形,意图在于覆盖不排他的包含,例如,包含了一系列步骤或单元的过程、方法、系统、产品或设备不必限于清楚地列出的那些步骤或单元,而是可包括没有清楚地列出的或对于这些过程、方法、产品或设备固有的其它步骤或单元。
综上所述,本发明实施例达到了以下技术效果:实现了根据第二终端所支持的媒体能力将呼叫转移至与呼叫请求相匹配的第二终端的效果,可以控制手机把通话数据传输给本地匹配的设备,这样,用户就可以不必找到手机就能方便的进行通话,并防止手机辐射带来的危害。
显然,本领域的技术人员应该明白,上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,或者分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上,可选地,它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现,从而,可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行,并且在某些情况下,可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤,或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。这样,本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
工业实用性
本发明提供的上述技术方案,可以应用于呼叫转移过程中,采用在进行呼叫转移前,获取到的第二终端的媒体能力,进而在呼叫转移时能够根据第二终端的媒体能力来实现呼叫转移过程的技术手段,解决了相关技术中在呼叫转移过程中,未考虑转移的目标终端所支持的媒体能力问题,实现了根据第二终端所支持的媒体能力将呼叫转移至与呼叫请求相匹配的第二终端的效果。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种呼叫转移方法,所述方法包括:
    第一终端获取一个或多个第二终端所支持的媒体能力;
    第一终端接收到呼叫请求;
    根据所述媒体能力将所述呼叫请求转移至与所述呼叫请求所需要的能力相匹配的所述第二终端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,根据所述媒体能力将所述呼叫请求转移至与所述呼叫请求所需要的能力相匹配的所述第二终端,包括:
    根据所述媒体能力配置所述第一终端与所述第二终端的绑定关系;
    根据所述绑定关系将所述呼叫请求转移至所述第二终端。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,其中,所述媒体能力包括以下至少之一:第一类媒体能力、第二类媒体能力。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,根据所述媒体能力将所述呼叫请求转移至与所述呼叫请求所需要的能力相匹配的所述第二终端,包括:
    当所述第二终端同时支持所述第一类媒体能力和所述第二类媒体能力,且所述呼叫请求同时需要所述第一类媒体能力和所述第二类媒体能力时,将所述呼叫请求所对应的通话数据转移至所述第二终端。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,根据所述媒体能力将所述呼叫请求转移至与所述呼叫请求所需要的能力相匹配的所述第二终端,包括:
    当所述第二终端中的第一指定终端仅支持第一类媒体能力,且所述呼叫请求同时需要所述第一类媒体能力和所述第二类媒体能力时,将所述呼叫请求所对应的通话数据中的第一类媒体能力对应的通话数据转移至所述第一指定终端;将所述呼叫请求所对应的通话数据中的第二类媒体能力对应的通话数据转移至所述第一终端中的第二指定终端,其中,所述第二指定终端支持所述第二类媒体能力。
  6. 根据权利要求3-5任一项所述的方法,其中,所述第一类媒体能力包括:音频输入、音频输出;所述第二类媒体能力包括:视频输入、视频输出,或,所述第一类媒体能力包括:视频输入、视频输出,所述第二类媒体能力包括:音频输入、音频输出。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,第一终端获取一个或多个第二终端所支持的媒体能力,包括:
    在所述第一终端开机时获取所述第二终端所支持的媒体能力。
  8. 根据权利要求1-5和7中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述第一终端和所述第二终端位于同一局域网中。
  9. 一种呼叫转移装置,应用于第一终端,所述装置包括:
    获取模块,设置为获取一个或多个第二终端所支持的媒体能力;
    接收模块,设置为接收到呼叫请求;
    转移模块,设置为根据所述媒体能力将所述呼叫请求转移至与所述呼叫请求所需要的能力相匹配的所述第二终端。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其中,所述转移模块,包括:
    配置单元,设置为根据所述媒体能力配置所述第一终端与所述第二终端的绑定关系;
    转移单元,设置为根据所述绑定关系将所述呼叫请求转移至所述第二终端。
