Description

电子喉镜 技术领域
本发明涉及一种电子喉镜,特别是一种具有吸痰装置的电子喉镜。
背景技术
电子喉镜一般由摄像头、中空硬质管(或称“连接杆”)、手柄和控制显示模块组成;中空硬质管的前端设有摄像头,其后端与手柄固定连接,其内部可以通导线;手柄的后部连接有控制显示模块。在使用电子喉镜的诊疗过程中,电子喉镜一般配套气管软管(或称“气管插管”,或“气管导管”,或“插入管”)使用,即将电子喉镜的中空硬质管插入气管软管中,气管软管周向包覆着带有摄像头的中空硬质管深入患者喉腔内。
在诊疗过程中,患者喉腔内的痰液会完全覆盖住电子喉镜的摄像头,影响医生的检查效果,因此需要将痰液及时清除。然而,使用电子喉镜并同时对患者,特别是对昏迷患者的吸痰或喉腔护理一直是医护工作中的难点,因为应用常规辅助器械的吸痰方法往往不能达到彻底清除痰液和口腔污垢的目的,同时,由于所用辅助器械繁杂,操作也不方便。
中国实用新型专利CN203388832(一种软管喉镜)公开了一种改进的吸痰方案,为了将痰液吸出,该实用新型在气管软管的管壁内埋设吸痰导管,吸痰导管沿着气管软管的轴向延伸,其后端设有吸痰器接口,其前端有一个小口(即“吸痰口”)设置于气管软管的前端部分的内壁上,痰液即通过吸痰导管从吸痰口吸出。
中国实用新型专利CN201168310(一种多功能发光气管导管)也公开了一种吸痰方案,与实用新型CN203388832的改进相同,同样是在气管软管的管壁内埋设吸痰导管,吸痰口同样是一小口,设于气管软管的前端部分的内壁上。
上述两个实用新型均将吸痰导管设在气管软管的管壁内,它们的缺陷在于吸痰口距离摄像头的位置是无法确定的,通常情况下,吸痰口会位于距离摄像头较远的位置,这是因为气管软管的规格较多,尺寸也都不一样。根据《中华人民共和国医药行业标准YY0337.1-2002》对气管软管的规定可知,气管软管因其内径以及内径相匹配的长度不同,共有十九种规格,所以设于气管软管壁上的吸痰口较难匹配或对应中空硬质管上的摄像头的位置,从而无法有效吸除或清理摄像头周边的痰液或污垢。
因此,就目前电子喉镜相关吸痰方案的现有技术而言,由于吸痰口均远离或不能稳定 设于摄像头周边,同时吸痰器的功率一般较小(吸痰力较大会造成患者不适,或致其喉腔壁损伤),因而不能有效地完全吸除覆盖于摄像头周边的痰液或污垢;即使吸痰口恰好处于摄像头的周边,由于只是在摄像头周边一侧的某一点进行吸痰,依然不能有效去除摄像头周边的痰液。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种带有吸痰装置的电子喉镜,它能够更有效地解决上述现有技术所遇到的摄像头被痰液或污垢遮挡的技术问题,并且克服了上述现有技术的缺陷,从而能够快速且完全清除覆盖于摄像头周边的物体。
本发明的发明人经过大量的实验以及研究发现,在摄像头的周边范围内形成吸痰口及其痰液通道,其吸痰效果和效率要好于远离摄像头的某一点进行吸痰,而且一体化的操作方式更便捷、更有利于医护人员使用。基于上述发现,本发明得以完成。
本发明提供了一种电子喉镜,包括:带有摄像头的摄像模块,空心的连接杆,手柄以及控制显示模块;其中,所述连接杆的前端连接所述摄像模块,所述连接杆的后端连接所述手柄,所述手柄的后端部连接所述控制显示模块;还包括:空心管,其内管径大于所述连接杆的外杆径;其中,所述摄像模块以及所述连接杆位于所述空心管的内侧,所述空心管的前端与所述摄像模块的前端之间形成有吸痰口,所述空心管与所述连接杆之间形成有连通所述吸痰口的痰液通道;连接装置,连接所述空心管与所述摄像模块和/或所述连接杆。
优选的,所述连接装置的连接为可拆卸连接。
进一步的,所述连接装置的数量为1个以上,并可同时设置相同结构或不同结构的连接装置
优选的,所述连接装置包含设置于所述摄像模块和所述空心管两者的前端部的卡合结构,在所述摄像模块和所述空心管两者的前端部上未设置卡合结构的部分之间形成吸痰口。
进一步的,所述卡合结构包括:设置在所述空心管的前端部的管壁上的沿轴向向下的1个以上的凹口;设置在所述摄像模块的前端部周向上的分别与各所述凹口形状一一对应的且能够与之卡合的凸起;所述连接装置连接所述空心管与所述摄像模块和/或所述连接杆,是通过所述凸起插入所述凹口中相互卡接固定。
进一步的,所述凹口是以所述空心管的管轴为对称的一对凹口。
进一步的,所述凸起与所述凹口卡合后,所述凸起的外周面与所述空心管的外周面为连续平滑过渡。
优选的,所述吸痰口为环状结构;所述环状结构为所述空心管的前端管壁围绕所述摄像模块的前端,所述空心管的前端管壁与所述摄像模块保持一定距离,它们两者之间即形成有环状的空间。
进一步的,所述连接装置还包括:螺钉或可拆卸的固定销;所述摄像模块后端部的周面或/和所述连接杆的周面上设有至少1个的螺孔或销孔;所述空心管的管壁上设有与所述螺孔或销孔相对应的通孔;所述连接装置连接所述空心管与所述摄像模块和/或所述连接杆,可通过所述螺钉穿过所述通孔与所述螺孔进行螺合连接,或通过固定销穿过所述通孔插入所述销孔并固定连接。
优选的,所述空心管以及所述连接杆同时延伸连接至所述手柄内;所述手柄的周边上,或者所述空心管在使用所述电子喉镜时位于患者口腔外的周边上,设有与所述空心管的痰液通道相连通的吸痰器接口,使从吸痰口吸入的痰液可通过所述痰液通道从所述吸痰器接口流出。
进一步的,所述空心管的材料为硬质可弯折的材料,所述连接杆的材料为硬质可弯折材料或软质材料。
进一步的,所述空心管的痰液通道中还可设置输药导管;所述摄像头位于所述摄像模块对应所述空心管的管轴的中心部分上,在所述摄像模块的围绕所述摄像头的四周上设有照明模块和/或连通所述输药导管的注药孔;所述注药孔便于将从手柄处注入的药物,通过所述输药导管,从所述注药孔处进入患者体内。
优选的,本发明的电子喉镜还包括吸痰导管,位于所述空心管和所述连接杆的外部;所述空心管至少包围所述摄像模块,所述空心管的后端与所述摄像模块的后端或与所述连接杆之间形成封闭连接结构,即形成后密封端;所述后密封端设有导痰孔,所述空心管的痰液通道通过所述导痰孔与所述吸痰导管连通。
进一步的,所述后密封端上还设有注药孔,所述输药导管通过所述注药孔与所述空心管的痰液通道相连通,或者所述输药导管穿过所述注药孔并延伸至所述摄像模块周边。
优选的,本发明的电子喉镜还包括吸痰导管,位于所述空心管和所述连接杆的外部;所述空心管至少包围所述摄像模块的前端部,所述空心管的前端与所述摄像模块的前端形成封闭连接结构,即形成前密封端;其中,所述前密封端的外端表面上设有围绕所述摄像模块的环形导痰槽,所述导痰槽的槽内底部设有孔状的吸痰口,所述吸痰导管穿过所述空 心管的后端与所述吸痰口连通。
进一步的,所述导痰槽与所述摄像模块可以完全接壤,或部分接壤,或不接壤;所述导痰槽的环状结构可以是闭环或开环。
进一步的,所述前密封端的外端表面上还设有注药孔,所述输药导管穿过所述空心管的后端与所述注药孔连通。
根据本发明的电子喉镜,能够快速有效地彻底清除覆盖于摄像头周边的痰液或污垢;且产品结构简单,具有摄像、吸痰、照明、给药等一体化的功能,其操作方式更便捷、更有利于医护人员使用。

以下将结合说明书附图,具体描述本发明的优选实施例。
实施例1
图1至图4所示的是本发明的一种电子喉镜,本实施例具有传统电子喉镜的基本结构,即其整体包括:带有摄像头的摄像模块1,空心的连接杆3,手柄6以及控制显示模块(图中未显示);其中,连接杆3的前端连接摄像模块1,连接杆3的后端连接手柄6,手柄6的后端部进一步连接控制显示模块;连接杆3的杆内设有导线,用于导通摄像模块1和控制显示模块。
与现有技术不同的是,本实施例的电子喉镜还包括:空心管2,其内管径大于连接杆3的外杆径,空心管2的内管径的尺寸范围为0.5毫米至10毫米,空心管2的管壁厚度的尺寸范围为0.1毫米至2毫米;其中如图2所示,摄像模块1以及连接杆3位于空心管2的内侧,空心管2的前端与摄像模块1的前端之间形成有吸痰口5,空心管2与连接杆3之间形成有连通吸痰口5的痰液通道4。
本实施例的电子喉镜进一步包括连接装置,连接空心管2与摄像模块1。
如图3和图4所示,连接装置为设置于摄像模块1和空心管2两者的前端部的卡合结构,摄像模块1和空心管2两者的前端部上未设置卡合结构的部分之间形成吸痰口5。
该卡合结构包括:设置在空心管2的前端部的管壁上的沿轴向向下的凹口8;设置在摄像模块1的前端部周向上的,与凹口8形状对应的且能够与之卡合的凸起7;连接装置连接空心管2与摄像模块1,通过凸起7插入凹口8中相互卡接固定。
本实施例中,凹口8是以空心管2的管轴为对称的一对凹口8;相对应的,凸起7也 是以空心管2的管轴为对称的一对凸起7,设置于摄像模块1的前端部的两侧。在该卡合结构中,如图3所示,摄像模块1、凸起7和空心管2的前端形成了以摄像模块1和凸起7为隔断的两个半弧形形状的吸痰口5。
本实施例中,吸痰口5与摄像模块1的前端面处于同一水平面,即空心管2的前端面与摄像模块1的前端面处于同一水平面。可选择的,空心管2的前端面可高于或低于摄像模块1的前端面。
进一步的,如图3所示,凸起7与凹口8卡合后,凸起7的外周面与空心管2的外周面为连续平滑过渡。
本实施例中,凸起7的前端面为平面,其上可嵌入照明模块11。可选择的,在凸起7紧靠摄像模块1的前端面上,可开设导痰槽(图中未显示),用于将凸起7上的痰液导向吸痰口5。
可选择的,凹口8的数量以及对应的凸起7的数量可以是1个,也可以是多个;凹口8的形状不限于本实施例中的长方形,可以是适于卡合的各种形状;在多个凹口8的情况下,各个凹口8的形状或大小可以相同,也可以不同。
可选择的,凹口8与凸起7的卡合不限于本实施例中的插入式,也可以是嵌入式的;即凹口8为设置于空心管2的前端部管壁上的凹洞或凹坑,同时在摄像模块1的前端部的周向上设置相对应的凸起7,凸起7能够嵌入凹口8中;在嵌入式卡合的情况下,凸起7和凹口8的设置位置也可以相反,即凹口8为设置于摄像模块1的前端部的周向上的凹坑,同时在空心管2的前端部内管壁上设置相对应的凸起7。
如图1和图2所示,空心管2以及连接杆3同时延伸连接至手柄6内;手柄6的周边上,设有与空心管2的痰液通道4相连通的吸痰器接口10,使从吸痰口5吸入的痰液可通过痰液通道4从所述吸痰器接口10流出。可选择的,在使用所述电子喉镜时,吸痰器接口10也可设置于空心管2位于患者口腔外的周边上。
若空心管2的材料为硬质可弯折的材料,则连接杆3的材料可为软质材料,而不一定选择传统的金属硬质材料。
若连接杆3的材料为硬质材料,则空心管2可为软质材料,同时空心管2覆盖摄像模块1的部分可选硬质材料。
进一步的,空心管2的痰液通道4中还可设置输药导管(图中未显示);摄像头位于摄像模块1对应空心管2的管轴的中心部分上,在摄像模块1的围绕所述摄像头的四周上设有照明模块11和/或连通输药导管的注药孔(图中未显示);注药孔便于将从手柄6处 注入的药物,通过输药导管,从注药孔处注入患者体内。
实施例2
图5和图6所示的是具有另一种吸痰口形状和连接装置的电子喉镜,其他部分的结构与实施例1所述基本相同。
本实施例中的吸痰口5为环状结构,该环状结构为空心管2的前端管壁围绕摄像模块1的前端,空心管2的前端管壁与摄像模块1保持一定距离,它们两者之间即形成有环状的空间。
本实施例的连接装置为可拆卸的固定销9,摄像模块1后端部的周面上设有销孔,空心管2的管壁上设有与销孔相对应的通孔,通过固定销9穿过通孔插入销孔,可将空心管2与摄像模块1固定连接。
固定销9的使用数量为1个以上,优选以空心管2的管轴对称设置的一对固定销。
可选择的,可在连接杆3的周面上设置至少1个的销孔,从而通过固定销来固定连接空心管2和连接杆3。
可选择的,连接装置还可以是1个以上的螺钉,摄像模块1后端部的周面或/和连接杆3的周面上设有至少1个的螺孔,空心管2的管壁上设有与螺孔相对应的通孔,通过螺钉穿过通孔与螺孔进行螺合连接,可将空心管2与摄像模块1和/或连接杆3固定连接。
可选择的,连接装置的数量为1个以上,并可在同一个电子喉镜中同时设置结构相同或不同的连接装置。例如,可同时设置螺钉方式和固定销方式的连接装置,也可同时设置卡合结构和螺钉方式或固定销方式的连接装置等,以此类推。
需注意的是,连接装置的结构并不限于本实施例所优选的情形,还应包括其他可实施的能够固定连接空心管2与摄像模块1和/或连接杆3的连接结构,如卡勾连接、花键连接、螺纹连接等。
实施例3
图7至图9所示的是一种空心管不完全延伸至手柄内的电子喉镜。
本实施例中,电子喉镜还包括吸痰导管12,其位于空心管2和连接杆3的外部;空心管2包围摄像模块1,空心管2的后端与摄像模块1的后端之间形成封闭连接结构,即形成后密封端14;后密封端14设有导痰孔,空心管2的痰液通道4通过导痰孔与吸痰导管12连通。
本实施例中,手柄6或所述空心管2的周边上不设吸痰器接口10,而是直接采用现有技术的吸痰导管,即吸痰导管的后端连接有吸痰器接口。
本实施例的吸痰口5形状为环状,连接装置的结构为固定销方式。
可选择的,本实施例的连接装置的结构和选择可与实施例1和2所述相同。
或者仅将后密封端14作为连接装置,该连接装置的结构包括但不限于过盈连接,或螺纹连接等。例如过盈连接,空心管2的后密封端14直接套接在摄像模块1的后端部周围或连接杆3上。又例如螺纹连接,在摄像模块1的后端部周面上或连接杆2的外周面上设置螺纹,后密封端14从前至后具有一定的厚度,在后密封端14的内侧周面上设置相对应的螺纹,摄像模块1或连接杆3可与后密封端14进行螺纹旋接。
可选择的,后密封端14上还设有注药孔(图中未显示),输药导管(图中未显示)通过注药孔与空心管2的痰液通道4相连通,或者输药导管穿过注药孔并延伸至摄像模块1周边。
实施例4
图10至图12所示的是一种带有导痰槽的电子喉镜。
本实施例中,电子喉镜还包括吸痰导管12,位于连接杆3的外部,吸痰导管12的大部分管体位于空心管2的外部,其前端管头部分穿入空心管2内;空心管2至少包围摄像模块1的前端部,空心管2的前端与摄像模块1的前端形成封闭连接结构,即形成前密封端15;其中,前密封端15的外端表面上设有围绕摄像模块1的环形导痰槽13,导痰槽13的槽内底部设有孔状的吸痰口5,吸痰导管12穿过空心管2的后端与吸痰口5连通。
可选择的,导痰槽13的槽坑深度随着接近吸痰口5的附近而逐渐加深;导痰槽13与摄像模块1可以完全接壤,或部分接壤,或不接壤,本实施例优选完全接壤;导痰槽13的环状结构可以是闭环或开环,本实施例优选闭环。
空心管2与摄像模块1或连接杆3的连接结构包括前述的连接装置,均可设置于前密封端15的后方。本实施例中的连接结构为过盈连接,即直接将空心管2的前密封端15直接套接在摄像模块1的前端部周围上,不设其他连接装置。
可选择的,亦可单独采用螺纹连接,在摄像模块1的前端部周面上设置螺纹,前密封端15从前至后具有一定的厚度,在前密封端15的内侧面上设置相对应的螺纹,摄像模块1和前密封端15可进行螺纹旋接。
可选择的,空心管2与摄像模块1或连接杆3之间可以不设痰液通道4,吸痰导管12 穿过空心管2的后端与吸痰口5直接连通。
可选择的,前密封端15的外端表面上还设有注药孔(图中未显示),输药导管(图中未显示)穿过空心管2的后端与注药孔连通。
可选择的,空心管2的材料还可以是塑料或橡胶。

    其特征在于,还包括:
    空心管,其内管径大于所述连接杆的外杆径;
    其中,所述摄像模块以及所述连接杆位于所述空心管的内侧,所述空心管的前端与所述摄像模块的前端之间形成有吸痰口,所述空心管与所述连接杆之间形成有连通所述吸痰口的痰液通道;
    连接装置,连接所述空心管与所述摄像模块和/或所述连接杆。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种电子喉镜,其特征在于,
    所述连接装置的连接为可拆卸连接。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种电子喉镜,其特征在于,
    所述连接装置包含设置于所述摄像模块和所述空心管两者的前端部的卡合结构,在所述摄像模块和所述空心管两者的前端部上未设置卡合结构的部分之间形成吸痰口。

    所述连接装置连接所述空心管与所述摄像模块和/或所述连接杆,是通过所述凸起插入所述凹口中相互卡接固定。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的一种电子喉镜,其特征在于,
    所述凹口是以所述空心管的管轴为对称的一对凹口。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的一种电子喉镜,其特征在于,

    螺钉或可拆卸的固定销;
    所述摄像模块后端部的周面或/和所述连接杆的周面上设有至少1个的螺孔或销孔;
    所述空心管的管壁上设有与所述螺孔或销孔相对应的通孔;
    所述连接装置连接所述空心管与所述摄像模块和/或所述连接杆,可通过所述螺钉穿过所述通孔与所述螺孔进行螺合连接,或通过固定销穿过所述通孔插入所述销孔并固定连接。
  9. 如权利要求1-8中任一项权利要求所述的一种电子喉镜,其特征在于,
    所述空心管以及所述连接杆同时延伸连接至所述手柄内;
    所述手柄的周边上,或者所述空心管在使用所述电子喉镜时位于患者口腔外的周边上,设有与所述空心管的痰液通道相连通的吸痰器接口,使从吸痰口吸入的痰液可通过所述痰液通道从所述吸痰器接口流出。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的一种电子喉镜,其特征在于,
    所述空心管的材料为硬质可弯折的材料,所述连接杆的材料为硬质可弯折材料或软质材料。
  11. 如权利要求9所述的一种电子喉镜,其特征在于,
    所述空心管的痰液通道中还可设置输药导管;
    所述摄像头位于所述摄像模块对应所述空心管的管轴的中心部分上,在所述摄像模块的围绕所述摄像头的四周上设有照明模块和/或连通所述输药导管的注药孔;所述注药孔 便于将从手柄处注入的药物,通过所述输药导管,从所述注药孔处进入患者体内。
  12. 如权利要求1-8中任一项权利要求所述的一种电子喉镜,其特征在于,
    还包括吸痰导管,位于所述空心管和所述连接杆的外部;
    所述空心管至少包围所述摄像模块,所述空心管的后端与所述摄像模块的后端或与所述连接杆之间形成封闭连接结构,即形成后密封端;
    所述后密封端设有导痰孔,所述空心管的痰液通道通过所述导痰孔与所述吸痰导管连通。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的一种电子喉镜,其特征在于,
    所述后密封端上还设有注药孔,所述输药导管通过所述注药孔与所述空心管的痰液通道相连通,或者所述输药导管穿过所述注药孔并延伸至所述摄像模块周边。
  14. 如权利要求1-8中任一项权利要求的一种电子喉镜,其特征在于,
    还包括吸痰导管,位于所述空心管和所述连接杆的外部;
    所述空心管至少包围所述摄像模块的前端部,所述空心管的前端与所述摄像模块的前端形成封闭连接结构,即形成前密封端;
    其中,所述前密封端的外端表面上设有围绕所述摄像模块的环形导痰槽,所述导痰槽的槽内底部设有孔状的吸痰口,所述吸痰导管穿过所述空心管的后端与所述吸痰口连通。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的一种电子喉镜,其特征在于,
    所述导痰槽与所述摄像模块可以完全接壤,或部分接壤,或不接壤。
  16. 如权利要求14所述的一种电子喉镜,其特征在于,
    所述前密封端的外端表面上还设有注药孔,所述输药导管穿过所述空心管的后端与所述注药孔连通。
