请参阅图1和图2,本发明第一实施例提供的安全卫生节约节水蹲式马桶包括桶体1和排污管道5,桶体1与排污管道5通过具有底板3且用以存储非液体物质的储物腔2连接,所述储物腔2上部与桶体1底部连接,所述排污管道5与所述储物腔2侧面的倾斜管4连接,且排污管道5内污水上平面低于底板3的高度。所述桶体1一侧设有小便槽8,且小便槽8与桶体1连接处设有扁状尿液冲洗口9。
本发明提供的安全卫生节约节水蹲式马桶,其桶体1与排污管道5之间设置一个用来存储非液体物质(例如,大便)的储物腔2,储物腔2上部与桶体1底部连接,排污管道5与储物腔2侧面的倾斜管4连接,排污管道5内污水上平面低于底板3的高度,可见,底板3上并没有污水存在,该马桶在使用时,非液体物质直接掉落到底板3上,不会与污水撞击,完全杜绝了污水溅上来的风险,更加安全、健康卫生。
同时,本发明提供的马桶由于不存在排污口内污水溅上来的问题,不需要采用现有增大马桶的桶身的办法来避免污水上溅,因此,马桶并不需要更多的材料来制成,节省了马桶的制造材料,同时还节约用水,甚至,本发明的马桶因不存在污水上溅的问题,反而可以将马桶的体积做得更小,提供适合孩子们的迷你型的马桶,如此一来,更加节省了马桶的制造材料,也达到更加节约用水的目的,同时,也节省了马桶的安装空间,符合全世界目前节约、环保型社会的趋势,使马桶即将朝着节约型、小型化、迷你型化的方向发展。
另外,本蹲式马桶具有单独的小便槽8和冲洗小便槽8的扁状尿液冲洗口9,有效防止了小便排到马桶外面,且让水以扁平状均匀的向上喷射,以便能以少量的水就能更均匀的把小便槽8的尿液冲洗干净,更加卫生,更加节约水资源。
再者,非液体物质掉落到底板3上,还能提醒使用者使用后冲洗马桶,防止非 液体物质直接掉落到排污管道5内,使用后忘记冲洗而滋生大量细菌和病毒。
小便槽8与桶体1的连接处有两处,每处均设置有一个尿液冲洗口9。
在本发明提供的安全卫生节约节水蹲式马桶中,小便槽8直径是非常小的,它只是用来排小便的,所以不需要浪费太多材料,原来传统的马桶因为怕污水溅上来,都是把非液体物质置于马桶的长条桶身上,所以传统的马桶必须很大很长,这样就需要浪费很多水,才能将其冲洗干净。而在本发明中,因为排污口没有污水,可以安全卫生地将非液体物质置于储物腔2的底板3上,所以小便槽8只是用来排小便用的,它就不需要太大,只要能够排小便即可。
在本实施例中,本发明的安全卫生节约节水蹲式马桶在桶体1的对称的两边自带有凹凸防滑沟10,以防用户蹲在马桶的两边时滑倒。小便槽8的两边顶上各自带一段薄薄的凹凸防滑沟11,其目的也是防止用户滑倒,凹凸防滑沟10、11的作用都是防止用户在走近马桶与蹲在马桶边上使用时防止滑倒的。
进一步地,所述桶体1上开设有主水口7,所述主水口7与所述桶体1的内腔相连通,所述储物腔2上开设有副水口6,所述副水口6与所述储物腔2相连通。通过主水口7和副水口6,将桶体1内及储物腔2内的污物冲洗干净。设置的副水口6直接对非液体物质冲击,水流更均匀、更集中,较少的水即可产生很强的水流,更有利于节约水资源。
具体地,所述倾斜管4位于所述储物腔2的第一侧,所述储物腔2具有与所述第一侧相对的第二侧,所述副水口6开设于所述第二侧,若干所述主水口7开设于所述桶体1的上沿的周缘。若干所述主水口7均匀地布置在桶体1上沿的周缘。
进一步地,所述储物腔2包括一筒体20,所述筒体20的上部连接于所述桶体1的底部,所述底板3封盖于所述筒体20的下部,所述筒体20与所述底板3之间的连接处形成一过滤弧部21,所述副水口6开设于该过滤弧部21上且副水口6紧靠所述底板3,所述副水口6的进水方向朝向所述底板3,且所述副水口6的进水方向与所述底板3倾斜设置,这样才能不留死角地把底板3冲洗干净。
另外,所述副水口6的进水方向与所述底板3倾斜设置,这样可以防止排污口里的污水在关阀停水的时候往副水口6倒流。
优选地,所述副水口6的进水方向与所述底板3之间的倾斜角度大于0度且小于 等于5度。副水口6与底板3的倾斜度只能是微小的,副水口从上往下稍微倾斜的作用就是为了防止污水倒流进副水口6,尽量保持副水口6永远是干净的。如果倾斜度太大,由副水口6进入的水就会从上往下喷击底板3,如此会溅起大水花和不利于将污物推进排污管道5内。所以副水口6与底板3之间的倾斜度只能是微倾斜,既要保证不让污水倒流,又要让水尽量以平直紧贴底板3对排污管道5喷水,这样才有利于把污物推出排污管道5。
进一步地,所述倾斜管4与所述储物腔2之间形成有连接口,该连接口最下沿点低于所述底板3的高度,避免污物受到连接口最下沿的阻挡,使冲洗不顺畅。
进一步地,所述桶体1与所述储物腔2是一体成型的,所述桶体1与所述储物腔2作为一个整体与所述排污管道5是独立的两个零部件,所述排污管道5与所述储物腔2侧面的倾斜管4可拆卸地连接,如此设置,本发明的马桶永远不怕堵,如果排污管道5堵住难疏通,可以把排污管道5拆卸下来疏通,然后再安装上去,如果把管道拆下来还是疏通不了,就把堵塞的旧管道换掉,换条新排污管道5上去就可以解决堵塞的问题,如此,就不用换马桶,提高了马桶的使用寿命,节省成本,使安全卫生节约节水马桶成为安全卫生节约节水防堵马桶。
为了方便拆卸,排污管道5与倾斜管4之间的连接处裸露于外。
在本实施例中,所述排污管道5为直冲式排污管道5。
进一步地,所述桶体1为锥形漏斗结构,所述桶体1于其底部开设有排污口(未标示),所述储物腔2的顶部连接于所述排污口处,所述排污口在所述桶体1底部的正中央,有利于减小桶体1的体积,节约产品的制造材料,减低成本。
进一步地,所述储物腔2为圆筒结构,所述底板3水平布置,可以最大限度的利用底板3将非液体物质临时预留,防止非液体物质自己掉落到排污管道5内。
进一步地,所述底板3周缘呈圆弧状,有利于冲水且可防止角落藏污。
本发明提供的安全卫生节约节水蹲式马桶还包括供水的水箱(图未示),该水箱内的水通过主水口7流入桶体1内,通过副水口6流入储物腔2内,通过扁状尿液冲洗口9流入小便槽8内。
请同时参阅图2,本发明第二实施例提供的安全卫生节约节水蹲式马桶与第一实施例的安全卫生节约节水蹲式马桶大致相同,其不之处在于:所述排污管道5 为虹吸式排污管道5。
上述两个实施例中的马桶可以加上智能功能,这样的马桶将更加安全、卫生、方便、完美。
上面对本专利的较佳实施方式作了详细说明,但是本专利并不限于上述实施方式,在本领域的普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本专利宗旨的前提下做出各种变化。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种安全卫生节约节水蹲式马桶,其包括桶体和排污管道,其特征在于,所述桶体与所述排污管道通过具有底板且用以存储非液体物质的储物腔连接,所述储物腔上部与所述桶体底部连接,所述排污管道与所述储物腔侧面的倾斜管连接,且所述排污管道内污水上平面低于所述底板的高度;所述桶体一侧设有小便槽,且所述小便槽与所述桶体连接处设有扁状尿液冲洗口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的安全卫生节约节水蹲式马桶,其特征在于,所述桶体上开设有主水口,所述主水口与所述桶体的内腔相连通,所述储物腔上开设有副水口,所述副水口与所述储物腔相连通。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的安全卫生节约节水蹲式马桶,其特征在于,所述倾斜管位于所述储物腔的第一侧,所述储物腔具有与所述第一侧相对的第二侧,所述副水口开设于所述第二侧,若干所述主水口开设于所述桶体的上沿的周缘。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的安全卫生节约节水蹲式马桶,其特征在于,所述储物腔包括一筒体,所述筒体的上部连接于所述桶体的底部,所述底板封盖于所述筒体的下部,所述筒体与所述底板之间的连接处形成一过滤弧部,所述副水口开设于该过滤弧部上且所述副水口紧靠所述底板,所述副水口的进水方向朝向所述底板,且所述副水口的进水方向与所述底板倾斜设置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的安全卫生节约节水蹲式马桶,其特征在于,所述副水口的进水方向与所述底板之间的倾斜角度大于0度且小于等于5度。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的安全卫生节约节水蹲式马桶,其特征在于,所述倾斜管与所述储物腔之间形成有连接口,该连接口最下沿点低于所述底板的高度。
  7. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的安全卫生节约节水蹲式马桶,其特 征在于,所述桶体与所述储物腔是一体成型的,所述桶体与所述储物腔作为一个整体与所述排污管道是独立的两个零部件,所述排污管道与所述储物腔侧面的倾斜管可拆卸地连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的安全卫生节约节水蹲式马桶,其特征在于,所述排污管道为直冲式排污管道或者虹吸式排污管道。
  9. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的安全卫生节约节水蹲式马桶,其特征在于,所述桶体为锥形漏斗结构,所述桶体于其底部开设有排污口,所述储物腔的顶部连接于所述排污口处,所述排污口在所述桶体底部的正中央。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的安全卫生节约节水蹲式马桶,其特征在于,所述储物腔为圆筒结构,所述底板水平布置。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的安全卫生节约节水蹲式马桶,其特征在于,所述底板周缘呈圆弧状。
