本发明实施例还提供了一种彩铃的实现装置,用以实现本发明上述实施例的方法,该装置可以是存储在存储介质中的供处理器执行的软件模块。图4是根据本发明实施例的彩铃实现装置的结构框图一,如图4所示,该装置包括:获取模块402,设置为获取第一终端位置信息;分析模块404,设置为将所述位置信息与预先设定的区域信息进行对比,确定相应的告警方式,生成告警信息;告警模块406,设置为通过多媒体彩铃系统发送所述告警信息给第二终端。
通过本发明实施例,可以利用终端的定位功能,将终端的位置告警信息以彩铃的形式通知到相关用户,实现对终端的跟踪与监护,对于车辆定位跟踪、看护儿童等有着重要帮助。
图5是根据本发明实施例的彩铃实现装置的结构框图二,在本发明的一个实施方式中,如图5所示,分析模块504包括:媒体文件子模块和日志子模块,所述媒体文件子模块可以根据第一终端的最新位置信息和预先设定的区域信息生成告警媒体文件,该告警媒体文件可以直观的显示出所述第一终端的最新位置与预先设定区域的位置关系。该告警媒体文件的形式是多样的,可以是文本形式、图片形式,也可以是音频、视频、动画等形式。所述日志 子模块可以生成告警日志,告警日志的内容可以包括触发告警的终端信息、告警原因信息、所述第一终端最新位置信息,其作用还包括触发多媒体彩铃系统向相应的第二终端发送所述告警媒体文件。
在本发明的一个实施方式中,如图5所示,获取模块502包括查询子模块,该查询子模块可以向与第一终端连接的定位服务器定时查询该第一终端的最新位置信息,该位置信息可以是所述第一终端的最新定位点信息,也可以是所述第一终端在一段时间内的历史轨迹信息。
本发明实施例还提供了一种服务器,图6是根据本发明实施例的服务器结构框图,如图6所示,该服务器包括处理器608和存储器609;所述存储器存储有指令,当该指令被执行时,所述位置信息服务器可执行上述实施例所述的方法的步骤。
本领域的技术人员应该明白,上述的本发明实施例的模块或步骤可以用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,或者分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上,可选地,它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现,从而,可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行,并且在某些情况下,可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤,或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。
工业实用性
本发明实施例可以利用终端的定位功能,将终端的位置告警信息以彩铃的形式通知到相关用户,实现对终端的跟踪与监护,对于车辆定位跟踪、看护儿童等有着重要帮助。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种彩铃的实现方法,包括:
    获取第一终端位置信息;
    将所述位置信息与预先设定的区域信息进行对比,当比对结果满足告警条件时,生成告警信息;
    通过多媒体彩铃系统发送所述告警信息给第二终端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述告警信息包括:
    告警媒体文件和告警日志,其中,
    所述告警媒体文件是根据所述位置信息和所述区域信息生成的;
    所述告警日志用于触发多媒体彩铃系统向所述第二终端发送所述告警媒体文件。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述预先设定的区域信息,包括:
    至少一个由地理位置坐标构成的集合。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述当比对结果满足告警条件时,,生成告警信息,至少包括以下之一:
    所述位置信息超出所述集合的范围则生成相应的告警信息;
    所述位置信息落入所述集合的范围则生成相应的告警信息;
    所述位置信息超出一个所述集合的范围,且落入另一个所述集合的范围,则生成相应的告警信息。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的方法,其中,所述获取第一终端位置信息,包括:
    通过定位服务器获取所述第一终端的位置信息。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述位置信息,包括以下至少之一:
    所述终端的最新定位点信息、历史轨迹信息。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述多媒体彩铃系统向所述第二终端发送所述告警媒体文件,包括以下至少之一:
    向所述第二终端发起多媒体呼叫;
    向所述第二终端发送短信或彩信。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,所述告警日志包括:
    触发告警的终端信息、告警原因信息以及所述终端最新位置信息。
  9. 一种彩铃的实现装置,包括:
    获取模块,设置为获取第一终端位置信息;
    分析模块,设置为将所述位置信息与预先设定的区域信息进行对比,当比对结果满足告警条件,生成告警信息;
    告警模块,设置为通过多媒体彩铃系统发送所述告警信息给第二终端。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其中,所述分析模块,包括:媒体文件子模块和日志子模块,其中,
    所述媒体文件子模块,设置为根据所述位置信息和所述区域信息生成告警媒体文件;
    所述日志子模块,设置为触发多媒体彩铃系统向第二终端发送所述告警媒体文件。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其中,所述预先设定的区域信息,包括:
    至少一个由地理位置坐标构成的集合。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其中,所述分析模块是设置为:
    若所述位置信息超出所述集合的范围,则通知所述告警模块生成相应的告警信息;
    若所述位置信息落入所述集合的范围,则通知所述告警模块生成相应的告警信息;或者
    若所述位置信息超出一个所述集合的范围,且落入另一个所述集合的范围,则通知所述告警模块生成相应的告警信息。
  13. 根据权利要求9至11任一项所述的装置,其中,所述获取模块,包括:
    查询子模块,设置为通过定位服务器获取所述第一终端的位置信息。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的装置,其中,所述位置信息,包括以下至少之一:
    所述终端的最新定位点信息、历史轨迹信息。
  15. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其中,所述所述日志子模块是设置为触发多媒体彩铃系统向第二终端发起多媒体呼叫或向第二终端发送短信或彩信,以发送所述告警媒体文件。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的方法,其中,所述告警日志包括:
    触发告警的第一终端信息、告警原因信息以及所述第一终端最新位置信息。
  17. 一种位置信息服务器,包括:
    处理器以及存储器,其中,所述存储器存储有指令,当该指令被执行时,所述位置信息服务器可执行权利要求1-8任一项所述的方法的步骤。
  18. 一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有程序指令,当该程序指令被执行时可实现权利要求1-8任一项所述的方法。
