本方案提供的装置包括座位杆1、后支脚杆2、折叠联动滑杆3、前支脚杆6、靠背杆7和扶手杆8,其中后支脚杆2和座位杆1转动连接,折叠联动滑杆3与后支脚杆2转动连接,折叠联动滑杆3与座位杆1滑动连接,折叠联动滑杆3与前支脚杆6滑动连接,前支脚杆6与座位杆1转动连接,前支脚杆6与扶手杆8滑动连接,通过转动前支脚杆6和后支脚杆2的角度实现座位杆1高度的调节。座位杆1的高度调高的过程为:将后支脚杆2向着内侧转动,后支脚杆2带动座位杆1做水平运动和竖直方向上的运动,折叠联动滑杆3带动第一滑套4沿着座位杆1向着后支脚杆2的方向滑动,实现了后支脚杆2与地面之间角度的调整,进而将前支脚杆6向着内侧转动,使靠近前支脚杆6 部分的座位杆1的高度与靠近后支脚杆2部分的座位杆1的高度平齐,折叠联动滑杆3带动第二滑套5沿着前支脚杆6向下滑动,前支脚杆6带动第三滑套9沿着扶手杆8向着外侧滑动,完成前支脚杆6与地面之间角度的调节;座位杆1的高度调低的过程:将后支脚杆2向着外侧转动,后支脚杆2带动座位杆1做水平运动和竖直方向上的运动,折叠联动滑杆3带动第一滑套4沿着座位杆1向着前支脚杆6的方向滑动,实现了后支脚杆2与地面之间角度的调整,进而将前支脚杆6向着外侧转动,使靠近前支脚杆6部分的座位杆1的高度与靠近后支脚杆2部分的座位杆1的高度平齐,折叠联动滑杆3带动第二滑套5沿着前支脚杆6向上滑动,前支脚杆6带动第三滑套9沿着扶手杆8向着内侧滑动,完成前支脚杆6与地面之间角度的调节。当要实现本方案提供的椅子的折叠过程时,继续向内收拢前支脚杆6和后支脚杆2,使前支脚杆6和后支脚杆2与座位杆1贴合,实现椅子的收起;椅子使用时,将前支脚杆6和后支脚杆3向外打开,将前支脚杆6和后支脚杆3打开到指定的位置。
本方案提供的装置由后支脚杆2、座位杆1、折叠联动滑杆3和前支脚杆6组成两个角度可调的三角形,使得椅子的前支脚杆6和后支脚杆2角度调整过程比较稳定。
后支脚杆2的形式有多种,具体为:后支脚杆2包括两根平行布置的第一直杆21和与第一直杆21连接且垂直布置的第一支撑杆22,即后支脚杆2整体为“工”字型;或者后支脚杆2为U型形状,且U型形状的后支脚杆2的开口方向朝向座位杆1;或者后支脚杆2包括两根平行布置的第一直杆21和与第一直杆21连接且垂直布置的第一支撑杆22,第一支撑杆22的个数至少为2个;或者后支脚杆2包括两根平行布置的第一直杆21和设置在第一直杆21之间的支撑板。
前支脚杆6的形式有多种,具体为:前支脚杆6包括两根平行布置的第二直杆61和与第二直杆61连接且垂直布置的第二支撑杆62,即前支脚杆6整体为“工”字型;或者前支脚杆6为U型形状,且U型形状的前支脚杆6的开口方向朝向座位杆1;或者前支脚杆6包括两根平行布置的第二直杆61和与第一直杆61连接且垂直布置的第二支撑杆62,第二支撑杆62的个数至少 为两个。
为了方便使用者的使用,还包括与座位杆1连接的搁脚杆11,搁脚杆11与靠背杆7相对布置,且搁脚杆11为U型搁脚杆,U型座位杆的开口端朝向搁脚杆11,U型搁脚杆的开口端与U型座位杆的开口端相对布置,且搁脚杆11与座位杆1转动连接,在使用的过程中将搁脚杆11通过转动进行支撑或者收起,搁脚杆11支撑起后,使用者可以将脚放置在搁脚杆11上进行休息,不需要使用时,将搁脚杆11收起,方便使用者办公。
搁脚杆11转动支撑和收起的形式为:
搁脚杆11与座位杆11通过齿轮调节组件10转动连接,齿轮调节组件10包括:与座位杆1固定连接的座位杆连接件101,座位杆连接件101内设置端面上设置锥齿轮102,锥齿轮102的侧壁上设置有凹槽,座位杆连接件101的内壁上设置有与凹槽配合的凸起,座位杆连接件101的中心设置有与锥齿轮的轴孔配合的定位轴,定位轴上套设有弹簧103,弹簧103设置在座位杆连接件101与锥齿轮102之间;与搁脚杆11固定连接的搁脚杆连接件104,搁脚杆连接件104的内壁上设置有能够与锥齿轮102啮合的斜齿;按钮105,按钮105上设置有能够按压锥齿轮102的凸起,搁脚杆连接件104上设置有与凸起配合的孔,凸起的末端设置有卡勾。搁脚杆11使用时,直接扳动搁脚杆11即可实现角度调节;搁脚杆11收起时或者调节角度时,通过按压按钮105,按钮105上的凸起推动锥齿轮102按压弹簧,搁脚连接件104上的斜齿与锥齿轮102上的斜齿分离,实现搁脚杆11的角度调节,调节完成后,松开按钮105,锥齿轮102在弹簧103的复位弹力作用下与搁脚连接件104上的斜齿啮合,防止搁脚杆11在使用过程中发生转动,此种调节方式操作方便。
搁脚杆11的转动形式还有很多种,比如将搁脚杆11和座位杆1直接通过螺栓连接,通过对螺栓松紧的调节实现对搁脚杆11角度的调节。
为了进一步提高使用者使用的舒适度,靠背杆7与座位杆1通过螺栓连接,在使用的过程中可以将靠背杆7放平,使靠背杆7和座位杆1位于同一平面,此时的椅子可以作为床来使用。本方案提供的椅子既可以作为椅子使用,也可以作为床来使用,增加了椅子的功能。
本方案提供的装置,可以实现椅子的折叠,上面已经提到了前支脚杆6和后支脚杆2的折叠和展开过程,也提到了搁脚杆11的折叠和展开过程,靠背杆7也可以进行折叠,本方案提供的装置折叠完成后的情况如图5所示,缩小了椅子折叠后的占用面积。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种椅子,其特征在于,包括:
    座位杆(1),所述座位杆(1)为U形座位杆;
    后支脚杆(2),所述后支脚杆(2)的中部与所述座位杆(1)可转动连接;
    折叠联动滑杆(3),所述折叠联动滑杆(3)的一端与所述后支脚杆(2)的顶端可转动连接,所述折叠联动滑杆(3)与所述座位杆(1)通过第一滑套(4)滑动连接;
    与所述折叠联动滑杆(3)的另一端通过第二滑套(5)连接的前支脚杆(6),所述前支脚杆(6)与所述座位杆(1)可转动连接,所述第二滑套(5)位于所述座位杆(1)的下方;
    与所述座位杆(1)连接的靠背杆(7);
    扶手杆(8),所述扶手杆(8)一端与所述靠背杆(7)转动连接,另一端与所述前支脚杆(6)的顶端通过第三滑套(9)连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的椅子,其特征在于,所述后支脚杆(2)包括两根平行布置的第一直杆(21)和与所述第一直杆(21)连接且垂直布置的第一支撑杆(22)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的椅子,其特征在于,所述前支脚杆(6)包括两根平行布置的第二直杆(61)和与所述第二直杆(61)连接且垂直布置的第二支撑杆(62)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的椅子,其特征在于,还包括与所述座位杆(1)连接的搁脚杆(11),所述搁脚杆(11)与所述靠背杆(7)相对布置,且所述搁脚杆(11)为U型搁脚杆,所述U型座位杆的开口端朝向所述搁脚杆(11),所述U型搁脚杆的开口端与所述U型座位杆的开口端相对布置,且所述搁脚杆(11)与所述座位杆(1)转动连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的椅子,其特征在于,所述搁脚杆(11)与所述座位杆(11)通过齿轮调节组件(10)转动连接,所述齿轮调节组件(10)包括:
    与所述座位杆(1)固定连接的座位杆连接件(101),所述座位杆连接件 (101)内设置有锥齿轮(102),所述锥齿轮(102)的侧壁上设置有凹槽,所述座位杆连接件(101)的内壁上设置有与所述凹槽配合的凸起,所述座位杆连接件(101)的中心设置有与所述锥齿轮的轴孔配合的定位轴,所述定位轴上套设有弹簧(103),所述弹簧(103)设置在所述座位杆连接件(101)与所述锥齿轮(102)之间;
    与所述搁脚杆(11)固定连接的搁脚杆连接件(104),所述搁脚杆连接件(104)的内壁上设置有能够与所述锥齿轮(102)啮合的斜齿,所述搁脚杆连接件(104)与所述座位杆连接件(101)螺纹连接;
    按钮(105),所述按钮(105)上设置有能够按压所述锥齿轮(102)的凸起,所述搁脚杆连接件(104)上设置有与所述凸起配合的孔,所述凸起的末端设置有卡勾。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的椅子,其特征在于,所述靠背杆(7)与所述座位杆(1)通过螺栓连接。
