如附图1和附图2所示,一种LC双联连接器,包括连接头组件1,与所述连接头组件1相配合的尾套组件2,还包括用于连接头组件1和尾套组件2快速拆卸的把手3,所述把手3包括设置在把手3前端与所述连接头组件1相配合的第一弹性结构部31、设置在把手3中部与所述尾套组件2前端相配合的第二弹性结构部32,以及设置在把手3尾端用于和所述尾套组件2尾端相配合的手柄部33,当第二弹性结构部32与所述尾套组件2分离时,在所述手柄部33的作用下,使得所述第一弹性结构部31与所述连接头组件1分离,此时可实现对LC双联连接器的拆卸和换边操作。
作为优选实施方式,所述第一弹性结构部31包括设置在所述把手3前端的两个结构相同的弹性臂311,两个所述弹性臂311的端部分别开设有用于增加端部弹性的第一长槽3111,且所述弹性臂311的端部的两侧壁上向外凸设有定位凸点3112,所述连接头组件1包括连接头壳体10,所述连接头壳体10的前端纵向贯穿设置有用于和所述弹性臂311的端部的定位块3113相配合的通孔101,所述通孔101上下两端的壳体侧壁上横向贯穿设置有用于和所述定位凸点3112相配合的定位孔102。此结构中的第一长槽3111的设置,使得弹性臂端部的定位块3113一分为二,在与通孔101相配合时,能够有效提高弹性臂端部弹性,便于定位块与通孔101的配合,同时为了防止弹性臂311端部的定位块3113在与连接头壳体10上的通孔101装配后,从通孔101中弹出,弹性臂的两侧壁上设置有用于和通孔侧壁上的定位孔102相配合的定位凸点3112,作为优选实施方式,定位凸点3112设置在定位块与通孔101相接触的侧壁上。
此外,为了方便将LC双联连接器翻转180度进行换边操作,避免用手直接接触直径较细的线芯,防止线芯折断,通孔101的上下两端口的侧壁上均设置有和定位凸点3112相配合的定位孔102,从而能够使得把手3能够分别与LC双 联连接器的上下两侧面相配合,进而能够有效的保证LC双联连接器翻转180度后的换边操作。
如附图3所示,所述第二弹性结构部32包括垂直设置在所述把手3中部底面上的第一支撑壁321、水平设置于所述第一支撑壁321顶端的底座322,以及垂直设置于所述底座322上的卡接臂323,所述卡接臂323的中部开设有用于增加卡接臂323弹性的第二长槽3231,且所述卡接臂323顶端的两侧壁上设置有卡勾3232,所述尾套组件2包括尾套24和与所述尾套24的前端端口相配合的分支夹21,所述尾套组件2前端的侧壁上垂直贯穿设置有用于和所述卡接臂323相配合的卡接孔241,且所述卡接孔241上下两端的尾套24侧壁上分别开设有用于和所述卡勾3232相配合的卡接槽242。当需要对连接器进行换边操作或拆卸时,向内挤压卡接臂顶端的两侧壁,然后向上掀起手柄部,且第一弹性结构部中弹性臂311端部的定位块从通孔101中滑出,此时把手3和连接头组件1和尾套组件2分离,为了保证能够换边后能够有效的与连接头组件1和尾套组件2相连接,卡接孔241上下两端的尾套24侧壁上分别开设有用于和所述卡勾3232相配合的卡接槽242,从而保证卡接臂323能够分别与尾套的上下进行安装卡接。
此外,上述结构中的第一弹性结构部31、第二弹性结构部32和手柄部33三者之间采用杠杆原理,在对手柄部33进行受力时,第二弹性结构部32相当于一个支点,能够使得第一弹性结构部的弹性臂的端部方便的从通孔101中弹出,从而能够方便快捷的对LC双联连接器进行拆卸和换边操作。
作为进一步的优选实施方式,如附图3至5所示,所述手柄部33包括与所述尾套组件2尾端外表面相配合的凹槽331,以及设置在所述手柄部33尾端用于把手3下压或掀起的尾柄332,所述尾柄332的上表面和下表面上分别设置有 防滑纹,所述凹槽331的底面贯穿设置第三长槽3311。此结构中凹槽331的设置,使得与尾套紧密的贴合,使得把手与尾套组件形成一体,进而有效的减少了LC双联连接器的体积,此外,设置在手柄部33的手柄332,避免了将手指伸进两连接器之间进行拆卸,使得拆卸或换边变得方便快捷。
作为本发明进一步的优选实施方式,所述连接头组件1还包括插设于所述连接头壳体10内的陶瓷插芯12、套设于所述陶瓷插芯12上的弹簧13,以及与所述陶瓷插芯12尾端相配合的连接器壳体延长帽14,所述尾套组件2还包括套设于所述分支夹21尾端的支撑环22和套设于所述支撑环22外表面的压紧环23,所述分支夹21尾端的外表面和所述支撑环22的外表面均设置有防滑纹,防滑纹的设置,使得相互套设的各部件之间紧密连接,防止脱落;
如附图6所示,所述连接器壳体延长帽14的尾端插设于所述分支夹21且与所述分支夹21的前端相配合,所述连接器壳体延长帽14的尾端由内向外依次设置有圆柱体141和四方体142,所述四方体的上表面和下表面分别对称设置有第一弧形凸缘143和第二弧形凸缘144。此结构的设计,使得连接器壳体延长帽14的尾端能够稳定可靠的与分支夹21的前端相配合,作为进一步的优选,分支夹21的前端的左右两侧对称开设有两个固定位,分别用于和每个连接器壳体延长帽14的尾端相配合,第一弧形凸缘143和第二弧形凸缘144能够限制两者的轴向运动,四方体的设置,能够防止连接器壳体延长帽14的旋转。
以上结合具体实施例描述了本发明的技术原理。这些描述只是为了解释本发明的原理,而不能以任何方式解释为对本发明保护范围的限制。基于此处的解释,本领域的技术人员不需要付出创造性的劳动即可联想到本发明的其它具体实施方式,这些方式都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种LC双联连接器,包括连接头组件(1),与所述连接头组件(1)相配合的尾套组件(2),其特征在于:还包括用于连接头组件(1)和尾套组件(2)快速拆卸的把手(3),所述把手(3)包括设置在把手(3)前端与所述连接头组件(1)相配合的第一弹性结构部(31)、设置在把手(3)中部与所述尾套组件(2)前端相配合的第二弹性结构部(32),以及设置在把手(3)尾端用于和所述尾套组件(2)尾端相配合的手柄部(33);
    当第二弹性结构部(32)与所述尾套组件(2)分离时,在所述手柄部(33)的作用下,使得所述第一弹性结构部(31)与所述连接头组件(1)分离,此时可实现对LC双联连接器的拆卸和换边操作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的LC双联连接器,其特征在于:所述第一弹性结构部(31)包括设置在所述把手(3)前端的两个结构相同的弹性臂(311),两个所述弹性臂(311)的端部分别开设有用于增加端部弹性的第一长槽(3111),且所述弹性臂(311)的端部的两侧壁上向外凸设有定位凸点(3112)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的LC双联连接器,其特征在于:所述连接头组件(1)包括连接头壳体(10),所述连接头壳体(10)的前端纵向贯穿设置有用于和所述弹性臂(311)的端部的定位块(3113)相配合的通孔(101),所述通孔(101)上下两端的壳体侧壁上横向贯穿设置有用于和所述定位凸点(3112)相配合的定位孔(102)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的LC双联连接器,其特征在于:所述第二弹性结构部(32)包括垂直设置在所述把手(3)中部底面上的第一支撑壁(321)、水平设置于所述第一支撑壁(321)顶端的底座(322),以及垂直设置于所述底座(322)上的卡接臂(323),所述卡接臂(323)的中部开设有用于增加卡接臂(323)弹性的第二长槽(3231),且所述卡接臂(323)顶端的两侧壁上设置有卡勾 (3232)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的LC双联连接器,其特征在于:所述尾套组件(2)包括尾套(24)和与所述尾套(24)的前端端口相配合的分支夹(21),所述尾套组件(2)前端的侧壁上垂直贯穿设置有用于和所述卡接臂(323)相配合的卡接孔(241),且所述卡接孔(241)上下两端的尾套(24)侧壁上分别开设有用于和所述卡勾(3232)相配合的卡接槽(242)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的LC双联连接器,其特征在于:所述手柄部(33)包括与所述尾套组件(2)尾端外表面相配合的凹槽(331),以及设置在所述手柄部(33)尾端用于把手(3)下压或掀起的尾柄(332),所述尾柄(332)的上表面和下表面上分别设置有防滑纹,所述凹槽(331)的底面贯穿设置第三长槽(3311)。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的LC双联连接器,其特征在于:所述连接头组件(1)还包括插设于所述连接头壳体(10)内的陶瓷插芯(12)、套设于所述陶瓷插芯(12)上的弹簧(13),以及与所述陶瓷插芯(12)尾端相配合的连接器壳体延长帽(14)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的LC双联连接器,其特征在于:所述尾套组件(2)还包括套设于所述分支夹(21)尾端的支撑环(22)和套设于所述支撑环(22)外表面的压紧环(23),所述分支夹(21)尾端的外表面和所述支撑环(22)的外表面均设置有防滑纹。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的LC双联连接器,其特征在于:所述连接器壳体延长帽(14)的尾端插设于所述分支夹(21)且与所述分支夹(21)的前端相配合。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的LC双联连接器,其特征在于:所述连接器壳体延长帽(14)的尾端由内向外依次设置有圆柱体(141)和四方体(142),所述四方体(142)的上表面和下表面分别对称设置有第一弧形凸缘(143)和第二弧形凸缘(144)。
