一种强化跳床 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种游乐玩具,特别是涉及一种强化跳床。
背景技术
跳床体积小,趣味性高越来越受到人们的青睐。现有技术的跳床一直以圆形钢管作面管来焊接在框架上侧,用于安装跳床布,在使用中发现圆形钢管纵向受压的强度偏小,使用过程中会发生一定的变形,尤其是体重较大的使用者通过踩踏面管进入跳床布的时候有可能会将面管压弯。
实用新型内容
针对上述现有技术的不足,本实用新型的目的是提供一种面管强度高,框架结实的强化跳床。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型强化跳床采用的技术方案为:
一种强化跳床,包括框架和设置在框架上侧的跳床布,所述的框架包括上侧的圆环形面管和布置在面管下侧的支腿,跳床布安装在面管上,所述的面管设置有至少两道沿着面管轴线方向布置的加强筋,其中两道加强筋与面管的圆环形轴线同面布置。
所述的加强筋为内凹的凹筋。
所述的加强筋为外凸的凸筋。
所述的加强筋的截面为圆弧形。
所述的加强筋为面管受到挤压变形而形成的一体筋。
本实用新型所提供的技术方案的优点在于;
面管轴向布置的加强筋有效的提高了面管的纵向受压强度,框架更加结实。增强跳床使用的安全系数,更大程度保障消费者的人身安全。两道与面管的圆环形轴线同面布置的加强筋,使面管由圆管变成“工”型异形管,进一步提升面管的抗纵向破坏的强度。强筋为面管受到挤压变形而形成的一体筋,改变面管内部材料的分布方向,实现了加工硬化。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明,但不作为对本实用新型的限定。
如图1所示,本实用新型所述的强化跳床包括框架1和跳床布2,框架1包括上侧的圆环形的面管11和焊接在面管下侧的支腿12,支腿12均布在面管11的下侧,面管的截面为圆形,跳床布2通过弹簧绳3紧绷在面管上。为了提高面管的强度,沿着面管的轴线方向滚压有内凹的两道加强筋111,加强筋111截面为圆弧形,两道加强筋与面管的圆环形轴线同面布置。滚压有两道加强筋的面管截面变为“工”字形,从而可以使面管多面受力,并且此内凹的加强筋沿着面管的内、外侧俩头到位,这大大增强了跳床本身的面管部分的纵向抗破坏力,从而提高了安全性能。

  1. 一种强化跳床,包括框架和设置在框架上侧的跳床布,所述的框架包括上侧的圆环形面管和布置在面管下侧的支腿,跳床布安装在面管上,其特征在于:所述的面管设置有至少两道沿着面管轴线方向布置的加强筋,其中两道加强筋与面管的圆环形轴线同面布置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的强化跳床,其特征在于:所述的加强筋为内凹的凹筋。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的强化跳床,其特征在于:所述的加强筋为外凸的凸筋。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的强化跳床,其特征在于:所述的加强筋的截面为圆弧形。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4任意一种所述的强化跳床,其特征在于:所述的加强筋为面管受到挤压变形而形成的一体筋。
