Description

一种软提壶哑铃 技术领域:
本发明涉及一种体育锻炼用的健身器,特别是一种软提壶哑铃。
背景技术:
目前,随着生活水平的提高,人们也越来越重视身体健康保养,运动健身已成为人们日常生活中必不可缺的一部分。哑铃体均是由铸铁铸造而成,长时间使用后,铁容易生锈,手柄易折断,使用寿命较短;而且表面坚硬,如不小心砸到脚是非常危险的,非专业人士使用极易造成运动伤害。
回收利用再生资源,不仅有较好的经济价值,还有可观的社会和环境效益,从科学发展观和可持续发展的的战略出发,人类必须科学合理地利用和保护物种种源,才有可能再生,才可能“取之不尽,用之不竭”。可再生资源也不是绝对的,是相对的,有条件存在的,人类都要加以合理地开发利用和保护。否则,我们的子孙后代就会出现资源危机和能源危机。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是为了克服以上不足,提供使用寿命长、使用安全系数高、生产工艺简单、环保性高的软提壶哑铃。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种软提壶哑铃,包括金属把手、卡片、面皮层和纤维层,在金属把手两顶端连接有止动的卡片,面皮层包住卡片及纤维层,纤维层的内部包有配重层,面皮层表面设有拉链,金属把手、卡片通过面皮层的紧密缝合,与软提壶体连接,纤维层可为棉、棉毛、PP棉(人造化学纤维)及其再生原料,配重层为沙子、铁矿砂、铁球、橡胶颗粒、棉布、皮革颗粒或聚氨酯颗粒及其再生原料,面皮层为聚酯、聚 酯尼龙、氯丁橡胶、皮革、棉、氨纶、帆布、聚氨酯泡沫或其拼接,卡片为金属件、板件、圆钢或圆管。
一种软提壶哑铃制造方法,包括如下步骤:
(A)将金属把手(1)弯管、两侧冲床模具拍扁,拍扁长度为100mm-25mm;
(B)准备二氧化碳保护气体焊接,焊丝直径φ1,焊接电流为90-120A,焊接电压20-25V.
(C)将卡片(2)焊接固定在金属把手(1)的两端,焊接速度18-25m/h;
(D)将卡片(2)放入面皮层(3)通过缠绕和缝制的方式与之紧密缝合。
(E)将纤维层(4)用塑料袋将纤维层(4)通过灌塞的方式投入面皮层(3)内部;塑料袋的尺寸为19*19cm—10cm*10cm;
(F)将配重层(5)用塑料袋将配重层(5)通过灌塞的方式投入纤维层(4)内部;塑料袋的尺寸为18*18cm—9cm*9cm之间;
(G)拉紧拉链(6)。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点:
把手采用金属件,维持与金属提壶相同的训练感受,纤维层及配重层均可采用再生材料填充,高环保。提壶体采用软性材质,不会生锈、美观、使用寿命更长、使用安全系数高、生产工艺简单、环保性高、配重更改便捷等。

如图1示出了本发明一种软提壶哑铃的一种实施方式:包括金属把手1、卡片2、面皮层3和纤维层4,在所述金属把手1两顶端连接有止动的卡片2,面皮层3包住卡片2及纤维层4,纤维层4的内部包有配重层5,面皮层3表面设有拉链6,金属把手、卡片通过面皮层的紧密缝合,与软提壶体连接,所述纤维层4可为棉、棉毛、PP棉(人造化学纤维)及其再生原料,所述配重层5为沙子、铁矿砂、铁球、橡胶颗粒、棉布、皮革颗粒或聚氨酯颗粒及其再生原料,所述面皮层3为聚酯、聚酯尼龙、氯丁橡胶、皮革、棉、氨纶、帆布、聚氨酯泡沫或其拼接,所述卡片2为金属件、板件、圆钢或圆管。
实施例1:
一种软提壶哑铃制造方法,包括如下步骤:
(A)将金属把手(1)弯管、两侧拍扁,拍扁长度为100mm;
(B)准备二氧化碳保护气体焊接,焊丝直径φ1,焊接电流为90-120A,焊接电压20-25V.
(C)将卡片(2)焊接固定在金属把手(1)的两端,焊接速度18-25m/h;
(D)将卡片(2)放入面皮层(3)通过缠绕和缝制的方式与之紧密缝合。
(E)将纤维层(4)用塑料袋将纤维层(4)通过灌塞的方式投入面皮层(3)内部;塑料袋的尺寸为10cm*10cm;
(F)将配重层(5)用塑料袋将配重层(5)通过灌塞的方式投入纤维层(4)内部;塑料袋的尺寸为18*18cm;
(G)拉紧拉链(6)。

(A)将金属把手(1)弯管、两侧拍扁,拍扁长度可为95mm;
(B)准备二氧化碳保护气体焊接,焊丝直径φ1,焊接电流为90-120A,焊接电压20-25V.
(C)将卡片(2)焊接固定在金属把手(1)的两端,焊接速度18-25m/h;
(D)将卡片(2)放入面皮层(3)通过缠绕和缝制的方式与之紧密缝合。
(E)将纤维层(4)用塑料袋将纤维层(4)通过灌塞的方式投入面皮层(3)内部;塑料袋的尺寸采用16cm*16cm;
(F)将配重层(5)用塑料袋将配重层(5)通过灌塞的方式投入纤维层(4)内部;塑料袋的尺寸采用15cm*15cm;
(G)拉紧拉链(6)。
实施例3:
一种软提壶哑铃制造方法,包括如下步骤:
(A)将金属把手(1)弯管、两侧拍扁,拍扁长度为50mm;
(B)准备二氧化碳保护气体焊接,焊丝直径φ1,焊接电流为90-120A,焊接电压20-25V.
(C)将卡片(2)焊接固定在金属把手(1)的两端,焊接速度18-25m/h;
(D)将卡片(2)放入面皮层(3)通过缠绕和缝制的方式与之紧密缝合。
(E)将纤维层(4)用塑料袋将纤维层(4)通过灌塞的方式投入面皮层(3)内部;塑料袋的尺寸为14cm*14cm;
(F)将配重层(5)用塑料袋将配重层(5)通过灌塞的方式投入纤维层(4)内部;塑料袋的尺寸为13cm*13cm;
(G)拉紧拉链(6)。
实施例4:
一种软提壶哑铃制造方法,包括如下步骤:
(A)将金属把手(1)弯管、两侧拍扁95mm;
(B)准备二氧化碳保护气体焊接,焊丝直径φ1,焊接电流为90-120A,焊接电压20-25V.
(C)将卡片(2)焊接固定在金属把手(1)的两端,焊接速度18-25m/h;
(D)将卡片(2)放入面皮层(3)通过缠绕和缝制的方式与之紧密缝合。
(E)将纤维层(4)用塑料袋将纤维层(4)通过灌塞的方式投入面皮层(3)内部;塑料袋的尺寸采用12cmcm;
(F)将配重层(5)用塑料袋将配重层(5)通过灌塞的方式投入纤维层(4)内部;塑料袋的尺寸为11cm;
(G)拉紧拉链(6)。
实施例5:
一种软提壶哑铃制造方法,包括如下步骤:
(A)将金属把手(1)弯管、两侧拍扁,拍扁长度为25mm;
(B)准备二氧化碳保护气体焊接,焊丝直径φ1,焊接电流为90-120A,焊接电压20-25V.
(C)将卡片(2)焊接固定在金属把手(1)的两端,焊接速度18-25m/h;
(D)将卡片(2)放入面皮层(3)通过缠绕和缝制的方式与之紧密缝合。
(E)将纤维层(4)用塑料袋将纤维层(4)通过灌塞的方式投入面皮层(3)内部;塑料袋的尺寸为10cm*10cm;
(F)将配重层(5)用塑料袋将配重层(5)通过灌塞的方式投入纤维层(4) 内部;塑料袋的尺寸为9cm*9cm;
(G)拉紧拉链(6)。
本发明把手采用金属件,维持与金属提壶相同的训练感受,纤维层及配重层均可采用再生材料填充,高环保。提壶体采用软性材质,不会生锈、美观、使用寿命更长、使用安全系数高、生产工艺简单、环保性高、配重更改便捷等优点。

  1. 一种软提壶哑铃,其特征在于:包括金属把手(1)、卡片(2)、面皮层(3)和纤维层(4),在所述金属把手(1)两顶端连接有止动的卡片(2),面皮层(3)包住卡片(2)及纤维层(4),纤维层(4)的内部包有配重层(5)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述一种软提壶哑铃,其特征在于:面皮层(3)表面设有拉链(6)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种软提壶哑铃,其特征在于:所述纤维层(4)可为棉、棉毛、PP棉及其再生原料。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种软提壶哑铃,其特征在于:所述配重层(5)为沙子、铁矿砂、铁球、橡胶颗粒、棉布、皮革颗粒或聚氨酯颗粒及其再生原料。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种软提壶哑铃,其特征在于:所述面皮层(3)为聚酯、聚酯尼龙、氯丁橡胶、皮革、棉、氨纶、帆布、聚氨酯泡沫或其拼接。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的一种软提壶哑铃,其特征在于:所述卡片(2)为金属件、板件、圆钢或圆管。
  7. 一种软提壶哑铃的制造方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
    (A)将金属把手(1)弯管、两侧拍扁,拍扁长度100mm-25mm;
    (B)准备二氧化碳保护气体焊接,焊丝直径φ1,焊接电流为90-120A,焊接电压20-25V.
    (C)将卡片(2)焊接固定在金属把手(1)的两端,焊接速度18-25m/h;
    (D)将卡片(2)放入面皮层(3)通过缠绕和缝制的方式与之紧密缝合。
    (E)将纤维层(4)用塑料袋将纤维层(4)通过灌塞的方式投入面皮层(3)内部;塑料袋的尺寸为19*19cm—10cm*10cm;
    (F)将配重层(5)用塑料袋将配重层(5)通过灌塞的方式投入纤维层(4)内部;塑料袋的尺寸为18*18cm—9cm*9cm;
    (G)拉紧拉链(6)。
