步骤11,对所述移动终端采集的图像的测光数据进行采样;
步骤12,根据采样结果调整所述移动终端的屏幕背景光的颜色和亮度。
其中,所述步骤11中,对所述移动终端采集的图像的测光数据进行采样包括:
从所述移动终端采集的图像中识别出面部区域;
根据面部区域连续多点测光数据进行采样。
其中,所述方法还可以包括:
在所述移动终端的屏幕上显示所采集的图像;
还可以同时分屏显示配置参数信息以及所采集的图像;所述配置参数信息包括屏幕的颜色和亮度信息。
相应地,所述步骤12中,根据采样结果调整所述移动终端的屏幕背景光的颜色和亮度包括:
根据采样结果对屏幕上所述面部区域以外的显示区域的背景光颜色和亮度进行调整。
移动终端设置合适的屏幕背景基色并改变屏幕显示背景色,改色后的移动终端显示屏幕的光线照射在用户脸上,相当于进行了补光,可以达到美颜效果。
其中,所述根据采样结果调整所述移动终端的屏幕背景光的颜色和亮度的步骤后还可以包括:
将调整后的颜色和亮度设置为配置参数信息,或将在调整结果的基础上 修改后的颜色和亮度设置为配置参数信息;
根据设置的配置参数信息调整背景区域的背景光颜色和亮度;所述背景区域为所述屏幕中首要像素点构成的区域,所述首要像素点是指将屏幕具有相同颜色和亮度的像素点作为一个集合,个数最多的集合中的像素点。
所述配置参数信息可以是预存的或用户临时设置的。
其中,所述对移动终端采集的图像的测光数据进行采样的步骤前还可以包括:
检测当前环境光线强度是否低于预设阈值;如果低于,则进行所述对移动终端采集的图像的测光数据进行采样的步骤。
如果环境光线比较强时,屏幕光不会对所照射的对象产生较大影响,此时可以自动关闭控制功能。
如图2所示,本发明实施例的移动终端的屏幕控制装置,设置在移动终端中,包括:
采样模块101,设置为:对所述移动终端采集的图像的测光数据进行采样;
控制模块103,设置为:根据采样结果调整所述移动终端的屏幕背景光的颜色和亮度。
所述采样模块101还可以设置为:获取移动终端使用者场景以及美颜效果图像;
其中,所述采样模块101对所述移动终端采集的图像的测光数据进行采样可以是指:
所述采样模块101从所述移动终端采集的图像中识别出面部区域;根据面部区域连续多点测光数据进行采样。
其中,所述的装置还可以包括:
显示模块104,设置为:在所述移动终端的屏幕上显示所采集的图像;
所述控制模块103根据采样结果调整所述移动终端的屏幕背景光的颜色 和亮度是指:
所述控制模块103根据采样结果对屏幕上所述面部区域以外的显示区域的背景光颜色和亮度进行调整。
其中,所述的装置还可以包括:
配置模块102,设置为:在所述控制模块103根据采样结果调整所述移动终端的屏幕背景光的颜色和亮度后,将调整后的颜色和亮度设置为配置参数信息,或将在调整结果的基础上修改后的颜色和亮度设置为配置参数信息;
所述控制模块103还设置为:根据所述配置模块102设置的配置参数信息调整背景区域的背景光颜色和亮度;所述背景区域为所述屏幕中首要像素点构成的区域,所述首要像素点是指将屏幕具有相同颜色和亮度的像素点作为一个集合,个数最多的集合中的像素点。
所述配置模块102可以包括控制功能开关和调色板,调色板用以设置屏幕背景基色和亮度。
所述移动终端还可以包括储存模块105,其包括多种使用场景对应的美颜功能开关状态和常用配置参数数据库。
其中,所述的装置还可以包括:
判断模块,设置为:检测当前环境光线强度是否低于预设阈值;如果低于,则启动所述采样模块对移动终端采集的图像的测光数据进行采样。
其中,所述控制模块103与显示模块104、配置模块102、采样模块101连接;配置模块102与控制模块103、储存模块105连接;储存模块105与配置模块102连接;显示模块104与控制模块103连接;采样模块101与控制模块103连接。
本发明实施例的一个例子中包括以下步骤:
步骤A.配置模块通过采样模块实时获取使用者图像;
步骤B.通过控制模块将步骤A中所述图像信息在显示模块上显示,其中,显示模块可同时分屏显示配置模块信息以及步骤A获取的图像信息;
步骤C.控制模块识别出步骤A所述图像中面部图像,根据面部连续多点测光数据完成采样,根据采样值自动调整部分屏幕的颜色和亮度,达到初步美颜效果,所述被调整部分屏幕为步骤A所述图像中除面部图像之外部分;
步骤D.判断用户对步骤B中所述分屏显示中所述图像信息中人像部分的美颜效果是否满意,满意则执行步骤G;否则执行步骤E;
步骤E.可通过配置模块的调色板供用户设置屏幕背景基色和亮度配置进行个性化设置获得比步骤C更讨用户喜欢的效果;也可通过配置模块供用户选取储存模块的常用配置参数数据库中的屏幕背景颜色和亮度;
步骤F.控制模块识别步骤A所述图像中除面部图像外的区域,将所述区域的颜色和亮度修改为步骤E中所设置的颜色和亮度通过显示模块显示,再执行步骤D;
步骤G.配置模块保存经步骤D确定满意后的颜色和亮度到储存模块的常用配置参数数据库,并设置控制模块生效美颜功能;
步骤H.控制模块识别显示模块需要屏显的内容中的背景区域,使用步骤G中所述颜色和亮度替换所述背景区域;
步骤I.显示模块显示经步骤H修改后的移动终端需要屏显的内容,以达到对用户进行补光的美颜效果。
本发明实施例装置的一个例子如图2所示,包括:
采样模块101,设置为:获取移动终端使用者场景以及实时采集的动态图像信息提供给控制模块103,可选地,移动终端的前置摄像头作为采样模块101。
配置模块102,包括屏幕控制功能开关及调色板。其中屏幕控制功能开关用于设置屏幕控制功能的开启与关闭。而调色板包括设置颜色和亮度等配置参数信息。
可选地,调色板颜色信息设置采用可自定义选取的RGB颜色形式,并提供标准色以及用户历史常用颜色配置供选择。其中,用户自定义选定的RGB 颜色信息可设置保存为用户历史常用颜色。
可选地,调色板亮度信息设置采用相对配置,即可设置正负倍率表示相对移动终端系统当前亮度的比例,默认为0,即亮度跟随移动终端系统亮度。
可选地,所述调色板颜色信息和调色板亮度信息组合可设置为常用用户场景配置。
配置模块102还设置为:将所设置的配置参数信息发送给控制模块103。
控制模块103,设置为:控制显示模块完成显示。
在功能配置阶段,控制模块103接收来自采样模块101的动态图像信息和来自配置模块102的配置参数信息,控制模块103识别所述来自采样模块101的动态图像信息的背景色部分,并使用所述来自配置模块102的配置参数信息中的颜色和亮度信息替换,控制模块103控制显示模块104分屏显示所述修改后的图像信息以及所述配置模块102发送的配置参数信息。其中,识别来自采样模块101的动态图像信息的背景色部分的方法是,识别所述动态图像中除人像外的区域。
在功能工作阶段,控制模块103根据配置模块102发送的配置参数信息,修改需显示模块104屏显的背景内容,并控制显示模块104显示。其中,识别所述需显示模块104屏显的背景内容的方法是,识别显示模块需要屏显的背景区域。可选地,以像素点作为面积计算单位。
可选地,控制模块103可通过采样模块101获取的用户面部图像和脸部背景光线的白平衡数据,将此数据参照一般审美参数调整后形成背景光的颜色和亮度设置数据。自动重复若干次,最终达到合适的色彩白平衡配置来控制显示模块104进行显示。
显示模块104,设置为:显示移动终端需要屏显的内容,可选地,移动终端的大尺寸显示屏作为显示模块104。
储存模块105,设置为:储存配置模块102中设置的屏幕控制功能开关以及调色板颜色和亮度等配置参数信息。
可选的,设置为:保存配置模块102中所述标准色以及用户历史常用颜色和亮度配置。
可选地,设置为:保存配置模块102中所述常用用户场景配置参数信息。
控制模块103与显示模块104、配置模块102、采样模块101连接;配置模块102与控制模块103、储存模块105连接;储存模块105与控制模块103、配置模块102连接;显示模块104与控制模块103连接;采样模块101与控制模块103连接。
如图3所示,对于移动终端的屏幕控制装置,其屏幕控制方法流程如下:
步骤1:屏幕控制功能打开,用户通过配置模块102打开移动终端的屏幕控制功能。
步骤2:分屏显示实时图像以及配置界面,用户步骤1打开屏幕控制功能后,移动终端进入功能配置阶段,控制模块103识别所述来自采样模块101的动态图像信息中除人像以外的区域作为背景色部分,根据人像区域的采样数据调整配置参数信息,并将背景色部分的颜色和亮度用所述配置参数信息替换,并控制显示模块104分屏显示所述修改后的图像信息以及所述配置模块102发送的配置参数信息。
可选地,控制模块103可根据采样模块101获取的用户面部图像和脸部背景光线的白平衡数据,将此数据参照一般审美参数调整后形成配置参数信息,得到初步的图像优化效果。可选地,用户可自动调节所述分屏显示的不同信息的显示比例,以方便用户操作以及获得足够多的补光。
步骤3:用户设置配置参数信息,用户通过步骤2所获得控制模块103的自动替换背景色部分的颜色和亮度后的显示效果后,还可通过步骤2中所述的显示模块104分屏显示的配置模块102的调色板选取用户中意的调色板信息(包含颜色信息和亮度信息)进行配置参数信息的手动调节,用户也可选择储存在储存模块105中的常用用户场景配置、标准色以及用户历史常用颜色和亮度等配置参数信息。用户在所述配置过程中,显示模块104可动态实时地分屏显示用户配置后的图像效果。
步骤4:判断图像的显示效果是否满意,用户根据步骤3所述的显示模块104的动态图像显示效果是否满意。如果用户满意,则下一步转入步骤5, 否则转入步骤3重新配置。
可选地,用户可根据自己喜好,也可选择搞怪的配色效果,增强娱乐性。
步骤5:保存配置参数信息,用户获得满意的显示效果后,配置模块102将当前使用的配置参数信息保存到储存模块105中。
所述配置参数信息中颜色信息也可作为常用颜色配置保存。
所述配置参数信息中颜色信息和亮度信息一起作为常用用户场景配置保存到储存模块105中。
步骤6:屏幕进入控制工作状态,控制模块103根据配置步骤5所保存的当前配置参数信息,识别并修改显示模块104屏显的背景内容,并控制显示模块104显示。其中,识别所述需显示模块104屏显的背景内容的方法是,识别显示模块需要屏显的内容中的背景区域。
可选地,以像素点作为面积计算单位。以用户使用移动终端阅读为实施例说明,由于阅读应用的页面除了文字外的背景大多为白色或灰色,经过屏幕控制功能修改为特定颜色及亮度的光作为补光打在用户的脸上,可以达到用户美颜效果。
可选地,控制模块103通过采样模块101获取到用户场景及环境背景光发生较大改变时,可自动对配置参数信息进行优化,可提示用户使用配置模块102重新进行手动设置配置参数信息。
步骤7:用户通过配置模块102中的功能开关关闭屏幕控制功能,流程结束。
为了更好地提升用户使用体验,本发明实施例的自动美颜的过程如图4所示:
步骤401,当显示模块进行显示工作时,说明用户正使用移动终端,控制模块103通过采样模块101获取到终端使用环境实时图像信息,当所述图像信息中环境背景光线不足时,可识别锁定图像信息中用户面部信息,如果能够识别锁定用户面部信息,说明当前场景符合屏幕控制功能开启条件,配置模块102自动开启自动屏幕控制功能。
步骤402,控制模块103通过采样模块101对用户面部多点进行多点测 光采样。继续执行步骤403。
步骤403,控制模块103根据步骤402中所获得采样数据参照一般审美参数调整后形成背景光的色彩设置数据(包含颜色信息和亮度信息)。控制模块103根据所述色彩设置数据修改移动终端需显示模块104屏显的背景内容,并控制显示模块104显示。其中,识别所述需显示模块104屏显的背景内容的方法同图3中步骤6中所述。重新执行步骤402。
自动重复步骤402和步骤403,使得移动终端能自动调整部分屏幕光的颜色和亮度使用户获得美颜效果。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述实施例的全部或部分步骤可以使用计算机程序流程来实现,所述计算机程序可以存储于一计算机可读存储介质中,所述计算机程序在相应的硬件平台上(如系统、设备、装置、器件等)执行,在执行时,包括方法实施例的步骤之一或其组合。
可选地,上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用集成电路来实现,这些步骤可以被分别制作成一个个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。
上述实施例中的装置/功能模块/功能单元可以采用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,也可以分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上。
上述实施例中的装置/功能模块/功能单元以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。上述提到的计算机可读取存储介质可以是只读存储器,磁盘或光盘等。
工业实用性
本发明实施例通过设置修改移动终端屏幕上的部分屏幕光的颜色和亮度,修正了屏幕光对所照射到的人脸或物体的不利影响,从而可以改善所照射到人脸或物体出现诡异色彩的问题;当照射到使用者面部时,所述修改后 的屏幕光相当于环境补光打在移动终端用户的脸上,使用户可获得美颜的效果,提升用户的被关注度,彻底地告别在使用移动终端时一些冷白光或其他与用户妆容相冲突的屏幕光照射下产生的损害用户容颜形象的情况,极大地提升了用户体验。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种移动终端的屏幕控制方法,包括:
    对所述移动终端采集的图像的测光数据进行采样;
    根据采样结果调整所述移动终端的屏幕背景光的颜色和亮度。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述对所述移动终端采集的图像的测光数据进行采样包括:
    从所述移动终端采集的图像中识别出面部区域;
    根据面部区域连续多点测光数据进行采样。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的方法,还包括:
    在所述移动终端的屏幕上显示所采集的图像;
    所述根据采样结果调整所述移动终端的屏幕背景光的颜色和亮度包括:
    根据采样结果对屏幕上所述面部区域以外的显示区域的背景光颜色和亮度进行调整。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述根据采样结果调整所述移动终端的屏幕背景光的颜色和亮度后还包括:
    将调整后的颜色和亮度设置为配置参数信息,或将在调整结果的基础上修改后的颜色和亮度设置为配置参数信息;
    根据设置的配置参数信息调整背景区域的背景光颜色和亮度;所述背景区域为所述屏幕中首要像素点构成的区域,所述首要像素点是指将屏幕具有相同颜色和亮度的像素点作为一个集合,个数最多的集合中的像素点。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述对移动终端采集的图像的测光数据进行采样前还包括:
    检测当前环境光线强度是否低于预设阈值;如果低于,则进行所述对移动终端采集的图像的测光数据进行采样的步骤。
  6. 一种移动终端的屏幕控制装置,设置在所述移动终端中,包括:
    采样模块,设置为:对所述移动终端采集的图像的测光数据进行采样;
    控制模块,设置为:根据采样结果调整所述移动终端的屏幕背景光的颜色和亮度。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述采样模块是设置为:从所述移动终端采集的图像中识别出面部区域;根据面部区域连续多点测光数据进行采样。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的装置,还包括:
    显示模块,设置为:在所述移动终端的屏幕上显示所采集的图像;
    所述控制模块是设置为:根据采样结果对屏幕上所述面部区域以外的显示区域的背景光颜色和亮度进行调整。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的装置,还包括:
    配置模块,设置为:在所述控制模块根据采样结果调整所述移动终端的屏幕背景光的颜色和亮度后,将调整后的颜色和亮度设置为配置参数信息,或将在调整结果的基础上修改后的颜色和亮度设置为配置参数信息;
    所述控制模块还设置为:根据所述配置模块设置的配置参数信息调整背景区域的背景光颜色和亮度;所述背景区域为所述屏幕中首要像素点构成的区域,所述首要像素点是指将屏幕具有相同颜色和亮度的像素点作为一个集合,个数最多的集合中的像素点。
  10. 如权利要求6所述的装置,还包括:
    判断模块,设置为:检测当前环境光线强度是否低于预设阈值;如果低于,则启动所述采样模块对移动终端采集的图像的测光数据进行采样。
  11. 一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行权利要求1-5任一项的方法。
