技术领域
本 发明 涉及医疗卫生领域,尤其涉及一种基于 O2O 健康理疗的多功能自动艾灸系统及其艾灸方法。
背景技术
艾灸疗法分为 3 种:直接灸、间接灸和艾条灸,其中直接灸和间接灸的操作都很简单,而艾条灸则较为复杂,需要通过有规律的移动灸条以达到治疗效果。目前已有相关产品或专利实现了艾条灸的自动化操作,但是,现有的艾灸仪器中使用到的艾灸条,其位置都是固定不变的,因此随着艾灸条的燃烧,可能会因为温度过高而灼伤皮肤,或是因为温度过低而使得治疗效果不佳,不能实现对艾条高度的调节。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于同时实现艾条灸的回旋灸、循经灸、雀琢灸和固定悬灸四种灸法,并且能够调节艾灸条的高度。

底座 10 ,用于支撑整个自动艾灸系统;本实施例中,自动艾灸系统可以自由移动,在底座 10 的底部设置如万向轮等移动装置(图中未示出),并且设置用于制动该移动装置的制动装置(图中未示出),使得需要移动自动艾灸系统时可自由移动,而移动至相应位置时则可通过制动装置固定自动艾灸系统。
控制器,用于向调节装置 30 发送控制信号,以控制调节装置 30 按控制信号动作;该控制器可设置在底座 10 中,也可以设置在调节装置 30 中。
支架 20 ,设置在底座 10 上方,连接控制器与调节装置 30 ,用于调节 自动艾灸系统的高度和方向;该支架 20 可调节自动艾灸系统的在竖直方向上的高度以及在水平方向上的位置。

气体收集装置,连接在排气管的另一端,用于容置排气管所排出的气体,该气体收集装置可以设置为一罐状容器,经过排气管所排出的气体可以排入到气体收集装置中,气体收集装置中可以添加有能够吸收气体的液体或化学物质,吸收排出的气体;
积灰装置,设置在艾灸条固定装置 40 下方,并位于人体皮肤上方,用于接收艾灸条燃烧所产生的灰尘,以防止灰尘掉落至人体皮肤上,积灰装置可以为一网状过滤结构,本实施例中,可以将 艾灸条高度调节模块 302 的温度传感器设置在靠近 积灰装置处,以保证距离人体皮肤的距离,从而准确感测艾灸条燃烧对皮肤的传导温度。
本发明还提供一种 基于 O2O 健康理疗的多功能自动艾灸系统 的艾灸方法。
参照图3,图3为本发明 基于 O2O 健康理疗的多功能自动艾灸系统 的艾灸方法一实施例的流程示意图。
在一实施例中, 基于 O2O 健康理疗的多功能自动艾灸系统的 艾灸方法包括:
步骤 S10 ,控制器接收输入的控制信号,将控制信号发送至调节装置;调节装置包括 艾灸条位置调节模块和艾灸条高度调节模块;
步骤 S20 , 艾灸条位置调节模块 根据控制信号 调节 艾灸条固定装置的水平、垂直方向的移动和转动;和 / 或, 艾灸条高度调节模块根据控制信号 调节艾灸条的高度。
本实施例中, 控制器包括显示面板和控制模块,显示面板 用于设置艾灸模式和控制调节装置的控制信号,控制模块用于接收通过显示面板输入的控制信号,将控制信号发送至调节装置,以控制调节装置 调节 艾灸条固定装置按动作信息执行相应的调节动作。 控制器可以设置在自动艾灸系统的底座内,显示面板位于底座的表面,控制模块设置在底座内部;控制器还可以设置在自动艾灸系统的调节装置中,显示面板位于调节装置的表面,控制模块设置在调节装置内部;还可将显示面板设置为一单独的显示器,即通过连接结构与自动艾灸系统的底座、支架或调节装置连接。
显示面板可以提供艾灸模式的选择界面,以及用于手动输入控制信号的输入界面;本实施例中,艾灸模式包括 回旋灸、循经灸、雀琢灸和固定悬灸四种,控制信号包括控制调节装置调节艾灸条固定装置的动作方式和动作信息,例如可输入控制艾灸条固定装置水平移动、垂直移动和转动,或者向上或向下移动艾灸条,还可输入具体的移动距离;如选择的艾灸模式为循经灸,则控制信号中还包括往返的距离。当控制模块接受到输入的控制信号后,将控制信号发送至调节装置,从而控制调节装置 调节 艾灸条固定装置按控制信号执行相应的调节动作。
调节装置包括艾灸条位置调节模块和艾灸条高度调节模块;在接收到控制信号后,艾灸条位置调节模块根据控制信号调节 艾灸条固定装置 的水平、垂直方向的移动,以及调节 艾灸条固定装置 转动;艾灸条高度调节模块,根据控制信号调节艾灸条的高度,该控制信号是控制器根据艾灸条高度调节模块中的温度传感器所感测到的 艾灸条燃烧对皮肤的传导温度所生成。
本实施例 通过 控制器发出控制调节装置的控制信号至调节装置,调节装置可 根据控制信号调节 艾灸条固定装置 的水平、垂直方向的移动和 艾灸条固定装置 的旋转,以及调节艾灸条的高度,通过对 艾灸条固定装置在三个方向上运动的调节,同时实现了艾条灸的回旋灸、循经灸、雀琢灸和固定悬灸四种灸法,并且能够调节艾灸条的高度,保证了艾灸的治疗效果。
基于上述实施例,步骤 S20 中艾灸条位置调节模块 根据控制信号 调节 艾灸条固定装置的水平、垂直方向的移动和转动的步骤包括:
水平位置调节单元根据控制信号,驱动水平调节电机调节 艾灸条固定装置 的水平方向的移动速度和移动距离;
垂直位置调节单元根据控制信号,驱动垂直调节电机调节 艾灸条固定装置 的垂直方向的移动速度和移动距离;
转动调节单元根据控制信号,驱动转动调节电机调节 艾灸条固定装置的转动方向和转动速度。
艾灸条位置调节模块包括水平位置调节单元、垂直位置调节单元和转动调节单元:
水平位置调节单元包括水平调节电机,还包括与水平调节电机连接的导轨滑台、丝杆和滑块,在接收到控制器发送的控制信号后,该控制信号可包括调节 艾灸条固定装置水平移动的移动速度和移动距离, 水平调节电机驱动丝杆转动,带动滑块在导轨滑台上滑动,从而控制 艾灸条固定装置在水平方向上按照设定的移动速度移动相应的距离;
垂直位置调节单元包括垂直调节电机,还包括与垂直调节电机连接的导轨滑台、丝杆和滑块,该导轨滑台可以设置在水平位置调节单元的导轨滑台上方;在接收到控制器发送的控制信号后,该控制信号可包括调节 艾灸条固定装置垂直移动的移动速度和移动距离, 垂直调节电机驱动丝杆转动,带动滑块在垂直滑台上滑动,从而控制 艾灸条固定装置在 垂直 方向上按照设定的移动速度移动相应的距离。
转动调节单元包括转动调节电机和旋转轴,转动调节电机可采用微型直流电机。转动调节单元接收到控制信号后,该控制信号可包括调节转动调节单元转动的方向和转动速度,通过改变转动调节电机的输入电压调整其转动速度,从而控制 艾灸条固定装置以设定的转动速度和转动方向转动。
基于上述实施例,步骤 S20 中艾灸条高度调节模块根据控制信号 调节艾灸条的高度的步骤包括:
温度传感器感测艾灸条的燃烧温度,并将感测到的温度信号传送至控制器;
高度调节电机根据控制器发送的控制信号调节艾灸条的高度。
艾灸条高度调节模块包括高度调节电机、与高度调节电机连接的丝杆和螺纹套筒,以及设置在 艾灸条固定装置上靠近人体皮肤、用于感测艾灸条燃烧对皮肤的传导温度的温度传感器, 螺纹套筒与艾灸条固定连接 ;温度传感器将感测到的温度信号传送至控制器,控制器根据该温度信号生成相应的控制信号。本实施例中,可以设置有效温度区间,例如可设置为 40 ℃ -45 ℃,当传感器发送的温度信号低于 40 ℃时,控制器生成降低艾灸条的控制信号并发送至 艾灸条高度调节模块,高度调节电机根据控制信号开始工作,带动螺纹套筒向下运动相应的距离,从而控制艾灸条向靠近人体皮肤的方向移动相应的距离;当 温度信号高于 45 ℃时,控制器生成升高艾灸条的控制信号并发送至 艾灸条高度调节模块,高度调节电机根据控制信号开始工作,带动螺纹套筒向上运动相应的距离,从而控制艾灸条向远离人体皮肤的方向移动相应的距离;艾灸条每次移动的距离也可以进行预先设置,如设置为 0.5 cm 。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种基于O2O健康理疗的多功能自动艾灸系统,其特征在于,所述基于O2O健康理疗的多功能自动艾灸系统包括底座、支架、调节装置、多个艾灸条固定装置、集气装置以及控制器,其中:
    所述底座,用于支撑所述自动艾灸系统;
    所述控制器,用于向所述调节装置发送控制信号,以控制所述调节装置动作;
    所述支架,设置在所述底座上方,连接所述底座与所述调节装置,用于调节自动艾灸系统的高度和方向;
    所述调节装置,与所述支架连接并通过导线与所述控制器电连接,用于根据控制器发送的控制信号调节艾灸条固定装置的水平、垂直方向的移动和艾灸条固定装置的旋转,以及调节艾灸条的高度;
    多个所述艾灸条固定装置,分布设置在所述调节装置的下方,用于固定艾灸条;
    所述集气装置,包围在所述艾灸条固定装置外侧,用于排出艾灸条燃烧所产生的气体。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的基于O2O健康理疗的多功能自动艾灸系统,其特征在于,所述基于O2O健康理疗的多功能自动艾灸系统还包括设置在所述底座的底部的移动装置,以及用于制动所述移动装置的制动装置。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的基于O2O健康理疗的多功能自动艾灸系统,其特征在于,所述控制器包括:
    显示面板,用于设置艾灸模式和控制所述调节装置的控制信号;所述控制信号包括控制所述调节装置调节所述艾灸条固定装置的动作方式和动作信息;
    控制模块,用于接收通过显示面板输入的控制信号,将所述控制信号发送至所述调节装置,控制调节装置调节所述艾灸条固定装置按动作信息执行相应的调节动作。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的基于O2O健康理疗的多功能自动艾灸系统,其特征在于,所述调节装置包括艾灸条位置调节模块和艾灸条高度调节模块:
    所述艾灸条位置调节模块用于根据所述控制信号调节所述艾灸条固定装置的水平、垂直方向的移动,以及调节所述艾灸条固定装置转动;
    所述艾灸条高度调节模块用于根据艾灸条燃烧对皮肤的传导温度调节艾灸条的高度。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的基于O2O健康理疗的多功能自动艾灸系统,其特征在于,所述艾灸条高度调节模块包括高度调节电机,以及设置在所述艾灸条固定装置上靠近人体皮肤、用于感测艾灸条燃烧对皮肤的传导温度的温度传感器,温度传感器将感测到的温度信号传送至所述控制器,供控制器根据该温度信号生成相应的控制信号。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的基于O2O健康理疗的多功能自动艾灸系统,其特征在于,所述艾灸条位置调节模块包括水平位置调节单元、垂直位置调节单元和转动调节单元:
    所述水平位置调节单元,包括水平调节电机,用于根据所述控制信号调节所述艾灸条固定装置的水平方向的移动速度和移动距离;
    所述垂直位置调节单元,包括垂直调节电机,用于根据所述控制信号调节所述艾灸条固定装置的垂直方向的移动速度和移动距离;
    所述转动调节单元,包括转动调节电机,用于根据所述控制信号调节所述艾灸条固定装置的转动方向和转动速度。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的基于O2O健康理疗的多功能自动艾灸系统,其特征在于,所述艾灸条高度调节模块包括高度调节电机,以及设置在所述艾灸条固定装置上靠近人体皮肤、用于感测艾灸条燃烧对皮肤的传导温度的温度传感器,温度传感器将感测到的温度信号传送至所述控制器,供控制器根据该温度信号生成相应的控制信号。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的基于O2O健康理疗的多功能自动艾灸系统,其特征在于,所述支架包括固定连接在所述底座上方的固定杆、与所述固定杆连接可沿所述固定杆伸缩的伸缩杆,以及连接所述伸缩杆与调节装置可沿伸缩杆转动的调节杆。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的基于O2O健康理疗的多功能自动艾灸系统,其特征在于,所述艾灸条固定装置包括多个艾灸条插槽,以及设置在每个艾灸条插槽四周用于固定艾灸条的固定件。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的基于O2O健康理疗的多功能自动艾灸系统,其特征在于,所述固定件由设置在所述艾灸条插槽四周的多个弹性铝片组成。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的基于O2O健康理疗的多功能自动艾灸系统,其特征在于,所述集气装置包括:
    集气罩,包围在所述艾灸条固定装置外侧,用于收集艾灸条然烧所产生的气体;
    吸气装置,设置在所述艾灸条固定装置上方,用于吸收艾灸条然烧所产生的气体;
    排气管,一端与所述吸气装置连接,用于排出吸气装置所吸收的气体;
    气体收集装置,连接在所述排气管的另一端,用于容置排气管所排出的气体;
    积灰装置,设置在所述艾灸条固定装置下方,用于接收艾灸条燃烧所产生的灰尘。
  12. 一种利用权利要求1中任一项基于O2O健康理疗的多功能自动艾灸系统的艾灸方法,其特征在于,所述艾灸方法包括:
    控制器接收输入的控制信号,将所述控制信号发送至调节装置;调节装置包括艾灸条位置调节模块和艾灸条高度调节模块;
    艾灸条位置调节模块根据所述控制信号调节所述艾灸条固定装置的水平、垂直方向的移动和转动;
    和/或,艾灸条高度调节模块根据所述控制信号调节艾灸条的高度。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的艾灸方法,其特征在于,艾灸条位置调节模块包括水平位置调节单元、垂直位置调节单元和转动调节单元,所述艾灸条位置调节模块根据所述控制信号调节所述艾灸条固定装置的水平、垂直方向的移动和转动的步骤包括:
    水平位置调节单元根据所述控制信号,驱动水平调节电机调节所述艾灸条固定装置的水平方向的移动速度和移动距离;
    垂直位置调节单元根据所述控制信号,驱动垂直调节电机调节所述艾灸条固定装置的垂直方向的移动速度和移动距离;
    转动调节单元根据所述控制信号,驱动转动调节电机调节所述艾灸条固定装置的转动方向和转动速度。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的艾灸方法,其特征在于,所述艾灸条高度调节模块根据所述控制信号调节艾灸条的高度的步骤包括:
    温度传感器感测艾灸条的燃烧温度,并将感测到的温度信号传送至所述控制器;
    高度调节电机根据控制器发送的控制信号调节艾灸条的高度。
