技术领域
本发明涉及纺织领域用的一种面料,具体涉及一种含有活性炭的防虫抗菌的面料。
背景技术
随着纺织技术的发展和人们生活水平的提高,人们对纺织品的需求已经不再仅仅局限于舒适、保暖、御寒,而是趋向于对产品外观的美化及织物的功能等方面的需求。尤其是面料的功能性越来越受到人们的重视,特别是针对人体贴身的面料。人们希望能在功能上还要具备保健强身功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于提供一种含有活性炭的防虫抗菌的面料。它是一种防虫抗菌效果较好的面料。
针对上述问题,本发明的一种含有活性炭的防虫抗菌的面料,利用竹子加热得到的活性炭,然后把活性炭加工成纳米级别,利用活性炭的疏松多孔性质,可以吸附含有防虫抗菌液的微胶囊,然后将活性炭和亚麻纤维混合,纺成面料纤维,然后织成面料。
所述的防虫抗菌液为植物性除虫菊酯和鱼腥草液的混合物。
所述的活性炭纳米直径为50-200nm。
所述的含有防虫抗菌液的微胶囊直径为5-20nm。
所述的面料纤维中活性炭的添加量为1-2%,亚麻纤维的添加量为98-99%。
本发明的优点在于:在面料上增加防虫抗菌层,达到防虫抗菌的效果,比较适合具有局部外伤的病人使用。本发明所使用的防虫抗菌液为均为植物性物质,具有吸收差、排泄快、无残留、毒性小、不易产生抗药性,不易与人用抗生素发生交叉耐药性,同时使用了活性炭,使防虫抗菌液不容易挥发,药效更持久稳定。因此相当安全。原料简单易得,成本低。不含激素,对人体无伤害。
具体实施方式
本发明的一种含有活性炭的防虫抗菌的面料,利用竹子加热得到的活性炭,然后把活性炭加工成纳米级别,利用活性炭的疏松多孔性质,可以吸附含有防虫抗菌液的微胶囊,然后将活性炭和亚麻纤维混合,纺成面料纤维,然后织成面料;所述的活性炭纳米直径为50-200nm;所述的含有防虫抗菌液的微胶囊直径为5-20nm;所述的面料纤维中活性炭的添加量为1-2%,亚麻纤维的添加量为98-99%。
实施例1:
本发明的一种含有活性炭的防虫抗菌的面料,利用竹子加热得到的活性炭,然后把活性炭加工成纳米级别,利用活性炭的疏松多孔性质,可以吸附含有防虫抗菌液的微胶囊,然后将活性炭和亚麻纤维混合,纺成面料纤维,然后织成面料;所述的活性炭纳米直径为50nm;所述的含有防虫抗菌液的微胶囊直径为5nm;所述的面料纤维中活性炭的添加量为1%,亚麻纤维的添加量为99%。
实施例2:
本发明的一种含有活性炭的防虫抗菌的面料,利用竹子加热得到的活性炭,然后把活性炭加工成纳米级别,利用活性炭的疏松多孔性质,可以吸附含有防虫抗菌液的微胶囊,然后将活性炭和亚麻纤维混合,纺成面料纤维,然后织成面料;所述的活性炭纳米直径为100nm;所述的含有防虫抗菌液的微胶囊直径为7nm;所述的面料纤维中活性炭的添加量为2%,亚麻纤维的添加量为98%。

  1. 一种含有活性炭的防虫抗菌的面料,其特征在于:利用竹子加热得到的活性炭,然后把活性炭加工成纳米级别,利用活性炭的疏松多孔性质,可以吸附含有防虫抗菌液的微胶囊,然后将活性炭和亚麻纤维混合,纺成面料纤维,然后织成面料。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种含有活性炭的防虫抗菌的面料,其特征在于:所述的防虫抗菌液为植物性除虫菊酯和鱼腥草液的混合物。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种含有活性炭的防虫抗拒的面料,其特征在于:所述的活性炭纳米直径为50-200nm。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种含有活性炭的防虫抗拒的面料,其特征在于:所述的含有防虫抗菌液的微胶囊直径为5-20nm。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种含有活性炭的防虫抗拒的面料,其特征在于:所述的面料纤维中活性炭的添加量为1-2%,亚麻纤维的添加量为98-99%。
