- 제 1항에 있어서, 콘돔의 형태를 구성하는 재료안에 삽입된 입체도형 형태 재료를 둘러싼 외부막이 특정자극인 열 혹은 힘 등을 받게되면, 외부막이 터지면서 입체도형 형태안의 내용물이 흘러나와서 콘돔의 형태를 구성하는 재료안의 액체,반고체성질을 가지는 인체에 무해한 재료와 섞이는 콘돔
- 제 1항에 있어서, 콘돔의 형태를 구성하는 재료안에 삽입된 입체도형 형태 재료는 자석처럼 자력을 띠는 자성물질을 사용한 콘돔

- 제 1항에 있어서, 콘돔의 형태를 구성하는 재료안에 삽입된 입체도형 형태 재료를 공기,질소등을 충전한 작은 공과 자력을 띠는 자성물질 및 고무,실리콘,폴리우레탄 등을 사용한 고탄력성의 신축성있는 다양한 소재들을 혼합하여 사용한 콘돔
- 제 1항에 있어서, 콘돔에는 천연젤 및 시원한 멘솔 등의 다양한 성분이 함유된 콘돔
