Description

Rear gate for vehicles
The present invention relates to a vehicle rear gate provided on a loading platform such as a small truck.
A loading platform of a vehicle such as a small truck is surrounded by a pair of side panels that extend in the front-rear direction of the vehicle and a rear gate that is freely opened and closed between the rear ends of the pair of side panels. For example, the rear gate is supported rotatably around a central axis extending along the lower edge, and the rear end of the loading platform is opened by rotating the upper end of the rear gate outward. .
The rear gate is provided with a rear gate handle for unlocking the rear gate and opening / closing the gate. A handle bracket is fixed to a rear gate panel (for example, an inner panel), and the rear gate handle is rotatably supported by the handle bracket.
On the other hand, there is conventionally known a small truck in which a rear gate is provided with a high-mount stop lamp that allows a driver of a following vehicle to visually recognize a braking operation of the host vehicle (see Patent Document 1). The technique proposed in Patent Document 1 has a structure in which a high-mount stop lamp is fitted into a recess at the upper edge of the tailgate. When a high mount stop lamp is fitted on the upper edge of the tailgate, the high mount stop lamp may interfere with luggage or the like with the tailgate opened.
Therefore, it is considered that a stop lamp bracket is fixed to a rear gate panel (for example, an inner panel) and a high mount stop lamp is supported on the stop lamp bracket. As a result, the high mount stop lamp is arranged on the back side with the tailgate opened, and the high mount stop lamp does not interfere with luggage or the like.
¡When the handle bracket and stop lamp bracket are fixed to the rear gate panel, a plurality of brackets are fixed in a limited space, and the fixing position is restricted. For this reason, the arrangement positions of the rear gate handle and the high-mount stop lamp are restricted, and the degree of freedom with respect to the appearance of the rear gate is low. In particular, there is a limit to the distance between the rear gate handle and the high-mount stop lamp, and the present situation is that they cannot be placed close to each other.
Japanese Patent No. 3058389
The present invention has been made in view of the above situation, and even if the handle bracket and the stop lamp bracket are fixed to the rear gate panel, the degree of freedom of arrangement of the rear gate handle and the high mount stop lamp is increased. An object of the present invention is to provide a rear gate for a vehicle that can be used.
In order to achieve the above object, a vehicle rear gate according to a first aspect of the present invention has a closed cross section composed of an inner panel and an outer panel, and a handle mounting in which a rear gate handle is fixed to an opening where a stop lamp faces the outer panel. A rear gate for a vehicle provided adjacent in the vertical direction, and is provided between the inner panel and the outer panel so as to be joined to the inner panel and to face the opening, and the stop lamp A lamp bracket, a support portion provided below the lamp bracket and joined to the back surface of the handle mounting portion of the outer panel, and a leg portion extending from the support portion and joined to the inner panel And is mounted between the handle mounting portion and the inner panel. And a portion of the lamp bracket on the vehicle rear side that is disposed so as to overlap the leg portion of the handle bracket in the vehicle front-rear direction and is joined to the leg portion. It is characterized by that.
In the present invention according to claim 1, since the rear portion of the lamp bracket and the leg portion (upper leg portion) of the handle bracket are arranged so as to overlap in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, the stop lamp (opening portion) and the rear gate are arranged. The distance between the handle (handle mounting portion) can be set narrower, and the degree of freedom of arrangement of the stop ramp and the rear gate handle can be increased when the stop ramp and the rear gate handle are arranged adjacent to each other vertically. It becomes possible. Also, since the lamp bracket is joined to the handle bracket, they can be supported and reinforced together, and the support rigidity of the lamp bracket and the handle bracket can be improved without increasing cost and weight with a simple structure. Is possible.
Therefore, even if the handle bracket and the stop lamp bracket are fixed to the rear gate panel, it is possible to increase the degree of freedom in arranging the rear gate handle and the high mount stop lamp.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a vehicular rear gate according to the first aspect of the present invention, wherein the ramp bracket includes a mounting seat surface to which the stop lamp is attached at a site on the vehicle rear side. A support wall portion that extends downward from the mounting seat surface and is joined to the leg portion of the handle bracket is provided.
In the present invention according to claim 2, since the lamp bracket is joined to the handle bracket (leg part) below the portion where the stop lamp is attached, the load of the stop lamp attached to the lamp bracket is efficiently distributed to the handle bracket side. Can tell. On the other hand, since the handle bracket is supported by the lamp bracket at a position of the leg on the vehicle rear side, it is possible to efficiently suppress the handle bracket from being deformed in the vertical direction when the rear gate handle is operated. . Therefore, it is possible to suppress the stress acting on the joint portion between the lamp bracket and the handle bracket with the inner panel.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided the vehicle rear gate according to the second aspect, wherein the leg portion of the handle bracket extends from an upper edge portion of the joint portion and is joined to the inner panel. An upper leg portion extending from a lower edge portion of the joint portion and joined to the inner panel, and the support wall portion of the lamp bracket is connected to the upper leg portion of the handle bracket. It arrange | positions so that it may overlap in the vehicle front-back direction, and is supported by the said upper leg part.
In the present invention according to claim 3, since the handle bracket is supported by the leg portions at the top and bottom of the support portion, it can be reinforced more efficiently and firmly with respect to the operation of the rear gate handle. Further, the support rigidity of the lamp bracket by the handle bracket is improved.
For example, when the rear gate is supported so as to be freely opened and closed by a hinge near the end in the vehicle width direction, high stress tends to act on the center in the vehicle width direction when opening and closing. When the stop lamp bracket fixed at the center in the vehicle width direction is joined to the handle bracket and functions as a reinforcing member, the part where high stress tends to work at the time of opening and closing is reinforced. This is advantageous.
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, there is provided a vehicular rear gate according to the second or third aspect of the present invention, wherein the stop lamp is opened in the lamp bracket so that the stop lamp can be fitted from the inner panel side. And a guide rod portion that extends from the upper edge of the fitting portion toward the inner panel and guides the stop lamp to the fitting portion.
In the present invention according to claim 4, the lamp can be inserted into the fitting portion of the stop lamp bracket by guiding the insertion of the lamp to the fitting portion by the guide rod portion, and the lamp can be operated even in a narrow space. Can be easily installed.

That is, the stop lamp bracket 14 is spanned between the rear gate inner panel 11 and the handle bracket 13.
A fitting portion 22 into which the stop lamp 7 is inserted and fitted is formed at a portion between the upper wall portion 24 and the support wall portion 25 on the vehicle rear side of the stop lamp bracket 14. The fitting portion 22 is formed to face the opening 17 of the rear gate outer panel 12 and open toward the vehicle rear side. A mounting seat surface 23 (for example, a weld nut is fixed in advance) to which the stop lamp 7 is fixed with a screw or the like is formed outside the both ends in the vehicle width direction of the fitting portion 22.
That is, the stop lamp bracket 14 has a shape in which the upper wall portion 24 and the support wall portion 25 are connected via the mounting seat surface 23 on both outer sides in the vehicle width direction of the fitting portion 22. Specifically, the stop lamp bracket 14 has a mounting seat surface 23 extending obliquely downward and rearward from a rear end portion of the upper wall portion 24 extending in the vehicle longitudinal direction side, and is supported from the rear end of the mounting seat surface 23. Specifically, the upper leg portion 32a is formed to extend obliquely upward on the vehicle front side from the upper end of the handle support portion 32, and the lower leg portion 32b is formed to extend obliquely downward on the vehicle front side from the lower end of the handle support portion 32. The handle support portion 32 is joined to the back surface (the surface facing the rear gate inner panel 11) of the holding portion 18 of the rear gate outer panel 12, and the upper leg portion 32a and the lower leg portion 32b are joined to the end portion on the front side of the vehicle. The seat 31 is joined to the surface of the rear gate inner panel 11 facing the rear gate outer panel 12.
And, on the upper part of the handle bracket 13, a support wall portion 25 (connection joint portion 25a) of the stop lamp bracket 14 is joined to the upper leg portion 32a. That is, the handle bracket 13 is configured to support a portion of the stop lamp bracket 14 on the vehicle rear side.
As shown mainly in FIG. 4, the stop lamp bracket 14 and the handle bracket 13 are fixed to the rear gate inner panel 11. That is, the joint portion 21 of the stop lamp bracket 14 is fixed to the rear gate inner panel 11, and the joint seat 31 of the upper leg portion 32 a and the lower leg portion 32 b of the handle bracket 13 is fixed to the rear gate inner panel 11. Further, the connecting joint portion 25 a of the support wall portion 25 of the stop lamp bracket 14 is joined to the upper leg portion 32 a of the handle bracket 13.
In this state, as shown in FIG. 5, the support wall portion 25 of the stop lamp bracket 14 and the upper leg portion 32a of the handle bracket 13 are arranged so as to overlap in the vehicle front-rear direction. More specifically, the support wall portion 25 extending downward from the rear portion of the stop lamp bracket 14 is arranged so as to be aligned on the vehicle rear side with respect to the upper leg portion 32a that is a portion above the handle bracket 13. Thereby, it is comprised so that the space | interval of the stop lamp bracket 14 and the handle bracket 13 which are provided along with up and down may become small.
The stop lamp 7 is supplied from the opening 16 of the rear gate inner panel 11 to the inside of the rear gate 5. The stop lamp 7 is inserted into the fitting portion 22 of the stop lamp bracket 14 from the front side of the vehicle, and is fixed to the mounting seat surface 23 with bolts or the like with the lower portion of the stop lamp 7 supported on the support seat surface 22a. The Further, the rear gate handle 6 is inserted into the holding portion 18 of the rear gate outer panel 12, and is fastened together with bolts or the like with the handle bracket 13 and the rear gate handle 6 sandwiching the rear gate outer panel 12, and the rear gate handle 6 is fixed.
Here, the state of insertion of the stop lamp 7 will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 6 shows a situation in which the stop lamp 7 is inserted into the fitting portion 22. FIG. 6 corresponds to FIG.
As shown by the solid line in the figure, the stop lamp 7 is supplied to the vehicle front side of the stop lamp bracket 14, and the upper surface of the stop lamp 7 is brought into contact with the guide rod 24a to regulate the position in the height direction. By moving the stop lamp 7 to the fitting portion 22 side (the vehicle rear side) along the guide rod portion 24a, the insertion of the stop lamp 7 is guided by the guide rod portion 24a, and as shown by the dotted line in the figure, The stop lamp 7 is inserted into the fitting portion 22 and rests on the support seat surface 22a.
Therefore, the stop lamp 7 can be easily installed in a narrow space.
As shown mainly in FIGS. 2 and 4, the stop lamp 7 is fixed to the stop lamp bracket 14, the rear gate outer panel 12 is joined, and the rear gate handle 6 is attached to the holding portion 18 reinforced by the handle support portion 32 of the handle bracket 13. Is attached. Accordingly, the stop lamp 7 is disposed at the position of the opening 17 of the rear gate outer panel 12, and the rear gate handle 6 is disposed at the holding portion 18 of the rear gate outer panel 12.
According to the rear gate for a vehicle having the above-described configuration, the support wall portion 25 that is a portion on the rear side of the stop lamp bracket 14 and the upper leg portion 32a of the handle bracket 13 are arranged so as to overlap each other in the front-rear direction of the vehicle. The space between the fitting portion 22 of the lamp bracket 14 and the handle support portion 32 of the handle bracket 13 in the vertical direction can be further reduced.
Therefore, the interval between the stop lamp 7 (opening portion 17) and the rear gate handle 6 (holding portion 18 as a handle mounting portion) can be set narrower. For this reason, the setting area of the space | interval of the rear gate handle 6 and the stop lamp 7 is expanded, and the freedom degree of arrangement | positioning of the stop lamp 7 and the rear gate handle 6 when the stop lamp 7 and the rear gate handle 6 are arrange | positioned adjacent up and down is high. It becomes possible to do.
Further, since the support wall portion 25 of the stop lamp bracket 14 is joined to and supported by the upper leg portion 32a of the handle bracket 13, it can be supported and reinforced with each other, and the cost and weight can be reduced with a simple structure. It is possible to improve the support rigidity of the stop lamp bracket 14 and the handle bracket 13 without increasing the value.
Since the stop lamp bracket 14 extends to the lower side for fixing the stop lamp 7 and is joined to the upper leg portion 32a of the handle bracket 13, the lower portion of the stop lamp 7 can be supported by the support wall portion 25. The support rigidity of each other can be handled, and the stop lamp bracket 14 and the handle bracket 13 can function as a reinforcing member for the panel of the rear gate 5.
Further, since the support wall portion 25 of the stop lamp bracket 14 extends downward from the mounting seat surface 23 to which the stop lamp 7 is attached, and is joined to the handle bracket 13 (upper leg portion 32a), the stop lamp 7 is moved downward. Can be supported from. Therefore, the load of the stop lamp 7 attached to the stop lamp bracket 14 can be efficiently distributed and transmitted to the handle bracket 13 side.
On the other hand, since the handle bracket 13 is supported by the stop lamp bracket 14 at a position close to the handle support portion on the vehicle rear side of the upper leg portion 32a, the handle bracket 13 is moved up and down when the rear gate handle 6 is operated. Can be efficiently suppressed.
Therefore, it is possible to suppress the stress acting on the joint between the stop lamp bracket 14 and the handle bracket 13 with the rear gate inner panel 11.
Further, the handle bracket 13 is reinforced more efficiently and firmly with respect to the operation of the rear gate handle 6 because the upper and lower portions of the handle support portion 32 are supported by the two leg portions of the upper leg portion 32a and the lower leg portion 32b. be able to. Further, the support rigidity of the stop lamp bracket 14 by the handle bracket 13 is improved.
Since the rear gate 5 is supported by a hinge near the end in the vehicle width direction so as to be opened and closed, a high stress tends to act on the central portion in the vehicle width direction when opening and closing. Since the stop lamp bracket 14 fixed to the center portion in the vehicle width direction is joined to the handle bracket 13 and functions as a reinforcing member, a portion where high stress tends to work at the time of opening and closing is reinforced. This is advantageous in terms of securing.
