生态型空气净化器 技术领域
本发明涉及一种生态型空气净化器。
背景技术
现有空气净化器基本形式是采用纤维过滤网加高压静电技术,大颗粒粉尘由滤网过滤,细小尘埃及细菌由高压静电除尘技术解决。静电除尘是利用高压静电正负电荷相吸原理,以此达到吸附细菌及微小尘埃,由于高压静电的正负离子在空气中放电会生成臭氧(O3),臭氧是一种强氧化剂,现代医学已证实人长时间在臭氧超标环境中会诱发癌症,因此期待研发既能净化空气又没有二次污染有利健康的环保型空气净化器。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有技术中静电除尘的同时会产生臭氧的问题,提供一种生态型空气净化器。大自然给人类提供了最有效最环保的空气净化方式,每当雷雨过后空气特别清新,其原理为天空打雷时产生臭氧,然而经雨淋后其臭氧浓度大大降低而且而产生大量的负离子,对人体十分健康有益。上述过程分二阶段,第一阶段,打雷过程使一部分的氧气变为臭氧,

这里雨水吸附了臭氧生成过氧化氢与氧气,过氧化氢在自然界可以自行分解为水与氧气,无二次污染。根据上述原理,本发明设计生态型空气净化器,包括箱体,放电针,高压静电发生器,风机,循环水泵,其特征在于:箱体上开设有进风口,出风口,在喷淋水箱上方一块设置有喷淋水管,在进风口内侧的箱体内设置有放电针,在箱体底部设置有水槽,水槽接循环水泵,循环水泵输出接喷淋水管。放电针上方设置有挡水板。在喷淋循环水的作用下,臭氧大部分被吸附在水中,水槽的水可以方便更换。本发明的优点是空气净化器除了使用水之外不添加任何化学剂,利用水能溶解过氧化氢的化学性质与水能吸附粉尘的物理性质达到有效净化空气效果,做到了无二次污染,为一种生态型环保空气净化器。

具体实施方式
图中生态型空气净化器,包括箱体1,放电针2,高压静电发生器3,风机4,循环水泵5,其特征在于:箱体上开设有进风口6,出风口7,在喷淋水箱上方一块设置有喷淋水管8,在进风口内侧的箱体内设置有放电针,在箱体底部设置有水槽9,水槽接循环水泵,循环水泵输出由水管接喷淋水管(连接水管图中未画)。放电针上方设置有挡水板10。
使用时,污染空气由风机运转产生负压吸入箱体内,放电针使吸入空气里的尘埃带上电荷,静电场使带电荷的尘埃粒子正负电荷吸引而被吸引在水中,高压静电产生的臭氧被循环水喷淋,喷淋水吸附了臭氧而生成过氧化氢与氧气,过氧化氢被溶解水,氧气随空气流动,经喷淋后的空气不仅绝大部分尘埃被消除且有大量的负离子从空气净化器出风口吹出,从而完成了整个空气净化过程。
本发明的空气净化,为先静电除尘,然后水淋除臭氧,可以达到净化空气,又无高浓度臭氧的二次污染。

  1. 生态型空气净化器,包括箱体,放电针,高压静电发生器,风机,循环水泵,其特征在于:箱体上开设有进风口,出风口,在喷淋水箱上方一块设置有喷淋水管,在进风口内侧的箱体内设置有放电针,在箱体底部设置有水槽,水槽接循环水泵,循环水泵输出接喷淋水管。
