本发明实施例所提供的建立语音起呼的方法、设备及计算机存储介质,当终端主动发起呼叫或被寻呼时,建立互操作节点在控制面上的呼叫,记录所述终端所处的归属于所述互操作节点的位置区信息;执行从所述互操作节点至基站控制器的切换,记录所述终端所处的归属于基站控制器的位置区信息。如此,为后续终端被再次寻呼时,实现同时向4G网络中的互操作节点和3G网络中的基站控制器发起寻呼奠定基础。
另外,本发明实施例所提供的跨网络寻呼的方法、设备及计算机存储介质,当终端被寻呼时,根据所记录的归属于互操作节点的位置区信息和归属于基站控制器的位置区信息,分别向互操作节点和基站控制器发起寻呼请求。如此,能够实现同时向4G网络中的互操作节点和3G网络中的基 站控制器发起寻呼,从而增加寻呼至终端的成功率。

具体实施方式
在本发明一实施例中,当终端主动发起呼叫或被寻呼时,建立互操作节点在控制面上的呼叫,记录所述终端所处的归属于所述互操作节点的位置区信息;执行从所述互操作节点至基站控制器的切换,记录所述终端所处的归属于基站控制器的位置区信息。
在本发明另一实施例中,当终端被寻呼时,根据所记录的归属于互操作节点的位置区信息和归属于基站控制器的位置区信息,分别向互操作节点和基站控制器发起寻呼请求。
其中,所述归属于互操作节点的位置区信息和所述归属于基站控制器的位置区信息是当所述终端之前主动发起呼叫或被寻呼时记录的。
其中,所述位置区信息包括位置区号。相应地,所述归属于互操作节点的位置区信息包括归属于互操作节点的位置区号;所述归属于基站控制 器的位置区信息包括归属于基站控制器的位置区号。
这里,所述互操作节点位于LTE网络,即4G网络中;所述基站控制器位于CDMA 1x网络,即3G网络中。
下面结合附图及具体实施例对本发明再作进一步详细的说明。
实施例一
图1为本发明实施例建立语音起呼的方法的流程示意图,如图1所示,本发明实施例建立语音起呼的方法包括:
步骤S101:当终端主动发起呼叫或被寻呼时,建立互操作节点在控制面上的呼叫,记录所述终端所处的归属于所述互操作节点的位置区信息;
具体地,当终端主动发起呼叫或被寻呼时,移动交换中心仿真(MSCe,Mobile Switching Center emulation)通过与互操作节点的交互建立互操作节点在控制面上的呼叫;同时,移动交换中心仿真记录所述终端所处的归属于所述互操作节点的位置区信息。
在一实施例中,如图2所示,所述建立互操作节点在控制面上的呼叫,记录所述终端所处的归属于所述互操作节点的位置区信息,包括:
步骤S101a:当终端主动发起呼叫或被寻呼时,互操作节点接收呼叫请求后,向移动交换中心仿真发送起呼请求;
步骤S101b:移动交换中心仿真接收起呼请求,记录所述终端所处的归属于所述互操作节点的位置区信息,之后,向互操作节点发送指配请求;
这里,所述指配请求用于申请空口资源;所述空口资源是指终端和互操作节点之间用来传输的高频频率资源。
步骤S101c:互操作节点接收并根据所述指配请求为本次呼叫分配空中资源或执行空操作,之后,向移动交换中心仿真发送指配响应。
通过所述步骤S101a~S101c,移动交换中心仿真已成功建立互操作节点在控制面上的呼叫。
步骤S102:执行从所述互操作节点至基站控制器的切换,记录所述终端所处的归属于基站控制器的位置区信息。
具体地,在建立互操作节点在控制面上的呼叫后,移动交换中心仿真通过与互操作节点及基站控制器三者之间的交互执行从所述互操作节点至基站控制器的切换;同时,移动交互中心仿真设备记录所述终端所处的归属于基站控制器的位置区信息。
在一实施例中,如图3所示,所述执行从所述互操作节点至基站控制器的切换,记录所述终端所处的归属于基站控制器的位置区信息,包括:
步骤S102a:互操作节点向移动交互中心仿真设备发送切换请求;
具体地,在移动交互中心仿真设备成功建立互操作节点在控制面上的呼叫后,互操作节点会主动向移动交互中心仿真设备发送切换请求。
需要说明的是,根据版本R9中所提出的增强1x电路域回落方案,在建立互操作节点在控制面上的呼叫后,互操作节点会主动向移动交互中心仿真设备发送切换请求。
这里,所述切换请求用于发起从互操作节点本身至到基站控制器的切换;其中,所述切换请求中携带有本次呼叫与所述终端对应的另一终端所处位置对应的目标小区。
步骤S102b:移动交互中心仿真设备解析所述切换请求,根据所述目标小区选择对应的基站控制器,然后向基站控制器转发切换请求;
步骤S102c:基站控制器向移动交互中心仿真设备反馈切换请求响应;
步骤S102d:移动交互中心仿真设备向互操作节点发起切换命令;
步骤S102e:互操作节点向移动交互中心仿真设备发送切换开始消息;
所述切换开始消息用于通知移动交互中心仿真设备已开启执行从互操作节点至基站控制器的切换操作;
步骤S102f:从互操作节点至基站控制器的切换操作完成后,基站控制 器向移动交互中心仿真设备反馈切换完成消息;
这里,所述切换完成消息用于通知移动交互中心仿真设备本次切换操作已经完成。
步骤S102g:在移动交互中心仿真设备收到基站控制器反馈的切换完成消息的同时,移动交互中心仿真设备记录所述终端所处的归属于所述基站控制器的位置区信息;
步骤S102h:移动交互中心仿真设备向互操作节点发送清除切换命令;
步骤S102i:互操作节点向移动交互中心仿真设备反馈已清除切换响应。
通过所述步骤S102a~S102i,移动交换中心仿真已成功执行从所述互操作节点至基站控制器的切换,从而成功建立基于4G网络和3G网络的语音起呼。
如此,通过本发明实施例所述建立语音起呼的方法,为后续终端被再次寻呼时,实现同时向4G网络中的互操作节点和3G网络中的基站控制器发起寻呼奠定基础。
本发明实施例还提供一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行本发明实施例一所述建立语音起呼的方法。
实施例二
图4为本发明实施例跨网络寻呼的方法的流程示意图,如图4所示,本发明实施例跨网络寻呼的方法包括:
步骤S201:当终端被寻呼时,根据所记录的归属于互操作节点的位置区信息和归属于基站控制器的位置区信息,分别向互操作节点和基站控制器发起寻呼请求。
其中,所述归属于互操作节点的位置区信息和所述归属于基站控制器 的位置区信息是当所述终端之前主动发起呼叫或被寻呼时记录的。
具体地,当终端被寻呼时,移动交互中心仿真设备根据所记录的归属于互操作节点的位置区信息和归属于基站控制器的位置区信息,分别向互操作节点和基站控制器发起寻呼请求。
在一实施例中,如图5所示,当终端被寻呼时,根据所记录的归属于互操作节点的位置区信息和归属于基站控制器的位置区信息,分别向互操作节点和基站控制器发起寻呼请求,包括:
步骤S201a:当终端被寻呼时,移动交互中心仿真设备接收针对本次呼叫的寻呼请求;
步骤S201b:移动交互中心仿真设备根据所记录的归属于互操作节点的位置区信息和归属于基站控制器的位置区信息,分别向互操作节点和基站控制器发起寻呼请求。
进一步地,如图4所示,在所述当终端被寻呼时,根据所记录的归属于互操作节点的位置区信息和归属于基站控制器的位置区信息,分别向互操作节点和基站控制器发起寻呼请求之前,所述方法还包括:
步骤S202:当终端之前主动发起呼叫或被寻呼时,建立语音起呼并记录所述终端所处的归属于互操作节点的位置区信息和归属于基站控制器的位置区信息。
具体地,当终端之前主动发起呼叫或被寻呼时,移动交互中心仿真设备通过与互操作节点及基站控制器的交互建立语音起呼并记录所述终端所处的归属于互操作节点的位置区信息和归属于基站控制器的位置区信息。这样,移动交互中心仿真设备已成功建立语音起呼。
在一实施例中,所述当终端之前主动发起呼叫或被寻呼时,建立语音起呼并记录所述终端所处的归属于互操作节点的位置区信息和归属于基站控制器的位置区信息,包括:
当终端主动发起呼叫或被寻呼时,建立互操作节点在控制面上的呼叫,记录所述终端所处的归属于所述互操作节点的位置区信息;
执行从所述互操作节点至基站控制器的切换,记录所述终端所处的归属于基站控制器的位置区信息。
如此,通过本发明实施例所述跨网络寻呼的方法,当终端从一个4G信号覆盖较好的地方移动到一个4G信号覆盖较差的地方,无法回落至4G网络,而在3G网络中所述终端又无法及时更新位置区信息的情况下,通过移动交互中心仿真设备在建立语音起呼过程中所记录的互操作节点的位置区信息和归属于基站控制器的位置区信息,能够通过移动交互中心仿真设备分别向互操作节点和基站控制器发起寻呼请求的方式,实现同时向4G网络中的互操作节点和3G网络中的基站控制器发起寻呼,从而增加寻呼至终端的成功率。
本发明实施例还提供一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行本发明实施例二所述跨网络寻呼的方法。
实施例三
图6为本发明实施例移动交互中心仿真设备的组成结构示意图一,如图6所示,所述移动交互中心仿真设备包括建立模块61、切换执行模块62和记录模块63;
所述建立模块61,配置为当终端主动发起呼叫或被寻呼时,建立互操作节点在控制面上的呼叫;
所述切换执行模块62,配置为执行从所述互操作节点至基站控制器的切换;
所述记录模块63,配置为记录所述终端所处的归属于所述互操作节点的位置区信息;还配置为记录所述终端所处的归属于基站控制器的位置区 信息。
实施例四
图7为本发明实施例移动交互中心仿真设备的组成结构示意图二,如图7所示,所述移动交互中心仿真设备包括存储模块71和发送模块72;
所述存储模块71,配置为存储所记录的归属于互操作节点的位置区信息和归属于基站控制器的位置区信息;
其中,所述归属于互操作节点的位置区信息和所述归属于基站控制器的位置区信息是当所述终端之前主动发起呼叫或被寻呼时记录的。
所述发送模块72,配置为当终端被寻呼时,根据所述存储模块71所记录的归属于互操作节点的位置区信息和归属于基站控制器的位置区信息,分别向互操作节点和基站控制器发起寻呼请求。
在一实施例中,如图7所示,所述移动交互中心仿真设备还包括语音起呼建立模块73;
所述语音起呼建立模块73,配置为当所述终端之前主动发起呼叫或被寻呼时,建立语音起呼并记录所述终端所处的归属于互操作节点的位置区信息和归属于基站控制器的位置区信息。
在一实施例中,如图8所示,所述语音起呼建立模块73包括建立单元711、执行单元712和记录单元713;
所述建立单元711,配置为当终端主动发起呼叫或被寻呼时,建立互操作节点在控制面上的呼叫;
所述执行单元712,配置为执行从所述互操作节点至基站控制器的切换;
所述记录单元713,配置为记录所述终端所处的归属于所述互操作节点的位置区信息;还配置为记录所述终端所处的归属于基站控制器的位置区信息。
在实际应用中,所述移动交互中心仿真设备所包括的各模块均可由本发明实施例移动交互中心仿真设备中的中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,CPU)、微处理器(Micro Processor Unit,MPU)、数字信号处理器(Digital Signal Processor,DSP)、或现场可编程门阵列(Field Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)等实现。
本发明实施例所记载的技术方案之间,在不冲突的情况下,可以任意组合。
本领域内的技术人员应明白,本发明的实施例可提供为方法、系统、或计算机程序产品。因此,本发明可采用硬件实施例、软件实施例、或结合软件和硬件方面的实施例的形式。而且,本发明可采用在一个或多个其中包含有计算机可用程序代码的计算机可用存储介质(包括但不限于磁盘存储器和光学存储器等)上实施的计算机程序产品的形式。

工业实用性
本发明实施例所述移动交互中心仿真设备在终端主动发起呼叫或被寻呼时,建立互操作节点在控制面上的呼叫,记录所述终端所处的归属于所述互操作节点的位置区信息;执行从所述互操作节点至基站控制器的切换,记录所述终端所处的归属于基站控制器的位置区信息。如此,为后续终端被再次寻呼时,实现同时向4G网络中的互操作节点和3G网络中的基站控制器发起寻呼奠定基础。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种建立语音起呼的方法,所述方法包括:
    当终端主动发起呼叫或被寻呼时,建立互操作节点在控制面上的呼叫,记录所述终端所处的归属于所述互操作节点的位置区信息;
    执行从所述互操作节点至基站控制器的切换,记录所述终端所处的归属于基站控制器的位置区信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述位置区信息包括位置区号。
  3. 一种跨网络寻呼的方法,所述方法包括:
    当终端被寻呼时,根据所记录的归属于互操作节点的位置区信息和归属于基站控制器的位置区信息,分别向互操作节点和基站控制器发起寻呼请求;
    所述归属于互操作节点的位置区信息和所述归属于基站控制器的位置区信息是当所述终端之前主动发起呼叫或被寻呼时记录的。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,在所述当终端被寻呼时,根据所记录的归属于互操作节点的位置区信息和归属于基站控制器的位置区信息,分别向互操作节点和基站控制器发起寻呼请求之前,所述方法还包括:
    当所述终端之前主动发起呼叫或被寻呼时,建立语音起呼并记录所述终端所处的归属于互操作节点的位置区信息和归属于基站控制器的位置区信息。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述当所述终端之前主动发起呼叫或被寻呼时,建立语音起呼并记录所述终端所处的归属于互操作节点的位置区信息和归属于基站控制器的位置区信息,包括:
    当所述终端之前主动发起呼叫或被寻呼时,建立互操作节点在控制面上的呼叫,记录所述终端所处的归属于所述互操作节点的位置区信息;
    执行从所述互操作节点至基站控制器的切换,记录所述终端所处的归 属于基站控制器的位置区信息。
  6. 一种移动交互中心仿真设备,所述移动交互中心仿真设备包括建立模块、切换执行模块和记录模块;
    所述建立模块,配置为当终端主动发起呼叫或被寻呼时,建立互操作节点在控制面上的呼叫;
    所述切换执行模块,配置为执行从所述互操作节点至基站控制器的切换;
    所述记录模块,配置为记录所述终端所处的归属于所述互操作节点的位置区信息;还用于记录所述终端所处的归属于基站控制器的位置区信息。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的移动交互中心仿真设备,其中,所述位置区信息包括位置区号。
  8. 一种移动交互中心仿真设备,所述移动交互中心仿真设备包括存储模块和发送模块;
    所述存储模块,配置为存储所记录的归属于互操作节点的位置区信息和归属于基站控制器的位置区信息;所述归属于互操作节点的位置区信息和所述归属于基站控制器的位置区信息是当所述终端之前主动发起呼叫或被寻呼时记录的;
    所述发送模块,配置为当终端被寻呼时,根据所述存储模块所记录的归属于互操作节点的位置区信息和归属于基站控制器的位置区信息,分别向互操作节点和基站控制器发起寻呼请求。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的移动交互中心仿真设备,其中,所述移动交互中心仿真设备还包括语音起呼建立模块;
    所述语音起呼建立模块,配置为当所述终端之前主动发起呼叫或被寻呼时,建立语音起呼并记录所述终端所处的归属于互操作节点的位置区信息和归属于基站控制器的位置区信息。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的移动交互中心仿真设备,其中,所述语音起呼建立模块包括建立单元、执行单元和记录单元;
    所述建立单元,配置为当终端主动发起呼叫或被寻呼时,建立互操作节点在控制面上的呼叫;
    所述执行单元,配置为执行从所述互操作节点至基站控制器的切换;
    所述记录单元,配置为记录所述终端所处的归属于所述互操作节点的位置区信息;还用于记录所述终端所处的归属于基站控制器的位置区信息。
  11. 一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行权利要求1或2所述的建立语音起呼的方法。
  12. 一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行权利要求3至5任一项所述的跨网络寻呼的方法。
