可以理解的是:所述输入模块14可以是语音式、按键式、或触控式中的一种。所述查询,是指根据客户的输入内容在数据库16中进行查询,并将查询结果输出到所述透明显示屏13。所述扩展,是指当客户的输入内容在数据库16中没有匹配到适合的结果时,将相关或配套的查询结果输出到所述透明显示屏13。比如,当搜索A品牌的B裙子,当前无存货时,可以扩展显示A品牌的C、D等同价位的裙子。又如,当搜索E品牌的手机,无手机售卖时,可以扩展显示手机耳机线、手机贴膜等配件。
在本发明中还可以适应性的加入人数判断模块15,用于通过前置摄像头11获取当前透明显示屏前的人数,判断所述人数是否超过阈值,并当超过阈值时,显示预置的播放内容。
可以通过人数判断模块15,提高透明广告牌的利用率。当人数超过阈值时,通常会播放预置的播放内容,如最新款、折扣款等,增加其单位时间内的受众。
所述数据库16,用于输入并存储会员卡识别码、及其对应会员的性别、年龄、购买记录;以及各透明显示屏13后的物品摆放位置及其对应在各透明显示屏前的成像角度,用于判断客户当前关注区域,并可以将上述输入生成并存储为三种格式:(1)会员登记卡,及该会员卡的购物记录;(2)不同性别在各年龄段的购买习惯;(3)所述透明广告牌后物品的位置、及与所述透明广告牌前的成像角度,用于判断客户当前关注区域。
本发明的透明广告牌,通过采集用户是否有会员卡、用户关注区域、以及用户的性别、年龄段等信息,判断用户的购物习惯,并智能选择展示匹配度高的物品,互动性强、且可以及时对客户的潜在需求进行挖掘。
实施例二
请参阅图3,所示为本发明中智能显示方法的流程图。所述智能选择展示内容的显示方法,包括:
在步骤S301中,采集当前客户资料。
可以理解的是:通常采集的步骤由前置摄像头完成,也可以配合读卡器等辅助设备进行采集。
其中,客户资料包括以下至少一组:(1)会员登记卡;(2)客户当前关注区域;(3)客户的性别、年龄段。
在步骤S302中,将采集的客户资料在数据库中进行匹配,并将匹配结果反馈至透明显示屏。
具体而言,可以细化为:(1)设置一优先级规则,用于对所采集的客户资料进行排序;(2)将采集的客户资料在数据库中进行匹配;(3)将所述匹配结果按照所述优先级规则进行排序,并反馈至所述透明显示屏。
在本发明中,默认的优先级规则为:所述会员登记卡优于所述当前关注区域,所述当前关注区域优于所述客户性别、年龄。通过对客户的购买行为进行统计,其重复购买同类商品的几率最大。若无法查询到其过往的购买记录,则重点展示其关注区域的物品信息。若由于光线过亮、距离过远、背景太复杂无法对焦客户面部或眼神的关注区域时,则统计客户的性别和年龄,对该特征群体普通购买几率较大的物品信息进行展示。
在步骤S303中,通过透明显示屏展示匹配模块的匹配结果。
本发明的智能显示方法通过采集用户是否有会员卡、用户关注区域、以及用户的性别、年龄段等信息,判断用户的购物习惯,并智能选择展示匹配度高的物品,互动性强、且可以及时对客户的潜在需求进行挖掘。
实施例三
请参阅图4,所示为本发明中智能显示方法的流程图。所述智能显示方法,包括:
在步骤S401中,采集当前客户资料。
可以理解的是:通常采集的步骤由前置摄像头完成,也可以配合读卡器等辅助设备进行采集。
其中,客户资料包括以下至少一组:(1)会员登记卡;(2)客户当前关注区域;(3)客户的性别、年龄段。
在步骤S402中,将采集的客户资料在数据库中进行匹配,并将匹配结果反馈至透明显示屏。
具体而言,可以细化为:(1)设置一优先级规则,用于对所采集的客户资料进行排序;(2)将采集的客户资料在数据库中进行匹配;(3)将所述匹配结果按照所述优先级规则进行排序,并反馈至所述透明显示屏。
在本发明中,默认的优先级规则为:所述会员登记卡优于所述当前关注区域,所述当前关注区域优于所述客户性别、年龄。通过对客户的购买行为进行统计,其重复购买同类商品的几率最大。若无法查询到其过往的购买记录,则重点展示其关注区域的物品信息。若由于光线过亮、距离过远、背景太复杂无法对焦客户面部或眼神的关注区域时,则统计客户的性别和年龄,对该特征群体普通购买几率较大的物品信息进行展示。
在步骤S403中,通过透明显示屏展示匹配模块的匹配结果。
在步骤S404中,用于接收客户的主动查询或扩展。
可以理解的是:接收方式可以是语音式、按键式、或触控式中的任一种。所述查询,是指根据客户的输入内容在数据库中进行查询,并将查询结果输出到所述透明显示屏。所述扩展,是指当客户的输入内容在数据库中没有匹配到适合的结果时,将相关或配套的查询结果输出到所述透明显示屏。比如,当搜索A品牌的B裙子,当前无存货时,可以扩展显示A品牌的C、D等同价位的裙子。又如,当搜索E品牌的手机,无手机售卖时,可以扩展显示手机耳机线、手机贴膜等配件。
在步骤S405中,获取当前透明显示屏前的人数,判断所述人数是否超过阈值。其中,若所述人数未超过阈值,则在透明显示器上不显示所述判断过程,若所述人数超过阈值,则执行步骤S406。
可以理解的是:本步骤中的获取是通过前置摄像头进行的。此外,本步骤可以实时进行或间隔一时间段进行。在图中的位置或在说明书中的标号仅用于展示其存在,并不对其发生的时间或先后顺序进行限定。
在步骤S406中,并当所述当前透明显示屏前人数超过阈值时,显示预置的播放内容。
可以通过对人数的判断,提高透明广告牌的利用率。当人数超过阈值时,通常会播放预置的播放内容,如最新款、折扣款等,增加其单位时间内的受众。
此外,对人数的判断对于某些特殊类型的待售物品,还可以很好的保护客户的隐私。
可以理解的是:当所展示的物品最终成交后,交易记录或记录在后台的数据库中,包括会员卡识别码、及其对应会员的性别、年龄、购买记录。此外,数据库中还用于存储各透明显示屏13后的物品摆放位置及其对应在各透明显示屏前的成像角度,用于判断客户当前关注区域。所述数据库可以将上述输入生成并存储为三种格式:(1)会员登记卡,及该会员卡的购物记录;(2)不同性别在各年龄段的购买习惯;(3)所述透明广告牌后物品的位置、及与所述透明广告牌前的成像角度,用于判断客户当前关注区域。通过对数据库的维护,增加对客户展示的针对性。
本发明的透明广告牌及其智能显示方法通过采集用户是否有会员卡、用户关注区域、以及用户的性别、年龄段等信息,判断用户的购物习惯,并智能选择展示匹配度高的物品,互动性强、且可以及时对客户的潜在需求进行挖掘。
综上所述,虽然本发明已以优选实施例揭露如上,但上述优选实施例并非用以限制本发明,本领域的普通测试人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与润饰,因此本发明的保护范围以权利要求界定的范围为准。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种透明广告牌,其中包括:
    前置摄像头,用于采集当前客户资料,所述客户资料包括以下至少一组:会员登记卡;客户当前关注区域;客户的性别、年龄段;
    匹配模块,用于根据采集的客户资料,在数据库中进行匹配,并将匹配结果反馈至透明显示屏;
    透明显示屏,用于展示匹配模块的匹配结果;以及
    人数判断模块,用于通过所述前置摄像头获取所述透明显示屏前的人数,判断所述人数是否超过阈值,并当超过阈值时,通知所述透明显示屏显示预置的播放内容。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的透明广告牌,其中所述匹配模块还包括:
    优先级设置子模块,用于为所述采集的客户资料设置优先级规则;以及
    排序子模块,用于将所述匹配结果按照所述的优先级规则进行排序,并输出给所述透明显示屏。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的透明广告牌,其中所述优先级规则为:
    所述会员登记卡优于所述当前关注区域,所述当前关注区域优于所述客户性别、年龄。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的透明广告牌,其中还包括输入模块,用于接收客户的主动查询或扩展。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的透明广告牌,其中所述数据库,用于输入并存储所述会员卡识别码、及其对应会员的性别、年龄、购买记录;以及各透明显示屏后的物品摆放位置及其对应在各透明显示屏前的成像角度,用于判断客户当前关注区域。
  6. 一种透明广告牌,其中包括:
    前置摄像头,用于采集当前客户资料;
    匹配模块,用于根据采集的客户资料,在数据库中进行匹配,并将匹配结果反馈至透明显示屏;以及
    透明显示屏,用于展示匹配模块的匹配结果。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的透明广告牌,其中所述客户资料,包括以下至少一组:
    会员登记卡;
    客户当前关注区域;以及
    客户的性别、年龄段。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的透明广告牌,其中所述匹配模块还包括:
    优先级设置子模块,用于为所述采集的客户资料设置优先级规则;以及
    排序子模块,用于将所述匹配结果按照所述的优先级规则进行排序,并输出给所述透明显示屏。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的透明广告牌,其中所述优先级规则为:
    所述会员登记卡优于所述当前关注区域,所述当前关注区域优于所述客户性别、年龄。
  10. 如权利要求7所述的透明广告牌,其中还包括输入模块,用于接收客户的主动查询或扩展。
  11. 如权利要求6所述的透明广告牌,其中还包括人数判断模块,用于通过所述前置摄像头获取所述透明显示屏前的人数,判断所述人数是否超过阈值,并当超过阈值时,显示预置的播放内容。
  12. 如权利要求6所述的透明广告牌,其中所述数据库,用于输入并存储所述会员卡识别码、及其对应会员的性别、年龄、购买记录;以及各透明显示屏后的物品摆放位置及其对应在各透明显示屏前的成像角度,用于判断客户当前关注区域。
  13. 一种智能显示方法,其中包括:
    采集当前客户资料;
    将采集的客户资料在数据库中进行匹配,并将匹配结果反馈至透明显示屏;以及
    通过透明显示屏展示所述匹配结果。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的显示方法,其中所述客户资料,包括以下至少一组:
    会员登记卡;
    客户当前关注区域;
    客户的性别、年龄段。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的显示方法,其中所述将采集的客户资料在数据库中进行匹配,并将匹配结果反馈至透明显示屏的步骤还包括:
    将所述采集的客户资料设置优先级规则;以及
    将所述匹配结果按照所述的优先级规则进行排序,并输出给所述透明显示屏。
    将所述采集的当前客户资料按照预置的优先级依次匹配;以及
    将所述匹配结果按照所述预置的优先级进行排序。
  16. 如权利要求14所述的显示方法,其中所述的优先级规则为:
    所述会员登记卡优于所述当前关注区域,所述当前关注区域优于所述客户性别、年龄。
  17. 如权利要求14所述的显示方法,其中在所述通过透明显示屏展示所述的匹配结果的步骤后,还包括:
    进一步接收客户的主动查询或扩展,并输出给所述透明显示屏进行显示。
  18. 如权利要求13所述的显示方法,其中获取当前透明显示屏前的人数,判断当前人数是否超过阈值,并当超过阈值时,显示预置的播放内容。
  19. 如权利要求13所述的显示方法,其中所述数据库用于,输入并存储所述会员卡识别码、及其对应会员的性别、年龄、购买记录;以及各透明显示屏后的物品摆放位置及其对应在各透明显示屏前的成像角度,用于判断客户当前关注区域。
