Abstract
El objeto de la presente invención se refiere a una caja apilable para el almacenamiento y transporte de productos, preferentemente productos vegetales "vivos", tales como plantas, flores, plantones de árboles frutales, etc. que permite mantener el producto fresco y en unas condiciones de humedad específicas.La caja (1) comprende: una base (2); dos paredes laterales menores (5) y dos paredes laterales mayores (6) con nervaduras horizontales (7); unas nervaduras horizontales superiores (8) y unas nervaduras verticales (9) unidas entre sí; y,unas columnas tubulares (11) que conforman las esquinas de la caja donde confluyen la base (2) y las paredes laterales (5,6) de la caja. La base comprende: un reborde perimetral inferior (3) macizo, sin orificios que comuniquen con el exterior,unido a las paredes laterales de la caja, y una protuberancia vertical tubular (4), abierta por ambos extremos,y situada en la cara superior de la base, para desalojar agua, donde el reborde perimetral inferior macizo y la protuberancia vertical tubular, permiten que una determinada cantidad de agua se quede estancada en dicha base.
Description
CAJA APILABLE PARA EL ALMACENAMIENTO Y TRANSPORTE DE PRODUCTOS
VEGETALES EN VIVO DESCRIPCIÓN OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓN
El objeto de la presente invención se refiere a una caja apilable para el almacenamiento y transporte de productos, preferentemente productos vegetales "vivos", tales como plantas, flores, plantones de árboles frutales, etc. que permite mantener el producto fresco y en unas condiciones de humedad específicas.
Encuentra especial aplicación en el ámbito de la industria del transporte y apilamiento en cajas de productos.
PROBLEMA TÉCNICO A RESOLVER Y ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN
Por lo general se ha comprobado que existe un problema actual a la hora de transportar productos vegetales "vivos", tales como plantas, flores, plantones de árboles frutales, etc. en las cajas convencionales y esto es debido a que este tipo de productos precisa tener unas condiciones de humedad específicas para el correcto mantenimiento del producto fresco.
Esta problemática surge durante el transporte desde los viveros hasta el lugar de venta, así como desde el lugar de venta hasta el domicilio del comprador, bien directamente por el propio comprador o bien por un distribuidor. En cualquier caso se deterioran muchas plantas como consecuencia de que no existen cajas con medios adecuados para su transporte.
Por tanto, la presente invención viene a solucionar los problemas del estado de la técnica anteriormente mencionados, proporcionando una caja que presenta las siguientes ventajas:
1. Permite transportar y almacenar productos vegetales en vivo, tales como plantas, flores, plantones de árboles frutales, cumpliendo con unas condiciones de humedad específicas, de modo que el producto se mantiene siempre fresco.
2. Presenta una estructura ligera.
3. Resulta muy económica.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN
La presente invención se refiere a una caja apilable para el almacenamiento y transporte de productos vegetales en vivo, abierta por su parte superior, que comprende:
- una base,
- dos paredes laterales menores y dos paredes laterales mayores donde dichas paredes comprenden unas nervaduras horizontales, unas nervaduras horizontales superiores y unas nervaduras verticales, unidas dichas nervaduras entre sí, y
- unas columnas tubulares que conforman las esquinas de la caja donde confluyen la base y las paredes laterales de la caja, tal que que la base comprende:
- un reborde perimetral inferior macizo, sin orificios que comuniquen con el exterior, unido a las paredes laterales de la caja, y
- al menos una protuberancia vertical tubular, abierta por ambos extremos, y situada en la cara superior de la base, para desalojar agua, donde el reborde perimetral inferior macizo y la al menos una protuberancia vertical tubular , permiten que una determinada cantidad de agua se quede estancada en dicha base.
Según una forma de realización preferente, la base comprende cuatro protuberancias verticales tubulares, las cuales tienen forma troncocónica y poseen una altura determinada, siempre inferior a la altura del reborde perimetral inferior de la caja, determinando dicha altura de la protuberancia vertical tubular el volumen de la cantidad de agua estancada en la base.
Las columnas tubulares comprenden unos orificios circulares en la parte superior y unos apoyos con forma circular en la parte inferior, de modo que al apilar varias cajas, los apoyos de la parte inferior de las columnas tubulares quedan encajados en los orificios circulares situados en la parte superior de dichas columnas tubulares, permitiendo así un centrado perfecto de las cajas durante el apilado y evitando que la caja se desplace con respecto a las otras cajas.
En una forma de realización preferida de la invención, la caja está hecha de plástico.
Las nervaduras verticales, las nervaduras horizontales, las nervaduras horizontales superiores y el reborde perimetral inferior están unidos entre sí formando una cuadrícula, y adicionalmente, las nervaduras horizontales y las nervaduras horizontales superiores convergen en las columnas tubulares.
Las paredes laterales comprenden unas porciones extremas inclinadas que arrancan de las nervaduras horizontales superiores y mueren en las columnas tubulares, para proporcionar espacio suficiente al apilar varias cajas llenas de productos vegetales en vivo.

DESCRIPCIÓN DETALLADA
La invención se refiere a una caja (1) apilable para el almacenamiento y transporte de productos, preferentemente productos vegetales "vivos", tales como plantas, flores, plantones de árboles frutales, que permite transportar dichos productos de manera cómoda, manteniendo a su vez el producto fresco y en unas condiciones de humedad específicas.
La caja (1) apilable para el almacenamiento y transporte de productos vegetales en vivo, está abierta por su parte superior, y comprende:
- una base (2),
- dos paredes laterales menores (5) y dos paredes laterales mayores (6) donde dichas paredes (5,6) comprenden unas nervaduras horizontales (7), unas nervaduras horizontales superiores (8) y unas nervaduras verticales (9), unidas dichas nervaduras (7,8,9) entre sí, y
- unas columnas tubulares (1 1) que conforman las esquinas de la caja (1) donde confluyen la base (2) y las paredes laterales (5,6) de la caja (1), donde la base (2) comprende un reborde perimetral inferior (3) y al menos una protuberancia vertical tubular (4) que permiten que una determinada cantidad de agua se quede estancada en dicha base (2).
Las nervaduras verticales (9), las nervaduras horizontales (7), las nervaduras horizontales superiores (8) y el reborde perimetral inferior (3) están unidos entre sí formando una cuadrícula, y adicionalmente, las nervaduras horizontales (7) y las nervaduras horizontales superiores (8) convergen en las columnas tubulares (11).
Las paredes laterales (5,6) comprenden también unas porciones extremas inclinadas (10) que arrancan de unas nervaduras horizontales superiores (8) y mueren en las columnas tubulares (1 1), haciendo que la caja (1) se encuentre sobreelevada, con el objetivo de proporcionar espacio suficiente para que, en el caso de apilarse varias cajas (1) llenas de
productos vegetales exista espacio para que los productos no se deterioren y/o rompan, por el efecto de aplastamiento de la base (2) de la caja (1) superior.
Las columnas tubulares (1 1) comprenden unos orificios (12) circulares en la parte superior y unos apoyos (13) con forma circular en la parte inferior, de modo que al apilar varias cajas (1), los apoyos (13) de la parte inferior de las columnas tubulares (1 1) quedan encajados en los orificios (12) circulares situados en la parte superior de dichas columnas tubulares (1 1), permitiendo así un centrado perfecto de las cajas (1) durante el apilado y evitando que la caja (1) se desplace con respecto a las otras cajas (1).
El hecho de que las paredes laterales (5,6) estén formadas por nervaduras (7, 8, 9) hace que la caja (1) posea una mayor ligereza con respecto a otras cajas (1) convencionales y a su vez, este diseño permite la entrada de luz necesaria para el buen mantenimiento de dichos productos vegetales. Adicionalmente, al emplear mucha menos materia prima, los costes de fabricación se ven sustancialmente reducidos. Derivado de este hecho, también los costes de reciclado de la caja (1) son sustancialmente menores.
En una forma de realización preferida de la invención, la caja (1) está hecha de plástico, u otros materiales monobloc e incluso plegable, pero es obvio que puede estar hecha de cualquier otro material que permita obtener las características antes mencionadas.
La al menos una protuberancia vertical tubular (4), entendiendo por tubular una pieza hueca, está abierta por ambos extremos y está situada en la cara superior de la base (2). Según una forma de realización preferente, la base (2) comprende cuatro protuberancias verticales tubulares (4), las cuales tienen forma troncocónica y poseen una altura determinada, siempre inferior a la altura del reborde perimetral inferior (3) de la caja (1), determinando dicha altura el volumen de la cantidad de agua estancada en la base (2).
El reborde perimetral inferior (3) de la caja (1) está unido a las paredes laterales (5,6) de la caja (1), y es macizo, es decir, no posee ningún orificio que comunique con el exterior. De esta forma, gracias a las protuberancias verticales tubulares (4) y al reborde perimetral inferior (3) de la caja (1), al verter agua desde la parte superior de la caja (1), ya sea una única caja (1) o un conjunto de cajas (1) apiladas, se consigue que una determinada cantidad de agua quede almacenada sobre la base (2) de la caja (1), donde dicha cantidad de agua es precisamente aquella que no es desalojada por las
protuberancias verticales tubulares (4), que actúan como desagüe.
Cuando las cajas (1) están apiladas y llenas de productos frescos, al verter agua desde un plano superior de la caja (1), y gracias a las protuberancias verticales tubulares (4) el resto de las bases (2) de las cajas (1) se van rellenando de arriba a abajo.
La presente invención no debe verse limitada a la forma de realización aquí descrita. Otras configuraciones pueden ser realizadas por los expertos en la materia a la vista de la presente descripción. En consecuencia, el ámbito de la invención queda definido por las siguientes reivindicaciones.
Claims
REIVINDICACIONES
Caja (1) apilable para el almacenamiento y transporte de productos vegetales en vivo, abierta por su parte superior, que comprende:
- una base (2),
- dos paredes laterales menores (5) y dos paredes laterales mayores (6) donde dichas paredes (5,6) comprenden unas nervaduras horizontales (7), unas nervaduras horizontales superiores (8) y unas nervaduras verticales (9), unidas dichas nervaduras (7,8,9) entre sí, y
- unas columnas tubulares (1 1) que conforman las esquinas de la caja (1) donde confluyen la base (2) y las paredes laterales (5,6) de la caja (1),
caracterizado por que la base (2) comprende:
- un reborde perimetral inferior (3) macizo, sin orificios que comuniquen con el exterior, unido a las paredes laterales (5,6) de la caja (1), y
- al menos una protuberancia vertical tubular (4), abierta por ambos extremos, y situada en la cara superior de la base (2), para desalojar agua,
donde el reborde perimetral inferior (3) macizo y la al menos una protuberancia vertical tubular (4), permiten que una determinada cantidad de agua se quede estancada en dicha base
(2).
Caja (1) apilable para el almacenamiento y transporte de productos vegetales en vivo, según la reivindicación 1 , caracterizada por que la al menos una protuberancia vertical tubular (4) posee una altura inferior a la altura del reborde perimetral inferior
(3) determinando dicha altura de la protuberancia vertical tubular (4) el volumen de la cantidad de agua estancada en la base (2).
Caja (1) apilable para el almacenamiento y transporte de productos vegetales en vivo, según la reivindicación 2, caracterizada por que la al menos una protuberancia vertical tubular (4) tiene forma troncocónica.
Caja (1) apilable para el almacenamiento y transporte de productos vegetales en vivo, según la reivindicación 2 o 3, caracterizada por que la base (2) comprende cuatro protuberancias verticales tubulares
(4).
5. Caja (1) apilable para el almacenamiento y transporte de productos vegetales en
vivo, según la reivindicación 4, caracterizada por que las columnas tubulares (1 1) comprenden unos orificios (12) circulares en la parte superior.
Caja (1) apilable para el almacenamiento y transporte de productos vegetales en vivo, según la reivindicación 5, caracterizada por que las columnas tubulares (1 1) comprenden unos apoyos (13) con forma circular en la parte inferior.
Caja (1) apilable para el almacenamiento y transporte de productos vegetales en vivo, según la reivindicación 1 , caracterizada por que la caja (1) está hecha de plástico.
Caja (1) apilable para el almacenamiento y transporte de productos vegetales en vivo, según la reivindicación 1 , caracterizada por que las nervaduras verticales (9), las nervaduras horizontales (7), las nervaduras horizontales superiores (8) y el reborde perimetral inferior (3) están unidos entre sí formando una cuadrícula.
Caja (1) apilable para el almacenamiento y transporte de productos vegetales en vivo, según la reivindicación 8, caracterizada por que las nervaduras horizontales (7) y las nervaduras horizontales superiores (8) convergen en las columnas tubulares (1 1).

Caja (1) apilable para el almacenamiento y transporte de productos vegetales en vivo, según la reivindicación 1 , caracterizada por que las paredes laterales (5,6) comprenden unas porciones extremas inclinadas (10) que arrancan de las nervaduras horizontales superiores (8) y mueren en las columnas tubulares (1 1), para proporcionar espacio suficiente al apilar varias cajas (1) llenas de productos vegetales en vivo.
