Description

一种安全防盗型充电桩 技术领域
本发明涉及电动车的供电装置,具体是指一种安全防盗型充电桩。
背景技术
电动汽车作为一种发展前景广阔的绿色交通工具,今后的普及速度会异常迅猛,未来的市场前景也是异常巨大的。在全球能源危机和环境危机严重的大背景下,我国政府积极推进新能源汽车的应用与发展,充/换电站作为发展电动汽车所必须的重要配套基础设施,具有非常重要的社会效益和经济效益。一场兴建电动汽车充/换电站的运动已经在全国范围内展开。
截至目前,我国电动汽车充电站大多局限于电动公交汽车或内部集团用车,还没有建成真正面向不同用户的充电站服务网络。已经建成或在建的比较有代表性的充电站有如下内容。2006年,比亚迪在深圳总部建成深圳首个电动汽车充电站;2008年,北京市奥运会期间建设了国内第一个集中式充电站,可满足50辆纯电动大巴车的动力电池充电需要;2009年10月,上海市电力公司投资建成上海漕溪电动汽车充电站,是国内第一座具有商业运营功能的电动汽车充电站;2009年底,北京首科集团在健翔桥建设完成了国内第一个包含完整智能微网的北京纯电动乘用车示范充电站。2009年12月31日,南方电网投产的首批电动汽车充电站在深圳建成投运,建设规模为2个充电站、134个充电桩;2010年3月31日,国家电网公司唐山南湖充电站建成投运,是我国首座国家电网典型设计充电站,可同时为10台电动汽车按快充和慢充两种方式进行充电作业。充电桩能实现计时、计电度、计金额充电,可以作为市民购电终端。同时为提高公共充电桩的效率和实用性,今后将陆续增加一桩多充和为电动自行车充电的功能。
虽然目前的充电桩技术越来越成熟,但是,在实际的使用过程中,还是发现其存在一定的问题:目前的充电桩大部分安装在汽车维护站、小区、或者是停车场等区域,安装在道路两侧、公共停车场等无人管理的区域,很容易被盗, 充电桩内部的线路、电线成了偷盗者的盗取目标,整个充电桩容易获得,便于挪动,容易损坏的特点成了偷盗者盗取的理由。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种安全防盗型充电桩,解决充电桩容易被盗的问题,达到提高其被破坏的条件降低被盗可能性的目的。
本发明的目的通过下述技术方案实现:
一种安全防盗型充电桩,包括充电桩本体,所述充电桩本体固定安装在一个基座上,所述基座为空腔结构,在基座内设置有电器保险箱,所述充电桩本体的电路板安装在电器保险箱内,在基座上设置有一个用于开启关闭的盖板。本发明是针对现有的充电桩做出的改进,改进之处在于在地面安装有一个基座,基座的面积较大,采用防盗板制成,其内部形成空心结构,在基座内安装有电器保险箱,将充电桩本体内部现有的线路板全部存放到该电器保险箱内,就将整个充电桩的核心部件也就是最有经济价值的部分安装在了一个较为保险的环境中,由于基座的面积较大,根本无法确认电器保险箱的具体位置,而且,基座的存在,使得充电桩本体的底部连接件全部隐藏,相对于现有技术中充电桩本体直接安装在地面的方式而言,连接螺栓难以取出,增加了其安全性,大大提高了防止被盗的可能性。
所述的充电桩本体底部穿过基座并固定在预埋承台上,预埋承台设置在地面的预埋坑内,所述的充电桩本体上套装有固封座,固封座上安装有紧固环。进一步的,为了提高充电桩的稳定性和安全性,本发明做出了进一步的改进,安装之前通过在地面挖设预埋坑,在预埋坑内浇筑预埋承台,混凝土浇注成型的预埋承台体积大,重量大,其内部有预埋连接件,将充电桩本体的底部通过预埋连接件固定,可以有效解决充电桩的固定问题,避免其出现摇晃,使得盗窃者产生其坚固不可破的观念,降低盗窃者的盗窃动机。
在所述的基座侧面设置有一圈荧光板。基座的作用实际上还远远不止防盗的作用,还可以作为驾驶员判断倒车位置是否合适的标准,通过在及左侧边设置一圈荧光板,可以在夜晚为驾驶员提供参考信号,避免出现夜晚停车使用充电桩时发生意外情况,提高其安全性能。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下的优点和有益效果:
1 本发明一种安全防盗型充电桩,基座的面积较大,采用防盗板制成,其内部形成空心结构,在基座内安装有电器保险箱,将充电桩本体内部现有的线路板全部存放到该电器保险箱内,就将整个充电桩的核心部件也就是最有经济价值的部分安装在了一个较为保险的环境中,由于基座的面积较大,根本无法确认电器保险箱的具体位置,而且,基座的存在,使得充电桩本体的底部连接件全部隐藏,相对于现有技术中充电桩本体直接安装在地面的方式而言,连接螺栓难以取出,增加了其安全性,大大提高了防止被盗的可能性;
2 本发明一种安全防盗型充电桩,在预埋坑内浇筑预埋承台,混凝土浇注成型的预埋承台体积大,重量大,其内部有预埋连接件,将充电桩本体的底部通过预埋连接件固定,可以有效解决充电桩的固定问题,避免其出现摇晃,使得盗窃者产生其坚固不可破的观念,降低盗窃者的盗窃动机;
3 本发明一种安全防盗型充电桩,基座的作用实际上还远远不止防盗的作用,还可以作为驾驶员判断倒车位置是否合适的标准,通过在及左侧边设置一圈荧光板,可以在夜晚为驾驶员提供参考信号,避免出现夜晚停车使用充电桩时发生意外情况,提高其安全性能。

实施例
如图1所示,本发明一种安全防盗型充电桩,其安装过程如下:首先在地面9挖设预埋坑,然后在该预埋坑内固定预埋连接件、浇筑混凝土形成预埋承台5,在预埋承台5上安装基座2,在基座2内安装一个电器保险箱3,然后在预埋承台5上固定安装充电桩本体1,使用密封胶将充电桩本体1与基座2底部开孔之间的间隙填充密封;然后将充电桩本体1的电路板等部连接延长并放置在电器保险箱3内,在充电桩本体1上套装固封座6、以及紧固环7,然后关闭盖板4,使得盖板4与基座2顶部形成整体结构,最后再基座2外侧粘贴荧光板8。

  1. 一种安全防盗型充电桩,包括充电桩本体(1),其特征在于:所述充电桩本体(1)固定安装在一个基座(2)上,所述基座(2)为空腔结构,在基座(2)内设置有电器保险箱(3),所述充电桩本体(1)的电路板安装在电器保险箱(3)内,在基座(2)上设置有一个用于开启关闭的盖板(4)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种安全防盗型充电桩,其特征在于:所述的充电桩本体(1)底部穿过基座(2)并固定在预埋承台(5)上,预埋承台(5)设置在地面(9)的预埋坑内,所述的充电桩本体(1)上套装有固封座(6),固封座(6)上安装有紧固环(7)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种安全防盗型充电桩,其特征在于:在所述的基座(2)侧面设置有一圈荧光板(8)。
