随着通讯技术高速的发展,智能终端支持多种制式、多卡多待成为一种趋势。另外第四代(4G)数据业务也全面推行,4G网络的上下行速度较快,在短时间内能够就会产生大量的数据流量。一旦如果超出了流量套餐,将产生大额的流量费用。
现有技术中,为了确保控制数据流量在流量套餐的设定范围内,一般通过流量管控软件,根据用户设定当前使用的卡数据流量的套餐阈值,在数据流量达到套餐阈值时产生提示信息告知给用户当前使用的卡数据流量套餐已用完,此时需要手动关闭所述当前使用的卡数据流量业务,当需要继续使用数据流量需要开启其他卡的数据流量业务。
现有的这种数据流量管控方式,一旦用户因未及时查看到提示信息而未及时手动关闭数据流量业务,导致数据流量超出套餐阈值,从而产生额外流量费用。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于解决现有技术中智能终端产生提示信息后用户不及时手动关闭数据流量业务,则会出现数据流量超出套餐阈值,而产生额外流量费用的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的一种多卡数据流量的管理方法,所述方法包括:
步骤一、根据用户输入的注册指令,为多个客户识别模块(Subscriber Identity Module,简称为SIM)卡分别注册相应的数据流量业务,每个数据流量业务设有相应的套餐流量阈值;
步骤二、根据接收的数据流量使用触发指令,从多个数据流量业务中选择启用一个已使用的数据流量值小于相应套餐流量阈值的数据流量业务;
步骤三、在数据流量使用过程中,当所选数据流量业务中已使用的数据流量值达到相应套餐流量阈值,关闭所选数据流量业务;
步骤四、判断所述多个数据流量业务中是否存在已使用的数据流量值小于相应套餐流量阈值的其他数据流量业务;
步骤五、若存在所述其他数据流量业务,从所述其他数据流量业务中选择启用一个数据流量业务,并返回步骤三。

根据用户输入的优先级设置指令,对每个数据流量业务进行优先级设置;

关闭模块,设置为在数据流量使用过程中,当所选数据流量业务中已使用的数据流量值达到相应套餐流量阈值,关闭所选数据流量业务;
判断模块,设置为判断所述多个数据流量业务中是否存在已使用的数据流量值小于相应套餐流量阈值的其他数据流量业务;
第一启用模块,设置为当存在所述其他数据流量业务,从所述其他数据流量业务中选择启用一个数据流量业务;
循环控制模块,设置为在第一启用模块从所述其他数据流量业务中选择启用一个数据流量业务之后,调用所述关闭模块、判断模块执行相应的操作。

优先级设置模块,设置为根据用户输入的优先级设置指令,对每个数据流量业务进行优先级设置;
所述启用模块,设置为从多个数据流量业务中查找已使用的数据流量值小于相应套餐流量阈值的数据流量业务;以及从所查找的数据流量业务中选择启用一个优先级最高的数据流量业务;
所述第一启用模块,设置为从所述其他数据流量业务中选择启用一个优先级最高的数据流量业务。
优选地,所述智能终端还包括:
提示模块,设置为当不存在所述其他数据流量业务,则生成提示信息,告知用户所有数据流量业务的套餐数据流量已使用完毕。

本发明实施例提供一种多卡数据流量的管理方法。参照图1,图1为本发明实施例的多卡数据流量的管理方法一实施例的流程示意图。在该实施例中,所述多卡数据流量的管理方法包括:
步骤S10、根据用户输入的注册指令,为多个SIM卡分别注册相应的数据流量业务,每个数据流量业务设有相应的套餐流量阈值。
本步骤中所述根据用户输入的注册指令为多个SIM卡分别注册相应的数据流量业务过程属于现有技术,在此不再赘述。
步骤S20、根据接收的数据流量使用触发指令,从多个数据流量业务中选择启用一个已使用的数据流量值小于相应套餐流量阈值的数据流量业务。
本实施例中,所述步骤S10之后还包括如下处理:根据用户输入的优先级设置指令,对每个数据流量业务进行优先级设置。所述从多个数据流量业务中选择启用一个已使用的数据流量值小于相应套餐流量阈值的数据流量业务包括处理如下:从多个数据流量业务中查找已使用的数据流量值小于相应套餐流量阈值的数据流量业务;然后从所查找的数据流量业务中选择启用一个优先级最高的数据流量业务。即本实施例中用户可以根据自身需求或使用习惯向智能终端输入优先级设置指令,智能终端根据所述优先级设置指令,为每个数据流量业务设置相应的优先级,其中,不同数据流量业务对应的优先级不同。
本实施例中所述数据流量使用触发指令为数据流量初始使用触发指令或数据流量后续使用触发指令。当所述数据流量使用触发指令为数据流量初始使用触发指令,则表明所有数据流量业务的已使用的数据流量值均为零,因此从多个数据流量业务中查找已使用的数据流量值小于相应套餐流量阈值的数据流量业务;然后从所查找的数据流量业务中选择启用一个优先级最高的数据流量业务步骤实质为:从所有的数据流量业务中选择启用一个优先级最高的数据流量业务。若所述数据流量使用触发指令为数据流量后续使用触发指令,则表明所有数据流量业务中存在已使用的数据流量值不为零的数据流量业务。其中,已使用的数据流量值不为零包括两种情形:一种是已使用的数据流量值大于零小于相应的套餐流量阈值,另一种是已使用的数据流量值等于套餐流量阈值。因此当所述数据流量使用触发指令为数据流量后续使用触发指令,所述从多个数据流量业务中选择启用一个已使用的数据流量值小于相应套餐流量阈值的数据流量业务的步骤为:首先从多个数据流量业务中查找已使用的数据流量值小于相应套餐流量阈值的数据流量业务;然后从所查找的数据流量业务中选择启用一个优先级最高的数据流量业务。例如设智能终端安装有2个移动SIM卡和一个联通,并为该3个SIM卡分别注册有相应的数据流量业务。其中一个移动SIM卡对的数据流量业务的优先级设置为一级,另一个移动SIM卡对应的数据流量业务的优先级设置为二级,联通SIM卡对应的数据流量业务的优先级设置为三级,优先级的高低顺序为:一级>二级>三级。在接收到数据流量初始使用指令时,从3个数据流量业务中选择启动优先级为一级的数据流量业务。在接收到数据流量后续使用指令时,首先判断每种数据流量业务中数据流量使用情况,如当在接收到数据流量后续使用指令时,优先级为一级的数据流量业务的已使用的数据流量值已达到相应的套餐流量阈值,优先级为二级的数据流量业务的已使用的数据流量值大于零小于相应的套餐流量阈值,优先级为三级的数据流量业务的已使用的数据流量值为零;此时根据接收的数据流量后续使用指令,首先从3个数据流量业务中查出已使用的数据流量值小于相应的套餐流量阈值、优先级为二级、三级的数据流量业务,然后从该优先级为二级、三级的数据流量业务中选择优先级为二级的数据流量业务。
步骤S30、在数据流量使用过程中,当所选数据流量业务中已使用的数据流量值达到相应套餐流量阈值,关闭所选数据流量业务。
本步骤中,在已使用的数据流量值到达相应套餐流量阈值,关闭所选数据流量业务,能够避免因数据流量使用量超套餐流量阈值而产生额外的数据流量费用。
步骤S40、判断所述多个数据流量业务中是否存在已使用的数据流量值小于相应套餐流量阈值的其他数据流量业务。
为了确保每个数据流量业务中的已使用的数据流量值不超过相应的套餐流量阈值,在关闭已使用的数据流量值达到相应套餐流量阈值的数据流量业务之后,需要从已使用的数据流量值小于相应套餐流量阈值的其他数据流量业务选择一个数据流量业务,因此关闭所选数据流量业务后,判断所述多个数据流量业务中是否存在已使用的数据流量值小于相应套餐流量阈值的其他数据流量业务。
步骤S50、若存在所述其他数据流量业务,从所述其他数据流量业务中选择启用一个数据流量业务,并返回步骤S30。
本步骤中所述从其他数据流量业务中选择启用一个数据流量业务处理为:从所述其他数据流量业务中选择启用一个优先级最高的数据流量业务。
上述实施例,通过在数据流量使用过程中,当所选数据流量业务中已使用的数据流量值达到相应套餐流量阈值,关闭所选数据流量业务;判断所述多个数据流量业务中是否存在;若存在所述其他数据流量业务,从所述其他数据流量业务中选择启用一个数据流量业务,然后返回执行当所选数据流量业务中已使用的数据流量值达到相应套餐流量阈值,关闭所选数据流量业务的方式,实现了数据流量业务的自动切换,无需人工参与,杜绝了因使用数据流量值超过套餐流量阈值而产生额外的数据流量费用的现象,提高了用户的体验效果。
上述多卡数据流量的管理方法实施例中,所述方法在判断所述多个数据流量业务中是否存在已使用的数据流量值小于相应套餐流量阈值的其他数据流量业务之后还包括如下处理:当不存在所述其他数据流量业务,则生成提示信息,告知用户所有数据流量业务的套餐数据流量已使用完毕,若需要继续使用数据流量业务,请手动选择启用相应的数据流量业务。
本发明提出多卡数据流量的管理方法另一实施例,本实施例在上述实施例的基础进行了改进,改进之处在于所述方法在生成提示信息之后还包括如下处理:根据用户输入的数据流量业务继续使用指令,选择启用相应的数据流量业务。即用户查看到所述提示信息之后,可以根据自身的需求手动选择启用某一数据流量业务,能够避免在需要时因所有数据流量业务的数据流量套餐使用完毕,无法使用数据流量业务的现象,因而进一步提升了用户的体验效果。
本发明提出多卡数据流量的管理方法又一实施例,本实施例在上述实施例的基础进行了改进,改进之处在于所述方法在根据用户输入的注册指令,为多个SIM卡分别注册相应的数据流量业务之后包括如下处理:开启时钟计时功能,根据用户设置的时间周期,在每个时间周期的初始时间点将所有数据流量业务的已使用的数据流量值归 零。本实施例中以一个自然月为所述时间周期时间长度,在每个月的月初(如每个月的1号零点)将所有的数据流量业务已使用的数据流量值归零。
本发明提出多卡数据流量的管理方法又一实施例,本实施例在上述实施例的基础进行了改进,改进之处在于所述方法在根据用户输入的注册指令,为多个SIM卡分别注册相应的数据流量业务之后包括如下处理:实时监测并展示每个数据流量业务中数据流量使用情况,以使用户及时知晓每个数据流量业务中数据流量的使用情况。
本发明优选提供一种智能终端。参照图2,图2为本发明的智能终端一实施例的功能模块示意图。在该实施例中,所述智能终端100包括:注册模块110、启用模块120、关闭模块130、判断模块140、第一启用模块150、循环控制模块160。其中所述注册模块110,设置为根据用户输入的注册指令,为多个SIM卡分别注册相应的数据流量业务,每个数据流量业务设有相应的套餐流量阈值。所述启用模块120,设置为根据接收的数据流量使用触发指令,从多个数据流量业务中选择启用一个已使用的数据流量值小于相应套餐流量阈值的数据流量业务。所述关闭模块130,设置为在数据流量使用过程中,当所选数据流量业务中已使用的数据流量值达到相应套餐流量阈值,关闭所选数据流量业务。所述判断模块140,设置为判断所述多个数据流量业务中是否存在已使用的数据流量值小于相应套餐流量阈值的其他数据流量业务。所述第一启用模块150,设置为当存在所述其他数据流量业务,从所述其他数据流量业务中选择启用一个数据流量业务。所述循环控制模块160,设置为在第一启用模块从所述其他数据流量业务中选择启用一个数据流量业务之后,调用所述关闭模块、判断模块执行相应的操作。
本实施例中所述注册模块110根据用户输入的注册指令为多个SIM卡分别注册相应的数据流量业务过程属于现有技术,在此不再赘述。所述关闭模块130在已使用的数据流量值到达相应套餐流量阈值,关闭所选数据流量业务,能够避免因数据流量使用量超套餐流量阈值而产生额外的数据流量费用。另外,本实施例为了确保每个数据流量业务中的已使用的数据流量值不超过相应的套餐流量阈值,在关闭已使用的数据流量值达到相应套餐流量阈值的数据流量业务之后,需要从已使用的数据流量值小于相应套餐流量阈值的其他数据流量业务选择一个数据流量业务,因此关闭所选数据流量业务后,需要通过所述判断模块140判断所述多个数据流量业务中是否存在已使用的数据流量值小于相应套餐流量阈值的其他数据流量业务。
参见图3,图3为本发明的智能终端另一实施例的功能模块示意图。本实施在上述实施例的基础进行改进,改进之处在所述智能终端100还包括:优先级设置模块170。所述优先级设置模块170,设置为根据用户输入的优先级设置指令,对每个数据流量 业务进行优先级设置。所述启用模块,设置为从多个数据流量业务中查找已使用的数据流量值小于相应套餐流量阈值的数据流量业务;以及从所查找的数据流量业务中选择启用一个优先级最高的数据流量业务。即本实施例中用户可以根据自身需求或使用习惯向智能终端输入优先级设置指令,智能终端根据所述优先级设置指令,为每个数据流量业务设置相应的优先级,其中,不同数据流量业务对应的优先级不同。
本实施例中,所述数据流量使用触发指令为数据流量初始使用触发指令或数据流量后续使用触发指令。当所述数据流量使用触发指令为数据流量初始使用触发指令,则表明所有数据流量业务的已使用的数据流量值均为零,因此所述启用模块设置为从所有的数据流量业务中选择启用一个优先级最高的数据流量业务。若所述数据流量使用触发指令为数据流量后续使用触发指令,则表明所有数据流量业务中存在已使用的数据流量值不为零的数据流量业务。其中,已使用的数据流量值不为零包括两种情形:一种是已使用的数据流量值大于零小于相应的套餐流量阈值,另一种是已使用的数据流量值等于套餐流量阈值。因此当所述数据流量使用触发指令为数据流量后续使用触发指令,所述启用模块设置为首先从多个数据流量业务中查找已使用的数据流量值小于相应套餐流量阈值的数据流量业务;然后从所查找的数据流量业务中选择启用一个优先级最高的数据流量业务。例如设智能终端安装有2个移动SIM卡和一个联通,并为该3个SIM卡分别注册有相应的数据流量业务。其中一个移动SIM卡对的数据流量业务的优先级设置为一级,另一个移动SIM卡对应的数据流量业务的优先级设置为二级,联通SIM卡对应的数据流量业务的优先级设置为三级,优先级的高低顺序为:一级>二级>三级。在接收到数据流量初始使用指令时,从3个数据流量业务中选择启动优先级为一级的数据流量业务。在接收到数据流量后续使用指令时,首先判断每种数据流量业务中数据流量使用情况,如当在接收到数据流量后续使用指令时,优先级为一级的数据流量业务的已使用的数据流量值已达到相应的套餐流量阈值,优先级为二级的数据流量业务的已使用的数据流量值大于零小于相应的套餐流量阈值,优先级为三级的数据流量业务的已使用的数据流量值为零;时根据接收的数据流量后续使用指令,首先从3个数据流量业务中查出已使用的数据流量值小于相应的套餐流量阈值、优先级为二级、三级的数据流量业务,然后从该优先级为二级、三级的数据流量业务中选择优先级为二级的数据流量业务。
同理,本实施例中所述第一启用模块150设置为从所述其他数据流量业务中选择启用一个优先级最高的数据流量业务。
上述实施例,通过在数据流量使用过程中,当所选数据流量业务中已使用的数据流量值达到相应套餐流量阈值,关闭所选数据流量业务;判断所述多个数据流量业务 中是否存在务;若存在所述其他数据流量业务,从所述其他数据流量业务中选择启用一个数据流量业务,然后返回执行当所选数据流量业务中已使用的数据流量值达到相应套餐流量阈值,关闭所选数据流量业务的方式,实现了数据流量业务的自动切换,无需人工参与,杜绝了因使用数据流量值超过套餐流量阈值而产生额外的数据流量费用的现象,提高了用户的体验效果。
参见图4,图4为本发明的智能终端又一实施例的功能模块示意图。本实施在上述实施例的基础进行改进,改进之处在所述智能终端100还包括:提示模块180。所述提示模块180,设置为当不存在所述其他数据流量业务,则生成提示信息,告知用户所有数据流量业务的套餐数据流量已使用完毕,若需要继续使用数据流量业务,请手动选择启用相应的数据流量业务。
参见图5,图5为本发明的智能终端又一实施例的功能模块示意图。本实施在上述实施例的基础进行改进,改进之处在所述智能终端100还包括:第二启用模块190。所述第二启用模块190,设置为在所述提示模块生成提示信息之后,根据用户输入的数据流量业务继续使用指令,选择启用相应的数据流量业务。即用户查看到所述提示信息之后,可以根据自身的需求手动选择启用某一数据流量业务,能够避免在需要时因所有数据流量业务的数据流量套餐使用完毕,无法使用数据流量业务的现象,因而进一步提升了用户的体验效果。
参见图6,图6为本发明的智能终端又一实施例的功能模块示意图。本实施在上述实施例的基础进行改进,改进之处在所述智能终端100还包括:时钟控制模块101。所述时钟控制模块101,设置为在为多个SIM卡分别注册相应的数据流量业务之后,开启时钟计时功能,根据用户设置的时间周期,在每个时间周期的初始时间点将所有数据流量业务的已使用的数据流量值归零。本实施例中以一个自然月为所述时间周期时间长度,在每个月的月初(如每个月的1号零点)将所有的数据流量业务已使用的数据流量值归零。
参见图7,图7为本发明的智能终端又一实施例的功能模块示意图。本实施在上述实施例的基础进行改进,改进之处在所述智能终端100还包括:监测展示模块102。所述监测展示模块102,设置为在为多个SIM卡分别注册相应的数据流量业务之后,实时监测并展示每个数据流量业务中数据流量使用情况。以使用户及时知晓每个数据流量业务中数据流量的使用情况。

    步骤一、根据用户输入的注册指令,为多个客户识别模块SIM卡分别注册相应的数据流量业务,每个数据流量业务设有相应的套餐流量阈值;
    步骤二、根据接收的数据流量使用触发指令,从多个数据流量业务中选择启用一个已使用的数据流量值小于相应套餐流量阈值的数据流量业务;
    步骤三、在数据流量使用过程中,当所选数据流量业务中已使用的数据流量值达到相应套餐流量阈值,关闭所选数据流量业务;
    步骤四、判断所述多个数据流量业务中是否存在已使用的数据流量值小于相应套餐流量阈值的其他数据流量业务;
    步骤五、若存在所述其他数据流量业务,从所述其他数据流量业务中选择启用一个数据流量业务,并返回步骤三。

  3. 如权利要求1所述的多卡数据流量的管理方法,其中,所述方法在判断所述多个数据流量业务中是否存在已使用的数据流量值小于相应套餐流量阈值的其他数据流量业务之后还包括:
    当不存在所述其他数据流量业务,则生成提示信息,告知用户所有数据流量业务的套餐数据流量已使用完毕。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的多卡数据流量的管理方法,其中,所述方法在生成提示信息之后还包括:
    根据用户输入的数据流量业务继续使用指令,选择启用相应的数据流量业务。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的多卡数据流量的管理方法,其中,所述方法在根据用户输入的注册指令,为多个SIM卡分别注册相应的数据流量业务之后包括:
    开启时钟计时功能,根据用户设置的时间周期,在每个时间周期的初始时间点将所有数据流量业务的已使用的数据流量值归零。
  6. 如权利要求1至5任一项所述的多卡数据流量的管理方法,其中,所述方法在根据用户输入的注册指令,为多个SIM卡分别注册相应的数据流量业务之后包括:
    实时监测并展示每个数据流量业务中数据流量使用情况。
  7. 一种智能终端,所述智能终端包括:
    注册模块,设置为根据用户输入的注册指令,为多个SIM卡分别注册相应的数据流量业务,每个数据流量业务设有相应的套餐流量阈值;
    启用模块,设置为根据接收的数据流量使用触发指令,从多个数据流量业务中选择启用一个已使用的数据流量值小于相应套餐流量阈值的数据流量业务;
    关闭模块,设置为在数据流量使用过程中,当所选数据流量业务中已使用的数据流量值达到相应套餐流量阈值,关闭所选数据流量业务;
    判断模块,设置为判断所述多个数据流量业务中是否存在已使用的数据流量值小于相应套餐流量阈值的其他数据流量业务;
    第一启用模块,设置为当存在所述其他数据流量业务,从所述其他数据流量业务中选择启用一个数据流量业务;
    循环控制模块,设置为在第一启用模块从所述其他数据流量业务中选择启用一个数据流量业务之后,调用所述关闭模块、判断模块执行相应的操作。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的智能终端,其中,所述智能终端还包括:
    优先级设置模块,设置为根据用户输入的优先级设置指令,对每个数据流量业务进行优先级设置;
    所述启用模块,设置为从多个数据流量业务中查找已使用的数据流量值小于相应套餐流量阈值的数据流量业务;以及从所查找的数据流量业务中选择启用一个优先级最高的数据流量业务;
    所述第一启用模块,设置为从所述其他数据流量业务中选择启用一个优先级最高的数据流量业务。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的智能终端,其中,所述智能终端还包括:
    提示模块,设置为当不存在所述其他数据流量业务,则生成提示信息,告知用户所有数据流量业务的套餐数据流量已使用完毕。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的智能终端,其中,所述智能终端还包括:
    第二启用模块,设置为在所述提示模块生成提示信息之后,根据用户输入的数据流量业务继续使用指令,选择启用相应的数据流量业务。
  11. 如权利要求7所述的智能终端,其中,所述智能终端还包括:
    时钟控制模块,设置为在为多个SIM卡分别注册相应的数据流量业务之后,开启时钟计时功能,根据用户设置的时间周期,在每个时间周期的初始时间点将所有数据流量业务的已使用的数据流量值归零。
  12. 如权利要求7至11任一项所述的智能终端,其中,所述智能终端还包括:
    监测展示模块,设置为在为多个SIM卡分别注册相应的数据流量业务之后,实时监测并展示每个数据流量业务中数据流量使用情况。
