带报警器的大功率LED灯 技术领域
本实用新型涉及照明技术领域,特别是一种带报警器的大功率LED灯。
背景技术
LED灯作为一种新型高效节能光源,目前正在大规模推广使用。LED灯的节能和发光能力强是其独特的优点,但其最大的缺点是散热能力差。一种解决方案是在LED灯体上安装散热器,但是仅仅安装散热器之后,对于大功率的LED灯来说,其散热效果有时候达不到其规定值,导致LED灯在产热过高,产热大于散热的时候对LED灯本身产生了影响,而在产生影响的时候,使用者是不了解其状况的,进而大大降低了LED灯的使用寿命。
以上问题,值得解决。
发明内容
为了克服现有的技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种自动检测灯内温度并进行带报警器的大功率LED灯。
本实用新型技术方案如下所述:
带报警器的大功率LED灯,包括灯头、灯罩和灯罩内部的灯柱,其特征在于,所述灯头下电连接有电路板,在所述灯头和电路板之间设有散热体,电路板下连接有报警层,报警层与所述灯罩密封连接,报警层包括贴近电路板的电路板温度探头和蜂鸣器,所述灯柱内设有灯柱温度探头,报警层外部设有报警开关,所述灯柱、电路板温度探 头、灯柱温度探头和报警开关均与电路板电连接。
进一步的,所述电路板温度探头有4个。
进一步的,所述灯柱温度探头分为上下两层,每层设有3个探头。
根据上述结构的本实用新型,其有益效果在于,本实用新型中的散热体可以充分将电路板中电路产生的热量进行散发,降低的电路板的使用温度;本实用新型中探头探测到的温度高于设定值的时候,控制蜂鸣器进行报警,此时,工作人员可以根据具体情况关闭电源,或关闭报警开关;本实用新型结构合理,可以有效增长LED灯的使用寿命。

下面结合附图以及实施方式对本实用新型进行进一步的描述:
如图1所示,本实用新型提供一种带报警器的大功率LED灯,其主要由灯头1、灯罩和灯罩内部的灯柱5组成。
在上述LED灯中,灯头1下电连接有电路板3,在灯头1和电路板3之间设有散热体2,电路板3下连接有报警层,报警层与灯罩密封连接,报警层包括贴近电路板3的电路板温度探头6和蜂鸣器4,报警层外部设有报警开关8,其中,电路板温度探头6设有4个。
灯柱5内设有灯柱温度探头7,该灯柱温度探头7分为上下两层, 每层设有3个探头。
上述灯柱5、电路板温度探头6、灯柱温度探头7和报警开关8均与电路板3电连接。
使用时,10探头超过3个探头探测到的温度高于设定值的时候,蜂鸣器进行报警,工作人员根据需要进行选择。当紧急情况不可关闭LED灯的时候,关闭报警开关,可以停止报警;当情况允许,可以直接关闭整个LED灯的电源,进而可以停止报警,且保护了LED灯的使用。
应当理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本实用新型所附权利要求的保护范围。

  1. 带报警器的大功率LED灯,包括灯头、灯罩和灯罩内部的灯柱,其特征在于,所述灯头下电连接有电路板,在所述灯头和电路板之间设有散热体,电路板下连接有报警层,报警层与所述灯罩密封连接,报警层包括贴近电路板的电路板温度探头和蜂鸣器,所述灯柱内设有灯柱温度探头,报警层外部设有报警开关,所述灯柱、电路板温度探头、灯柱温度探头和报警开关均与电路板电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的带报警器的大功率LED灯,其特征在于,所述电路板温度探头有4个。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的带报警器的大功率LED灯,其特征在于,所述灯柱温度探头分为上下两层,每层设有3个探头。
