Abstract

La présente invention comprend une unité de base, un premier actionneur, et une hélice qui tourne au moyen de la puissance du premier actionneur, et la présente invention comprend : une unité de propulsion qui est installée de façon rotative sur l'extérieur de l'unité de base ; une plaque de rotation qui est installée de façon rotative sur une surface de l'unité de base ; et un bras de liaison qui relie la plaque de rotation et l'unité de propulsion.
