Abstract

The objective of the invention is to provide a headphone device wherein suppression of operating errors is aimed at. A headphone device (1) comprises sound emission units (2) for emitting sounds, and touch sensor surfaces (23A) each disposed on the opposite side to the sound emitting direction of the respective sound emission unit, and protection members (44) each surrounding the periphery of the respective touch sensor surfaces are disposed. In this way, even if the user's hands reach the sound emission units when attaching the sound emission units to the ears, when changing the positions of the sound emission units relative to the ears or when detaching the sound emission units from the ears, the protection members, which are so disposed as to surround the peripheries of the respective touch sensor surfaces, constitute barriers, with the result that the barriers are held by the user's hands, thereby suppressing the user's unintentional touches on the touch sensor surfaces. Thus, the suppression of operating errors can be aimed at.

Description

Headphone device
The present invention relates to a headphone device.
As a headphone device described above, a headset device having a touch panel type operation unit is disclosed (for example, see Patent Document 1). The headset device disclosed in Patent Document 1 includes a substantially egg-shaped headset body to be worn on the ear, and an operation unit. The headset main body is provided with an ear hook portion that matches the shape of the ear, and the headset main body is mounted by hooking the ear hook portion on the ear.
The operation unit is a so-called touch panel type operation unit, and a touch panel with a large area is provided at a substantially central position of the headset body. Further, when the sound emitting part is in a predetermined position, a gap having a predetermined width is formed between the protective member and the sound emitting part, and the sound emitting part comes into contact with the protective member so that the sound emitting part You may be comprised so that rotation may stop. As a result, the rotation range of the sound emitting unit is defined by a predetermined width. Therefore, excessive displacement of the sound emitting unit can be suppressed with a simple configuration, and the touch sensor surface that is not intended by the user. The touch to can be suppressed, and erroneous operation can be suppressed.
Further, the touch sensor surface may be configured in a circular shape in plan view, and the protection member may be configured in a ring shape concentric with the touch sensor surface. The circular shape is less susceptible to external force than other shapes, and the circular protective member is structurally reliable.
Further, the touch sensor surface is provided with a tap operation region for detecting a tap operation, and the tap operation region is located in the vicinity of both ends of the touch sensor surface in a direction orthogonal to a straight line connecting the pair of support members in parallel with the touch sensor surface. You may provide in the area | region except. The vicinity of the both ends may protrude from the protective member depending on the position when the sound emitting unit is rotated, but even if this is touched, a tap operation area is provided here. Not. Therefore, the touch to the tap operation area can be sufficiently suppressed, and erroneous operations can be further suppressed.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an embodiment of the headphone device of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a plan view of the headphone device shown in FIG. 1 as viewed from the touch sensor surface, and is a diagram for explaining the position of the tap operation region on the touch sensor surface. 3A, 3B, and 3C are side views showing how the sound emitting unit rotates in the headphone device shown in FIG. FIG. 4 is a plan view seen from the touch sensor surface of a headphone device according to another embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 5 is a side view of a headphone device according to still another embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 1, the headphone device includes a pair of sound emitting units 2 that emit sound. The pair of sound emitting units 2 is supported by the headband 3 and attached to the user's ear. Furthermore, the headphone device 1 is provided with a holding mechanism 4 that holds the pair of sound emitting units 2 on the headband 3.
Each of the pair of sound emitting units 2 includes a speaker unit 20 and a flat columnar housing 21 in which the speaker unit 20 is built.
The housing 21 is configured such that the sound emission direction of the speaker unit 20 is directed toward the user's ear in a state in which the user wears the headphone device 1 (hereinafter sometimes simply referred to as “headphone wearing state”). A speaker unit 20 is accommodated. In addition, a ring-shaped ear pad 22 for forming a sealed space between the housing 21 and the user's ear is mounted on the housing 21 in a state where the headphones are mounted. Here, in this specification, the direction in which the pair of sound emitting units 2 face each other in the headphone wearing state may be referred to as the left-right direction (arrow Z direction), and the vertical direction in the headphone wearing state is the vertical direction (arrow Y direction). ).
The housing 21 is provided with a flat surface 23 provided on the opposite side of the sound emission direction of the speaker unit 20 and a peripheral surface 24 continuous with the flat surface 23. The flat surface 23 is a surface that extends in a direction orthogonal to the central axis of the housing 21 and has a circular shape in plan view. A touch sensor surface 23A for performing various operations is provided on the entire flat surface 23. Yes. The touch sensor surface 23 </ b> A is provided on one or both of the pair of flat surfaces 23. The various operations referred to here are volume operations of sound sources (sounds) generated from a sound generation device (for example, a radio, a television, an audio device, a personal computer, a tablet, etc.) connected to the speaker unit 20, and the generation of these sounds. This means an operation to stop playback of a song stored in the apparatus, an operation to advance to the next song, an operation to rewind to the previous song, an operation to repeat the song. In this embodiment, the headphone device 1 is connected to the sound generation device via Bluetooth (registered trademark).
The touch sensor surface 23A is configured to detect the movement of a finger as a detection target. When the user's finger or the like touches the touch sensor surface 23A and is moved in this state, a scroll operation or a tap operation is possible. Here, the scroll operation is an operation of dragging a finger on the touch sensor surface 23A, and the tap operation is an operation of bringing the finger into contact with the touch sensor surface 23A for a predetermined time or more. The scroll direction of the scroll operation includes, for example, an arrow X direction (shown in FIG. 2) on the touch sensor surface 23A, a direction opposite to the arrow X direction, an arrow Y direction (shown in FIG. 2), a direction opposite to the arrow Y direction, etc. Each operation is assigned, for example, the start of the performance of a musical piece, the track feeding to the next musical piece, or the like. Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the touch sensor surface 23A is provided with a tap operation region 5 (a portion surrounded by a one-dot chain line) for detecting a tap operation. As shown in the figure, as the tap operation area 5, three tap operation areas 5 are provided side by side in the front-rear direction (arrow X direction) passing through the center of the touch sensor surface 23A. That is, the tap operation area 5 is provided in an area excluding the vicinity of both end portions of the touch sensor surface 23A in the direction (vertical direction) orthogonal to a straight line connecting the pair of support members 45 through the center of the touch sensor surface 23A. Different operations are assigned to the three tap operation areas 5 respectively. Note that the “front-rear direction” herein refers to the front-rear direction of the user when the headphones are worn, and is a direction orthogonal to the above-described “left-right direction” and “up-down direction”.
The headband 3 is formed in a band plate shape having substantially the same width dimension at any position, and is formed in an arc shape along the shape of the user's head. The headband 3 is configured to have a function of applying a side pressure to press the sound emitting unit 2 against the user's ear and a function of supporting the speaker unit 20 on the user's head.
The holding mechanism 4 includes a pair of holding units 40 that hold the pair of sound emitting units 2 and a pair of connecting portions 41 that connect the pair of holding units 40 and the headband 3.
The pair of holding portions 40 are provided so as to surround the flat surface 23 of the housing 21. The pair of holding units 40 integrally includes a touch suppression unit 42 that suppresses touching the touch sensor surface 23 </ b> A and an arm unit 43 that is erected in a plate shape from the touch suppression unit 42 toward the connection unit 41. In preparation.
The touch suppression unit 42 includes a protection member 44 formed in a ring shape that is concentric with the touch sensor surface 23A, and a pair of support members 45 that rotatably support the housing 21 of the sound emitting unit 2. Has been. The circular shape is less susceptible to external force than other shapes, and the circular protective member 44 is structurally reliable. That is, the touch sensor surface 23A and the protection member 44 can secure strength against external force. Further, since the pair of support members 45 that support the sound emitting unit 2 at two locations are provided, the sound emitting unit 2 is stably supported by the protection member 44. The protective member 44 is continuously formed without interruption in the circumferential direction of the touch sensor surface 23A. One end of the arm portion 43 is continuously formed (connected) to the protection member 44.
The protective member 44 is configured to have a predetermined thickness in the central axis direction, and an outer surface 4a (a surface opposite to the sound emission direction of the sound emitting unit 2) away from the user's ears. At a predetermined position during the rotation of the sound emitting unit 2 (for example, the state shown in FIG. 3B), it is substantially flush with the touch sensor surface 23A. In this way, the touch on the touch sensor surface 23A not intended by the user is suppressed.
The sound emitting unit 2 is formed such that a gap with a predetermined width is formed between the touch sensor surface 23A and the outer surface 4a of the protective member 44 so as to be flush with the protective member 44. In addition, the sound emitting unit 2 is configured to stop the rotation of the sound emitting unit 2 by contacting the protection member 44. The rotation range of the sound emitting unit 2 relative to the protection member 44 is defined by the predetermined width of the gap. Thus, excessive displacement of the sound emitting unit 2 is suppressed with a simple configuration while ensuring the fit of the sound emitting unit 2 to the user's ear.
The pair of support members 45 intersect (orthogonal) the standing direction of the arm portion 43 and are opposed to each other in the direction of a straight line passing through the center of the touch sensor surface 23A. That is, the pair of support members 45 are formed in a bar shape so as to protrude from the protection member 44 toward the peripheral surface 24 of the sound emitting unit 2, and a straight line connecting the pair of support members 45 is a standing direction of the arm portion 43. It is formed so as to be a position that intersects (orthogonally).
As shown in FIGS. 3A, 3B, and 3C, the touch suppression unit 42 has a pair of support members 45 that extend in the front-rear direction (arrow X direction) as an axis when the headphones are attached. Therefore, the sound emission part 2 is provided so that rotation up and down is possible. Here, in the headphone wearing state, the tap operation region 5 is provided side by side in the front-rear direction through the center of the touch sensor surface 23A. As shown in FIG. 2, the pair of support members 45 are provided on both sides in the direction (front-rear direction) in which the three tap operation regions 5 are arranged. In other words, the tap operation area 5 is not provided at a position excluding a straight line connecting the pair of support members 45 (a position excluding reference numeral 5 in FIG. 2). For this reason, for example, as shown in FIGS. 3A and 3C, the touch sensor surface 23 </ b> A may protrude from the protection member 44 depending on the position when the sound emitting unit 2 rotates. 2, even if the position except the reference numeral 5 in FIG. 2 is touched, the tap operation area 5 is not provided here. Therefore, the touch to the tap operation area 5 is suppressed, and erroneous operations are suppressed.
The arm portion 43 is formed in a band plate shape such that the predetermined width becomes narrower from the root of the arm portion 43 to the protective member 44 toward the connecting portion 41. Further, the arm portion 43 is formed to be bent toward the user side toward the connecting portion 41.
The pair of connecting portions 41 is provided between the arm portion 43 and the headband 3, and the boundary portion between the connecting portion 41 and the arm portion 43 is centered on the connecting direction of the connecting portion 41 and the arm portion 43. It is provided as rotatable. With such a connecting portion 41, the front-rear direction (angle) of the sound emitting portion 2 supported by the arm portion 43 with respect to the headband 3 can be adjusted. Moreover, since the sound emission part 2 is provided so that rotation up and down is possible by a pair of support members 45, the vertical direction of the sound emission part 2 can be adjusted. In this way, the pair of sound emitting units 2 is configured to be adjustable in the front-rear direction and the vertical direction (arrow Y direction), and is thus mounted in a state of fitting to the user's ear.
According to the embodiment described above, when mounting the sound emitting unit 2 to the ear, when changing the position of the sound emitting unit 2 with respect to the ear, when removing the sound emitting unit 2 from the ear, Even when it is hung, the protection member 44 provided so as to surround the periphery of the touch sensor surface 23A becomes a barrier and is gripped by the user. Therefore, the touch sensor surface 23A is not intended by the user. The touch is suppressed and erroneous operation can be suppressed.
In the headphone device 1 in the embodiment described above, the protective member 44 is continuously formed in the circumferential direction without interruption, but the present invention is not limited to this. The protection member may be formed intermittently in the circumferential direction. In this case, the protection member should just be formed only in the position which becomes a barrier when the user grasps the sound emission part 2. In addition, the end of the protective member opposite to the sound emission direction in the sound emission direction may be uneven, and in this case, it is only necessary to be at the same position as the touch sensor surface.
Further, in the headphone device 1 in the embodiment described above, the protective member 44 has a planar shape formed in a ring shape concentric with the touch sensor surface 23A, but the present invention is not limited to this. . The protective member may have an oval shape, a rectangular shape, or any shape that can surround the touch sensor surface 23A.
In the headphone device 1 in the above-described embodiment, the touch sensor surface 23A is formed in a circular shape in plan view, but the present invention is not limited to this. As shown in FIG. 4, the touch sensor surface 123A may have an elliptical shape in plan view. In this case, the protective member 144 may have an elliptical planar shape. In FIG. 4, parts having the same configuration or the same function as those of the above-described embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals and description thereof is omitted.
Further, although the headphone device 1 in the above-described embodiment has the headband 3, the present invention is not limited to this. The headband 3 is not an essential component and may be omitted. In that case, the headphone device only needs to have a hooking function so that the sound emitting unit 2 and the holding mechanism 4 can be attached to the user's ear.
Further, in the headphone device 1 in the above-described embodiment, the sound emitting unit 2 is provided so as to be rotatable with respect to the protection member 44, but the present invention is not limited to this. As shown in FIG. 5, the outer surface 4a of the protective member 44 away from the user's ear (the surface opposite to the sound emission direction of the sound emitting unit 2) is substantially flush with the touch sensor surface 23A. The sound emitting unit 2 may be fixed to the protection member 244 so as not to rotate. In that case, the pair of support members 45 may be omitted, and the protection member 244 and the sound emitting unit 2 may be provided without a gap. Further, when the protection member 244 is fixed to the sound emitting unit 2, the arm portion 243 may be continuously formed (connected) to the peripheral surface 24 of the housing 21. That is, the arm portion may not be connected to the protective member. In FIG. 5, parts having the same configurations or functions as those of the above-described embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals and description thereof is omitted.
Further, in the headphone device 1 according to the above-described embodiment, the protective member 44 has a sound emission on the outer surface 4a opposite to the sound emission direction in the sound emission direction (surface opposite to the sound emission direction of the sound emission unit). Although it is formed substantially flush with the touch sensor surface 23A at a predetermined position in the middle of the rotation of the portion 2, the present invention is not limited to this. The protective member 44 has an outer surface 4a opposite to the sound emission direction in the sound emission direction, parallel to the touch sensor surface 23A at a predetermined position when the sound emitting unit 2 rotates, and the touch sensor surface 23A. The outer surface 4a may be configured to be parallel to the touch sensor surface 23A at a predetermined position when the sound emitting unit 2 is rotated, and The touch sensor surface 23 </ b> A may be configured to have a surface (a recessed surface) that slightly sinks in the direction opposite to the sound emission.
Further, in the headphone device 1 in the embodiment described above, the protective member 44 has a surface parallel to the touch sensor surface 23A on the outer surface 4a opposite to the sound radiation direction in the sound radiation direction. However, the protective member does not have to have an end surface on the opposite side to the sound emission direction in the sound emission direction having a linear shape, a curved surface shape, or the like.
