Description
本发明涉及LED安装领域,具体涉及一种能满足快速安装LED屏幕的锁紧装置。
目前,现有的LED屏幕安装方式采取的方法有挂装、架装、吊装、座装等,一般采用膨胀螺丝等固定安装,采用这等方法,在操作上复杂化,需要耗费大量的人力和时间,尤其在组装大型LED拼接屏时,不能达到快速安装的目的,并且安装时,需要借助工具,降低了工作效率,采用螺丝等安装方式也容易造成松动不稳定,普通的螺丝都是单螺纹设计,这样,在旋拧的过程中需要加大旋拧行程,浪费了大量的工作时间。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种锁紧装置,解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
根据本发明的一种锁紧装置,包括第一固定装置、第二固定装置、锁杆和调节螺母,锁杆一端与调节螺母连接,第一固定装置套设于锁杆另一端,第二固定装置设于第一部固定装置与调节螺母之间,第二固定装置与锁杆滑动配合。由此,锁杆穿过两LED屏的边缘或者穿过LED屏和支撑架的边缘,使两边缘位于第一固定装置和第二固定装置之间,之后旋紧调节螺母,实现LED屏的安装,操作方便简洁,易于进行LED屏的拼装和吊装。
在一些实施方式中,锁杆的端部开有凹槽,第一固定装置卡入凹槽。由此,卡槽的设置使第一固定装置固定于锁杆的某一位置,简化结构。
在一些实施方式中,第一固定装置包括第一固定块、弹性装置和锁母片,弹性装置设于第一固定块内部,锁母片由第一固定块支撑,弹性装置与锁母片相抵触,锁母片卡入凹槽。由此,弹性装置的设置使锁母片稳定卡于凹槽,使第一固定装置起到锁紧作用,且方便第一固定装置安装和拆卸。
在一些实施方式中,锁母片开有通孔,通孔的侧边缘卡入凹槽。从而便于锁母片在锁杆上的定位。
在一些实施方式中,锁母片设有限位槽孔,第一固定块内设有限位柱,限位柱穿过限位槽孔。限位槽孔和限位柱相配合,实现对锁母片行程的限定,使锁母片的运动更加稳定。
在一些实施方式中,锁母片包括依次连接的握持部、颈部和锁紧部,通孔设于锁紧部,限位槽孔设于颈部。握持部便于操作者将锁母片卡入凹槽。
在一些实施方式中,第一固定装置包括第一固定块和定位件,定位件穿过第一固定块,定位件的一端卡入凹槽。采用这种形式的第一固定装置,在结构上更为简单,并节约大量材料。
在一些实施方式中,第二固定装置设有导向件,锁杆侧面设有卡槽,导向件的端部伸入卡槽。导向件在卡槽内移动,进而对第二固定装置导向。
在一些实施方式中,第二固定装置包括相连接的第二固定块和固定块套环,导向件与固定块套环连接。第二固定块便于与平路的边缘相抵,固定套环的设置便于第二固定装置与调节螺母相抵,进而实现第一固定装置和第二固定装置对屏幕边缘的锁紧。
在一些实施方式中,调节螺母设有柄部,锁杆的一端设有双向螺纹,所述双向螺纹与调节螺母配合连接。柄部使得调节螺母的扭矩加大,方便旋转,便于锁紧操作。双向螺纹设置可以在不增加螺距的情况下,加大调节螺母的行程。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明锁紧装置的锁杆穿过两LED屏的边缘或者穿过LED屏和支撑架的边缘,使两边缘位于第一固定装置和第二固定装置之间,之后旋紧调节螺母,实现LED屏的安装。本发明所提供的锁紧装置具有结构简单,操作方便简洁,结构稳定,提高工作效率,易于拼接屏幕的拼装和吊装。

下面结合说明书附图,对本发明进行进一步详细的说明。
实施例1
如图1和图2所示,本实施例的锁紧装置,包括第一固定装置1、第二固定装置2、锁杆3和调节螺母4,锁杆3一端与调节螺母4连接,第一固定装置1套设于锁杆3另一端,第二固定装置2设于第一部固定装置1与调节螺母4之间,第二固定装置2与锁杆3滑动配合。调节螺母4设有柄部41,调节螺母4与柄部41为一体式结构。第一固定装置1、第二固定装置2、锁杆3和调节螺母4均采用铁、刚、铝或合金类制成。
如图3所示,锁杆3的端部开有周向凹槽31,第一固定装置1卡入凹槽31。锁杆3的端部设有倒角,倒角的设置便于第一固定装置1套于锁杆3。锁杆3的一端设置双向螺纹,调节螺母4与双向螺纹相配合,双向螺纹设置可以在不增加螺距的情况下,加大旋钮行程,使调节螺母4在旋转角度较小时可以有较大的行程,便于操作。
第一固定装置1包括第一固定块11、弹性装置12和锁母片13,弹性装置12设于第一固定块11内部,锁母片13由第一固定块11支撑,弹性装置12与锁母片13相抵触,锁母片13卡入凹槽31。
如图4所示,锁母片13开有通孔131和限位槽孔132,通孔131的侧边缘卡入凹槽31。第一固定块11内设有限位柱111,限位柱111穿过限位槽孔132。锁母片13包括依次连接的握持部133、颈部134和锁紧部135,握持部133、颈部134和锁紧部135为一体式结构。通孔131设于锁紧部135,限位槽孔132设于颈部134。锁紧部135位于第一固定块11内部。
第一固定块11包括通过螺钉固定连接的壳体112和封盖113,限位柱111通过焊接或一体成型固定于壳体112的内侧面。壳体112内设置锁母片活动槽114,锁紧部135位于锁母片活动槽114内。壳体112内还设置用于放置
弹性装置12的弹性装置活动槽115。
弹性装置12为弹簧,弹簧一端通过焊接方式固定连接锁紧部135的端部,另一端也通过焊接方式固定连接于弹性装置活动槽115内壁。弹性装置12用于复位锁母片13。弹性装置12数量为两个,两个弹性装置12使得锁母片13的复位效果更好,不会造成偏差。
将第一固定装置1卡入凹槽31时,锁母片13的锁紧部135因为锁杆3端部的倒角挤压的力,使得锁紧部135在锁母片活动槽114内滑动,从而施加给弹性装置12压力,当锁母片13的通孔131达到锁杆3的凹槽31时,通过弹性装置12的回复力,使得通孔131的边缘卡入凹槽31内。
第二固定装置2包括导向件21、第二固定块22和固定块套环23,第二固定块套环23通过焊接或螺栓固定连接于第二固定块22。导向件21与固定块套环23连接。导向件21为波珠螺丝或机米螺丝,导向件21与固定块套环23螺纹连接。锁杆3侧面开设有卡槽32,导向件21穿过固定块套环23后伸入卡槽32,波珠螺丝底端的滚珠便于第二固定装置2在卡槽32中的滑动和定位。
工作时,将两块LED屏幕箱体拼合,将锁杆3穿过箱体边缘的安装孔,然后将第一固定装置1卡于凹槽31中,使箱体边沿位于第一固定装置1和第二固定装置2之间。将第二固定装置2滑动至与箱体边缘抵触,然后旋转调节螺母4,使调节螺母4顶部与固定块套环23相抵,实现对两箱体边缘的锁紧。由于锁杆3设置双向螺纹,使得调节螺母4旋转角度较小时具有较大的行程,优选的,调节螺母4自初始位置旋转100°-180°实现锁紧,以便于操作。本实施例的锁紧装置,结构简单,操作方便简洁,在实际使用中,能大大提高工作效率,且部件精度高,结构稳定,易于LED屏的拼装和吊装。

如图5所示,与实施例1不同的是,本实施例的锁紧装置的弹性装置12为弹片。

如图6所示,与实施例1不同的是,本实施例的锁紧装置的弹性装置12为弹性橡胶。

如图7所示,与实施例1不同的是,本实施例的锁紧装置的第一固定装置1包括第一固定块11和定位件14,定位件14穿过第一固定块11,定位件14的一端卡入凹槽31。定位件14为玻珠螺丝或机米螺丝,定位件14与第一固定块11为螺纹连接,定位件14的一端卡入凹槽31,起到锁紧的作用。
