根据本发明的另一方面,还提出了一种受控设备的控制系统,包括:执行单元,用于执行获取到的指定通信设备发送的控制指令;警报单元, 用于在获取到其他通信设备的控制指令时,向所述指定通信设备发送第一类警报指令,以询问所述指定通信设备是否允许执行所述其他通信设备的控制指令;所述执行单元还用于,在获取到所述指定通信设备允许执行所述其他通信设备的控制指令的许可指令后,执行所述其他通信设备的控制指令。
在该技术方案中,通过向所述指定通信设备发送第一类警报指令,以询问所述指定通信设备是否允许执行所述其他通信设备的控制指令,实现了对受控设备的安全控制,提升了受控设备的主动防御能力,以保证了使用受控设备的用户的财产安全,提升了用户体验。

在上述技术方案中,优选地,所述确定单元还用于,将与所述关联控制群组的中心之间的距离大于或等于第一预设值的所述任一通信设备确定为高危通信设备;所述发送单元还用于,向指定通信设备发送第二类警报指令,以提示指定通信设备高危通信设备的标识信息;所述执行单元还用于,在接收到所述指定通信设备基于所述标识信息发送的授权指令时,执行所述高危通信设备发送的控制指令。

在上述技术方案中,优选地,还包括:注销单元,用于在接收到所述指定通信设备基于所述标识信息发送的注销指令时,拒绝执行所述高危通信设备的控制指令。
在该技术方案中,通过拒绝执行所述高危通信设备发送的控制指令,保证了在用户未及时发现高危通信设备远离关联控制群组时,主动开启防御功能,即拒绝高危通信设备发送的控制指令,以此来进一步保证上述受控设备的安全性和用户财产的安全性。

如图3所示,根据本发明的另一个实施例的受控设备的控制方法,包括:步骤302,携带可穿戴设备(B)发出指令;步骤304,判断可穿戴设备是否与智能家居绑定;步骤306,判断携带指定可穿戴设备(A)是否在附近;步骤308,智能家居做出主要功能响应;步骤310,发出警报,等待携带指定可穿戴设备(A)的操作;步骤312,向携带指定可穿戴设备(A)发送请求;步骤314,根据携带指定可穿戴设备(A)的指令判断是否执行请求;步骤316,智能家居不做任何响应
图4示出了根据本发明的又一个实施例的受控设备的控制方法的示意流程图。
如图4所示,根据本发明的又一个实施例的受控设备的控制方法,包括:步骤402,携带可穿戴设备(A)、可穿戴设备(A+)相互关联,并且智能家居中已设定指定距离;步骤406,判断可穿戴设备(A)、可穿戴设备(A+)是否超出指定距离;步骤406,不执行任何操作;步骤408,可穿戴设备通过定位系统,自动检测定位彼此之间的位置;步骤410,向可穿戴设备(A)、可穿戴设备(A+)共同关联控制的智能家居发送型号,开启主动防御机制。
具体地,结合图3至图4,以可穿戴设备作为通信设备的例子,同时以智能家居作为受控设备的例子,对受控设备的控制过程进行具体说明:
1、当携带指定可穿戴设备(A)操作智能家居时,智能家居可根据可穿戴设备(A)的要求作出功能响应,其中,可穿戴设备(A)被判定为指定通信设备,而携带非指定可穿戴设备(B)进行操作,且可穿戴设备(A)在附近时,智能家居会先对可穿戴设备(A)提交申请,由可穿戴设备(A)做出智能家居是否响应可穿戴设备(B)操作的决定。如果可穿戴设备(A)不在附近则向可穿戴设备(A)发出警报,智能家居根据可穿戴设备(A)的指示决定是否响应可穿戴设备(B)的操作。
2、携带可穿戴设备的人员可穿戴设备(A)与可穿戴设备(A+),两者的可穿戴设备之间进行了关联控制,即加入了关联控制群组,当可穿戴设备(A)与可穿戴设备(A+)超出指定距离后会发出警报,并向两者共同关联控制的智能家居发出信号。可可穿戴设备(A)与可穿戴设备(A+) 通过定位系统,自动检测定位彼此之间的位置并发送给智能家居;智能家居则会在此期间开启主动防御,记录双方操作,相互提醒,禁止可穿戴设备(A)与可穿戴设备(A+)注销其他连接关联控制群组中的其他通信设备,但是关联控制群组中的其他通信设备可以随意注销穿戴设备(A)与可穿戴设备(A+)。
以上结合附图详细说明了本发明的技术方案,考虑到如何改进受控设备的控制方法,以实现受控设备的主动防御和警报机制的技术问题。因此,本发明提出了一种新的具备主动防御和警报功能的受控设备的控制方案和一种受控设备,通过向所述指定通信设备发送第一类警报指令,以询问所述指定通信设备是否允许执行所述其他通信设备的控制指令,实现了对受控设备的安全控制,提升了受控设备的主动防御能力,以保证了使用受控设备的用户的财产安全,提升了用户体验。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种受控设备的控制方法,其特征在于,包括:
    执行获取到的指定通信设备发送的控制指令;
    在获取到其他通信设备的控制指令时,向所述指定通信设备发送第一类警报指令,以询问所述指定通信设备是否允许执行所述其他通信设备的控制指令;
    在获取到所述指定通信设备允许执行所述其他通信设备的控制指令的许可指令后,执行所述其他通信设备的控制指令。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的受控设备的控制方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    建立包括至少一个通信设备的关联控制群组;
    判断所述关联控制群组内的每个通信设备与所述关联控制群组的中心之间的距离是否小于第一预设值;
    在判定所述关联控制群组内的任一通信设备与所述关联控制群组的中心之间的距离小于第一预设值时,确定所述任一通信设备为所述指定通信设备;
    确定所述关联控制群组外的通信设备为其他通信设备。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的受控设备的控制方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    将与所述关联控制群组的中心之间的距离大于或等于第一预设值的所述任一通信设备确定为高危通信设备;
    向指定通信设备发送第二类警报指令,以提示指定通信设备高危通信设备的标识信息;
    在接收到所述指定通信设备基于所述标识信息发送的授权指令时,执行所述高危通信设备发送的控制指令。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的受控设备的控制方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    在接收到所述指定通信设备基于所述标识信息发送的注销指令时,拒绝执行所述高危通信设备发送的控制指令。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的受控设备的控制方法,其特征在于,执行所述指定通信设备发送的控制指令的具体步骤,包括:
    判断与所述指定通信设备之间的距离;
    在判定与所述指定通信设备之间的距离小于第二预设值时,建立与所述指定通信设备之间的通信;
    在判定与所述指定通信设备之间的距离大于或等于第二预设值时,并在获取到所述指定通信发送的确认建立通信指令后,执行所述指定通信设备发送的控制指令。
  6. 一种受控设备的控制系统,其特征在于,包括:
    执行单元,用于执行获取到的指定通信设备发送的控制指令;
    警报单元,用于在获取到其他通信设备的控制指令时,向所述指定通信设备发送第一类警报指令,以询问所述指定通信设备是否允许执行所述其他通信设备的控制指令;
    所述执行单元还用于,在获取到所述指定通信设备允许执行所述其他通信设备的控制指令的许可指令后,执行所述其他通信设备的控制指令。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的受控设备的控制系统,其特征在于,包括:
    创建单元,用于建立包括至少一个通信设备的关联控制群组;
    判断单元,用于判断所述关联控制群组内的每个通信设备与所述关联控制群组的中心之间的距离是否小于第一预设值;
    确定单元,用于在判定所述关联控制群组内的任一通信设备与所述关联控制群组的中心之间的距离小于第一预设值时,确定所述任一通信设备为所述指定通信设备;
    确定单元还用于,确定所述关联控制群组外的通信设备为其他通信设备。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的受控设备的控制系统,其特征在于,所述确定单元还用于,将与所述关联控制群组的中心之间的距离大于或等于第一预设值的所述任一通信设备确定为高危通信设备;
    所述发送单元还用于,向指定通信设备发送第二类警报指令,以提示指定通信设备高危通信设备的标识信息;
    所述执行单元还用于,在接收到所述指定通信设备基于所述标识信息发送的授权指令时,执行所述高危通信设备发送的控制指令。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的受控设备的控制系统,其特征在于,还包括:
    注销单元,用于在接收到所述指定通信设备基于所述标识信息发送的注销指令时,拒绝执行所述高危通信设备的控制指令。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的受控设备的控制系统,其特征在于,所述判断单元还用于,判断与所述指定通信设备之间的距离;
    所述执行单元还用于,在判定与所述指定通信设备之间的距离小于第二预设值时,建立与所述指定通信设备之间的通信;
    所述执行单元还用于,在判定与所述指定通信设备之间的距离大于或等于第二预设值时,并在获取到所述指定通信发送的确认建立通信指令后,执行所述指定通信设备发送的控制指令。
