Abstract
Pour favoriser la liaison entre une couche barrière anti-humidité extérieure (100) et une couche de liaison d'un stratifié (102) à travers une rangée de trous percés à travers un substrat en carton, la couche de liaison reliant le substrat à une couche barrière contre les gaz, la surface périphérique extérieure d'un manchon élastomère (6) d'un rouleau presseur (4) est entourée d'une bande surmontée de protubérances élastiques. Au niveau d'un poste de stratification comprenant le rouleau presseur (4) et un rouleau refroidisseur (8) avec une ligne de contact entre eux, les saillies pénètrent dans les trous de manière élastique pour empêcher la couche barrière contre les gaz et la couche de liaison d'être forcées à pénétrer à l'intérieur des trous. Au fur et à mesure que les saillies se rapprochent de la ligne de contact entre les rouleaux, elles sont de plus en plus comprimées, si bien qu'elles se dilatent latéralement, tandis que l'air présent entre les saillies s'échappe à travers les canaux se trouvant entre elles.
