目前,对于搜索引擎而言,从本质上看搜索引擎就是一个反馈系统。一个典型的例子就是现在的点击模型,用户的点击(反馈)越多,搜索质量越容易改善。但是,按照目前的体验来讲,这种点击反馈其实是有很大延迟的,模型的计算往往要用日月来计算。而参考现实世界中的很多真实场景就可知道现实物理世界的反馈大部分是实时反馈的,比如键盘敲击反馈等等。对于搜索引擎来说,用户的点击行为其实是一种实时反馈,这种实时的反馈信号可以被搜索引擎利用并产生更好的结果,同时用户体验也会由于实时反馈信号的引入而得到巨大的提升。因此,本发明提出了一种搜索方法及搜索装置,通过本发明提出的搜索方法及搜索装置来实现实时点击反馈与动态知识图谱。具体地,下面参考附图描述本发明实施例的搜索方法及搜索装置。
本发明实施例提出了一种搜索方法,包括:接收搜索词;根据搜索词获取搜索结果和推荐结果,并通过搜索结果页面提供至用户;以及接收用户针对搜索结果或推荐结果的操作,并根据操作对应的搜索结果或推荐结果的内容对搜索结果页面中的搜索结果和/或推荐结果进行更新。
图2是根据本发明一个实施例的搜索方法的流程图。如图2所示,该搜索方法可以包括:
S201,接收搜索词。
其中,在本发明的实施例中,搜索词可以是各种语言的字符(如文字、拼音、符号和/或数字等)中的一种或者它们的组合。
例如,搜索引擎可接收用户通过浏览器提供的输入框中输入的搜索词。
S202,根据搜索词获取搜索结果和推荐结果,并通过搜索结果页面提供至用户。
具体地,在接收到用户输入的搜索词之后,搜索引擎可根据搜索词在服务器中进行检索,以获取与搜索词对应的相关搜索结果和推荐结果,并可通过搜索结果页面将搜索结果和推荐结果提供至用户,以供用户查看。
其中,在本发明的一个实施例中,搜索结果页面可包括第一展示区域和第二展示区域,第一展示区域可用于展示搜索结果,第二展示区域可用于展示推荐结果。可以理解,在本发明的实施例中,第一展示区域可为搜索结果页面的左侧区域,第二展示区域可为搜索结果页面的右侧区域。也就是说,与搜索词对应的搜索结果可被展现在搜索结果页面的左侧区域,推荐结果可被展现在搜索结果页面的右侧区域。
S203,接收用户针对搜索结果或推荐结果的操作,并根据操作对应的搜索结果或推荐结果的内容对搜索结果页面中的搜索结果和/或推荐结果进行更新。
其中,在本发明的实施例中,操作可为用户对搜索结果或推荐结果的点击或触发操作等。例如,用户点击搜索结果页面中的搜索结果或推荐结果;又如,用户针对搜索结果或推荐结果进行触摸操作等。
具体而言,在本发明的实施例中,当用户在搜索结果页面中针对搜索结果或推荐结果进行点击或触发操作时,搜索引擎可先根据操作对应的搜索结果或推荐结果的内容确定用户的搜索意图。之后,可根据搜索意图对搜索结果页面中的搜索结果和/或推荐结果进行更新。也就是说,搜索引擎可根据用户针对搜索结果或推荐结果的操作行为,来分析并确定用户真实的搜索意图,之后可根据该搜索意图对搜索结果页面的搜索结果和/或推荐结果进行更新,以满足用户的需求。
举例而言,以搜索词“白玫瑰”、推荐结果的更新为例,当用户在搜索引擎输入搜索词“白玫瑰”时,搜索引擎可根据搜索词“白玫瑰”进行检索以获取与“白玫瑰”对应的搜索结果和推荐结果,如图3(a)所示,搜索结果被展现在搜索结果的左侧部分(即第一展示区域),推荐结果被展现在搜索结果的右侧部分(即第二展示区域)。当用户点击搜索结果页面中的第一条搜索结果“【白玫瑰的含义】白玫瑰代表什么意思”时,用户的搜索意图已经相对明确,即此时用户意图想搜索关于鲜花“白玫瑰”的相关信息。搜索引擎可实时收集用户的点击反馈信号,根据该搜索结果“【白玫瑰的含义】白玫瑰代表什么意思”的内容确定用户的搜索意图,并根据该搜索意图对搜索结果页面中的推荐结果进行更新,如图3(b)所示,搜索结果页面中的右侧部分被更新以展现与鲜花“白玫瑰”相关的推荐结果“相关花卉”、“相关植物”、“相关品种”、“花卉风云榜”等。其中,推荐结果更新展现次数越多,推荐结果越准确,也越贴近用户意图。
又如,当点击第三条搜索结果“白玫瑰陈奕迅在线试听正版歌曲免费下载”时,此时用户意图想搜索关于歌曲“白玫瑰”的相关信息。搜索引擎可根据该搜索结果“白玫瑰陈奕迅在线试听正版歌曲免费下载”中的内容确定用户的搜索意图,并根据该搜索意图对搜索结果页面中的推荐结果进行更新,如图3(c)所示,搜索结果页面中的右侧部分被更新以展现与歌曲“白玫瑰”相关的推荐结果“陈奕迅的热门歌曲”。
进一步的,在本发明的一个实施例中,在根据操作对应的搜索结果或推荐结果的内容对搜索结果页面中的搜索结果和/或推荐结果进行更新时,可建立一个连接标识,以使用户能够感知到自然结果与更新后的结果的联系。例如,如图3(b)所示,在根据用户点击的搜索结果“【白玫瑰的含义】白玫瑰代表什么意思”的内容对右侧部分的推荐结果进行更新时,可建立一个连接标识A,该连接标识A可表示用户点击的搜索结果“【白玫瑰的含义】白玫瑰代表什么意思”与更新后的推荐结果具有联系。
本发明实施例的搜索方法,可先接收搜索词,之后可根据搜索词获取搜索结果和推荐结果,并通过搜索结果页面将搜索结果和推荐结果提供至用户,以及接收用户针对搜索结果或推荐结果的操作,并根据操作对应的搜索结果或推荐结果的内容对搜索结果页面中的搜索结果和/或推荐结果进行更新,即通过对用户的操作行为进行收集并分析,以确定用户的搜索意图,根据搜索意图动态更新搜索结果和/或推荐结果,使得整个搜索结果页面的信息更相关,从而提高了搜索结果的准确度,进而提升了用户的搜索效率。
为了实现上述实施例,本发明还提出一种搜索装置。
图4是根据本发明一个实施例的搜索装置的结构示意图。如图4所示,该搜索装置可以包括:第一接收模块10、获取模块20、提供模块30、第二接收模块40和更新模块50。
具体地,第一接收模块10可用于接收搜索词。其中,在本发明的实施例中,搜索词可以是各种语言的字符(如文字、拼音、符号和/或数字等)中的一种或者它们的组合。例如,第一接收模块10可接收用户通过浏览器提供的输入框中输入的搜索词
获取模块20可用于根据搜索词获取搜索结果和推荐结果。更具体地,在第一接收模块10接收到用户输入的搜索词之后,获取模块20可根据搜索词在服务器中进行检索,以获取与搜索词对应的相关搜索结果和推荐结果。
提供模块30可用于通过搜索结果页面将搜索结果和推荐结果提供至用户。更具体地,提供模块30可通过搜索结果页面将搜索结果和推荐结果提供至用户,以供用户查看。
其中,在本发明的一个实施例中,搜索结果页面可包括第一展示区域和第二展示区域,第一展示区域可用于展示搜索结果,第二展示区域可用于展示推荐结果。可以理解,在本发明的实施例中,第一展示区域可为搜索结果页面的左侧区域,第二展示区域可为搜索结果页面的右侧区域。也就是说,与搜索词对应的搜索结果可被展现在搜索结果页面的左侧 区域,推荐结果可被展现在搜索结果页面的右侧区域。
第二接收模块40可用于接收用户针对搜索结果或推荐结果的操作。其中,在本发明的实施例中,操作可为用户对搜索结果或推荐结果的点击或触发操作等。例如,用户点击搜索结果页面中的搜索结果或推荐结果;又如,用户针对搜索结果或推荐结果进行触摸操作等。
更新模块50可用于根据操作对应的搜索结果或推荐结果的内容对搜索结果页面中的搜索结果和/或推荐结果进行更新。具体而言,在本发明的一个实施例中,如图5所示,该更新模块50可包括确定单元51和更新单元52。具体地,确定单元51可用于根据操作对应的搜索结果或推荐结果的内容确定用户的搜索意图。更新单元52可用于根据搜索意图对搜索结果页面中的搜索结果和/或推荐结果进行更新。也就是说,确定单元51可根据用户针对搜索结果或推荐结果的操作行为,来分析并确定用户真实的搜索意图,更新单元52可根据该搜索意图对搜索结果页面的搜索结果和/或推荐结果进行更新,以满足用户的需求。
举例而言,以搜索词“白玫瑰”、推荐结果的更新为例,当用户在搜索引擎输入搜索词“白玫瑰”时,获取模块20可根据搜索词“白玫瑰”进行检索以获取与“白玫瑰”对应的搜索结果和推荐结果,如图3(a)所示,搜索结果被展现在搜索结果的左侧部分(即第一展示区域),推荐结果被展现在搜索结果的右侧部分(即第二展示区域)。当用户点击搜索结果页面中的第一条搜索结果“【白玫瑰的含义】白玫瑰代表什么意思”时,用户的搜索意图已经相对明确,即此时用户意图想搜索关于鲜花“白玫瑰”的相关信息。确定单元51可实时收集用户的点击反馈信号,根据该搜索结果“【白玫瑰的含义】白玫瑰代表什么意思”的内容确定用户的搜索意图,更新单元52根据该搜索意图对搜索结果页面中的推荐结果进行更新,如图3(b)所示,搜索结果页面中的右侧部分被更新以展现与鲜花“白玫瑰”相关的推荐结果“相关花卉”、“相关植物”、“相关品种”、“花卉风云榜”等。其中,推荐结果更新展现次数越多,推荐结果越准确,也越贴近用户意图。
又如,当用户点击第三条搜索结果“白玫瑰陈奕迅在线试听正版歌曲免费下载”时,此时用户意图想搜索关于歌曲“白玫瑰”的相关信息。确定单元51可根据该搜索结果“白玫瑰陈奕迅在线试听正版歌曲免费下载”中的内容确定用户的搜索意图,更新单元52根据该搜索意图对搜索结果页面中的推荐结果进行更新,如图3(c)所示,搜索结果页面中的右侧部分被更新以展现与歌曲“白玫瑰”相关的推荐结果“陈奕迅的热门歌曲”。
进一步的,在本发明的一个实施例中,在根据操作对应的搜索结果或推荐结果的内容对搜索结果页面中的搜索结果和/或推荐结果进行更新时,可建立一个连接标识,以使用户能够感知到自然结果与更新后的结果的联系。例如,如图3(b)所示,在根据用户点击的搜索结果“【白玫瑰的含义】白玫瑰代表什么意思”的内容对右侧部分的推荐结果进行更新 时,可建立一个连接标识A,该连接标识A可表示用户点击的搜索结果“【白玫瑰的含义】白玫瑰代表什么意思”与更新后的推荐结果具有联系。
本发明实施例的搜索装置,可通过第一接收模块接收搜索词,获取模块根据搜索词获取搜索结果和推荐结果,提供模块通过搜索结果页面将搜索结果和推荐结果提供至用户,第二接收模块接收用户针对搜索结果或推荐结果的操作,更新模块根据操作对应的搜索结果或推荐结果的内容对搜索结果页面中的搜索结果和/或推荐结果进行更新,即通过对用户的操作行为进行收集并分析,以确定用户的搜索意图,根据搜索意图动态更新搜索结果和/或推荐结果,使得整个搜索结果页面的信息更相关,从而提高了搜索结果的准确度,进而提升了用户的搜索效率。
为了实现上述实施例,本发明还提出了一种存储介质,用于存储应用程序,该应用程序用于执行本发明任一个实施例所述的搜索方法。
为了实现上述实施例,本发明还提出了一种搜索引擎,包括:一个或者多个处理器;存储器;一个或者多个模块,一个或者多个模块存储在存储器中,当被一个或者多个处理器执行时进行如下操作:
S101’,接收搜索词。
S102’,根据搜索词获取搜索结果和推荐结果,并通过搜索结果页面提供至用户。
S103’,接收用户针对搜索结果或推荐结果的操作,并根据操作对应的搜索结果或推荐结果的内容对搜索结果页面中的搜索结果和/或推荐结果进行更新。

此外,在本发明各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理模块中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个模块中。上述集成的模块既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能模块的形式实现。所述集成的模块如果以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,也可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。
上述提到的存储介质可以是只读存储器,磁盘或光盘等。尽管上面已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,可以理解的是,上述实施例是示例性的,不能理解为对本发明的限制,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的范围内可以对上述实施例进行变化、修改、替换和变型。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种搜索方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    接收搜索词;
    根据所述搜索词获取搜索结果和推荐结果,并通过搜索结果页面提供至用户;以及
    接收所述用户针对所述搜索结果或推荐结果的操作,并根据所述操作对应的搜索结果或推荐结果的内容对所述搜索结果页面中的搜索结果和/或推荐结果进行更新。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的搜索方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述操作对应的搜索结果或推荐结果的内容对所述搜索结果页面中的搜索结果和/或推荐结果进行更新具体包括:
    根据所述操作对应的搜索结果或推荐结果的内容确定所述用户的搜索意图;以及
    根据所述搜索意图对所述搜索结果页面中的搜索结果和/或推荐结果进行更新。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的搜索方法,其特征在于,所述搜索结果页面包括第一展示区域和第二展示区域,所述第一展示区域用于展示所述搜索结果,所述第二展示区域用于展示所述推荐结果。
  4. 如权利要求1-3中任一项所述的搜索方法,其特征在于,所述操作为所述用户对搜索结果或推荐结果的点击或触发操作。
  5. 一种搜索装置,其特征在于,包括:
    第一接收模块,用于接收搜索词;
    获取模块,用于根据所述搜索词获取搜索结果和推荐结果;
    提供模块,用于通过搜索结果页面将所述搜索结果和所述推荐结果提供至用户;
    第二接收模块,用于接收所述用户针对所述搜索结果或推荐结果的操作;以及
    更新模块,用于根据所述操作对应的搜索结果或推荐结果的内容对所述搜索结果页面中的搜索结果和/或推荐结果进行更新。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的搜索装置,其特征在于,所述更新模块包括:
    确定单元,用于根据所述操作对应的搜索结果或推荐结果的内容确定所述用户的搜索意图;以及
    更新单元,用于根据所述搜索意图对所述搜索结果页面中的搜索结果和/或推荐结果进行更新。
  7. 如权利要求5或6所述的搜索装置,其特征在于,所述搜索结果页面包括第一 展示区域和第二展示区域,所述第一展示区域用于展示所述搜索结果,所述第二展示区域用于展示所述推荐结果。
  8. 如权利要求5-7中任一项所述的搜索装置,其特征在于,所述操作为所述用户对搜索结果或推荐结果的点击或触发操作。
  9. 一种存储介质,其特征在于,用于存储应用程序,所述应用程序用于执行权利要求1至4中任一项所述的搜索方法。
  10. 一种搜索引擎,其特征在于,包括:
    一个或者多个处理器;
    存储器;
    一个或者多个模块,所述一个或者多个模块存储在所述存储器中,当被所述一个或者多个处理器执行时进行如下操作:
    接收搜索词;
    根据所述搜索词获取搜索结果和推荐结果,并通过搜索结果页面提供至用户;以及
    接收所述用户针对所述搜索结果或推荐结果的操作,并根据所述操作对应的搜索结果或推荐结果的内容对所述搜索结果页面中的搜索结果和/或推荐结果进行更新。
