科技的发展极大的促进了人工智能技术的进步,智能家电和智能家居已经开始逐步得到应用和推广。但是相关技术中,提出的各种解决方案的前提都是基于家用电器要接入互联网,传统的互联网接入方式必须要重新铺设通信链路,由此会带来各种不便。
智能家居网络中,各个家用电器自身需要安装一个能够接收网络控制信号的控制设备,再通过该控制设备收到的控制信号来控制家用电器,在使用过程中,控制终端需要与控制设备建立无线网络的连接,则每个控制设备都需要安装网络连接的模块,费用较高,操作不便,用户体验较低。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供了种智能家电设备的控制方法、装置及智能家居系统,用以解决相关技术智能家居网络中,各个家用电器自身需要安装一个能够接收网络控制信号的控制设备,每个控制设备都需要安装网络连接的模块,费用较高,操作不便,用户体验较低的问题。

接收模块10,设置成:接收来自终端的控制信号;
转换模块20,与接收模块10耦合,设置成:通过宽带电力线BPL技术将控制信号转换为宽带电力线耦合信号;
发送模块30,与转换模块20耦合,设置成:通过电力线将宽带电力线耦合信号发送给智能家电设备。
实现时,接收模块10,还设置成:接收智能家电设备通过电力线发送的宽带电力线耦合信号;转换模块20,还设置成:通过BPL技术将宽带电力 线耦合信号转换为以太网信号;发送模块30,还设置成:将以太网信号发送给终端。
上述接收模块10还包括移动通信网络单元和无线互联网络单元,其中,移动通信网络单元,设置成:接收通过移动通信网络发送的控制信号;无线互联网络单元,设置成:接收通过无线互联网络发送的控制信号。
本发明实施例还提供一种BPL转换设备,该设备包括上述的智能家电设备的控制装置。本领域技术人员在设计时,还可以在该BPL转换设备中增加智能家电设备控制过程中需要用到的其他装置。
本发明实施例还提供一种智能家居系统,如图3所示,该系统包括:终端1、BPL转换设备2、智能家电设备3;终端1,向BPL转换设备2发送用于控制智能家电设备3的控制信号;BPL转换设备2,将控制信号转换为宽带电力线耦合信号,并通过电力线将宽带电力线耦合信号发送给智能家电设备3;智能家电设备3,根据宽带电力线耦合信号对应的控制内容执行相应的操作。
在实施过程中,BPL转换设备2还接收智能家电设备通过电力线发送的宽带电力线耦合信号,并将宽带电力线耦合信号转换为以太网信号发送给终端。
本发明实施例还可以包括移动通信基站4和路由器5,其中,当用户在离家较远,收不到WIFI信号时采用移动通信网络发送的控制信号,则移动通信基站4接收终端通过移动通信网络发送的控制信号,并将控制信号转发给BPL转换设备。当用户的终端能够连接到处于家庭网关中的WIFI信号时,通过WIFI发送控制信号,则路由器5接收终端通过无线互联网络发送的控制信号,并将控制信号转发给BPL转换设备。
可选实施例
本发明实施例在已有的宽带电力线通信技术基础上,提出了解决智能家电设备接入互联网的全新解决方案,同时通过终端实现远程监控智能家电的工作状态。该方法应用BPL技术,利用家庭已有电力网络作为通信媒介完成远程控制,具体方案如下:
各种智能家用电器设备要工作必然要接入到供电网络中,如果家庭供电络在提供电力的同时也能够作为网络通信的传输介质,那么就可以轻松完成智能家电设备的网络互联和控制,可以解决智能家电设备接入互连网的通道和控制问题;同时利用相关的移动通信技术,将智能家电设备组成的网络看做一个本地子网,在本地子网的汇聚点通过转换器,将电力线信号转换成以太网信号,将智能家电设备接入以太网,方便终端实时通过网络访问智能家电设备。利用目前普及的移动通信网络,在远端可以通过具有移动互联功能的手持终端利用特定的APP软件实现手持终端和远程家电的网络通信,从而实现远程控制智能家电的操作、实时监控智能家电设备的工作状态。
如图4所示,为本发明实施例提供的基于BPL技术的移动互联智能家居系统,本系统包括终端(PDA)、具有网络互联功能的BPL转换设备、接入家庭电力网络的智能家电设备。其中,本发明中所说的智能家电设备都具备网络互联网功能,每台智能家电设备都分配唯一的IP地址,并且每台设备都具有类似电力猫的调制解调功能,电力猫可以将电力线中传输的宽带电力线耦合信号转换成以太网信号,也可以将以太网信号转换成适宜在电力线中传输的电力线信号。利用电力猫的调制解调功能,智能家电设备发送信号时可以将在传统媒介(网线或者无线链路)中传输的以太网报文调制成适宜在电力线网络中传输的电力线信号,复用智能家电的供电插座将BPL信号注入到家庭电力网络中,在该电力网络中已经接入了智能家电设备,实现同智能家电设备的通信;如上文所述,每个智能家电设备分配不同的IP地址,通过以太网报文中携带的IP地址信息,可以实现与某一特定设备的通信。
一套智能家居系统中可以接入n个智能家电设备(n取决于网络带宽和单个智能家电设备所需的带宽),每个设备都接入到家庭电力网络中,同时在家庭电力网络中还需要有一个汇聚节点与所有的智能设备相连,如图4所示的BPL转换设备就能够接入相关以太网。
所述的移动终端PDA可以是手机、平板电脑或者其他能够接入移动互联网的手持或者移动终端,实现时,可以在PDA中安装特殊的智能家居管理系统软件APP,用户将家居系统中的IP地址在管理软件中进行配置,就可以在PDA中访问某个IP地址的智能家电,可以实现远程监控运行状态或者对智 能家电进行远程操作等功能。
本发明实施例公开了一种智能家电设备的控制方法,包括:
宽带电力线BPL转换设备将来自终端的以太网控制信号转换为宽带电力线耦合信号;
所述BPL转换设备通过电力线将所述宽带电力线耦合信号发送给智能家电设备。
可选地,所述BPL转换设备将来自终端的控制信号转换为宽带电力线耦合信号的步骤之前,或者所述BPL转换设备通过电力线将所述宽带电力线耦合信号发送给智能家电设备的步骤之后,该方法还包括:
所述BPL转换设备接收所述智能家电设备通过电力线发送的所述宽带电力线耦合信号,其中,所述宽带电力线耦合信号用于指示所述智能家电设备的运行状态;
所述BPL转换设备通过BPL技术将所述宽带电力线耦合信号转换为以太网信号,并将该以太网信号发送给所述终端。
可选地,所述以太网信号的发送网络包括:移动通信网络,和/或,无线互联网络。
本发明实施例公开了一种智能家电设备的控制装置,包括接收模块、转换模块和发送模块,其中:
所述接收模块设置成:接收来自终端的以太网控制信号;
所述转换模块设置成:将所述以太网控制信号转换为宽带电力线耦合信号;
所述发送模块设置成:通过电力线将所述宽带电力线耦合信号发送给智能家电设备。
可选地,所述接收模块还设置成:接收所述智能家电设备通过电力线发送的宽带电力线耦合信号;
所述转换模块还设置成:通过BPL技术将所述宽带电力线耦合信号转换为以太网信号;
所述发送模块还设置成:将所述以太网信号发送给所述终端。
本发明实施例公开了一种宽带电力线BPL转换设备,包括:上述任意的智能家电设备的控制装置。
本发明实施例公开了一种智能家居系统,包括:终端、宽带电力线BPL转换设备和智能家电设备,其中,
所述终端设置成:向所述BPL转换设备发送用于控制所述智能家电设备的以太网控制信号;
所述BPL转换设备设置成:将所述以太网控制信号转换为宽带电力线耦合信号,并通过电力线将所述宽带电力线耦合信号发送给所述智能家电设备;
所述智能家电设备设置成:执行与所述宽带电力线耦合信号相应的操作。
可选地,所述智能家电设备还设置成:通过电力线发送宽带电力线耦合信号;
所述BPL转换设备还设置成:接收所述智能家电设备通过电力线发送的宽带电力线耦合信号,并将该宽带电力线耦合信号转换为以太网信号发送给所述终端;
所述终端还设置成:接收所述BPL转换设备发送的所述以太网信号,并根据该以太网信号生成相应的以太网控制信号。
可选地,该系统还包括移动通信基站,其中:
所述移动通信基站设置成:接收所述终端通过移动通信网络发送的所述以太网控制信号,并将所述以太网控制信号转发给所述BPL转换设备。
可选地,该系统还包括路由器,其中:
所述路由器设置成:接收所述终端通过无线互联网络发送的所述以太网控制信号,并将所述以太网控制信号转发给所述BPL转换设备。
本发明实施例还公开了一种计算机程序,包括程序指令,当该程序指令被BPL转换设备执行时,使得该BPL转换设备可执行上述任意的智能家电设备的控制方法。
本发明实施例还公开了一种载有所述的计算机程序的载体。
采用本发明实施例提供的基于宽带电力线通信的移动互联智能家居系统,可以省去传统智能家电网络互联需要重新构建互联网络通道的弊端(即需要构建无线网络通信链路或者需要构建有线网络通信链路,都需要在智能家电组成的子网内重新构建),在本地家庭子网的汇聚节点通过BPL转换设备,将电力线信号和以太网信号相互转换,将智能家电设备接入到因特网,在远端通过具有移动互联功能的手持终端利用特定的APP软件实现对智能家居系统的监控;该系统创造性的利用宽带电力线通信技术,将家庭供电网络作为智能家电子网的通信链路,方便、实用,同时节约成本。
尽管为示例目的,已经公开了本发明的可选实施例,本领域的技术人员将意识到各种改进、增加和取代也是可能的,因此,本发明的范围应当不限于上述实施例。
工业实用性
本发明技术方案通过BPL技术将控制信号转换为宽带电力线耦合信号,再通过电力线来传输智能家电设备能够识别的该信号,不必再为各个家用电器都安装一个能够接收网络控制信号的控制设备,解决了每个控制设备都需要安装网络连接的模块,费用较高,操作不便,用户体验较低的问题。因此本发明具有很强的工业实用性。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种智能家电设备的控制方法,包括:
    宽带电力线BPL转换设备将来自终端的以太网控制信号转换为宽带电力线耦合信号;
    所述BPL转换设备通过电力线将所述宽带电力线耦合信号发送给智能家电设备。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的智能家电设备的控制方法,所述BPL转换设备将来自终端的控制信号转换为宽带电力线耦合信号的步骤之前,或者所述BPL转换设备通过电力线将所述宽带电力线耦合信号发送给智能家电设备的步骤之后,该方法还包括:
    所述BPL转换设备接收所述智能家电设备通过电力线发送的所述宽带电力线耦合信号,其中,所述宽带电力线耦合信号用于指示所述智能家电设备的运行状态;
    所述BPL转换设备通过BPL技术将所述宽带电力线耦合信号转换为以太网信号,并将该以太网信号发送给所述终端。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的智能家电设备的控制方法,其中,所述以太网信号的发送网络包括:移动通信网络,和/或,无线互联网络。
  4. 一种智能家电设备的控制装置,包括接收模块、转换模块和发送模块,其中:
    所述接收模块设置成:接收来自终端的以太网控制信号;
    所述转换模块设置成:将所述以太网控制信号转换为宽带电力线耦合信号;
    所述发送模块设置成:通过电力线将所述宽带电力线耦合信号发送给智能家电设备。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的控制装置,其中,
    所述接收模块还设置成:接收所述智能家电设备通过电力线发送的宽带电力线耦合信号;
    所述转换模块还设置成:通过BPL技术将所述宽带电力线耦合信号转换为以太网信号;
    所述发送模块还设置成:将所述以太网信号发送给所述终端。
  6. 一种宽带电力线BPL转换设备,包括:如权利要求3或4所述的智能家电设备的控制装置。
  7. 一种智能家居系统,包括:终端、宽带电力线BPL转换设备和智能家电设备,其中,
    所述终端设置成:向所述BPL转换设备发送用于控制所述智能家电设备的以太网控制信号;
    所述BPL转换设备设置成:将所述以太网控制信号转换为宽带电力线耦合信号,并通过电力线将所述宽带电力线耦合信号发送给所述智能家电设备;
    所述智能家电设备设置成:执行与所述宽带电力线耦合信号相应的操作。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的智能家居系统,其中,
    所述智能家电设备还设置成:通过电力线发送宽带电力线耦合信号;
    所述BPL转换设备还设置成:接收所述智能家电设备通过电力线发送的宽带电力线耦合信号,并将该宽带电力线耦合信号转换为以太网信号发送给所述终端;
    所述终端还设置成:接收所述BPL转换设备发送的所述以太网信号,并根据该以太网信号生成相应的以太网控制信号。
  9. 如权利要求7或8所述的智能家居系统,该系统还包括移动通信基站,其中:
    所述移动通信基站设置成:接收所述终端通过移动通信网络发送的所述以太网控制信号,并将所述以太网控制信号转发给所述BPL转换设备。
  10. 如权利要求7或8所述的智能家居系统,该系统还包括路由器,其中:
    所述路由器设置成:接收所述终端通过无线互联网络发送的所述以太网控制信号,并将所述以太网控制信号转发给所述BPL转换设备。
  11. 一种计算机程序,包括程序指令,当该程序指令被BPL转换设备执行时,使得该BPL转换设备可执行如权利要求1-3中任一项所述的智能家电设备的控制方法。
  12. 一种载有如权利要求11所述的计算机程序的载体。
