上述步骤12在所述脸部信息与预先存储的脸部信息一致或所述密码信息与预先存储的密码信息一致时,接收用户通过所述预设输入功能输入的 操作信息,并获取所述操作信息对应的操作指令。
此时,在移动终端触摸屏失效的情况下,通过摄像头、按键或语音的方式实现了系统解锁的功能,有效保证了移动终端的信息安全,提高了实用性和安全性。
具体的,可先通过步骤181进行人脸识别,并在人脸识别失败后,启动步骤182进行密码解锁,避免摄像头不能正常使用而导致无法解锁的情况,提高安全性的同时保障了用户的正常使用。
其中,上述步骤182中,所述密码信息可以是数字密码,用户可通过重新定义的按键功能或语音功能输入数字密码进行验证。
优选地,上述步骤18之后,还可以包括:
步骤19,若所述检测结果显示,连续预设多次所述验证信息与预先存储的信息不一致,则控制所述移动终端的系统锁闭第一预设时间后再开启。
此时,在用户连续预设多次进行验证均失败时,控制系统锁闭一段时间后再开启,可防止他人经过多次尝试后开启移动终端的情况,进一步保证了移动终端的信息安全。
本发明的具体实施例中,上述步骤14之前,还可以包括:
步骤20,在所述触摸屏被唤醒后发送测试信息到所述触摸屏,并检测是否接收到所述触摸屏返回的反馈信息;或
步骤21,定时发送测试信息到所述触摸屏,并检测是否接收到所述触摸屏返回的反馈信息;
步骤22,在未检测到所述触摸屏返回的反馈信息时,判断所述触摸屏失效。
此时,通过步骤20,在触摸屏被唤醒的情况下,才对触摸屏进行检测,或通过步骤21,定时对触摸屏进行检测,提高判断准确性的同时节省了功耗,提高了实用性与智能化。
具体的,上述步骤21,可每隔一段时间(如1小时或30分钟)向触摸屏发送一个或多个信号,如果接收到触摸屏的反馈信息,说明触摸屏正常,如果没有接收到任何反馈信息,可判断触摸屏失效。
其中,上述步骤14,在判断所述移动终端的触摸屏失效后,还可以包括:
步骤23,在判断所述移动终端的触摸屏失效后,通过第二预设方式提示用户所述触摸屏已失效,其中所述第二预设方式包括发光二极管LED灯闪烁、屏幕显示/或语音提示。
此时,通过步骤23可使用户及时了解到触摸屏失效的情况,以根据需求进行处理,更加方便了用户的使用。
下面对本发明的具体实施例举例说明如下。
如图2所示,本发明实施例的实现终端控制的方法,应用于设置有触摸屏的移动终端,假定该移动终端为手机。所述方法检测手机触摸屏是否失效,具体可定时向触摸屏发送测试信息,并检测是否接收到触摸屏返回的反馈信息;在未接收到触摸屏返回的反馈信息时,可判断触摸屏失效,此时可通过LED灯闪烁等方式提示用户触摸屏已失效,并开启预设输入功能,其中预设输入功能包括按键输入功能和语音输入功能;进入系统解锁模式,具体可通过人脸识别的方式进行解锁,如果用户连续五次解锁均失败,则控制系统锁闭30分钟后再开启;如果解锁成功,则通过屏幕将重新定义后的按键或组合按键可实现的功能展示给用户,以供用户学习和使用;在接收到用户通过按键或语音输入的操作信息后,获取操作信息对应的操作指令,并根据操作指令,对手机进行控制。
本发明实施例的实现终端控制的方法,实现了触摸屏失效时对移动终端的有效控制,解决了现有终端触摸屏失效后无法正常使用,给用户带来很大不便的问题,提高了实用性和便利性。
如图3所示,本发明的实施例还提供了实现终端控制的装置,应用于设置有触摸屏的移动终端,其中,所述装置包括:
开启模块,配置为在检测到开启指令后,开启所述移动终端的预设输入功能,所述预设输入功能包括按键输入功能和/或语音输入功能;
第一接收模块,配置为接收用户通过所述预设输入功能输入的操作信息,并获取所述操作信息对应的操作指令,其中根据所述预设输入功能预先存储有与所述操作信息对应的操作指令;
控制模块,配置为通过所述操作指令,对所述移动终端进行控制。
本发明实施例的实现终端控制的装置,实现了触摸屏失效时对移动终端的有效控制,解决了现有终端触摸屏失效后无法正常使用,给用户带来很大不便的问题,提高了实用性和便利性。
其中,所述装置还可以包括:
发出模块,配置为在判断所述移动终端的触摸屏失效后,发出所述开启指令;和/或
第二接收模块,配置为接收用户输入的所述开启指令。
本发明的具体实施例中,所述装置还可以包括:
显示模块,配置为通过第一预设方式,显示所述预设输入功能包含的输入操作及所述输入操作可实现的功能,其中,所述第一预设方式包括屏幕显示方式和/或语音提示方式。
此时,通过将预设输入功能包含的输入操作及输入操作可实现的功能显示给用户,可使用户快速地学会如何进行操作来控制移动终端,更加方便了用户的使用,提高了实用性和便利性。
优选地,所述装置还可以包括:
提示模块,配置为通过第一预设方式提示用户输入验证信息;
第一检测模块,配置为获取用户输入的验证信息,并检测所述验证信 息与预先存储的信息是否一致,得到检测结果;
所述接收模块配置为在所述验证信息与预先存储的信息一致时,接收用户通过所述预设输入功能输入的操作信息,并获取所述操作信息对应的操作指令。
此时,通过对用户输入的验证信息进行验证,并在验证通过后,才进行下一步操作,实现了对移动终端信息的有效保护,提高了实用性和安全性。
优选地,所述第一检测模块可以包括:
第一检测子模块,配置为获取用户通过所述移动终端的摄像头输入的脸部信息,并检测所述脸部信息与预先存储的脸部信息是否一致,得到第一检测结果;和/或
第二检测子模块,配置为获取用户通过所述预设输入功能输入的密码信息,并检测所述密码信息与预先存储的密码信息是否一致,得到第二检测结果;
所述第一接收模块配置为,在所述脸部信息与预先存储的脸部信息一致或所述密码信息与预先存储的密码信息一致时,接收用户通过所述预设输入功能输入的操作信息,并获取所述操作信息对应的操作指令。
此时,在移动终端触摸屏失效的情况下,通过摄像头、按键或语音的方式实现了系统解锁的功能,有效保证了移动终端的信息安全,提高了实用性和安全性。
优选地,所述装置还可以包括:
锁闭模块,配置为若所述检测结果显示,连续预设多次所述验证信息与预先存储的信息不一致,则控制所述移动终端的系统锁闭第一预设时间后再开启。
此时,在用户连续预设多次进行验证均失败时,控制系统锁闭一段时 间后再开启,可防止他人经过多次尝试后开启移动终端的情况,进一步保证了移动终端的信息安全。
本发明的具体实施例中,所述装置还可以包括:
第二检测模块,配置为在所述触摸屏被唤醒后,发送测试信息到所述触摸屏,并检测是否接收到所述触摸屏返回的反馈信息;或
第三检测模块,配置为定时发送测试信息到所述触摸屏,并检测是否接收到所述触摸屏返回的反馈信息;
判断模块,配置为在未检测到所述触摸屏返回的反馈信息时,判断所述触摸屏失效。
此时,在触摸屏被唤醒的情况下,才对触摸屏进行检测,或定时对触摸屏进行检测,提高判断准确性的同时节省了功耗,提高了实用性与智能化。本发明的具体实施例中,所述装置还可以包括:
第二提示模块,配置为在判断所述移动终端的触摸屏失效后,通过第二预设方式提示用户所述触摸屏已失效,其中所述第二预设方式包括发光二极管LED灯闪烁、屏幕显示/或语音提示。
此时,通过第二提示模块可使用户及时了解到触摸屏失效的情况,以根据需求进行处理,更加方便了用户的使用。
本发明实施例的实现终端控制的装置,实现了触摸屏失效时对移动终端的有效控制,解决了现有终端触摸屏失效后无法正常使用,给用户带来很大不便的问题,提高了实用性和便利性。
需要说明的是,该实现终端控制的装置是与上述实现终端控制的方法相对应的装置,其中上述方法实施例中所有实现方式均适用于所述装置的实施例中,也能达到同样的技术效果。
由于本发明实施例的实现终端控制的装置应用于终端,因此,本发明实施例还提供了一种移动终端,包括触摸屏,还包括:如上述实施例中所 述的实现终端控制的装置。其中,上述实现终端控制的装置的所述实现实施例均适用于所述移动终端的实施例中,也能达到相同的技术效果。本发明的终端如可以是智能手机、平板电脑等移动电子设备。
本发明实施例所述实现终端控制的方法如果以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,也可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本发明实施例的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机、服务器、或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。这样,本发明实施例不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。
相应的,本发明实施例还提供一种计算机存储介质,其中存储有计算机程序,该计算机程序用于执行本发明实施例的实现终端控制的方法。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明所述原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
工业实用性
综合本发明的各实施例,通过预设输入功能的建立,实现了触摸屏失效时对移动终端的有效控制,解决了现有终端触摸屏失效后无法正常使用,给用户带来很大不便的问题,提高了实用性和便利性。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种实现终端控制的方法,应用于设置有触摸屏的移动终端,所述方法包括:
    在检测到开启指令后,开启所述移动终端的预设输入功能,所述预设输入功能包括按键输入功能和/或语音输入功能;
    接收用户通过所述预设输入功能输入的操作信息,并获取所述操作信息对应的操作指令,其中根据所述预设输入功能预先存储有与所述操作信息对应的操作指令;
    通过所述操作指令,对所述移动终端进行控制。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述在检测到开启指令后,开启所述移动终端的预设输入功能之前,所述方法还包括:
    在判断所述移动终端的触摸屏失效后,发出所述开启指令;和/或
    接收用户输入的所述开启指令。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述开启所述移动终端的预设输入功能之后,所述方法还包括:
    通过第一预设方式,显示所述预设输入功能包含的输入操作及所述输入操作可实现的功能,其中,所述第一预设方式包括屏幕显示方式和/或语音提示方式。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述接收用户通过所述预设输入功能输入的操作信息,并获取所述操作信息对应的操作指令之前,所述方法还包括:
    通过第一预设方式提示用户输入验证信息;
    获取用户输入的验证信息,并检测所述验证信息与预先存储的信息是否一致,得到检测结果;
    在所述验证信息与预先存储的信息一致时,接收用户通过所述预设输 入功能输入的操作信息,并获取所述操作信息对应的操作指令。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述获取用户输入的验证信息,并检测所述验证信息与预先存储的信息是否一致,得到检测结果,包括:
    获取用户通过所述移动终端的摄像头输入的脸部信息,并检测所述脸部信息与预先存储的脸部信息是否一致,得到第一检测结果;和/或
    获取用户通过所述预设输入功能输入的密码信息,并检测所述密码信息与预先存储的密码信息是否一致,得到第二检测结果;
    在所述脸部信息与预先存储的脸部信息一致或所述密码信息与预先存储的密码信息一致时,接收用户通过所述预设输入功能输入的操作信息,并获取所述操作信息对应的操作指令。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述获取用户输入的验证信息,并检测所述验证信息与预先存储的信息是否一致,得到检测结果之后,所述方法还包括:
    若所述检测结果显示,连续预设多次所述验证信息与预先存储的信息不一致,则控制所述移动终端的系统锁闭第一预设时间后再开启。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述在判断所述移动终端的触摸屏失效后,发出所述开启指令之前,所述方法还包括:
    在所述触摸屏被唤醒后,发送测试信息到所述触摸屏,并检测是否接收到所述触摸屏返回的反馈信息;或
    定时发送测试信息到所述触摸屏,并检测是否接收到所述触摸屏返回的反馈信息;
    在未检测到所述触摸屏返回的反馈信息时,判断所述触摸屏失效。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述在判断所述移动终端的触摸屏失效后,所述方法还包括:
    在判断所述移动终端的触摸屏失效后,通过第二预设方式提示用户所 述触摸屏已失效,其中所述第二预设方式包括发光二极管LED灯闪烁、屏幕显示/或语音提示。
  9. 一种实现终端控制的装置,应用于设置有触摸屏的移动终端,所述装置包括:
    开启模块,配置为在检测到开启指令后,开启所述移动终端的预设输入功能,所述预设输入功能包括按键输入功能和/或语音输入功能;
    第一接收模块,配置为接收用户通过所述预设输入功能输入的操作信息,并获取所述操作信息对应的操作指令,其中根据所述预设输入功能预先存储有与所述操作信息对应的操作指令;
    控制模块,配置为通过所述操作指令,对所述移动终端进行控制。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    发出模块,配置为在判断所述移动终端的触摸屏失效后,发出所述开启指令;和/或
    第二接收模块,配置为接收用户输入的所述开启指令。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    显示模块,配置为通过第一预设方式,显示所述预设输入功能包含的输入操作及所述输入操作可实现的功能,其中,所述第一预设方式包括屏幕显示方式和/或语音提示方式。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    提示模块,配置为通过第一预设方式提示用户输入验证信息;
    第一检测模块,配置为获取用户输入的验证信息,并检测所述验证信息与预先存储的信息是否一致,得到检测结果;
    所述接收模块配置为在所述验证信息与预先存储的信息一致时,接收用户通过所述预设输入功能输入的操作信息,并获取所述操作信息对应的操作指令。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    第二检测模块,配置为在所述触摸屏被唤醒后,发送测试信息到所述触摸屏,并检测是否接收到所述触摸屏返回的反馈信息;或
    第三检测模块,配置为定时发送测试信息到所述触摸屏,并检测是否接收到所述触摸屏返回的反馈信息;
    判断模块,配置为在未检测到所述触摸屏返回的反馈信息时,判断所述触摸屏失效。
  14. 一种移动终端,包括触摸屏,其中,还包括:如权利要求9至13任一项所述的实现终端控制的装置。
  15. 一种计算机存储介质,其中存储有计算机程序,该计算机程序用于执行如权利要求1至8任一项所述的实现终端控制的方法。
