S101、当检测到预设的实体按键上发生的点击动作为预设的第一动作时,检测所述移动终端的状态。
具体的,预设的实体按键可以是移动终端上任意一个物理按键,例如,音量增加键、音量减少键或电源键等,用户通过点击实体按键产生不同的点击动作,录音装置检测到实体按键上发生点击动作时,识别点击动作的类型,若实体按键上发生的点击动作为预设的第一动作,预设的第一动作用于启动录音。录音装置检测移动终端的状态,移动终端的状态包括待机状态和正常状态,其 中,本发明实施例中的待机状态是指黑屏状态和亮屏锁屏状态,亮屏锁屏状态又分为亮屏无密码锁屏状态和亮屏有密码锁屏状态两种。
S102、若所述移动终端处于待机状态,启动录音,并以第一提醒模式进行提醒。
具体的,若移动终端处于待机状态,录音装置启动录音,向马达发送振动指令,指示马达以第一提醒模式进行提醒,第一提醒模式包括移动终端发出的声音和/或光和/或振动的提醒信号,第一提醒模式还设置了提醒信号的作用时间、作用间隔和作用次数,例如,第一提醒模式为移动终端发出的振动的提醒信号,第一提醒模式设置了马达的振动时间、振动间隔和振动次数,用户可以通过感知马达的振动来判断录音是否正常开启,录音开启后,移动终端保持待机状态。如果录音开启前,移动终端处于黑屏状态,录音开启后,移动终端仍然保持黑屏状态;如果录音开启前,移动终端处于亮屏锁屏状态,录音开启后,移动终端仍然保持亮屏锁屏状态,移动终端可根据预设设置的黑屏时间,在亮屏时间达到预设的黑屏时间时,将当前的亮屏锁屏状态切换为黑屏状态。
在本发明的实施例中,录音装置可以通过移动终端上预先安装的录音应用程序启动录音,或直接调用移动终端的录音设备启动录音,录音装置启动录音后,采集周围环境的声音,生成预设格式的声音文件,生成的声音文件可以保存至移动终端预设设置的临时存储区中。
S103、当检测到所述实体按键上发生的点击动作为预设的第二动作时,检测所述移动终端的状态
具体的,在录音的过程中,录音装置检测到实体按键上发生点击动作时,识别点击动作的类型,若实体按键上的点击动作为预设的第二动作时,检测移动终端的状态,移动终端的状态包括待机状态和正常状态。预设的第二动作用于停止录音,第二动作可以和第一动作相同,也可以和第二动作不相同。
S104、若所述移动终端处于待机状态,停止录音,并以第二提醒模式进行提醒。
具体的,若移动终端处于待机状态,录音装置停止录音,并以第二提醒模式进行提醒,第二提醒模式包括移动终端发出的声音和/或光和/或振动的提醒信号,第二提醒模式还设置了提醒信号的作用时间、作用间隔和作用次数,例 如,第二提醒模式为移动终端发出的振动的提醒信号,第一提醒模式设置了马达的振动时间、振动间隔和振动次数,用户可以通过感知马达振动来确定录音装置停止录音。当前生成的录音文件为启动录音的启动时刻到停止录音的停止时刻之间录制的,当前生成的录音文件存放在移动终端预设设置的临时存储区中。
可以理解的是,对于第一振动模式和第二振动模式,如果二者的提醒信号类型可以不相同,也可以相同,例如均为声音、光或振动的提醒信号。如果不相同,则二者的提醒信号的作用时间、作用间隔和作用次数不相同,以示区分。
S105、生成的录音文件保存至所述移动终端的默认路径中。
具体的,录音装置生成的录音文件根据预设的命名规则进行命名后,例如根据当前系统时间进行对生成的录音文件进行命名,并将命名后的录音文件保存至移动终端默认路径中,整个录音过程不需要人为的干预。
实施本发明的实施例,通过对移动终端上预设的实体按键上发生的点击动作的识别,实现启动录音或停止录音的操作,并自动保存生成的录音文件,整个录音过程用户干预少,操作简单快捷,能够在紧急情况下进行快速录音。
参见图2,为本发明第二实施例提供的一种移动终端的录音方法的流程示意图,在本发明实施例中,所述方法包括:
S201、检测到预设的实体按键上发生的点击动作为预设的第一动作时,检测移动终端的状态。
具体的,预设的实体按键可以是移动终端上任意一个物理按键,例如,音量增加键、音量减少键或电源键等,用户通过点击实体按键产生不同的点击动作,录音装置检测到实体按键上发生点击动作时,识别点击动作的类型,若实体按键上发生的点击动作为预设的第一动作,预设的第一动作用于启动录音。录音装置检测移动终端的状态,移动终端的状态包括待机状态和正常状态,其中,本发明实施例中的待机状态是指黑屏状态和亮屏锁屏状态,亮屏锁屏状态又分为亮屏无密码锁屏状态和亮屏有密码锁屏状态两种。
示例性的,移动终端可以包括智能电话、平板电脑、便携式影音设备、个人数字助理、智能眼镜或可穿戴设备等,预设的实体按键为移动终端上的音量增加键,预设的第一动作为双击动作且两次单击动作之间的时间间隔不大于 200ms,或者预设的第一动作为长按动作且按压持续时间不小于1S,或者预设的第一动作为三击动作且相邻的两次单击动作时间的时间间隔不大于200ms。已预设的第一动作为双击动作且两次双击动作之间的时间间隔不大于200ms为例子进行说明,录音装置监测移动终端上的音量增加键是否发生点击动作,当移动终端上的音量增加键发生点击动作,录音装置判断发生的点击动作是否为双击动作且两次单击动作之间的时间间隔小于或等于200ms,若为是,确定音量增加键上发生的点击动作为预设的第一动作,移动终端通过获取表示屏幕状态的寄存器中的标志位来检测移动终端的状态,例如,“00”表示移动终端处于黑屏状态,“01”表示移动终端处于亮屏有密码锁屏状态,“10”表示移动终端处于亮屏无密码锁屏状态,“11”表示移动终端处于正常状态,即亮屏非锁屏状态。
需要说明的是,若录音装置检测到预设的实体按键上发生的点击动作不为预设的第一动作时,如果当前发生的点击动作移动终端的预设系统配置中有定义,根据定义执行当前发生的点击动作对应的操作,如果预设系统配置中没有定义,不响应当前发生的点击动作。例如,移动终端的音量增加键上发生的点击动作为单击动作,增加系统音量。
S202、所述移动终端是否为待机状态。
具体的,录音装置判断移动终端是否为待机状态,待机状态包括黑屏装置、亮屏有密码锁屏状态和亮屏无密码锁屏状态,若移动终端处于待机状态,执行S203,否则执行S204。
例如,录音装置可以获取寄存器中表示屏幕状态的标志位来判断移动终端的状态,录音装置获取到寄存器中表示屏幕状态的标志位为“00”,表示移动终端处于待机状态,执行S203,录音装置获取到寄存器中表示屏幕状态的标志位为“11”,表示移动终端处于正常状态,执行S204。
S203、检测所述移动终端音频通道的状态。
具体的,录音装置检测移动终端音频通道的状态,音频通道的状态分为空闲状态和忙碌状态,空闲状态表示移动终端的音频通道没有输入或输出音频信号,忙碌状态表示移动终端的音频通道有输入或输出音频信号,例如,移动终端后台运行有音乐播放软件,在音频通道上输出音频信号,此处音频通道处于 忙碌状态。
S204、根据预设配置信息执行所述第一动作所指示的操作。
S205、所述音频通道是否为空闲状态。
具体的,录音装置通过判断移动终端上的音频通道是否有音频信号传输来判断音频通道是否空闲,若为是,执行S206,若为否,执行S207。
S206、启动录音,并以第一提醒模式进行提醒。
具体的,若移动终端处于待机状态,录音装置启动录音,向马达发送振动指令,指示马达以第一提醒模式进行提醒,第一提醒模式包括移动终端发出的声音和/或光和/或振动的提醒信号,第一提醒模式还设置了提醒信号的作用时间、作用间隔和作用次数,例如,第一提醒模式为移动终端发出的振动的提醒信号,第一提醒模式设置了马达的振动时间、振动间隔和振动次数,用户可以通过感知马达的振动来判断录音是否正常开启,录音开启后,移动终端保持待机状态。如果录音开启前,移动终端处于黑屏状态,录音开启后,移动终端仍然保持黑屏状态;如果录音开启前,移动终端处于亮屏锁屏状态,录音开启后,移动终端仍然保持亮屏锁屏状态,移动终端可根据预设设置的黑屏时间,在亮屏时间达到预设的黑屏时间时,将当前的亮屏锁屏状态切换为黑屏状态。
在本发明的实施例中,录音装置可以通过移动终端上预先安装的录音应用程序启动录音,或直接调用移动终端的录音设备启动录音,录音装置启动录音后,采集周围环境的声音,生成预设格式的声音文件,生成的声音文件可以保存至移动终端预设设置的临时存储区中。
示例性的,录音装置启动移动终端上预先安装的录音机软件开始录音,向移动终端的马达发送振动指令,指示马达振动2次,每次的振动时间为100ms,振动间隔为300ms。录音装置将录音过程中生成的录音文件保存在移动终端的临时存储区中,录音文件的格式为预先设置的,例如为WAV格式或AMR格式。启动录音时,在移动终端的后台启动录音进程,并在移动终端的状态栏显示录音提示消息,移动终端仍然保持待机状态。如果接收到进入正常状态的触发指令,移动终端进入正常状态,用户可以按照目前的停止录音的方法进入录音机软件的软件界面停止录音。
S207、不响应所述第一动作。
S208、当检测到所述实体按键上发生的点击动作为预设的第二动作时,检测所述移动终端的状态。
具体的,在录音的过程中,录音装置检测到实体按键上发生点击动作时,识别点击动作的类型,若实体按键上的点击动作为预设的第二动作时,检测移动终端的状态,移动终端的状态包括待机状态和正常状态。预设的第二动作用于停止录音,第二动作可以和第一动作相同,也可以和第二动作不相同。
示例性的,预设的第二动作和预设的第一动作相同,均为双击动作且两次单击动作之间的时间间隔不大于200ms,录音装置检测移动终端的音量增加键上发生的点击动作,若发生的点击动作为双击动作且两次单击动作之间的时间间隔不大于200ms,确定音量增加键上发生的点击动作为预设的第二动作,录音装置可通过寄存器中用于表示移动终端的屏幕装置的标志位确定移动终端的状态,判断的方法和S201相同,
S209、所述终端是否为待机状态。
具体的,录音装置判断移动终端是否为待机状态,待机状态包括黑屏装置、亮屏有密码锁屏状态和亮屏无密码锁屏状态,若移动终端处于待机状态,执行S210,否则执行S211。
S210、停止录音,并以第二提醒模式进行提醒。
具体的,若移动终端处于待机状态,录音装置停止录音,并以第二提醒模式进行提醒,第二提醒模式包括移动终端发出的声音和/或光和/或振动的提醒信号,第二提醒模式还设置了提醒信号的作用时间、作用间隔和作用次数,例如,第二提醒模式为移动终端发出的振动的提醒信号,第一提醒模式设置了马达的振动时间、振动间隔和振动次数,用户可以通过感知马达振动来确定录音装置停止录音。当前生成的录音文件为启动录音的启动时刻到停止录音的停止时刻之间录制的,当前生成的录音文件存放在移动终端预设设置的临时存储区中。

需要说明的是,如果用户通过录音机软件的软件界面启动录音软件,在录音过程中,当移动终端上预设的实体按键上发生的点击动作为预设的第二动作时,且移动终端的当前状态为待机状态时,录音装置也会停止录音,并以第二提醒模式进行提醒,同时,将生成的录音文件自动保存至移动终端的默认路径中。
S211、根据所述预设配置信息执行所述第二动作对应的操作。
S212、录音时间是否大于预设时长。
具体的,录音装置判断启动录音的启动时刻至停止录音的停止时刻之间的录音时长是否大于预设时长,若为是执行S213,若为否,执行S214。预设时长可以根据需要进行设置,例如,设置为2S,录音装置判断录音时间是否大于2S,若大于,执行S213,否则执行S214。

  1. 一种移动终端的录音方法,包括:
    当检测到预设的实体按键上发生的点击动作为预设的第一动作时,检测移动终端的状态;
    若所述移动终端处于待机状态,启动录音,并以第一提醒模式进行提醒;
    当检测到所述实体按键上发生的点击动作为预设的第二动作,检测所述移动终端的状态;
    若所述移动终端处于待机状态,停止录音,并以第二提醒模式进行提醒;
    将生成的录音文件保存至所述移动终端的默认路径中。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一动作和所述第二动作包括:长按动作、双击动作和多击动作中的任意一种。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述当检测到预设的实体按键上发生的点击动作为预设的第一动作时,检测移动终端的状态之后,还包括:
    若所述移动终端处于正常状态,根据预设配置信息执行所述第一动作所指对应的操作。
  4. 如权利要求1-3任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述当检测到所述实体按键上发生的点击动作为预设的第二动作,检测所述移动终端的状态之后,还包括:
    若所述移动终端处于正常状态,根据所述预设配置信息执行所述第二动作所对应的操作。
  5. 如权利要求1-4任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述将生成的录音文件保存至所述移动终端的默认路径中之前,还包括:
    判断录音时间是否大于预设时长,若为是,执行所述将生成的录音文件保 存至所述移动终端的默认路径中的步骤。
  6. 如权利要求1-5任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述若所述移动终端处于待机状态,启动录音,并以第一提醒模式进行提醒具体包括:
    若所述移动终端处于待机状态,检测所述移动终端的音频通道的状态;
    若所述音频通道处于空闲状态,开始录音,并以第一提醒模式进行提醒。
  7. 如权利要求1-6任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述若所述移动终端处于待机状态,开始录音,并以第一提醒模式进行提醒之后,还包括:
    当接收到来电请求时,停止录音,并将生成的录音文件保存至所述移动终端的所述默认路径中;显示来电界面。
  8. 一种移动终端的录音装置,其特征在于,包括:
    第一检测模块,用于当检测到预设的实体按键上发生的点击动作为预设的第一动作时,检测移动终端的状态;
    录音启动模块,用于若所述移动终端处于待机状态,启动录音,并以第一提醒模式进行提醒;
    第二检测模块,用于当检测到所述实体按键上发生的点击动作为预设的第二动作,检测所述移动终端的状态;
    录音停止模块,用于若所述移动终端处于待机状态,停止录音,并以第二提醒模式进行提醒;
    保存模块,用于将生成的录音文件保存至所述移动终端的默认路径中。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一动作和所述第二动作包括:长按动作、双击动作和多击动作中的任意一种。
  10. 如权利要求8或9所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    第一执行模块,用于若所述移动终端处于正常状态,根据预设配置信息执行所述第一动作所指对应的操作。
  11. 如权利要求8-10任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    第二执行模块,用于若所述移动终端处于正常状态,根据所述预设配置信息执行所述第二动作所对应的操作。
  12. 如权利要求8-11任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    时长判断模块,用于判断录音时间是否大于预设时长,若为是,指示所述保存模块开始工作。
  13. 如权利要求8-12所述的装置,其特征在于,所述录音启动模块具体用于若所述移动终端处于待机状态,检测所述移动终端的音频通道的状态;
    若所述音频通道处于空闲状态,开始录音,并以第一提醒模式进行提醒。
  14. 如权利要求8-13任意一项所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    来电处理模块,用于当接收到来电请求时,停止录音,并将生成的录音文件保存至所述移动终端的所述默认路径中;显示来电界面。
  15. 一种移动终端,其特征在于,包括如权利要求8-14任意一项所述的录音装置。
