TAPA PARA LATAS DE REFRESCOS
DESCRIPCIÓN OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓN
Es objeto de la presente invención, tal y como el título de la invención establece, una tapa para latas de refrescos y similares, que permite ser retirada y colocada sobre la parte superior de la tapa sin peligro de vertido del líquido contenido en su interior una vez abierta la lata.
Caracteriza a la presente invención la especial configuración y diseño de la tapa, que permite no solamente proteger la lata de posibles vertidos una vez abierta, sino que incluso antes de abrirse la tapa sirve como medio de protección séptico ya que evita contactos y deposiciones de materiales no deseados, además, la tapa permite la disposición apilada de las latas, por lo que el uso de la tapa es tanto para antes de la abertura de la lata, como posteriormente.
Por lo tanto, la presente invención se circunscribe dentro del ámbito de las protecciones de latas y similares.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN
En el estado de la técnica con conocidas algunas tapas para latas de refrescos y similares como la descrita en el Modelo de Utilidad U200203125.
Estas tapas, si bien tienen como única finalidad la de evitar el vertido del contenido de la lata tras su apertura, no están pensadas para su uso antes de la abertura de la lata, ya que no permiten la disposición apilada de varias latas en altura, y por lo tanto no protegen el borde o la zona de donde se bebe directamente de posibles vertidos no aptos para la salud.
Debido a que el borde de las latas de refrescos y similares no queda protegido y es de donde directamente se bebe, son varios los casos documentados de leptospirosis.
La leptospirosis (también conocido como enfermedad de Weil o ictericia de WeilU ) es una enfermedad febril producida por la Leptospira interrogans, una bacteria del orden Spirochaetales, de la familia Leptospiraceae, que afecta a humanos y un amplio rango de animales, incluyendo a mamíferos, aves, anfibios, y reptiles. Es una enfermedad zoonótica, manifestándose principalmente en épocas de lluvias e inundaciones y de amplia distribución mundial. La leptospira fue observada por primera vez en 1907 en una laminilla de una autopsia de tejido renal.
La leptospirosis es una zoonosis que padecen varios animales domésticos y salvajes; varía desde una afección inaparente hasta una enfermedad mortal. Las infecciones humanas aparecen por contacto directo con orina o tejidos.
Por lo tanto, es objeto de la presente invención desarrollar una tapa para latas de bebidas o refrescos que no solamente permita la protección de la parta superior de la tapa evitando el vertido del contenido de la lata una vez abierta, sino que también esté pensada para poder ser usada como protección de la boca de la lata durante el almacenamiento y transporte, por lo que debe permitir el apilado de las latas.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN
Es objeto de la presente invención una tapa para latas de bebidas y similares que se dispone y fija sobre el saliente anular superior de las latas de refrescos, por lo que cuenta una forma general circular que presenta un ala perimetral descendente para continuar hacia el espacio interior a modo de remetido por lo que define un escalonamiento interior en el que se encaja el borde superior anular de las latas.
Además, sobre la superficie superior de la tapa hay definido un recrecimiento anular de altura y dimensiones tales que define un espacio interior en el que se encaja el resalta anular de las latas, lo que favorece una disposición apilada de las latas de forma estable y equilibrada.

Para complementar la descripción que se está realizando y con objeto de ayudar a una mejor comprensión de las características de la invención, de acuerdo con un ejemplo preferente de realización práctica de la misma, se acompaña como parte integrante de dicha descripción, un juego de dibujos en donde con carácter ilustrativo y no limitativo, se ha representado lo siguiente.
En la figura 1 , podemos observar una sección de la tapa y la disposición relativa respecto de una lata inferior y otra superior.
En la figura 2, podemos observar la tapa objeto de la invención en perspectiva.
REALIZACIÓN PREFERENTE DE LA INVENCIÓN. A la vista de las figuras se describe seguidamente un modo de realización preferente de la invención propuesta. En la figura 1 podemos observar que la tapa objeto de la invención presenta una forma circular de cuyo borde emerge una ala perimetral (1) que en su extremo inferior presenta un remetido anular (2) que configura un escalonamiento interior (3) en el que se aloja el saliente anular superior de las latas.
Por otro lado la tapa presenta en su cara superior un saliente anular (4) de diámetro y altura tal que asegura el encaje del saliente inferior de las latas, de esta manera se consigue el doble propósito adicional al de evitar el vertido del contenido de la lata una vez abierta, como es el de proteger la tapa durante todo su tiempo de almacenamiento y transporte y permitir la disposición apilada de las latas de una manera estable.
El material utilizado en la fabricación de las lastas sería Polietileno de baja densidad un grado apto para alimentación y el proceso de fabricación seria mediante inyección.
Descrita suficientemente la naturaleza de la presente invención, así como la manera de ponerla en práctica, se hace constar que, dentro de su esencialidad, podrá ser llevada a la práctica en otras formas de realización que difieran en detalle de la indicada a título de ejemplo, y a las cuales alcanzará igualmente la protección que se recaba, siempre que no altere, cambie o modifique su principio fundamental.

1. - Tapa para latas de refrescos que presenta una forma circular de cuyo borde emerge una ala perimetral (1) que en su extremo inferior presenta un remetido anular (2) que configura un escalonamiento interior (3) en el que se aloja el saliente anular superior de las latas, caracterizada porque la tapa presenta en su cara superior un saliente anular (4) de diámetro y altura tal que asegura el encaje del saliente inferior de las latas.
2. - Tapa para latas de refrescos según la reivindicación 1 , caracterizada porque está realizada en polietileno de baja densidad un grado apto para alimentación.
