内套筒A直接与机壳上的法兰F相连,内套筒A上的卡扣与密封圈分别实现内套筒的机壳的锁紧与密封;外套筒C安装在内套筒A的外表面,保护内套筒A,在实际产品中,外套筒C和内套筒A是一体的,不需要独立安装;五孔过线塞D有弹性,用于五根线缆W过线以及防水,完整装配以后将置于内套筒的尾部卡爪处,过线孔闲置时,有配套堵头堵住过线孔;尾部迫紧螺 母E为迫紧螺母用以锁紧护套的尾部,实现防水,安装好的示意如图5所示,五线缆W穿过整个保护套,保护套(该保护套是A和C组成的整体,由于A和C的位置关系,图5中仅能示出外套筒C)与法兰F紧密连接,实现了对五线缆W的保护。由于图中是侧视图,因此,五根线缆W的位置和结构可能存在未被完全示出的情况。
下面对技术方案的实施作进一步的详细描述,安装过程如下:取下五孔过线塞,使五根线缆穿过整个防护套;用防护套的卡扣锁住法兰的卡槽,使之紧密连接;用过线塞卡住五根线缆并移动过线塞至防护套内,使过线塞尾端与内套筒的尾端齐平;拧紧尾部迫紧螺母,使得线缆与过线塞紧密贴合,实现防水。

尽管为示例目的,已经公开了本发明的优选实施例,本领域的技术人员将意识到各种改进、增加和取代也是可能的,因此,本发明的范围应当不限于上述实施例。
工业实用性
本发明技术方案提供的户外设备对外接口防护装置具有多线缆保护套,能够容纳多根线缆,使户外设备上的原来的多根线缆可以通过一个法兰对外,并通过线缆密封圈和迫紧螺母将该保护套锁紧,该装置能够将原来的多接口对外方式转变为单接口对外,在增加了接口的基础上,减小了户外设备的尺寸,解决了相关技术中,户外设备尺寸减小与接口增多存在着矛盾,限制了户外设备的尺寸的问题。因此本发明具有很强的工业实用性。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种户外设备对外接口防护装置,包括:多线缆保护套,线缆密封圈和迫紧螺母,其中,
    所述线缆密封圈,设置在所述多线缆保护套之后,进行线缆的过线以及防水;
    所述迫紧螺母,设置在线缆密封圈之后,与所述线缆密封圈共同作用,锁紧所述多线缆保护套的尾部。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的户外设备对外接口防护装置,其中,所述多线缆保护套包括:内套筒和外护套,其中,
    所述内套筒包括:与法兰连接的卡扣、防水密封圈以及尾部的束紧卡爪;
    所述外护套,设置在所述内套筒外侧,保护所述内套筒。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的户外设备对外接口防护装置,其中,所述多线缆保护套与所述法兰连接的孔径大小设置为能够容纳多根线缆的尺寸。
  4. 如权利要求2或3所述的户外设备对外接口防护装置,该装置还包括堵头,其中,
    所述堵头设置在所述内套筒的所述束紧卡爪处,与所述束紧卡爪处对应的过线孔配合使用,在所述束紧卡爪的过线孔闲置时,堵住所述过线孔。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的户外设备对外接口防护装置,该装置还包括限位卡板,其中,
    所述限位卡板设置在所述内套筒之后,所述外护套之前,与所述内套筒紧密连接,受所述外护套的保护,对多根线缆的位置进行固定限位。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的户外设备对外接口防护装置,其中,所述限位卡板为双线限位卡板或四线位卡板。
  7. 如权利要求1至6中任一项所述的户外设备对外接口防护装置,其中,所述线缆密封圈的尺寸根据线缆的尺寸设置。
  8. 如权利要求1至6中任一项所述的户外设备对外接口防护装置,其中,所述线缆密封圈为具有弹性的材料。
  9. 一种无线射频拉远单元(RRU),包括如权利要求1-8中任一项所述的户外设备对外接口防护装置,通过带所述防护装置的对外接口来实现该RRU与基带处理单元(BBU)及天线的互联。
  10. 一种如权利要求5或6所述的户外设备对外接口防护装置的安装方法,包括:
    将多根线缆穿过所述防护装置的多线缆保护套;
    将多根线缆上的连接器与将要连接的设备上的相应接口可靠连接;
    将所述防护装置的内套筒与法兰锁紧;
    将限位卡板卡在多根所述线缆上,并移动至所述防护装置的多线缆保护套外护套的尾部内;
    锁紧该外护套尾部的迫紧螺母实现对接口的防护,其中,所述外护套会在所述迫紧螺母的作用下滑动至所述多线缆保护套上,实现对所述多线缆保护套的防护。
