Description

多功能车载充电器 技术领域
本发明涉及一种车用配件,特别是涉及一种多功能车载充电器。
背景技术
为了方便人们在乘坐汽车时为电子设备进行充电,车载充电器已经广泛用于汽车领域,车载充电器从汽车点烟器接口取电,然后通过电性接口为智能手机等终端电子设备充电。同时,随着人们在乘坐汽车时的安全意识的提高,目前,在汽车上均配置安全锤,紧急状况时使用,以确保人员和财产安全。现有的车载充电器只能实现充电功能,安全锤则只能实现紧急状况安全求生的功能,二者的功能单一,需要在汽车中同时配备车载充电器和安全锤,一方面占用了汽车较多的空间,另一方面安全锤平常不用,因此一般置于工具箱等不方便拿到的地方,造成使用不便,一旦发生例如雨天积水或车自燃等突发事件,匆忙中就很难找到,不能及时破窗逃出车外,危及车内人员和财产的安全。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种多功能车载充电器,以减少车用配件的占用空间,并方便使用。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供的一种多功能车载充电器,其包括壳体、设于壳体前端的第一电极、设于壳体内部PCB板、设于壳体周壁的第二电极和设于壳体后端的电源输出端口,所述充电器还包括设于所述第一电极内的安全锤,所述第一电极可伸缩地插设于所述壳体的前端,所述安全锤的外部套设有弹簧,所述弹簧的一端固定在所述壳体内,其另一端抵在第一电极的内侧;所述安全锤的后端固定在所述壳体内,其前端的锤头伸出所述壳体的前端,所述第一电极缩回时可使安全锤的锤头暴露在所述壳体的外部。
上述的多功能车载充电器中,所述壳体上设有缺口,所述缺口内设有刀片。
上述的多功能车载充电器中,所述壳体设置缺口的部位为突出部,所述缺口设于所述突出部内且其开口朝向所述第一电极。

上述技术方案所提供的一种多功能车载充电器,具有以下有益效果:将安全锤集成到充电器中,实现了车载充电器的多功能化,减少了车用配件,进而减少车用配件的占用空间,在该充电器插入汽车的车充母座时,电极帽在弹簧的作用下回弹,可防止充电器在汽车颠簸时脱离车充母座,同时在电极帽内设置安全锤,可在紧急状况下使用,当需要使用安全锤时,只需要将充电器从车充母座上拨出,手握壳体的后部,用力将第一电极击打车窗玻璃或其他位置,第一电极在捶打时向后缩回,使得安全锤的锤头露出以击碎车窗玻璃,由于将安全锤置于容易拿到的位置,发生突发事件时,方便取出,提高了驾驶员或乘客使用的便捷性,突发事件时可及时破窗而出,保证车内人员顺利脱险,提高了乘车的安全性。进一步地,该充电器还集成了切割刀具、移动电源、手电筒等多功能于一体,减少了多个配件,大大提高了安全防护性能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
如图1和图3所示,本发明实施例的一种多功能车载充电器,其包括壳体1、设于壳体1前端的第一电极2、设于壳体1内部PCB板(Printed circuit board,中文名称:印刷电路板)3、设于壳体1周壁的第二电极4和设于壳体1后端的电源输出端口5,该电源输出端口5可为USB接口或为电源接头等,第一电极2和第二电极4分别代表正负极,优选地,第一电极2为正极,第二电极4为负极。其中,本实施例的充电器还包括安全锤6,第一电极2可伸缩地插设于壳体的前端,安全锤6的外部套设有弹簧7,该弹簧7的一端固定在壳体1内,其另一端抵在第一电极2的内侧;安全锤6的后端固定在壳体1内,其前端的锤头6a伸出壳体1的前端,如图2所示,第一电极2缩回时可使安全锤6的锤头6a暴露在壳体1的外部。本实施例的安全锤的锤头6a的硬度优选为HRC58-62,即可以确保可将车窗玻璃击碎,又确保安全锤的锤头不易被硬物击碎。
为了提高安全锤的击打能力,本实施例的安全锤6的锤头6a为尖头锤头,可使应力集中于尖端,便于击打夹碎玻璃等需要击打的物体。此外,在安全锤6的后端还设置了硬质金属块17。本实施例的壳体1由左、右两个半壳体1a构成,如图3所示,可方便加工和拆装。其中,第一电极2和第二电极4优选为采用电极帽的结构,使其安装方便。第二电极4为对称设置的两个,其安装在左、右两个半壳体对接的位置。
本发明将安全锤集成到充电器中,减少了车用配件,进而减少车用配件的占用空间,在该充电器插入汽车点烟器的车充母座时,电极帽在弹簧的作用下回弹,可防止充电器在汽车颠簸时脱离车充母座,同时在电极帽内设置安全锤,可在紧急状况下使用,当需要使用安全锤时,只需要将充电器从车充母座上拨出,手握壳体的后部,用力将第一电极击打车窗玻璃或其他位置,第一电极在捶打时向后缩回,使得安全锤的锤头露出以击碎车窗玻璃,由于将安全锤置于容易拿到的位置,发生突发事件时,方便取出,提高了驾驶员或乘客使用的便捷性,只需将充电器从车充母座上拔出,用力击碎车窗,破窗而出,保证车内人员顺利脱险,提高了乘车的安全性。
为了方便充电器的拆装,本实施例的充电器还包括前盖8,该前盖8与壳体1的前端螺纹连接,并在前盖8的前端开设有通孔,第一电极2穿过前盖8的通孔与壳体1的前端可伸缩连接。且第一电极2的后端还设有限位台阶,该限位台阶的直径大于前盖8的通孔的孔径,第一电极2的限位台阶与前盖的通孔相配合形成防掉落结构,可防止第一电极2从前盖中脱离出来。
本实施例的安全锤6与壳体1的内侧卡接,具体地,安全锤6的后端周向设有环形卡槽,壳体1的内侧设有与该环形卡槽相匹配的环形卡环,安全锤的环形卡槽卡接在壳体的环形卡环内,由此可使安全锤牢固安装在壳体内。
参照图2和图3,本实施例的壳体1上设有缺口1b,特别是设置一个U形缺口。该缺口1b内设有刀片9,该刀片9嵌入缺口内1b,用于在紧急状况下隔断安全带等绳状物体,以便于逃生。优选地,壳体1设置缺口1b的部位为突出部1c,缺口1b设于该突出部1c内且其开口朝向第一电极2,由此使得刀片9在不使用的时候刀锋朝向车体,且缺口不裸露在壳体1上手持的部位,可防止刀片误伤到其他人或物品。
本实施例壳体的后端设有功能板10,电源输出端口5设于该功能板10上。此外,在功能板10上还设有照明设备12,照明设备12与PCB板3电连接,同时壳体1上还设有开关13,开关13与照明设备12电连接,开关13优选为按钮开关,通过开关13可以控制照明设备12的开启和关闭。开关13内设有两个控制电路,分别设为第一控制电路和第二控制电路,其中第一控制电路控制照明设备发出白光,第二控制电路控制照明设备发出闪烁的警示灯。通过长按开关,可以触发第一控制电路,控制照明设备发出白光,此时该照明设备可用作手电筒;通过短按开关,可以触发第二控制电路,控制照明设备发出闪烁的警示灯,此时可以在停车时将该充电器置于车顶或其它位置以警示其它正在行进的车辆,避免发生碰撞。本实施例的照明设备12可以采用草帽式的灯珠,也可以采用贴片式LED灯,优选为贴片式LED灯,其亮度更亮,且更加省电,可节约资源。本实施例在壳体的后端还设置了透明后盖16,并在照明设备12和透明后盖16之间依次设置了透镜14和铝圈15。
本实施例还提供了移动电源的功能,在壳体内还设有充电电池11,该充电电池设于PCB板与功能板之间,并与PCB板电连接,在充电器插入车充母座时,可以对充电电池充电,充电电池可以使充电器在不插入车充母座时也可以对电子设备进行充电和供照明设备使用,以备突发、紧急状况下使用。
本发明实施例的车载充电器,结合了充电器、安全锤、切割刀具、移动电源、手电筒的功能,多功能集于一体,使用方便,在突发事件时,可方便驾驶员或乘客使用,提高了安全防护性能,并减少了多个配件,进而减少了车用配件的占用空间。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种多功能车载充电器,其包括壳体、设于壳体前端的第一电极、设于壳体内部PCB板、设于壳体周壁的第二电极和设于壳体后端的电源输出端口,其特征在于,所述充电器还包括设于所述第一电极内的安全锤,所述第一电极可伸缩地插设于所述壳体的前端,所述安全锤的外部套设有弹簧,所述弹簧的一端固定在所述壳体内,其另一端抵在第一电极的内侧;所述安全锤的后端固定在所述壳体内,其前端的锤头伸出所述壳体的前端,所述第一电极缩回时可使安全锤的锤头暴露在所述壳体的外部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能车载充电器,其特征在于,所述壳体上设有缺口,所述缺口内设有刀片。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的多功能车载充电器,其特征在于,所述壳体设置缺口的部位为突出部,所述缺口设于所述突出部内且其开口朝向所述第一电极。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能车载充电器,其特征在于,所述壳体的后端设有功能板,所述电源输出端口设于所述功能板上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的多功能车载充电器,其特征在于,所述功能板上还设有照明设备,所述照明设备与PCB板电连接,所述壳体上还设有开关,所述开关与照明设备电连接。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的多功能车载充电器,其特征在于,所述壳体内还设有充电电池,所述充电电池设于PCB板和功能板之间,所述充电电池与PCB板电连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能车载充电器,其特征在于,所述充电器还包括前盖,所述前盖与壳体的前端螺纹连接,所述前盖的前端开有通孔,所述第一电极穿过所述前盖的通孔,且所述第一电极的后端设有限位台阶,所述限位台阶的直径大于所述前盖的通孔的孔径。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能车载充电器,其特征在于,所述安全锤的后端周向设有环形卡槽,所述壳体内侧设有与所述环形卡槽相匹配的环形卡环,所述安全锤的环形卡槽卡接在所述壳体的环形卡环内。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能车载充电器,其特征在于,所述安全锤的锤头为尖头锤头。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能车载充电器,其特征在于,所述壳体由左、右两个半壳体构成。
