本发明公开一种家电的控制方法,以实现对家电的控制。本发明公开的控制方法应用于家庭数据终端,该家庭数据终端具有路由模块,能够与控制终端和云服务器进行数据交互,并且家电能够与家庭数据终端进行数据交互。
图1示出了家庭数据终端的一种结构,该家庭数据终端包括主芯片,以及与主芯片连接的多个无线接口、多个外围接口和多个网口,家电能够通过网口或者无线接口与家庭数据终端进行数据交互。
在图1所示家庭数据终端中,与主芯片连接的多个外围接口包括USB(通用串行总线)接口、DDR3(一种内存规格)接口、NAND flash(闪存的一种)接口。与主芯片连接的多个网口包括三个千兆网口。与主芯片连接的多个无线接口可以包括双频wifi接口或zigbee(紫蜂)接口或RF(射频)接口。当然,图1仅是家庭数据终端的一种示例,实施中,无线接口、外围接口和网口的类型以及数量并不限定于此,还可以设置其他类型的无线接口、外围接口和网口,只要家庭数据终端能够与控制终端和云服务器进行数据交互,且家电能够与家庭数据终端进行数据交互即可。作为优选方案,家庭数据终端还包括与主芯片连接的人机交互装置(如触摸屏,或者显示屏和按键)和存储器(如硬盘)。
参见图2,图2为本发明公开的家电的一种控制方法的流程图。该控制方法 应用于家庭数据终端,包括:
步骤S21:家庭数据终端接收控制指令,控制指令携带有家电设备标识。
家庭数据终端接收到的控制指令携带有家电设备标识,该家电设备标识所表征的家电即为本次控制操作的操作对象。
步骤S22:解析控制指令,获得控制指令携带的家电设备标识。
步骤S23:根据家电设备标识确定目标家电,将控制指令处理为与目标家电适配的家电控制信号。
步骤S24:将家电控制信号输出至该家电设备标识所表征的家电。
家庭数据终端对接收到的控制指令进行解析,获得控制指令携带的家电设备标识,之后利用家电设备标识确定目标家电,将接收到的控制指令处理为与目标家电适配的家电控制信号后,将家电控制信号发送至该目标家电,从而实现对目标家电的控制。
本发明公开的家电的控制方法,应用于家庭数据终端,家电能够与家庭数据终端进行数据交互,家庭数据终端在接收到控制指令后,确定目标家电,并将接收到的控制指令处理为与目标家电适配的家电控制信号,之后将家电控制信号发送至目标家电,实现对家电的控制。
本发明公开的家庭数据终端可以基于安卓系统开发,最大程度上容许厂商根据自己的硬件进行更改。
这里需要说明的是,家庭数据终端可以通过多种途径接收控制指令。
第一,当控制终端与家庭数据终端距离较近时(当前为户内模式),用户通过控制终端向家庭数据终端发送控制指令。也就是说,家庭数据终端接收由控制终端发送的控制指令,其中控制终端可以为手机等便携式设备。
第二,当控制终端与家庭数据终端距离较远时(当前为户外模式),用户通过控制终端向云服务器发送控制指令,之后由云服务器将控制指令发送至家庭数据终端。也就是说,家庭数据终端接收云服务器发送的控制指令,其中,云服务器发送至家庭数据终端的控制指令是由控制终端发送至云服务器的。
第三,用户通过家庭数据终端中的人机交互装置输入控制指令。也就是说,家庭数据终端接收通过人机交互装置输入的控制指令。
在图1所示控制方法的基础上,还可以设置以下步骤:家庭数据终端接收家电反馈的运行数据,将运行数据存储于存储器。其中,家电反馈的运行数据包括家电的家电设备标识。当家电出现故障时,用户可以通过存储器存储的运行数据查找故障原因。
当然,在家庭数据终端接收家电反馈的运行数据后还可以执行其他操作,这里结合图3进行说明。
参见图3,图3为本发明公开的家电的另一种控制方法的流程图。该控制方法应用于家庭数据终端,包括:
步骤S31:家庭数据终端接收控制指令,控制指令携带有家电设备标识。
步骤S32:解析控制指令获得控制指令携带的家电设备标识。
步骤S33:根据家电设备标识确定目标家电,将控制指令处理为与目标家电适配的家电控制信号。
步骤S34:将家电控制信号输出至该家电设备标识所表征的家电。
步骤S35:接收家电反馈的运行数据。
步骤S36:将运行数据存储于存储器。
步骤S37:在运行数据包括用户需求数据的情况下,将用户需求数据传输至云服务器和控制终端。其中,用户需求数据包括故障信息和控制信号应答信息。
基于上述方法,当家电发生故障时,家电反馈的运行数据包括故障信息,当家庭数据终端将故障信息传输至云服务器之后,云服务器可以根据故障信息提供不同的处理方案,如通知维修人员进行上门维修,或者通过短信告知用户故障情况,当家庭数据终端将控制信号应答信息传输至控制终端之后,用户可以确定之前的操作是否成功。
作为优选方案,用户需求数据还包括家电用电信息和家电运行时间信息。用户可以通过家电用电信息可以了解家电的用电情况,通过家电运行时间信息了解家电的运行时间。
另外,在家庭数据终端接收到家电反馈的运行数据之后,还可以设置以下 步骤:
利用家电的运行数据查找家电相应的控制模式;
基于该控制模式生成与家电适配的家电控制信号,将家电控制信号输出至反馈运行数据的家电。
家庭数据终端中预存有各个家电的控制模式,当家庭数据终端接收到家电的运行数据后,就可以根据运行数据查找该家电相应的控制模式,之后基于该控制模式生成适配的家电控制信号,将家电控制信号发送至相应的家电,实现对家电的自动控制。通过合理设置家电的控制模式,可以优化家电的运行,例如降低家电的用电量,或者调整智能空调的温度以提供更适宜的室内温度。
当有多个家电与家庭数据终端连接(可以是有线连接,也可以是无线连接),并且多个家电请求获取数据的情况下,在本发明上述公开的家电的各个控制方法中,进一步设置以下步骤,以实现数据共享:从存储器读取数据,将数据输出至多个家电。
这里结合一个实例进行说明,在智能电视和智能手机通过双频wifi接口与家庭数据终端进行数据交互的情况下,如果用户通过智能电视或智能手机向家庭数据终端发送请求获取视频一的请求,家庭数据终端从存储器读取视频一,之后将视频一输出至双频wifi接口,以使得智能电视和智能手机获取视频一。
在家庭中新增加家电时,本发明公开的家庭数据终端还可以对新增加的家电进行注册处理,其过程如图4所示,包括:
步骤S41:家庭数据终端接收家电发送的注册请求。其中,注册请求携带有设备相关信息,设备相关信息包括家电的家电设备标识和类型信息。
步骤S42:解析注册请求,获得注册请求携带的家电的类型信息。
步骤S43:根据家电的类型信息判断家电是否为可识别设备,如果为可识别设备,则执行步骤S44,否则,结束。
步骤S44:记录家电的设备相关信息完成注册。
作为优选方案,在家庭数据终端完成对家电的注册之后,还包括以下步骤: 查找与已完成注册的家电适配的程序;将查找到的程序输出至已完成注册的家电。
其中,家庭数据终端查找与已完成注册的家电适配的程序,可以采用多种方式。
例如:家庭数据终端在存储器查找与已完成注册的家电适配的程序。家庭数据终端的存储器中存储有多种程序,在完成对一家电的注册后,可以在存储器查找与该家电适配的程序。
例如:家庭数据终端向云服务器发送程序查询请求,数据查询请求包括已完成注册的家电的类型信息;接收云服务器反馈的程序。
考虑到云服务器向家庭数据终端发送程序的过程会占用较大的带宽,因此实施中,家庭数据终端在完成对一家电的注册后,首先在内部的存储器中查找与该家电适配的程序,如果未查找到,再执行第二种处理过程,以便从云服务器获取适配的程序。
另外,家庭数据终端可以按照预设时间间隔向云服务器进行查询,以确定各个家电安装的程序是否有更新版本,当有更新版本时,家庭数据终端向用户推送相关信息,以便用户根据自己的需求选择更新或者不更新。当用户选择更新时,家庭数据终端从云服务器下载相关程序,并传输至相应的家电,完成程序更新。
图5为本发明公开的家庭数据终端的一种应用场景示意图。
在本发明公开的各个控制方法中,当计算机和其他家电通过双频wifi接口接入时,可以利用802.11ac协议将计算机和其他家电的频段分开,计算机使用5GFz频段,其他家电使用2.4GFz频段,以保证计算机的上网速度。
另外,还可以将门禁系统接入家庭局域网,实现门禁安全控制。
另外,本发明中的家庭数据终端还具有硬盘保护功能,当家庭数据终端发生倾倒或者大幅度振动时,能够对硬盘进行保护。
本发明上述公开了家电的控制方法,相应的,本发明公开家电的控制装置,该控制装置应用于家庭数据终端。
参见图6,图6为本发明公开的家电的一种控制装置的结构示意图。该控制装置包括第一接收单元1、第一解析单元2、第一处理单元3和第一发送单元4。
其中:
第一接收单元1,用于接收控制指令。其中,控制指令携带有家电设备标识。
第一解析单元2,用于解析第一接收单元1接收的控制指令,获得控制指令携带的家电设备标识。
第一处理单元3,用于根据家电设备标识确定目标家电,将控制指令处理为与目标家电适配的家电控制信号。
第一发送单元4,用于将家电控制信号输出至该设备标识所表征的家电。
本发明公开的家电的控制装置,应用于家庭数据终端,家电能够与家庭数据终端进行数据交互,控制装置在接收到控制指令后,确定目标家电,并将接收到的控制指令处理为与目标家电适配的家电控制信号,之后将家电控制信号发送至目标家电,实现对家电的控制。
在图6所示控制装置的基础上,还可以进一步设置第二处理单元5,如图7所示。第二处理单元5用于接收家电反馈的运行数据,将运行数据存储于存储器,运行数据包括家电的家电设备标识。当家电出现故障时,用户可以通过存储器存储的运行数据查找故障原因。
另外,在控制装置包括第二处理单元5的情况下,控制装置还可以包括第三处理单元6和第四处理单元7,如图7所示。
在第二处理单元5接收到家电反馈的运行数据之后,第三处理单元6在运行数据包括用户需求数据的情况下,将用户需求数据传输至云服务器和控制终端,其中,用户需求数据包括故障信息和控制信号应答信息。
当家电发生故障时,家电反馈的运行数据包括故障信息,当家庭数据终端将故障信息传输至云服务器之后,云服务器可以根据故障信息提供不同的处理方案,如通知维修人员进行上门维修,或者通过短信告知用户故障情况,当家庭数据终端将控制信号应答信息传输至控制终端之后,用户可以确定之前的操作是否成功。作为优选方案,用户需求数据还包括家电用电信息和家电运行时 间信息。用户通过家电用电信息可以了解家电的用电情况,通过家电运行时间信息了解家电的运行时间。
在第二处理单元5接收到家电反馈的运行数据之后,第四处理单元7利用家电的运行数据查找家电相应的控制模式,基于控制模式生成与家电适配的家电控制信号,将家电控制信号输出至与反馈运行数据的家电连接的网口。
在上述公开的控制装置中,可以进一步设置第五处理单元8,如图8所示。在有多个家电与家庭数据终端连接,且多个家电请求获取数据的情况下,第五处理单元8从存储器读取数据,将数据输出至与多个家电连接的网口,从而实现数据共享。
参见图9,图9为本发明公开的家电的另一种控制装置的结构示意图。该控制装置包括第一接收单元1、第一解析单元2、第一处理单元3、第一发送单元4、第二处理单元5、第三处理单元6、第四处理单元7、第五处理单元8、第二接收单元9、第二解析单元10和第六处理单元11。这里着重对第二接收单元9、第二解析单元10和第六处理单元11的功能进行说明。
第二接收单元9用于接收家电发送的注册请求,注册请求携带有设备相关信息,设备相关信息包括家电的家电设备标识和类型信息。
第二解析单元10用于解析第二接收单元接收的注册请求,获得注册请求携带的家电的类型信息。
第六处理单元11用于根据家电的类型信息判断家电是否为可识别设备,如果为可识别设备,则记录家电的设备相关信息完成注册,如果为不可识别设备,则注册失败。
基于图9所示的控制装置,当家庭中新增加家电时,家电向家庭数据终端发送注册请求,第二接收单元9、第二解析单元10和第六处理单元11可以对可识别的家电进行注册处理。
另外,在图9所示控制装置的基础上,还可以进一步设置与第六处理单元11连接的第七处理单元。在第六处理单元11完成对一家电的注册之后,第七处理单元查找与已完成注册的家电适配的程序,将查找到的程序输出至与已完成 注册的家电连接的网口。
实施中,第七处理单元查找与已完成注册的家电适配的程序,可以采用多种方式。例如:第七处理单元在存储器查找与已完成注册的家电适配的程序。或者,第七处理单元向云服务器发送程序查询请求,数据查询请求包括已完成注册的家电的类型信息,之后接收云服务器反馈的程序。
在本发明上述公开的各个控制装置中,第一接收单元1接收控制指令具体为:接收由控制终端发送的控制指令;或者,接收云服务器发送的控制指令,云服务器所发送的控制指令是由控制终端发送至云服务器的;或者,接收通过人机交互装置输入的控制指令。
本发明还公开家庭数据终端,该家庭数据终端具有路由模块,能够与控制终端和云服务器进行数据交互,家电能够与家庭数据终端进行数据交互,并且家庭数据终端还包括上述公开的任意一种控制装置。本发明公开的家庭数据终端不仅具有路由模块,还可以控制家电的运行。

    第一接收单元,用于接收控制指令,所述控制指令携带有家电设备标识;
    第一解析单元,用于解析所述第一接收单元接收的控制指令,获得所述控 制指令携带的家电设备标识;
    第一处理单元,用于根据所述家电设备标识确定目标家电,将所述控制指令处理为与所述目标家电适配的家电控制信号;
    第一发送单元,用于将所述家电控制信号输出至所述家电设备标识所表征的家电。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的控制装置,其特征在于,所述家庭数据终端包括存储器,所述控制装置还包括:
    第二处理单元,用于接收家电反馈的运行数据,将所述运行数据存储于所述存储器,所述运行数据包括家电的家电设备标识。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的控制装置,其特征在于,还包括第三处理单元;
    在所述第二处理单元接收到家电反馈的运行数据之后,所述第三处理单元在所述运行数据包括用户需求数据的情况下,将所述用户需求数据传输至所述云服务器和所述控制终端,其中,所述用户需求数据包括故障信息和控制信号应答信息。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的控制装置,其特征在于,所述用户需求数据还包括家电用电信息和家电运行时间信息。
  17. 根据权利要求14、15或16所述的控制装置,其特征在于,还包括第四处理单元;
    在所述第二处理单元接收到家电反馈的运行数据之后,所述第四处理单元利用家电的运行数据查找所述家电相应的控制模式,基于所述控制模式生成与所述家电适配的家电控制信号,将所述家电控制信号输出至反馈所述运行数据的家电。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的控制装置,其特征在于,还包括第五处理单元;
    在有多个家电与所述家庭数据终端连接,且所述多个家电请求获取数据的情况下,所述第五处理单元从所述存储器读取数据,将所述数据输出至所述多个家电。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的控制装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    第二接收单元,用于接收家电发送的注册请求,所述注册请求携带有设备相关信息,所述设备相关信息包括所述家电的家电设备标识和类型信息;
    第二解析单元,用于解析所述第二接收单元接收的注册请求,获得所述注册请求携带的家电的类型信息;
    第六处理单元,用于根据所述家电的类型信息判断所述家电是否为可识别设备,如果为可识别设备,则记录所述家电的设备相关信息完成注册,如果为不可识别设备,则注册失败。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的控制装置,其特征在于,还包括第七处理单元;
    在所述第六处理单元完成对一家电的注册之后,所述第七处理单元查找与已完成注册的家电适配的程序,将查找到的程序输出至所述已完成注册的家电。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的控制装置,其特征在于,所述家庭数据终端还包括人机交互装置;
    所述第一接收单元接收控制指令具体为:接收由控制终端发送的控制指令;或者,接收云服务器发送的控制指令,所述云服务器所发送的控制指令是由所述控制终端发送至所述云服务器的;或者,接收通过所述人机交互装置输入的控制指令。
  22. 一种家庭数据终端,其特征在于,所述家庭数据终端具有路由模块,能够与控制终端和云服务器进行数据交互,家电能够与所述家庭数据终端进行数据交互,并且所述家庭数据终端还包括如权利要求12至21中任一项所述的控制装置。
