背景技术
随着社会的进步,经济的发展,工业发展带来的全球变暖趋势越来越明显,也导致了目前极端天气越来越多,其恶化程度越来越强,给工业、农业、人身安全等造成很大的损失。
如何有效的降低自然灾害造成的损失,预防及预报的作用首当其冲。目前城市及城镇中,因为人口密集,活动范围较为集中,当自然灾害即将到来时,灾害通知、通告能够有效地传递,预防、撤离等指令能够有效地下达;相反,在人口分布较为分散,自然灾害预防意识较为淡薄的农村或者欠发达地区,自然灾害的预防、预告及警报还有很多工作要做。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中问题,本发明提供了一种智能自然灾害警报系统,能够快速地发布自然灾害的相关信息,有效地避免或者降低自然灾害带来的经济及人生安全的损失。
本发明通过如下技术方案实现:
一种智能自然灾害警报系统,包括中央控制器和若干个警报机台,其上分别装有GPRS和/或卫星无线通信系统,两者之间通过GPRS或者卫星进行数据通信;其中,中央控制器:放置在农业局、气象台或者其它地方,通过专门数据通道或者网络搜集天气、地质灾害等预警信息;警报机台:在GPRS信号覆盖良好的区域通过GPRS无线通信技术进行数据通信,GPRS覆盖的盲点区域通过卫星进行数据通信;中央控制器对收集的预警信息进行搜集、归纳整理和分配,处理后以短信方式发送到所需的警报机台,警报机台收到预警信息后,通过GPRS短信转发或者扩音喇叭播报的方式对该区域内民众进行警示,以便民众及时采取措施,有效地避免或者降低自然灾害带来的经济及人生安全的损失。
进一步地,所述警报机台采用市电供电或者太阳能供电。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供的自然灾害警报系统,充分利用GPRS无线通信技术和卫星通信技术互补的特性,全面的进行通信覆盖,保证警报信息到达无盲点区域,智能警报机台灵活布设,不受地形影响。

其中,警报机台设置于各个不同的区域,在GPRS信号覆盖良好的区域通过GPRS无线通信技术进行数据通信,在GPRS覆盖的盲点区域通过卫星进行数据通信;警报机台采用市电供电或者太阳能供电(偏远地区),警报机台灵活布设,不受地形影响。
中央控制器放置在农业局、气象台或者其它地方,通过专门数据通道或者网络搜集天气、地质灾害等预警信息;中央控制器对收集的预警信息进行搜集、归纳整理和分配,处理后以短信方式发送到所需的警报机台,警报机台收到预警信息后,通过GPRS短信转发或者扩音喇叭播报的方式对该区域内民众进行警示,以便民众及时采取措施,有效地避免或者降低自然灾害带来的经济及人生安全的损失。

  1. 一种智能自然灾害警报系统,其特征在于:所述系统包括中央控制器和若干个警报机台,其上分别装有GPRS和/或卫星无线通信系统,两者之间通过GPRS或者卫星进行数据通信;其中,中央控制器:放置在农业局、气象台或者其它地方,通过专门数据通道或者网络搜集天气、地质灾害等预警信息;警报机台:在GPRS信号覆盖良好的区域通过GPRS无线通信技术进行数据通信,GPRS覆盖的盲点区域通过卫星进行数据通信;中央控制器对收集的预警信息进行搜集、归纳整理和分配,处理后以短信方式发送到所需的警报机台,警报机台收到预警信息后,通过GPRS短信转发或者扩音喇叭播报的方式对该区域内民众进行警示,以便民众及时采取措施,有效地避免或者降低自然灾害带来的经济及人生安全的损失。
