本发明实施例公开了一种接近业务ProSe监听方法和设备,该方法可包括:ProSe实体接收第一消息,所述第一消息用于请求监听广播用户设备UE;所述ProSe实体获取监听UE的ProSe区域标识;所述ProSe实体根据所述监听UE的ProSe区域标识获取所述广播UE中的待监听广播UE的标识信息,所述待监听广播UE为与所述监听UE具有相同ProSe区域标识的广播UE;所述ProSe实体发送第二消息,所述第二消息携带所述待监听广播UE的标识信息。本发明可以减少UE的资源浪费。
Description
本发明涉及通信领域,尤其涉及一种接近业务(英文全称:ProSe)监听方法和设备。
传统的移动网络中,用户设备(英文全称:User Equipment,英文缩写:UE)间的数据通信路径要经过核心网实体,例如:服务网关(英文全称:Serving Gateway,英文缩写:SGW)或者分组数据网关(英文全称:Packet Data Network Gateway,英文缩写:PGW)。因此,即使2个距离非常近的UE间需要传递数据时,也需要经过核心网进行传递。这样会对网络传输带宽有较大的需求量,并且传输效率较低。
业界为了解决上述问题,提出了接近业务(英文全称:Proximity Service,英文缩写:ProSe)课题,该课题主要解决距离较近的UE间如何进行更高效率的通信。解决思路是UE间可以直接进行数据交换,也可以仅通过基站不经过核心网实体进行数据交换。
在实际应用于中,监听UE的在线好友可能会处于不同的地理位置,这样在这些上线好友中就可能会存在与监听UE当前地理位置相距比较远的好友,而现有技术中UE是监听所有上线好友,由于相距比较远的好友之前是无法进行ProSe业务传递。这样UE监听这些相距比较远的好友,就无法监听到这些UE的广播消息,从而造成UE的资源浪费。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种ProSe监听方法和设备,可以减少UE的资源浪费。
第一方面,本发明提供一种接近业务ProSe监听方法,包括:
ProSe实体接收第一消息,所述第一消息用于请求监听广播用户设备UE;
所述ProSe实体获取监听UE的ProSe区域标识;
所述ProSe实体根据所述监听UE的ProSe区域标识获取所述广播UE中的待监听广播UE的标识信息,所述待监听广播UE为与所述监听UE具有相同ProSe区域标识的广播UE;

上述技术方案中,ProSe实体接收第一消息,所述第一消息用于监听UE请求监听广播UE;ProSe实体获取所述监听UE的ProSe区域标识;ProSe实体根据所述监听UE的ProSe区域标识获取所述广播UE中的待监听广播UE的标识信息,所述待监听广播UE为与所述监听UE具有相同ProSe区域标识的广播UE;ProSe实体发送第二消息,所述第二消息携带所述待监听广播UE的标识信息。这样可以实现监听UE只会获取到相同ProSe区域的待监听广播
UE的标识信息,从而实现监听UE只会监听相同ProSe区域的待监听广播UE的广播消息,而不会监听不同ProSe区域的广播UE的广播消息,从而减少UE的资源浪费。

101、ProSe实体接收第一消息,所述第一消息用于请求监听广播用户设备UE。
可选的,ProSe实体可以接收任一监听用户设备UE发起的监听。上述广播UE可以是特定的广播UE,例如:监听UE的好友中当前处于上线状态或者广播状态的UE,或者监听UE的通讯录中当前处于上线状态或者广播状态的UE,或者监听UE指定要监听的某些好友UE。第一消息用于请求监听广播UE可以理解为第一消息用于所述监听UE请求监听上述广播UE。
102、ProSe实体获取所述监听UE的ProSe区域标识。
可选的,上述ProSe区域标识用于标识为进行ProSe而划分的区域,所述ProSe区域为进行ProSe而划分的区域。另外,上述ProSe区别可以是预先划分好的,例如:不同的地理位置区别划分为不同的ProSe区别。另外,上述ProSe区域标识可以是用于表示监听UE所处的位置区域的标识,例如:监听UE的位置ID(英文全称:Location ID)。
103、ProSe实体根据所述监听UE的ProSe区域标识获取所述广播UE中的待监听广播UE的标识信息,所述待监听广播UE为与所述监听UE具有相同ProSe区域标识的广播UE。
由于上述待监听广播UE的ProSe区域标识与上述监听UE的ProSe区域标识相同,这样就表示待监听广播UE与上述监听UE当前所处于同一ProSe区域。从而监听UE可以监听到待监听广播UE的广播消息。
104、ProSe实体发送第二消息,所述第二消息携带所述待监听广播UE的标识信息。
可选的,上述待监听广播UE的标识信息可以是用于标识该待监听广播UE的任一标识信息,例如:设备标识或者接近业务码,其中,接近业务码可以包括:接近业务应用码(英文全称:ProSe App code)或者受限接近业务码(英文全称:ProSe Restricted code)等等。另外,待监听广播UE的接近业务码还可以表现为在空口上唯一标识该待监听广播UE,即第待监听广播UE的接近业务码与该待监听广播UE一一对应。
当上述ProSe实体发送上述第二消息后,上述监听UE就可以接收到上述第二消息,这样上述监听UE获取到上述标识信息后,就可以使用该标识信息
监听上述待监听广播UE的广播消息。
可选的,上述ProSe实体可以是监听UE归属的ProSe实体(英文全称:ProSe Function),或者可以是上述广播UE或者上述待监听广播UE归属的ProSe实体等。其中,该ProSe实体可以是任何具备网络功能的设备,例如:服务器、计算机、基站设备等等。另外,需要说明的是,上述监听UE、广播UE、待监听UE仅是用来区分UE并不用于限制UE。
本实施例中,ProSe实体接收第一消息,所述第一消息用于监听UE请求监听广播UE;ProSe实体获取所述监听UE的ProSe区域标识;ProSe实体根据所述监听UE的ProSe区域标识获取所述广播UE中的待监听广播UE的标识信息,所述待监听广播UE为与所述监听UE具有相同ProSe区域标识的广播UE;ProSe实体发送第二消息,所述第二消息携带所述待监听广播UE的标识信息。这样可以实现监听UE只会获取到相同ProSe区域的待监听广播UE的标识信息,从而实现监听UE只会监听相同ProSe区域的待监听广播UE的广播消息,而不会监听不同ProSe区域的广播UE的广播消息,从而减少UE的资源浪费。

其中,上述监听UE当前驻留的小区标识可以是该监听UE在所属的公共陆地移动网络(英文全称:Public Land Mobile Network,英文缩写:PLMN)内当前驻留的小区标识,例如:该监听UE当前驻留的小区标识可以包括:小区全局标识符(英文全称:E-UTRAN Cell Global Identifier,英文缩写:ECGI)。另外,上述监听UE当前驻留的小区集合标识也可以是该监听UE在所属的PLMN内当前驻留的小区集合标识,例如:该监听UE当前驻留的小区集合标识可以包括:跟踪区标识(英文全称:Tracking Area Identity,英文缩写:TAI)或者跟踪区列表(英文全称:Tracking Area,TA list)等。
另外,上述小区标识或小区集合标识还可以是ProSe实体预先存储的上述监听UE的小区标识或小区集合标识,或者可以是监听UE上报的,例如:上述第一消息进一步可以携带所述监听UE当前驻留的小区标识或小区集合标识。再通过该小区标识或小区集合标识获取到监听UE的区域标识。
可选的,上述ProSe实体根据所述监听UE当前驻留的小区标识或小区集合标识获取所述监听UE的ProSe区域标识的步骤,可以包括:
ProSe实体向第三方服务器发送携带所述监听UE当前驻留的小区标识或小区集合标识的第三消息,所述第三消息用于请求所述第三方服务器返回所述监听UE的ProSe区域标识;
所述ProSe实体接收所述第三方服务器发送的所述第三消息的响应消息,
所述响应消息携带所述监听UE的ProSe区域标识。
其中,上述第三方服务器可以预先存储有上述监听UE的ProSe区域标识,这样当该服务器接收到上述第三消息时,就可以根据第三消息内携带的小区标识或小区集合标识获取到,该小区标识或小区集合标识所属的ProSe区域的区域标识作为上述监听UE的ProSe区域标识。
另外,上述第三方服务器可以是服务全国范围的服务器(例如:Country Wide服务器)。另外,上述响应消息还可以携带有监听UE的ProSe区域标识所属的ProSe区域的接近业务位置区域信息(例如:ProSe Location Area code),该接近业务位置区域信息可以是接近业务位置区标识(英文全称:ProSe Location Area Identity)。
另外,上述第三方服务器还可以是访问公共陆地移动网(Visitor Public Land Mobile Network,VPLMN)的服务器。这样可以实现当监听UE在漫游情况时,通过VPLMN获取到监听UE的ProSe区域标识。
可选的,所述第一消息进一步携带所述监听UE的ProSe区域标识;
步骤202可以包括:
ProSe实体从所述第一消息中获取所述监听UE的ProSe区域标识。
例如:上述第一消息是接收监听UE归属的ProSe实体发送的第一消息,这样就可以实现通过监听UE归属的ProSe实体获取监听UE的ProSe区域标识。其中,监听UE归属的ProSe实体可以通过上述介绍的获取ProSe区域标识的方式获取到该监听UE的ProSe区域标识,再向步骤202的执行主体的ProSe实体发送监听UE的ProSe区域标识。
203、ProSe实体根据所述监听UE的ProSe区域标识过滤所述广播UE,选择与所述监听UE具有相同ProSe区域标识的广播UE做为待监听广播UE,获取所述待监听广播UE的标识信息。
可选的,步骤203可以是根据各广播UE的ProSe区域标识和监听UE的ProSe区域标识进行过滤,从而从广播UE中选择ProSe区域标识与监听UE的ProSe区域标识相同的待监听广播UE,并获取待监听广播UE的标识信息。例如:当上述广播UE归属的ProSe实体与监听UE归属的ProSe实体都为步骤203中的ProSe实体时,步骤203可以根据预先获取的广播UE的ProSe区
域标识和监听UE的ProSe区域标识进行过滤。其中,广播UE的ProSe区域标识的获取方式可以参考上述描述的获取监听UE的ProSe区域标识的获取方式,此处不作重复说明。另外,当广播UE与监听UE归属的ProSe实体不同时,步骤203中使用的广播UE的ProSe区域标识可以是该广播UE归属的ProSe实体发送的ProSe区域标识;当然,当广播UE与监听UE归属的ProSe实体不同时,步骤203中的ProSe实体也可以采用获取监听UE的ProSe区域标识的方式获取到广播UE的ProSe区域标识。
204、ProSe实体发送第二消息,所述第二消息携带所述待监听广播UE的标识信息。

该实施方式可以实现当广播UE的ProSe区域标识变化时,可以及时判断出该广播UE是否与监听UE处于同一ProSe区域,若是,则获取该广播UE的ProSe标识信息,以实现向监听UE发送该广播UE的标识信息,以使该监听UE及时去监听该广播UE。
本实施例中,在图1所示的实施例的基础上增加了多种可选的实施方式,且都可以实现减少UE的资源浪费。另外,本实施例中的多种实施方式都可以应用于图1所示的实施例中。
请参阅图3,图3是本发明实施例提供的另一种ProSe监听方法的流程示意图,如图3所示,包括以下步骤:
301、监听UE向ProSe实体发送第一消息,所述第一消息用于请求监听广播UE。
可选的,上述第一消息可以是该监听UE需要进行监听时发送的,另外,上述ProSe实体可以是该UE归属的ProSe实体。
302、监听UE接收所述ProSe实体发送的第二消息,所述第二消息携带待监听广播UE的标识信息,所述待监听广播UE的标识信息是所述ProSe实体根据所述监听UE的ProSe区域标识获取的,所述待监听广播UE为与所述监听UE具有相同ProSe区域标识的广播UE。
其中,上述ProSe区域标识可以用于标识为进行ProSe而划分的区域,所述ProSe区域为进行ProSe而划分的区域。
另外,当上述ProSe实体接收到上述第一消息后,就可以获取该监听UE的ProSe区域标识,并根据该ProSe区域标识获取上述广播UE中的待监听广播UE,并返回上述第二消息。
303、监听UE根据所述待监听广播UE的标识信息监听所述待监听广播UE。
上述标识信息可以是设备标识或者接近业务码,其中,接近业务码可以包括:接近业务应用码(英文全称:ProSe App code)或者受限接近业务码(英文全称:ProSe Restricted code)等等。这样当监听UE获取到该标识信息时,就可以根据该标识信息去监听上述待监听广播UE的广播消息,即与该待监听广播UE进行ProSe传输。

其中,上述监听UE所属的ProSe区域对应的小区列表或者小区集合列表可以是,上述ProSe实体根据监听UE的ProSe区域标识或者小区标识或小区集合标识获取到的该监听UE的小区列表或者小区集合列表。
该实施方式可以实现当监听UE当前的小区或者小区集合变化时,及时向ProSe发送上述第一消息,以实现获取监听UE变化后的小区或者小区集合对应的待监听广播UE的标识信息,以实现监听该待监听广播UE。
需要说明的是,上述监听UE、广播UE、待监听UE仅是用来区分UE并不用于限制UE。
本实施例中,监听UE向ProSe实体发送第一消息,所述第一消息用于请求监听广播UE;监听UE接收所述ProSe实体发送的第二消息,所述第二消息携带待监听广播UE的标识信息,所述待监听广播UE的标识信息是所述ProSe实体根据所述监听UE的ProSe区域标识获取的,所述待监听广播UE为与所述监听UE具有相同ProSe区域标识的广播UE;监听UE根据所述待监听广播UE的标识信息监听所述待监听广播UE。这样可以实现监听UE只会获取到相同ProSe区域的待监听广播UE的标识信息,从而实现监听UE只会监听相同ProSe区域的待监听广播UE的广播消息,而不会监听不同ProSe区域的广播UE的广播消息,从而减少UE的资源浪费。

601、监听UE在应用层配置广播,获得该监听UE自己的受限接近业务应用标识(英文全称:Restricted ProSe Application ID),以及请求监听的广播UE的受限接近业务应用标识(英文全称:Requester Restricted ProSe Application IDs),并把该监听UE的UE标识接近业务应用服务器(英文全称:ProSe Application Server)其中其中,UE标识可以是UE的IMSI或者UE标识可以是MSISDN,或者UE标识可以是接近业务应用服务器分配给广播UE的一个随机数。
602、监听UE向归属的第一接近业务实体发送发现请求消息,该消息可以携带受限接近业务应用标识、UE标识、ECGI、请求监听的广播UE的受限接近业务应用标识(英文全称:Requester Restricted ProSe Application IDs)监听指示(英文全称:monitor command)标识,受限发现标识(英文全称:Restricted Discovery标识)和应用标识(英文全称:Application Identity)。其中,受限接近业务应用标识是广播UE自己的标识,而请求监听的广播UE的受限接近业务应用标识是正在广播的好友标识。
603、第一接近业务实体检查监听UE是否有使用应用标识指代的应用(例如:APP)进行ProSe业务的权利。若第一接近业务实体中没有监听UE的上下文信息,则向HSS服务器发送发现鉴权(英文全称:Discovery Authentication)以获取鉴权信息,并且在第一接近业务实体内部为监听UE建立上下文信息,该信息可以包括监听UE的签约的PLMNs和有效时间。HSS服务器同时还可以提供监听UE的MSISDN信息。另外,当监听UE在有效时间内没有发起一次新的监听请求,第二接近业务实体还可以删除监听UE的上下文信息。
604、第二接近业务实体向服务全国范围的服务器发送位置区标识请求消
息,该消息可以携带UE所驻留小区的ECGI。
605、服务全国范围的服务器服务器向第二接近业务实体发送位置区标识响应消息,该消息可以携带ECGI对应的位置区标识,以及还可以携带所属的接近业务位置区码(英文全称:ProSe Location Area Code)。
606、第一接近业务实体上述想监听的各广播UE归属的第二接近业务实体发送监听请求消息(英文全称:Monitor Request),该消息可以携带监听UE的受限接近业务应用标识(英文全称:Restricted ProSe Application ID)、UE标识、位置区标识,以及请求监听的广播UE的受限接近业务应用标识,以及受限发现标识。

6010、与监听UE的位置区标识相同的好友广播UE归属的第二接近业务实体向第一监听业务实体发送监听响应消息(英文全称:Monitor Response)息,携带经过过滤的好友的接近业务应用码(英文全称:ProSe App Codes)。
6011、第一接近业务实体向监听UE发送发现响应消息,该消息可携带监听UE的接近业务位置区码,以及与监听UE的位置区标识相同的好友广播UE接近业务应用码,其中,监听UE的位置区标识相同的好友广播UE可以理解为正在进行广播的好友,且位置区标识相同。
其中,如果监听UE之前发起过监听流程,监听UE知道该自己当前的接
近业务位置区码,则在发现请求消息不需要携带ECGI,步骤6011也不需要回复接近业务位置区码。
另外,如果监听UE在监听时中过程中发现自己的接近业务位置区码发生了变化,则重新执行监听流程。
请参阅图7,图7是本发明实施例提供的另一种应用实施例的示意图,该实施例可以实现基于接近业务临时用户标识(英文全称:ProSe Temp UE ID)实现广播和监听流程。
701、监听UE在应用层配置广播,获得自己的接近业务临时用户标识。

703、第一接近业务实体检查监听UE是否有使用应用标识指代的应用(例如:APP)进行ProSe业务的权利。若第一接近业务实体中没有广播UE的上下文信息,则向HSS服务器发送发现鉴权(英文全称:Discovery Authentication)以获取鉴权信息,并且在第二接近业务实体内部为广播UE建立上下文信息,该信息可以包括广播UE的签约参数和有效时间。HSS服务器同时还可以提供广播UE的MSISDN信息。另外,当广播UE在有效时间内没有发起一次新的广播请求,第二接近业务实体还可以删除广播UE的上下文信息。

本实施例中,ProSe实体接收第一消息,所述第一消息用于监听UE请求监听广播UE;ProSe实体获取所述监听UE的ProSe区域标识;ProSe实体根据所述监听UE的ProSe区域标识获取所述广播UE中的待监听广播UE的标识信息,所述待监听广播UE为与所述监听UE具有相同ProSe区域标识的广播UE;ProSe实体发送第二消息,所述第二消息携带所述待监听广播UE的标识信息。这样可以实现监听UE只会获取到相同ProSe区域的待监听广播UE的标识信息,从而实现监听UE只会监听相同ProSe区域的待监听广播UE的广播消息,而不会监听不同ProSe区域的广播UE的广播消息,从而减少UE的资源浪费。
请参阅图11,图11是本发明实施例提供另一种监听UE的结构示意图,如图11所示,包括:处理器111、网络接口112、存储器113和通信总线114,其中,所述通信总线114用于实现所述处理器111、网络接口112和存储器113之间连接通信,所述处理器111用于执行所述存储器中存储的程序;其中,所述程序包括:
向ProSe实体发送第一消息,所述第一消息用于请求监听广播UE;
接收所述ProSe实体发送的第二消息,所述第二消息携带待监听广播UE的标识信息,所述待监听广播UE的标识信息是所述ProSe实体根据所述监听UE的ProSe区域标识获取的,所述待监听广播UE为与所述监听UE具有相同ProSe区域标识的广播UE;
根据所述待监听广播UE的标识信息监听所述待监听广播UE。
可选的,所述第二消息进一步可以携带所述监听UE所属的ProSe区域对应的小区列表或者小区集合列表;处理器111执行的程序还可以包括:
当所述监听UE不在所述小区列表中的任何一个小区或者所述小区集合列表中的任何一个小区集合驻留时,向所述ProSe实体发送所述第一消息。
本实施例中,监听UE向ProSe实体发送第一消息,所述第一消息用于请求监听广播UE;监听UE接收所述ProSe实体发送的第二消息,所述第二消息携带待监听广播UE的标识信息,所述待监听广播UE的标识信息是所述ProSe实体根据所述监听UE的ProSe区域标识获取的,所述待监听广播UE为与所述监听UE具有相同ProSe区域标识的广播UE;监听UE根据所述待监听广播UE的标识信息监听所述待监听广播UE。这样可以实现监听UE只会获取到相同ProSe区域的待监听广播UE的标识信息,从而实现监听UE只会监听相同ProSe区域的待监听广播UE的广播消息,而不会监听不同ProSe区域的广播UE的广播消息,从而减少UE的资源浪费。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程,是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的程序可存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。其中,所述的存储介质可为磁碟、光盘、只读存储记忆体(Read-Only Memory,ROM)或随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,简称RAM)等。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,当然不能以此来限定本发明之权利范围,因此依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属本发明所涵盖的范围。
Claims (28)
- 一种接近业务ProSe监听方法,其特征在于,包括:ProSe实体接收第一消息,所述第一消息用于请求监听广播用户设备UE;所述ProSe实体获取监听UE的ProSe区域标识;所述ProSe实体根据所述监听UE的ProSe区域标识获取所述广播UE中的待监听广播UE的标识信息,所述待监听广播UE为与所述监听UE具有相同ProSe区域标识的广播UE;所述ProSe实体发送第二消息,所述第二消息携带所述待监听广播UE的标识信息。
- 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述ProSe实体根据监听UE的ProSe区域标识获取所述广播UE中的待监听广播UE的标识信息包括:所述ProSe实体根据所述监听UE的ProSe区域标识过滤所述广播UE,选择与所述监听UE具有相同ProSe区域标识的广播UE做为待监听广播UE,获取所述待监听广播UE的标识信息。
- 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述ProSe实体获取所述监听UE的ProSe区域标识包括:所述ProSe实体根据所述监听UE当前驻留的小区标识或小区集合标识获取所述监听UE的ProSe区域标识。
- 如权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一消息进一步携带所述监听UE当前驻留的小区标识或小区集合标识。
- 如权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述ProSe实体根据所述监听UE当前驻留的小区标识或小区集合标识获取所述监听UE的ProSe区域标识包括:所述ProSe实体向第三方服务器发送携带所述监听UE当前驻留的小区标识或小区集合标识的第三消息,所述第三消息用于请求所述第三方服务器返回所述监听UE的ProSe区域标识;所述ProSe实体接收所述第三方服务器发送的所述第三消息的响应消息,所述响应消息携带所述监听UE的ProSe区域标识。
- 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一消息进一步携带所述监听UE的ProSe区域标识;所述ProSe实体获取所述监听UE的ProSe区域标识包括:所述ProSe实体从所述第一消息中获取所述监听UE的ProSe区域标识。
- 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:所述ProSe实体接收所述广播UE的ProSe区域标识变化通知消息;所述ProSe实体根据所述监听UE的ProSe区域标识获取所述广播UE中的待监听广播UE的标识信息包括:当所述广播UE的ProSe区域标识与所述监听UE的ProSe区域标识相同时,所述ProSe实体选择所述广播UE做为待监听广播UE,获取所述待监听广播UE的标识信息。
- 如权利要求1-7中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述ProSe实体接收第一消息,包括:所述ProSe实体接收监听UE发送的所述第一消息;或者所述ProSe实体接收监听UE归属的ProSe实体发送的所述第一消息。
- 一种接近业务ProSe监听方法,其特征在于,包括:监听用户设备UE向ProSe实体发送第一消息,所述第一消息用于请求监听广播UE;所述监听UE接收所述ProSe实体发送的第二消息,所述第二消息携带待监听广播UE的标识信息,所述待监听广播UE的标识信息是所述ProSe实体根据所述监听UE的ProSe区域标识获取的,所述待监听广播UE为与所述监听UE具有相同ProSe区域标识的广播UE;所述监听UE根据所述待监听广播UE的标识信息监听所述待监听广播UE。
- 如权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二消息进一步携带所述监听UE所属的ProSe区域对应的小区列表或者小区集合列表;所述方法还包括:当所述监听UE不在所述小区列表中的任何一个小区或者所述小区集合列表中的任何一个小区集合驻留时,所述监听UE向所述ProSe实体发送所述第 一消息。
- 一种接近业务ProSe实体,其特征在于,包括:接收单元,用于接收第一消息,所述第一消息用于请求监听广播用户设备UE;第一获取单元,用于获取监听UE的ProSe区域标识;第二获取单元,用于根据所述监听UE的ProSe区域标识获取所述广播UE中的待监听广播UE的标识信息,所述待监听广播UE为与所述监听UE具有相同ProSe区域标识的广播UE;发送单元,用于发送第二消息,所述第二消息携带所述待监听广播UE的标识信息。
- 如权利要求11所述的ProSe实体,其特征在于,所述第二获取单元具体用于,根据所述监听UE的ProSe区域标识过滤所述广播UE,选择与所述监听UE具有相同ProSe区域标识的广播UE做为待监听广播UE,获取所述待监听广播UE的标识信息。
- 如权利要求11所述的ProSe实体,其特征在于,所述第一获取单元具体用于,根据所述监听UE当前驻留的小区标识或小区集合标识获取所述监听UE的ProSe区域标识。
- 如权利要求13所述的ProSe实体,其特征在于,所述第一获取单元具体用于,向第三方服务器发送携带所述监听UE当前驻留的小区标识或小区集合标识的第三消息,所述第三消息用于请求所述第三方服务器返回所述监听UE的ProSe区域标识,并接收所述第三方服务器发送的所述第三消息的响应消息,所述响应消息携带所述监听UE的ProSe区域标识。
- 如权利要求11所述的ProSe实体,其特征在于,所述第一消息进一步携带所述监听UE的ProSe区域标识;所述第一获取单元具体用于,从所述第一消息中获取所述监听UE的ProSe区域标识。
- 如权利要求11所述的ProSe实体,其特征在于,所述接收单元具体用于,接收所述广播UE的ProSe区域标识变化通知消 息;所述第二获取单元具体用于,当所述广播UE的ProSe区域标识与所述监听UE的ProSe区域标识相同时,选择所述广播UE做为待监听广播UE,获取所述待监听广播UE的标识信息。
- 如权利要求11-16中任一项所述的ProSe实体,共特征在于,所述接收单元具体用于,接收监听UE发送的所述第一消息;或者所述接收单元具体用于,接收监听UE归属的ProSe实体发送的所述第一消息。
- 一种监听用户设备UE,其特征在于,包括:发送单元,用于向接近业务ProSe实体发送第一消息,所述第一消息用于请求监听广播UE;接收单元,用于接收所述ProSe实体发送的第二消息,所述第二消息携带待监听广播UE的标识信息,所述待监听广播UE的标识信息是所述ProSe实体根据所述监听UE的ProSe区域标识获取的,所述待监听广播UE为与所述监听UE具有相同ProSe区域标识的广播UE;监听单元,用于根据所述待监听广播UE的标识信息监听所述待监听广播UE。
- 如权利要求18所述的监听UE,其特征在于,所述接收单元具体用于,接收所述ProSe实体发送的第二消息,所述第二消息进一步携带所述监听UE所属的ProSe区域对应的小区列表或者小区集合列表;所述发送单元具体用于,当所述监听UE不在所述小区列表中的任何一个小区或者所述小区集合列表中的任何一个小区集合驻留时,向所述ProSe实体发送所述第一消息。
- 一种接近业务ProSe实体,其特征在于,包括:处理器、网络接口、存储器和通信总线,其中,所述通信总线用于实现所述处理器、网络接口和存储器之间连接通信,所述处理器用于执行所述存储器中存储的程序;其中,所述程序包括:接收第一消息,所述第一消息用于请求监听广播用户设备UE;获取监听UE的ProSe区域标识;根据所述监听UE的ProSe区域标识获取所述广播UE中的待监听广播UE的标识信息,所述待监听广播UE为与所述监听UE具有相同ProSe区域标识的广播UE;发送第二消息,所述第二消息携带所述待监听广播UE的标识信息。
- 如权利要求20所述的ProSe实体,其特征在于,所述处理器执行的根据监听UE的ProSe区域标识获取所述广播UE中的待监听广播UE的标识信息的程序包括:根据所述监听UE的ProSe区域标识过滤所述广播UE,选择与所述监听UE具有相同ProSe区域标识的广播UE做为待监听广播UE,获取所述待监听广播UE的标识信息。
- 如权利要求20所述的ProSe实体,其特征在于,所述处理器执行的获取所述监听UE的ProSe区域标识的程序包括:根据所述监听UE当前驻留的小区标识或小区集合标识获取所述监听UE的ProSe区域标识。
- 如权利要求22所述的ProSe实体,其特征在于,所述处理器执行的根据所述监听UE当前驻留的小区标识或小区集合标识获取所述监听UE的ProSe区域标识程序包括:向第三方服务器发送携带所述监听UE当前驻留的小区标识或小区集合标识的第三消息,所述第三消息用于请求所述第三方服务器返回所述监听UE的ProSe区域标识;接收所述第三方服务器发送的所述第三消息的响应消息,所述响应消息携带所述监听UE的ProSe区域标识。
- 如权利要求20所述的ProSe实体,其特征在于,所述第一消息进一步携带所述监听UE的ProSe区域标识;所述处理器执行的获取所述监听UE的ProSe区域标识的程序包括:从所述第一消息中获取所述监听UE的ProSe区域标识。
- 如权利要求20所述的ProSe实体,其特征在于,所述处理器执行的程序还包括:接收所述广播UE的ProSe区域标识变化通知消息;所述处理器执行的根据所述监听UE的ProSe区域标识获取所述广播UE中的待监听广播UE的标识信息程序包括:当所述广播UE的ProSe区域标识与所述监听UE的ProSe区域标识相同时,选择所述广播UE做为待监听广播UE,获取所述待监听广播UE的标识信息。
- 如权利要求20-25中任一项所述的ProSe实体,其特征在于,所述处理器执行的接收第一消息的程序包括:接收监听UE发送的所述第一消息;或者接收监听UE归属的ProSe实体发送的所述第一消息。
- 一种监听用户设备UE,其特征在于,包括:处理器、网络接口、存储器和通信总线,其中,所述通信总线用于实现所述处理器、网络接口和存储器之间连接通信,所述处理器用于执行所述存储器中存储的程序;其中,所述程序包括:向接近业务ProSe实体发送第一消息,所述第一消息用于请求监听广播UE;接收所述ProSe实体发送的第二消息,所述第二消息携带待监听广播UE的标识信息,所述待监听广播UE的标识信息是所述ProSe实体根据所述监听UE的ProSe区域标识获取的,所述待监听广播UE为与所述监听UE具有相同ProSe区域标识的广播UE;根据所述待监听广播UE的标识信息监听所述待监听广播UE。
- 如权利要求27所述的监听UE,其特征在于,所述第二消息进一步携带所述监听UE所属的ProSe区域对应的小区列表或者小区集合列表;所述处理器执行的程序还包括:当所述监听UE不在所述小区列表中的任何一个小区或者所述小区集合列表中的任何一个小区集合驻留时,向所述ProSe实体发送所述第一消息。
