近距离业务解析方法、装置及设备 技术领域
本发明涉及通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种近距离业务解析方法、装置及设备。
背景技术
近几年,社交网络、朋友间近距离数据共享、本地广告等应用的流行使得人们对了解附近感兴趣的事物并与之通信的需求逐渐增加。
近距离业务(Proximity-based Services,ProSe)是第3代合作伙伴(3rd Generation Partnership Project,3GPP)最新定义的基于长期演进(Long Term Evolution,LTE)技术的用户设备(User Equipment,UE)之间通信的技术。
ProSe中的近距离发现(ProSe discovery)业务随着社交类应用的迅速发展,应用越来越广泛。近距离发现业务通过应用平台与网络之间的合作可实现例如发现近距离范围内的好友、发现周围感兴趣的商家等业务功能。近距离发现业务的实现过程主要包括三部分:作为广播者的用户设备(announce UE)获取自身的业务标识以及广播码、并在有效时间之内广播业务信息;作为监听者的用户设备(monitor UE)获取好友的身份标识或者感兴趣的业务标识、并在获取对应请求监听的身份标识或者业务标识的广播码后,在有效时间内进行监听;monitor UE监听到广播码后,向网络侧请求解析监听到的广播码,网络侧对monitor UE监听到的广播码进行验证,若验证通过,则网络侧向monitor UE发送监听到的广播码对应的业务标识内容。
网络侧对monitor UE监听到的广播码进行验证的过程,可称为进行近距离发现解析过程。目前进行近距离发现解析过程中,网络侧的网络设备(例如近距离业务功能实体)需要验证monitor UE上报的监听网络标识(Monitored PLMN ID)的有效性。在网络侧的网络设备对Monitored PLMN ID进行验证过程中,若记录的announce UE的注册网络标识(serving PLMN ID)与monitor UE 上报的Monitored PLMN ID不一致,或者确定在monitor UE上报的Monitored PLMN ID对应的公共陆地移动网络(Public Land Mobile Network,PLMN)中没有announce UE进行业务信息广播,则验证不通过,认为monitor UE上报的Monitored PLMN ID是错误的。
然而,对monitor UE上报的Monitored PLMN ID验证不通过,也可能不是monitor UE上报的Monitored PLMN ID错误,还可能是由于announce UE的信息错误,故目前进行近距离发现解析的实现过程,并不能避免由于广播者用户设备的信息错误导致验证监听网络标识无效的情况发生,近距离发现解析的准确度较低。

本发明实施例中提供的近距离业务解析方法、装置及设备,第一网络设备向广播者用户设备的归属用户服务器发送用于查询广播者用户设备的当前注册网络标识的查询消息,并根据广播者用户设备归属用户服务器反馈的当前注册网络标识验证监听者用户设备上报的监听网络标识的有效性,相比现有技术中依据记录的广播者用户设备的注册网络标识验证监听网络标识的有效性而言,能够避免由于广播者用户设备的信息错误导致监听网络标识验证无效的情况发生,最后根据验证结果对监听者用户设备上报的近距离业务广播码进行解析,能够提高近距离发现解析的准确度。

本发明实施例提供的近距离业务解析方法、装置及设备,可应用于图1所示的网络架构。图1中第一用户设备和第二用户设备为进行近距离发现业 务的用户设备,第一用户设备和第二用户设备的接入网为进化型的统一陆地无线接入网络(Evolved Universal Terrestrial Radio Access Network,E-UTRAN),并通过近距离业务功能实体(ProSe Function)、用户归属服务器(Home Subscriber Server,HSS)、移动性管理实体(Mobility Management Entity,MME)、服务网关(Serving GateWay,S-GW)以及服务定位协议(Service Location Protocol,SLP)等核心网络中的网元进行相关数据的传输。近距离发现业务服务器(ProSe Application Server)为第三方应用服务器,用于保存、处理和应用近距离发现业务的相关数据。
目前,进行近距离发现解析过程中,ProSe Function可对监听者用户设备上报的监听网络标识进行验证,在ProSe Function对监听者用户设备上报的监听网络标识验证不通过,也可能不是监听者网络设备上报的监听网络标识错误,还可能是由于广播者用户设备的信息错误。申请人分析发现,现有技术中,如果广播者用户设备更换当前注册网络之后没有到它的归属网络(Home PLMN,HPLMN)再次申请,登记信息,可能导致广播者用户设备的HPLMN的ProSe Functio中保存的广播者用户设备的信息错误。
本发明实施例中,ProSe Function可以获取监听者用户设备上报的近距离业务广播码和监听网络标识,并向广播者用户设备的HSS发送用于查询所述广播者用户设备的当前注册网络标识的查询消息,并依据接收到的HSS返回的当前注册网络标识对监听网络标识的有效性进行验证,根据得到的验证结果确定是否对近距离业务广播码进行解析,能够避免由于广播者用户设备的信息错误导致监听网络标识验证无效的情况发生,最后根据验证结果对监听者用户设备上报的近距离业务广播码进行解析,能够提高近距离发现解析的准确度。
本发明实施例中监听者用户设备为近距离发现中作为监听者的用户设备,本发明实施例中监听者用户设备的英文简称可以是Monitor UE、monitoring UE或者discover UE。本发明实施例中广播者用户设备为近距离发现中作为广播者的用户设备,本发明实施例中广播者用户设备的英文简称可 以是announce UE、announcing UE或者discoverer UE。
需要说明的是,在实际应用中,监听者用户设备也可以是广播者用户设备,广播者用户设备也可以是监听者用户设备,对于仅作为监听者用户设备,仅作为广播者用户设备,或者既可以作为监听者用户设备还可以作为广播者用户设备,都适用于本发明实施例以下涉及的有关监听者用户设备或者广播者用户设备的相应功能。
本发明以下将结合具体实施例对本发明实施例提供的通信方法及设备,进行详细说明。

处理器403,可以是一个通用中央处理器(CPU),微处理器,特定应用集成电路(application-specific integrated circuit,ASIC),或一个或多个用于控制本发明方案程序执行的集成电路。

图6A所示为本发明实施例提供的进行近距离解析方法的流程图,图6A所示的方法执行主体为第一网络设备,本发明实施例中第一网络设备例如可以是ProSe Function,该ProSe Function可以是分配ProSe App code的ProSe Function。分配ProSe App code的ProSe Function可以是monitor UE的归属公共陆地移动网络(Home Public Land Mobile Network,HPLMN)中的ProSe Function,也可以是不同于monitor UE的HPLMN中的ProSe Function的其它ProSe Function。如图6A所示,该方法包括:

本发明实施例中监听者用户设备可以是近距离发现中作为监听者的用户设备,本发明实施例中为描述方便,后续将监听者用户设备用Monitor UE表示。
本发明实施例中近距离业务广播码(ProSe code)是网络侧为monitor UE分配的广播码,该广播码对应monitor UE请求监听的近距离业务应用标识(ProSe App ID)或者近距离业务用户标识(ProSe App user ID)。当然本发明实施例中网络侧为monitor UE分配的广播码也可称为近距离业务应用广播码(ProSe App code)。
本发明实施例中,监听网络标识(Monitored PLMN ID)为monitor UE监听到ProSe App code所在的PLMN的网络标识,也即是announce UE广播monitor UE监听到的该ProSe App code所在的PLMN的网络标识。
本发明实施例中monitor UE监听到ProSe App code,则可向monitor UE的HPLMN中的网络设备上报ProSe App code以及Monitored PLMN ID。本发明实施例中为描述方便,将monitor UE的HPLMN中的网络设备称为第三网络设备,该第三网络设备可以是monitor UE的HPLMN中的ProSe Function。
本发明实施例中第一网络设备一般为分配ProSe App code的网络设备。在第一网络设备与第三网络设备是同一个的情况下,即ProSe App code是由第三网络设备分配的,则第一网络设备获取的ProSe App code和Monitored PLMN ID是由monitor UE直接上报给第一网络设备的。在第一网络设备与第三网络设备不同的情况下,即ProSe App code是由第一网络设备分配的,则第一网络设备获取的ProSe App code和Monitored PLMN ID是由monitor UE上报给第三网络设备,然后再由第三网络设备转发给第一网络设备的。
本发明实施例中monitor UE上报的ProSe App code以及Monitored PLMN ID可以包含在monitor UE向其HPLMN中的ProSe Function发送的解析请求消息(match report)中,当然monitor UE发送的match report中还可包含诸 如monitor UE的身份标识(UE identity)、以及monitor UE当前所在网络的网络标识,即monitor UE的访问公共陆地移动网络(Visited PLMN,VPLMN)的网络标识。monitor UE的UE identity例如可以是国际移动用户识别码(International Mobile Subscriber Identity),移动台国际ISDN号码(Mobile Station International ISDN Number,MSISDN)。
S102:第一网络设备向广播者用户设备的归属用户服务器(HSS)发送用于查询广播者用户设备的当前注册网络标识(serving PLMN ID)的查询消息。
本发明实施例中广播者用户设备可以是近距离发现中作为广播者的用户设备,本发明实施例中为描述方便,后续将广播者用户设备用announce UE表示。
在实际应用中,announce UE很可能更换当前注册网络(serving PLMN),这样如果monitor UE在announce UE更换之前监听到的ProSe App code,或者announce UE更换serving PLMN后,没有到它的HPLMN再次申请,登记信息,则第一网络设备中记录的announce UE的信息与实际的announce UE的信息是不一致的,导致Monitored PLMN ID验证失败。HSS一般会存储UE的签约数据,比如UE订阅的服务,例如订阅了上网功能、订阅了近距离业务等,还记录有UE当前注册网络的网络标识(PLMN ID),所在位置信息标识等,故,本发明实施例中第一网络设备向announce UE的HSS发送用于查询announce UE的当前注册网络标识的查询消息,从而获得较准确的announce UE的信息。
S103:第一网络设备接收HSS返回的announce UE的当前注册网络标识。
S104:第一网络设备根据接收到的announce UE的当前注册网络标识验证monitor UE上报的Monitored PLMN ID的有效性。
S105:第一网络设备根据验证结果确定是否对monitor UE监听到的ProSe App code进行解析。
本发明实施例中提供的近距离业务解析方法,第一网络设备向announce UE的HSS发送用于查询announce UE的当前注册网络标识的查询消息,并根据 announce UE的HSS反馈的announce UE的当前注册网络标识验证monitor UE上报的Monitored PLMN ID的有效性,相比现有技术中依据记录的announce UE的注册网络标识验证Monitored PLMN ID的有效性而言,能够避免由于announce UE的信息错误导致Monitored PLMN ID验证无效的情况发生,最后根据验证结果对monitor UE监听到的ProSe App code进行解析,能够提高近距离发现解析的准确度。
本发明实施例中第一网络设备可在确定记录的announce UE的注册网络标识与monitor UE上报的Monitored PLMN ID不一致的情况下,再向announce UE的HSS发送用于查询announce UE的当前注册网络标识的查询消息,即可采用目前验证Monitored PLMN ID有效性的方式确定Monitored PLMN ID无效的情况下,再向announce UE的HSS发送用于查询announce UE的当前注册网络标识的查询消息,以进一步确定是否由于announce UE的信息错误导致的Monitored PLMN ID验证无效。具体的实现过程如图6B所示,即在图6A的实现流程S102之前还包括:
S102a:第一网络设备确定记录的广播者用户设备的注册网络标识与监听网络标识不一致。
本发明实施例中第一网络设备在确定记录的announce UE的注册网络标识与monitor UE上报的Monitored PLMN ID不一致的情况下,依据announce UE的HSS反馈回的announce UE的当前注册网络标识验证monitor UE上报的Monitored PLMN ID的有效性的实现过程可采用如图6C所示的方式,包括:
S1041:第一网络设备判断announce UE的当前注册网络标识与记录的announce UE的注册网络标识是否一致。
S1042a:若announce UE的当前注册网络标识与记录的announce UE的注册网络标识一致,则确定monitor UE上报的Monitored PLMN ID无效。
本发明实施例中若HSS反馈回的announce UE的当前注册网络标识与记录的announce UE的注册网络标识一致,则可说明记录的announce UE的信息是正确的,然而monitor UE上报的Monitored PLMN ID与记录的announce UE 的注册网络标识不一致,则可说明monitor UE上报的Monitored PLMN ID是无效的。
monitor UE上报的Monitored PLMN ID无效可能是Monitor UE上报的monitored PLMN ID信息本身是错误的,例如monitor UE实际监听到的ProSe App code所在的PLMN并不在monitor UE的allowed PLMN list上,因此monitor UE为了通过验证,上报了一个假的monitored PLMN ID,这个假的monitored PLMN ID在allowed PLMN list上。
S1042b:若announce UE的当前注册网络标识与记录的announce UE的注册网络标识不一致,则可说明记录的announce UE的信息可能是错误的,故为了验证monitor UE上报的Monitored PLMN ID是否有效,则可继续执行S1043。
S1043:判断announce UE的当前注册网络标识与monitor UE上报的Monitored PLMN ID是否一致,若不一致则说明monitor UE上报的Monitored PLMN ID是无效的。若announce UE的当前注册网络标识与monitor UE上报的Monitored PLMN ID一致,则继续进行S1044的判断过程。
S1044:判断announce UE是否在monitor UE上报的Monitored PLMN ID对应的PLMN中正在进行业务信息广播,若确定在monitor UE上报的Monitored PLMN ID对应的PLMN中存在announce UE正在广播,则确定monitor UE上报的Monitored PLMN ID,可继续对monitor UE上报的ProSe App code进行解析,否则确定monitor UE上报的Monitored PLMN ID是无效的。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例中第一网络设备验证monitor UE上报的Monitored PLMN ID的有效性的实现过程中,并不局限于上述实现方式,例如本发明实施例中第一网络设备也可不进行记录的注册网络标识与所述监听网络标识是否一致的判断过程,而是直接判断当前注册网络标识与记录的注册网络标识是否一致,进而确定monitor UE上报的Monitored PLMN ID是否有效。
进一步需要说明的是,本发明实施例中图6C所示的实现方式,只是进行示意性说明,并不引以为限,换言之,本发明实施例中对于确定Monitored PLMN ID有效的情况,或者确定Monitored PLMN ID无效的情况,是可以单 独存在的,并非需要同时满足有效和无效的条件,才能实现Monitored PLMN ID的验证过程。
本发明实施例S105中根据验证结果确定是否对monitor UE监听到的ProSe App code进行解析,可采用如图6D的方式:
S105a:在确定monitor UE上报的Monitored PLMN ID是无效的情况下,第一网络设备可拒绝对monitor UE上报的Monitored PLMN ID进行解析,以保证近距离发现业务的安全性。
S105b:在确定monitor UE上报的Monitored PLMN ID是有效的情况下,可根据运营商策略对monitor UE上报的Monitored PLMN ID进行解析。
本发明实施例中在确定announce UE的当前注册网络标识与记录的announce UE的注册网络标识不一致、announce UE的当前注册网络标识与monitor UE上报的Monitored PLMN ID一致、且确定在monitor UE上报的Monitored PLMN ID对应的PLMN中存在announce UE正在广播,只能说明当前monitor UE上报的Monitored PLMN ID有效,但是有可能是announce UE上报了虚假信息,故为了保证近距离发现业务的安全性,可根据运营商策略判断是否对monitor UE上报的Monitored PLMN ID进行解析。
本发明实施例中若确定HSS反馈回的announce UE的当前注册网络标识与记录的announce UE的注册网络标识不一致,则可说明记录的announce UE的信息是错误的,故为了保证信息记录的准确性,本发明实施例中第一网络设备可将记录的announce UE的注册网络标识更新为HSS反馈回的announce UE的当前注册网络标识,即本发明实施例中在HSS反馈回的announce UE的当前注册网络标识与记录的announce UE的注册网络标识不一致的情况下,还包括:

本发明实施例中若验证monitor UE上报的Monitored PLMN ID是有效的,则第一网络设备会对monitor UE上报的ProSe App ID进行解析,得到与monitor UE上报的ProSe App ID相对应的业务信息,诸如监听的近距离业务应用标识(ProSe App ID),本次进行近距离发现解析的有效时间(timer)等相关业务信息。第一网络设备将解析到的与monitor UE上报的ProSe App ID相对应的业务信息以通知消息形式发送给monitor UE的HPLMN的第三网络设备,以使monitor UE的HPLMN的第三网络设备将该包含有相关业务信息的解析结果反馈给monitor UE。
本发明实施例中若验证monitor UE上报的Monitored PLMN ID是无效的,则第一网络设备会拒绝对monitor UE上报的ProSe App ID进行解析,相应的第一网络设备会将拒绝对monitor UE上报的ProSe App ID进行解析的指示信息以通知消息形式发送给monitor UE的HPLMN的第三网络设备,以使monitor UE的HPLMN的第三网络设备将该拒绝进行解析的解析结果反馈给monitor UE。
本发明实施例中第一网络设备与监听者用户设备归属网络中的第三网络设备不同的情况下,进行近距离业务解析的实现流程可参阅图6G所示。
本发明上述实施例提供的近距离业务解析方法,分配近距离业务广播码的第一网络设备在验证监听网络标识无效的情况下,向广播者用户设备的归属用户服务器发送用于查询广播者用户设备的当前注册网络标识的查询消息,并判断归属用户服务器依据查询消息反馈的所述广播者用户设备的当前注册网络标识与记录的广播者用户设备的注册网络标识是否一致,能够确定是否由于广播者用户设备的信息错误导致监听网络标识无效,在广播者用户 设备的当前注册网络标识与记录的广播者用户设备的注册网络标识一致的情况下,确定不是由于广播者用户设备的信息错误导致监听网络标识无效,此种情况下拒绝对近距离业务广播码进行解析,能够提高近距离发现解析的准确度。在广播者用户设备的当前注册网络标识与记录的广播者用户设备的注册网络标识不一致的情况下,根据运营商策略对近距离业务广播码进行解析,能够保证近距离发现业务的网络安全性。
可选的,本发明实施例中为避免由于announce UE更换注册网络,导致monitor UE上报的Monitored PLMN ID与记录的announce UE的注册网络标识不一致,本发明实施例中可第一网络设备可在ProSe App code对应的有效时间内,将announce UE广播该ProSe App code所注册过的全部网络的网络标识进行记录,即本发明实施例还包括如下步骤:
S109:第一网络设备在近距离业务广播码对应的有效时间内,将广播者用户设备广播所述近距离业务广播码所注册过的全部网络的网络标识进行记录。

若运营商策略为对monitor UE解析ProSe App code,则分配ProSe App code的HPLMN ProSe Function对ProSe App code进行解析,得到与ProSe App code对应的ProSe App ID等相关业务信息,该分配ProSe App code的ProSe Function向monitor UE的HPLMN ProSe Function发送响应消息,即执行S208。响应消息中携带ProSe App code对应的ProSe App ID、有效时间等相关业务信息,执行S209,monitor UE的HPLMN ProSe Function将ProSe App code对应的ProSe App ID等相关业务信息反馈给monitor UE。
若运营商策略为拒绝monitor UE解析ProSe App code,则分配ProSe App code的HPLMN ProSe Function拒绝为monitor UE解析它请求的ProSe App code,并向monitor UE的HPLMN ProSe Function发送响应消息,即执行S208。响应消息中携带拒绝对monitor UE解析它请求的ProSe App code进行解析的指示信息,并执行S209,monitor UE的HPLMN ProSe Function不会向monitor UE发送它请求的ProSe App code对应的ProSe App ID、有效时间等相关业务信息。
本发明实施例中若announce UE的serving PLMN ID和HSS反馈的announce UE的当前serving PLMN ID不一致,则分配ProSe App code的HPLMN ProSe Function将记录的announce UE的serving PLMN ID更新为HSS反馈回的announce UE的当前serving PLMN ID。

S2010:monitor UE的HPLMN ProSe Function或者其它PLMN中分配ProSe App code的ProSe Function,向announce UE的注册网络(serving PLMN),发送通知消息。该通知消息用于指示announce UE的当前serving PLMN ID与记录的serving PLMN ID不一致。
本发明上述实施例提供的近距离业务解析方法,分配ProSe App code的ProSe Function在验证monitored PLMN ID无效的情况下,向announce UE的HSS发送用于查询announce UE的当前serving PLMN ID的查询消息,并判断HSS依据查询消息反馈的announce UE的当前serving PLMN ID与记录的announce UE的serving PLMN ID是否一致,能够确定是否由于announce UE的信息错误导致monitored PLMN ID验证无效,在announce UE的当前serving PLMN ID与记录的announce UE的serving PLMN ID一致的情况下,确定不是由于announce UE的信息错误导致monitored PLMN ID验证无效,此种情况下拒绝对ProSe App code进行解析,能够提高近距离发现解析的准确度。在announce UE的当前serving PLMN ID与记录的announce UE的serving PLMN ID不一致的情况下,根据运营商策略对ProSe App code进行解析,能够保证近距离发现业务的网络安全性。
本发明实施例以下结合实际应用对本发明实施例中涉及的第一网络设备可在ProSe App code对应的有效时间内,将announce UE广播该ProSe App ID  所注册过的全部网络的网络标识进行记录的实施过程进行详细说明。

ProSe Function将announce UE申请的ProSe App ID对应的ProSe App code对应的serving PLMN ID信息全部记录,即如果announce UE在PLMN A申请了ProSe App ID,后来又在PLMN B申请了同样的ProSe App ID,ProSe Function为这个ProSe App ID分配的是同一个ProSe App code,同时将announce UE的前后两个(或者多个)Serving PLMN ID(当前和历史)记录,而不是仅仅记录announce UE当前serving PLMN ID,并在ProSe App code对应的有效时间(validity timer)内一直记录。
本发明实施例中announce UE进行ProSe App code广播过程中将announce UE广播相应ProSe App code所注册过的全部网络的网络标识进行记录,可以避免由于announce UE更换注册网络,导致monitor UE上报的Monitored PLMN ID与记录的announce UE的注册网络标识不一致。
基于上述实施例提供的进行近距离解析的实现过程,本发明实施例还提供一种近距离业务解析方法,图9所示为本发明实施例提供的另一种近距离业务解析方法实现流程图,该方法的执行主体可以是HSS,如图9所示,该方法包括:
S401:接收网络设备发送用于查询广播者用户设备的当前注册网络标识的查询消息。
本发明实施例中网络设备为进行近距离业务解析的网络设备,该网络设备可以为分配近距离业务广播码的网络设备。
本发明实施例中网络设备可以为近距离业务功能实体。
本发明实施例中监听者用户设备为近距离发现中作为监听者的用户设备,广播者用户设备为近距离发现中作为广播者的用户设备。
S402:依据查询消息向网络设备发送广播者用户设备的当前注册网络标 识。
本发明实施例中图9所示的方法流程,可参阅上述进行近距离发现解析的实现过程,故对于本发明实施例图9所示的方法流程描述不够详尽的地方,可参阅图6A至图8的相关描述,在此不再赘述。
本发明实施例中HSS依据网络设备发送的用于查询广播者用户设备的当前注册网络标识的查询消息,向网络设备反馈广播者用户设备的当前注册网络标识的查询消息,可使网络设备根据HSS反馈的广播者用户设备当前注册网络标识验证监听者用户设备上报的监听网络标识的有效性,相比现有技术中依据记录的广播者用户设备的注册网络标识验证监听网络标识的有效性而言,能够避免由于广播者用户设备的信息错误导致监听网络标识验证无效的情况发生,最后根据验证结果对监听者用户设备上报的近距离业务广播码进行解析,能够提高近距离发现解析的准确度。
基于上述实施例提供的近距离业务解析装置200和近距离业务解析设备400,以及近距离业务解析方法,本发明实施例提供一种计算机可读介质,包括计算机执行指令,以供计算机的处理器执行所述计算机执行指令时,所述计算机执行上述实施例涉及的近距离业务解析方法,相关描述可参阅图6A-图8及其相关描述,在此不再赘述。
基于上述实施例提供的近距离业务解析装置300和近距离业务解析设备500,以及近距离业务解析方法,本发明实施例提供一种计算机可读介质,包括计算机执行指令,以供计算机的处理器执行所述计算机执行指令时,所述计算机执行上述实施例涉及的近距离业务解析方法,相关描述可参阅图9及其相关描述,在此不再赘述。
本领域内的技术人员应明白,本发明的实施例可提供为方法、系统、或计算机程序产品。因此,本发明可采用完全硬件实施例、完全软件实施例、或结合软件和硬件方面的实施例的形式。而且,本发明可采用在一个或多个其中包含有计算机可用程序代码的计算机可用存储介质(包括但不限于磁盘存储器、CD-ROM、光学存储器等)上实施的计算机程序产品的形式。

Claims (32)

  1. 一种近距离业务解析装置,其特征在于,包括:
    获取单元,用于获取监听者用户设备上报的近距离业务广播码和监听网络标识;
    查询单元,用于向广播者用户设备的归属用户服务器发送用于查询所述广播者用户设备的当前注册网络标识的查询消息;
    接收单元,用于接收所述归属用户服务器返回的所述当前注册网络标识;
    验证单元,用于根据所述接收单元接收到的所述当前注册网络标识验证所述获取单元获取到的所述监听网络标识的有效性;
    解析单元,用于根据所述验证单元的验证结果确定是否对所述近距离业务广播码进行解析。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    记录单元,用于记录广播者用户设备的注册网络标识;
    确定单元,用于在所述查询单元向广播者用户设备的归属用户服务器发送用于查询所述广播者用户设备的当前注册网络标识的查询消息之前,确定所述记录单元记录的广播者用户设备的注册网络标识与所述获取单元获取到的所述监听网络标识不一致。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于,所述确定单元,还用于:
    确定所述接收单元接收到的所述当前注册网络标识与所述记录单元记录的注册网络标识是否一致;
    所述验证单元,具体用于按如下方式根据所述当前注册网络标识验证所述监听网络标识的有效性:
    若所述确定单元确定的所述当前注册网络标识与所述记录单元记录的注册网络标识一致,则确定所述获取单元获取到的所述监听网络标识无效。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于,所述确定单元,还用于:
    确定所述接收单元接收到的所述当前注册网络标识与所述记录单元记录 的注册网络标识是否一致,所述接收单元接收到的所述当前注册网络标识与所述获取单元获取的所述监听网络标识是否一致,以及确定所述广播者用户设备在所述监听网络标识对应的公共陆地移动网络中是否正在进行业务信息广播;
    所述验证单元,具体用于按如下方式根据所述当前注册网络标识验证所述监听网络标识的有效性:
    若所述确定单元确定的所述接收单元接收到的所述当前注册网络标识与所述记录单元记录的注册网络标识不一致,且所述确定单元确定所述当前注册网络标识与所述监听网络标识一致以及所述广播者用户设备在所述监听网络标识对应的公共陆地移动网络中正在进行业务信息广播,则确定所述获取单元获取到的所述监听网络标识有效。
  5. 如权利要求3或4所述的装置,其特征在于,所述解析单元,具体用于按如下方式根据验证结果对所述近距离业务广播码进行解析:
    在所述验证单元确定所述监听网络标识无效的情况下,拒绝对所述近距离业务广播码进行解析;或者,
    在所述验证单元确定所述监听网络标识有效的情况下,根据运营商策略,判断是否需要对所述近距离业务广播码进行解析。
  6. 如权利要求3-5任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    更新单元,用于在所述确定单元确定所述当前注册网络标识与所述记录单元记录的注册网络标识不一致的情况下,将所述记录单元记录的注册网络标识更新为所述接收单元接收到的所述当前注册网络标识。
  7. 如权利要求3-6任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述确定单元,还用于:在确定所述当前注册网络标识与所述记录的注册网络标识不一致的情况下,确定所述广播者用户设备的归属网络的网络标识与注册网络的网络标识是否一致;
    所述装置还包括:
    发送单元,用于在所述确定单元确定所述广播者用户设备的归属网络的 网络标识与注册网络的网络标识不一致的情况下,向第二网络设备发送通知消息,所述第二网络设备为所述广播者用户设备的注册网络中的网络设备;
    其中,所述通知消息用于指示所述当前注册网络标识与所述记录的注册网络标识不一致。
  8. 如权利要求1-7任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述获取单元,具体用于按如下方式获取监听者用户设备上报的近距离业务广播码和监听网络标识:
    接收第三网络设备发送的所述近距离业务广播码和所述监听网络标识,其中,所述第三网络设备为所述监听者用户设备归属网络中的网络设备。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    响应单元,用于在所述解析单元根据验证结果确定是否对所述近距离业务广播码进行解析之后,向所述第三网络设备发送响应消息,所述响应消息中包括与所述近距离业务广播码对应的业务信息,或者拒绝对所述近距离业务广播码进行解析的指示信息。
  10. 如权利要求1-9任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    记录单元,用于在所述近距离业务广播码对应的有效时间内,将所述广播者用户设备广播所述近距离业务广播码时所注册过的全部网络的网络标识进行记录。
  11. 如权利要求1-10任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置为分配所述近距离业务广播码的网络设备。
  12. 如权利要求1-11任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第二网络设备或者所述第三网络设备为近距离业务功能实体。
  13. 一种近距离业务解析装置,其特征在于,包括:
    接收单元,用于接收网络设备发送的用于查询广播者用户设备的当前注册网络标识的查询消息;
    发送单元,用于依据所述接收单元接收到的所述查询消息向所述网络设备发送所述广播者用户设备的当前注册网络标识。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的装置,其特征在于,所述网络设备是分配近距离业务广播码的网络设备。
  15. 如权利要求13或14所述的装置,其特征在于,所述网络设备为近距离业务功能实体。
  16. 一种近距离业务解析设备,其特征在于,包括通信接口、存储器和处理器,其中:
    所述存储器,用于存储所述处理器执行的程序代码;
    所述处理器,用于调用所述存储器存储的程序,通过所述通信接口获取监听者用户设备上报的近距离业务广播码和监听网络标识,并通过所述通信接口向广播者用户设备的归属用户服务器发送用于查询所述广播者用户设备的当前注册网络标识的查询消息,以及接收所述归属用户服务器返回的所述当前注册网络标识,根据通过所述通信接口接收到的所述当前注册网络标识验证所述监听网络标识的有效性,并根据验证结果确定是否对所述近距离业务广播码进行解析。
  17. 一种近距离业务解析设备,其特征在于,包括接收器、发射器、存储器和处理器,其中:
    所述存储器,用于存储所述处理器执行的程序代码;
    所述处理器,用于调用所述存储器存储的程序,通过所述接收器接收网络设备发送的用于查询广播者用户设备的当前注册网络标识的查询消息,并依据接收到的所述查询消息,通过所述发射器向所述网络设备发送所述广播者用户设备的当前注册网络标识。
  18. 一种近距离业务解析方法,其特征在于,包括:
    第一网络设备获取监听者用户设备上报的近距离业务广播码和监听网络标识;
    所述第一网络设备向广播者用户设备的归属用户服务器发送用于查询所述广播者用户设备的当前注册网络标识的查询消息;
    所述第一网络设备接收所述归属用户服务器返回的所述当前注册网络标 识;
    所述第一网络设备根据所述当前注册网络标识验证所述监听网络标识的有效性,并根据验证结果确定是否对所述近距离业务广播码进行解析。
  19. 如权利要求17所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一网络设备向广播者用户设备的归属用户服务器发送用于查询所述广播者用户设备的当前注册网络标识的查询消息之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述第一网络设备确定记录的广播者用户设备的注册网络标识与所述监听网络标识不一致。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一网络设备根据所述当前注册网络标识验证所述监听网络标识的有效性,包括:
    若所述当前注册网络标识与所述记录的注册网络标识一致,则所述第一网络设备确定所述监听网络标识无效。
  21. 如权利要求19所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一网络设备根据所述当前注册网络标识验证所述监听网络标识的有效性,包括:
    若所述当前注册网络标识与所述记录的注册网络标识不一致,且所述第一网络设备确定所述当前注册网络标识与所述监听网络标识一致以及所述广播者用户设备在所述监听网络标识对应的公共陆地移动网络中正在进行业务信息广播,则确定所述监听网络标识有效。
  22. 如权利要求20或21所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据验证结果对所述近距离业务广播码进行解析,包括:
    在确定所述监听网络标识无效的情况下,所述第一网络设备拒绝对所述近距离业务广播码进行解析;或者,
    在确定所述监听网络标识有效的情况下,所述第一网络设备根据运营商策略,判断是否需要对所述近距离业务广播码进行解析。
  23. 如权利要求20-22任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在确定所述当前注册网络标识与所述记录的注册网络标识不一致的情况下,所述方法还包括:
    所述第一网络设备将所述记录的注册网络标识更新为所述当前注册网络 标识。
  24. 如权利要求20-23任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在确定所述当前注册网络标识与所述记录的注册网络标识不一致的情况下,所述方法还包括:
    所述第一网络设备确定所述广播者用户设备的归属网络的网络标识与注册网络的网络标识不一致;
    所述第一网络设备向第二网络设备发送通知消息,所述第二网络设备为所述广播者用户设备的注册网络中的网络设备;
    其中,所述通知消息用于指示所述当前注册网络标识与所述记录的注册网络标识不一致。
  25. 如权利要求18-24任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一网络设备获取监听者用户设备上报的近距离业务广播码和监听网络标识,包括:
    所述第一网络设备接收第三网络设备发送的所述近距离业务广播码和所述监听网络标识,其中,所述第三网络设备为所述监听者用户设备归属网络中的网络设备。
  26. 如权利要求25所述的方法,其特征在于,在根据验证结果确定是否对所述近距离业务广播码进行解析之后,所述方法还包括:
    所述第一网络设备向所述第三网络设备发送响应消息,所述响应消息中包括与所述近距离业务广播码对应的业务信息,或者拒绝对所述近距离业务广播码进行解析的指示信息。
  27. 如权利要求18-26任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述第一网络设备在所述近距离业务广播码对应的有效时间内,将所述广播者用户设备广播所述近距离业务广播码时所注册过的全部网络的网络标识进行记录。
  28. 如权利要求18-27任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一网络设备为分配所述近距离业务广播码的网络设备。
  29. 如权利要求18-28任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一网络设备、所述第二网络设备或者所述第三网络设备为近距离业务功能实体。
  30. 一种近距离业务解析方法,其特征在于,包括:
    接收网络设备发送的用于查询广播者用户设备的当前注册网络标识的查询消息;
    依据所述查询消息向所述网络设备发送所述广播者用户设备的当前注册网络标识。
  31. 如权利要求30所述的方法,其特征在于,所述网络设备是分配近距离业务广播码的网络设备。
  32. 如权利要求30或31所述的方法,其特征在于,所述网络设备为近距离业务功能实体。
